I moved here from another hotel because Shanghai can be trying when you don’t have a nice place to go back to each night. The hotel was lovely. Clean and great staff. It could do with a few nicer add ons like - a spa/massage service and more than one beer in the fridge and only pringles as a food option in room. Location is good but can be a pain to get DiDi from. Genuinely nice hotel though. I would stay there again.

房間舒適整潔，check-in的時候遇到小小問題，等待了一點時間，但最後是有被解決的。
TravellerMy wife got sick the first night of our stay in the hotel. I asked a doctor to the front desk person. He told me that the hotel did not have that service, and even worse, he did not have the name and telephone of a doctor. However, he suggested that I take her to a hospital. He gave me name and address but did not mention that there is a special and private section of the Huashan Hospital for international patients. The public section for local people was crowded, with no English-spoken people, and slow attention would not be appropriate. It was necessary to hospitalize her in the international unit. The medical and hospital attention was very convenient. A HILTON hotel must always have convenient medical information to support guests in critical hours like this.

The hotel has just finished renovation for a few months, everything is new ( colleague say that their rooms has always been good tho), room is spacious and comfortable. Among everything I appreciate most about the air conditioning, it is very responsive but also quiet enough for sleeping. Also, their staff are extremely nice and helpful ( and Thank you Simon for staying with us at the entrance the whole time while we wait for the airport pick up :D )

部屋が広々としていて快適でした。ジムのトレーニング設備も充実しており毎朝利用しました。朝食のビュッフェも申し分ないです。次回出張時もこのホテルを利用すると思います。場所も高速のすぐそばで空港にも便利です。
Traveller洗手間設施有待改善
洗手間的設計與浴室不連接十分不便，浴缸沒有門分間，若是明友同行也是不能使用，
TravellerWe arrived in the Hotel at 3pm from the airport. The room wasn’t ready and the reception told me that they are not sure if the room will be ready even an hour later. We had another schedule so we had to clean up at the public restroom and leave the hotel to go our next appointment. Didn’t get any official apologies or a sorry note or anything. They don’t have anything to say about this situation except the room is not ready and they are not sure when the room will be ready.

冷氣不冷，調整到16度室內還是26度，第一晚有冷，第二晚上忽冷忽熱，但三晚感覺都是送風⋯⋯非常不舒服
