Great location, convenient to ferry. Friendly and helpful staff. Room advertised with AC, but only provided heat and no cooling. A kettle in the room would have been nice. We were here in off season when many places close for renovations.

It was great, the room was wonderful with a terrific large balcony and the staff was very helpful. Loved the cats everywhere.

Oasis Hotel in Paraika, Paros

This is a small hotel in excellent condition and which could not be better located, only about a half block from the ferry port. I loved sitting on my room's balcony at night. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The rooms are very european in size but it is right near the bus stop, the port, shopping, food - you cant beat the convenience!

The Oasis is great hotel..close to the port no need for a taxi to your accommodations! You can walk! The Rooms could use an update, but the staff make up for this shortfall.

Located across from the ferries in a perfect location in the heart of Paros. Close to the sites to see and many restaurants and shops nearby. Easily located near bus terminal for trips to other parts of the island.

Recommendations for excellence

I would recommend that the hotel put at least 2 waters in the fridge. They should put the number of bottles, that there are guests in the room. In addition, there needs to be more selves in the room to place items.

Close to Ferry

The place is in a great location if you are taking the ferry! It is also pretty quiet even though it is close to a road. The place was cleaned daily and had good wifi. Unfortunately the rooftop was closed, and that was part of why I booked. I wish they would have put the closure date of the rooftop on their websites. Also, the lady who worked at night was not friendly at all. I was the one who said hi to her every time I came in or out. She just looked at me very judgmentally. The morning person was nice though.

Hotel just across from the port and main bus station. Many dining options around. Friendly and attentive staff. Our triple room with sea view was very spacious and clean. Laundry service was reasonably priced per bag. Hotel can improve on water pressure, internet speed (less that 5 Mbps) and some English channels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable at this hotel.

Wish we could have stayed longer

The perfect location for a ferry transfer. If the dockside village is a departure lounge (which it does look like most of the day) then the Oasis is a welcoming airport hotel right in the terminal. In the center of everything, this was like a calm little escape from the travel madness. We were actually having frappes at the cafe downstairs when we decided we didn’t want to wander any further looking for somewhere to sleep for the night. Decent wifi, comfy beds, nice shower products, and friendly staff. Worth every penny.

Room was very clean and it has a nice view of the port! The position of the toilet and bathroom door opening was a little inconvenient to get in and out. Otherwise I have no complaints about the room space. The location is a 3 minute walk from the Port. If you rent a car, Lefkes and Naoussa are 20 minutes away. Parking may feel like a nightmare as Google maps didn't shows us the free parking lot located near the Helenistic Mosaics. If you are driving, park there, it is an easy 8 min walk from the hotel. There are many dining options and shops in the area. This is a very convenient location. Front desk staff were very kind. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff allowed us to hold our suitcase after check-out in the front until our ferry.

I would like to start by saying the location to the port as we did not have a car was amazing, the hotel staff was very accommodating and we were able to check in early which was helpful with bags. Theodora was always welcoming with a smile. The hotel has had some great renovations and was in great condition. The bed however was absolutely horrible and we did not sleep well on it. It did feel as though we were sleeping on a rock or the springs of the bed. So if they replace the mattress I would give this an overall 10. But as a whole with staff and cleanliness was great. The rooftop bar was beautiful for sunsets but it can get loud at night if you have children that need to sleep.

The location is perfect. Right across the street from the ferry port and close to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The rooftop bar is nice as well. That’s where it stops. Upon arrival we went up to the rooftop bar to have a drink. The door handle came off the door when attempting to open it. In our room we had a running toilet that I was eventually able to fix, and finally I was trapped in our bathroom. When we checked in I noticed the door handle to the bathroom was very loose and predicted that it could be trouble at some point. You could tell it had been loose for some time due to the wear on the door. Our last morning in the room I went to use the bathroom and could not get out. The maid was able to assist and acted like she had done this before a time or two. We had a canceled ferry and ended up staying next door at hotel Kontes for a night. Way better, stay there instead!

The ferry port is right in front of the property which was super convenient! The hotel is located in a great spot of town. Right around the corner of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and shopping! And if needed, there is a 24-hour hospital right across the street. The rooms were very clean. Beach towels are provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us plan what to do each day.

Great Stay at Oasis

Great location and friendly staff! Right next to the port so it was really convenient as we were only in Paros for one day. We had a view looking at the sea which was great.

This Hotel is a jewel in the middle of all activity. It is very modern and extremely convenient. The rooms are small but appropriate for the fee charged for the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the Ferry which is very nice for short trips as you do not need a vehicle to reach it. We stayed very late each night enjoying the views from the restaurant in front of it or eating ice cream or at the terrace which it has fantastic views of the bay. Certainly it is highly recommended and we will return with our kids!

Great location, very clean bright and comfortable rooms and great beds! Very quiet even though you are Right next to the port! This is the place to stay if you have an early ferry or just want to be near the centre of Paros! Early check in was really helpful too!

The hotel is perfectly located on the waterfront and my room faced the sea with a small balcony. Not really large enough for two but perfect for one. Obviously being on the port could be noisy but in mid October not bad at all. Everything was in walking distance and Parikia was a very pleasant surprise!!

I had a great stay at the Oasis: the location close to the port was great for access to local buses and the shops. The staff were excellent and made me feel at home. I would definitely stay there again on another trip to Paros.

Loved it!

Excellent location by Paros Port. Amazing bar and food, including top-notch restaurant on hotel roof…amazing chef and great service. A bit older Place but we loved it and will return. Great area to watch ferries come and go.

Gem on the harbour

The room was small but very clean, updated, and refreshing. Especially nice was the terrace overlooking Paros harbour, the bay and surrounding hills. Receptionists were very kind and helpful.

Location cannot be more central, right across from Paros' port; even so, I did not find my room noisy. Room is not luxurious, but comfortable and great value for money. Staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. Can't ask for more!

Great location and food

We stopped over in Paros overnight to change ferry, we arrived at 7pm and left at 8am so this hotel was ideal. Located just opposite the port it was less than a 1 minute walk, the cafe that is part of the restaurant is open late and early. The night we arrived we had a fantastic homemade pizza and in the morning fresh croissants and coffee, they even sold baguettes we could take away for the ferry. What let this hotel down was the room, it was dated and the bed wasnt very comfortable, however it was clean and practical and well priced.

Location near ferry arrival was very welcome. Location near old town was convenient. View from balcony was fun for watching the arrival and departure of ferries. Limited electrical outlets for recharging the phone at night, more would be helpful.

We loved the hotel, the staff, and the location! It was very clean! The rooms were sparkling, and smelled fresh and floors mopped constantly. Marianna took care of our and she was the best! Angeliki at the front desk was amazing! We will definitely go back and recommend to our friends.

The hotel is in a great location just steps away from the port, restaurants and shopping.

Pros and Cons

Highlights of Hotel Oasis include the Cafe (which is great for lunch and waiting for any ferry), the rooftop bar and hallways. Rooms are clean however dated and do not include and additional features such as a safe box. I was a bit disappointed that I booked a double bed room with sea views and was given a triple twin room with no view, as pictured.

Best locatyevsr. Close to the port.

Pros: Fantastic location - less than 5 minutes from the port and the bus station. You’re also close to all of the shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance including travel agencies from whom you can pick up or buy ferry tickets. Given its location, it’s relatively quiet, which surprised me. The only noise I heard was the scraping of chairs on the floor early in the morning... Cons: No hairdryer (at least not in my room). No alarm clock. It’s true that most people have phones but some don’t so it would just be a practical touch. Shower/shampoo was via a dispenser. Not a big deal for me but for those of you who are fanatics about products, I’d suggest you bring your own. No lock box. My room was OK but it definitely wasn’t the one advertised in the booking. Very basic, one lamp didn’t work (I assume the bulb was burnt but since I used its socket to plug in my adaptor, I didn’t mentioned it).

The hotel is very close to the ferry port and bus terminal. The Church of 100 doors, beach, old town, and seafront within a walkable distance.

Great location!

This hotel was very good, great location, located right beside the port area, you can walk less than a minute to the hotel after stepping off the ferry. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean modern rooms with air con and a fridge. 24hour reception desk, would recommend!

The location was great but very noisy. The bathroom was very old, no where to put your supplies-just a sink with no shelving. Offered no shampoo, conditioner or soap. Luckily we had packed our own. After check out we bought a coffee from the restaurant below. We had it in a paper cup to take on the ferry. The waiter brought a menu over and I said we are just having the coffee and are waiting for our ferry time. He angrily waved his hand at us and said "leave"!. we spent two nights at their hotel and bought the coffee from their restaurant. I explained we had stayed there, but he still told us to go. Needless to say I'd never stay there again. After what had turned out to be a decent stay, it was sad it ended this way. Everyone else we met on the island were sweet and kind and went out of there way to be pleasant.. It was very odd.

Location, location, location.

Hotel Oasis is in the most amazing location...right opposite the ferry terminal so no hassles with transfers. We arrived much earlier than Check-in but the room was quickly ready which we appreciated. The room we had was smallish and the bathroom quite small too ( with older fittings and a small curtained shower cubicle). Our balcony was fantastic, with table and chairs and great view to sit and watch the activity. Everything was as described on the listing and spotless and comfortable. Do not hesitate to book this hotel, it is reasonably priced for such a wonderful location.

This hotel had everything we needed. Super clean and comfortable and more than anything it was in a sensational location. Unbeatable as far as convenience to everything. A small walk to the Port made for an excellent stay in Parikia. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Not bad but not great

If your priority is staying close to the port, this would be a great location. The hotel is very functional and provides the basics for your stay, but don’t expect anything more. My husband and I booked this hotel for a night because we had to extend our stay in Paros and the other hotel we were at had no more rooms left for the additional night. Perhaps because that other hotel was a lot more comfortable and clean, the stay at Hotel Oasis did not feel great. It can be quite noisy from the room even at night, and the room was quite dusty. For a cheaper price, I would rather stay at the aforementioned boutique hotel just a comfortable 10mins walk from the port.
