Oita area is quite compare to major cities. The hotel really show some ages but the good part is that the room is big

Staff at Nikko were courteous and helpful: room service is thorough; receptionists speak very good English. We would like to especially thank Bianca for her extra effort in helping us. Very happy with our stay.

Very good access to Oita Station and the shopping and eating area. The room was a bit small and we had trouble with the water pressure in the sink. Parking was a bit difficult if you plan to take your car out and return after 11PM.

It was a pity quite a few facilities stay closed due to Covid.

Excellent Staff!

The hotel staff was warm, friendly and courteous. Overall experience was pleasant and location wise very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel was highly disappointing because they recycled the food for three consecutive days with a facelift by changing the presentation utensils. Stew, Grilled Fish, Curry. This is worth mention in order to encourage the hotel management team to take appropriate actions. On a positive note the Covid precautions were extremely well managed. The Concierge too was helping and friendly.

Very good. Excellent service at reception. Great location. We ate in the French restaurant which was also good and nice views over the city. Definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stop in Oita

Pretty big room and bathroom compared to a lot of hotels I've stayed in in Japan. Really friendly staff who spoke reasonable English (always a bonus). A very warm welcome every time we arrived.

Location was great. Many places within walking distance to eat at. One negative factor, we had a car and it’ll cost ¥1500 for overnight parking.

Great hotel stay in Oita.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It was easy to find and surrounded by many eateries. Staff service was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast spread was good

Spacious room and good for value

Good location just opposite to the Main Street with lots of restaurants. Suggest to book breakfast as well as there is no Cafe open in the morning nearby. Parking is at the office building next to hotel. Limitation of entering and driving out from car park between 23:00 to 8:00.

This maybe a new hotel so it has some weird smell that didn’t make me feel well. It was clean and fine otherwise. The breakfast was very nicely done. Staff spoke great English. The facility did not have an onsen, which was disappointing. The hotel also did not have a personal direct shuttle to the station to the bus. One needs to plan ahead for a taxi or a short walk to the shuttle.

Nice hotel, staff and location. However the beds were horrible. Worst Western mattress you can imagine.

10 min walk from Oita Station. Near shopping area. Only setback room a little bit old. No coffee in room. Had a higher expectation of Nikki Hotel Oasis Tower. That’s all.

Quality hotel

A quality hotel in a very convenient location. Lots of amenities in room. Front desk staff very helpful but be sure to hang the do not disturb sign on the door to avoid intrusions from the housekeeping staff.

Having stayed in Nikko properties previously in Kyoto, Kanazawa, Osaka and Tokyo, the hotel facilities are consistent with the brand and visually impressive. The rooms lack some modern conveniences expected in 4-star hotels - especially not having sufficient outlets to charge electronics, let alone ones close to the beds. Service was uneven - first floor bar staff was very good; front desk was helpful but ineffective with our inquiries. For those looking for the view from this hotel, note that the hotel restricts customers from the top-floor without a reservation for the French restaurant - we came for drinks shortly after dinner service hours (restaurant clearly nowhere near capacity) and were turned away.

Staff was unfriendly, expensive parking area

Room quit good but staff was unfriendly. Another parking space near hotel(1min far from hotel) are much cheaper than parking space in hotel. And if you want to park in hotel you can not go in or out after11pm.

An easy walk to the station

About a 10-15 minute walk to the station if using JR. Clean and comfortable room with grand foyer area. There are plenty of restaurants within the vicinity, from upmarket to fast food. The hotel restaurant is quite expensive.

素晴らしい対応

親子で久しぶりの大分宿泊でした。お部屋もレディースに配慮されており、アメニティも良かったです。また、ヘアケアに配慮された器具（ダイソン）で統一されておりシャワーヘッドも頭皮ケアができるものでした。 朝食も大分地元のものなどもあり、バランスがとれた素晴らしい朝食でした。 このお値段でここまで対応しているホテルは中々ないと思います。やはり、大分での宿泊は日航大分と思います。

施設が古い事ので、料金が少し高いと感じる。でも予定かあったので、iichikoグランシアターの隣は便利だった。

また、利用させていただきたいです。 駐車場が満車で代わりの隣接する施設の駐車場を案内されましたがほぼ同じ地下駐車場なのでロビー直通でしたし料金も無料でした。大変助かりました。また、よろしくお願いします。

客層が穏やかな人が多かったです。イオンのフードコートにいるような人は見かけませんでした。スタッフの方や清掃の方も挨拶がきちんとされていて、何も指摘する部分などありませんでした。隣のソレイユで国家試験があったので家族で利用しました。ありがとうございました。

コストパフォーマンスが良くない。

フロント対応が良かった

立地が良く駐車場の確保ができるため目的を果たすのに都合が良い。アルコールを摂取するため素泊まりができる。 フロントの感じがとても良く気持ちよく入室できる。寝るためだけだったので余分がなく簡略で清潔感のなかで気持ちよく睡眠が取れました。ホテル日航は若い頃から宿泊して楽しい場所でしたから今回もとても満足しています。

JALマイレッジが付かなかったのは残念でしたが、その他はよかったです。

スタッフがとても親切でした 夜1人でも大丈夫な居酒屋を聞いた所周辺の地図をいただき、お店にマークも付けてくれました 対応が温かかったです ありがとうございました

ブランドならでは、の安心感がありました。欧米の方には慣れているホテルのスタイルで、ビジネスホテルの窮屈感は無いと思います。 朝食も大分の食材、料理を堪能することができてよかったです。 設備も清潔で問題なく使用できますが、南向きの日当たりのいい部屋では冷房の効きが弱く感じるかもしれません。

広いお部屋で、海側のお部屋でした 景色がとても良くて、快適に過ごせました お値段も安くて助かりました。 温泉お風呂が、一番良かったです✨✨

교통편 거리가 불편함

ベッドの脇のシーツに体液らしき汚れが見つかりガッカリしました。お風呂のバスタブへ出入りする際に滑りやすいので手摺があれば有難いです。

大分旅行のたびに利用

毎年2回ほど大分旅行を楽しんでおり、そのたびに利用させていただいています。 全てにおいて満足していますが、特に窓から見える別府の山、海岸線、大分の町並みに癒やされます。 大分駅から少し歩きますが、駅からホテルまでアーケードがあるため、雨でも濡れることはなく助かります。

3回目の利用大分の宿泊は日航オアシスが最高。 何一つ不自由ありません。

スタッフの方が駐車場やいろいろと、丁寧にわかりやすく説明してくれ、近くにもコンビニや食事するところがいっぱいあり、ホテルの朝食もメニューが豊富でいい旅行になりました。 また大分に行くときは、利用したいと思います。

古くて臭くて不便、本当に最悪でした

下記の点から最悪という評価です ・浴室から異臭 浴室のドアをあけると人間のこれまでの積み重ねの臭いとトイレの異臭が混じったような臭いがして、吐き気がしました。 空気清浄機をわざわざ浴室内で、全開で使用しました。 ・古い 全体的に古く、よくこのホテルでこの金額で人が泊まるなぁと思った シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープに関しては置く場所がなく、バスタブのフチに立てておいてあるんですよ？何度もシャワーのホースに当たり、浴槽内に落ちました 本当に不便 そして別に綺麗でもなく、全体的に黄ばんでます

We could enjoy short stay

大分駅から少し遠いですが、スタッフの方々が大変親切で明るくて助かりました。次回もまた宿泊したいです。

ビジネス用としては割高だけど、周囲で一番背丈が高いノッポビルで目的地に目印が無くても行きやすい。

スタッフの対応が丁寧でした。

14時50分ごろ到着しました。 受付で「15時前のチェックインですと本来 別料金をいただくところですが、今回は 無料で結構です」と言われました。 確かにそうでしょうが、気になりました。

日航ホテルはいつも宿泊は満足ですが　ここのアクセスはちょっと不便でした

房間乾淨整潔舒適又大，服務親切

朝食無し3泊のプランでした、特に減点となる点はありません。駅から近いとは言えませんが十分歩ける距離です。

最高です‼︎さすがです‼︎ 不都合などありえませんよ。

クーラーの効きが悪かった。蛇口とシャワーの温度が違いすぎる。

駅前からも飲み屋街からも大通りからも近く大変便利な場所でした！食事してすぐ歩いてホテルに戻れる距離なのが良かった。ルームキーのカード2枚の他に電気用のカードがあって便利だなと思いました。お部屋も17階からの眺めがよくまた利用したいです。強いて言うならシャワーのカーテンのにおいが気になりました。

普段はビジネスホテルの中で比較的評価の高いホテルを選び宿泊してましたが今回機会がありこちらの日航ホテルを利用しました。 ビジネスではなくシティホテルなのでスタート時点でさはありますか、車寄せエントランスフロント全てが豪華でキレイフロントの対応も無駄がなく気持ち良い。 部屋に到着すると広くて清潔・景観も抜群設備は120点。 浴槽は身長180cmの自分でも足が伸ばせることに大感動。ユニット形式ですが広い‼︎ 全てに関して「ちょっとここは…残念。」 がありませんでした。 次回も必ず最優先候補のホテルです。

レストランの食事が冷めてました。 大変残念です。

立地もよく綺麗で景色の良いホテル

一泊の利用でしたが、別府湾が見渡せる広い部屋でゆっくり過ごすことができました。部屋の大きさにマッチしない小さめのテレビが残念でした。

朝食会場が21階で景色が良く、勿論食事も充実していて、美味しく頂きました☆。

とても良いホテルなので度々利用させてもらっています。 今回は、洗面所の水の出が悪く 不便な思いをしたので少し評価を下げましたが、それ以外はとても良いです。

駐車券を依頼する時に、すぐ出られますかと聞かれ、はい　そうですと返事したら、本当にギリギリの駐車サービス券しか渡されませんでした。その後少しホテル内でうろうろして、駐車場を出た時に、時間オーバーになってしまい、清算しないと出れないので、そのままオーバー分を支払いました。もう少し配慮して頂ければ、大変助かります。

以前から大分泊は当ホテルを利用していますが、いいホテルだと思います。
