After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet.

Modern setup hotel. The breakfast menu changes every day. The location is not far from TP mall. Staffs are polite and responsive. We choose this hotel because has a good experience with the same chain hotel in Jakarta.

Great room

Great stay. Wasn't expecting a spacious room n bathroom. Comfy room too.

Like breakfast enough food, did not like one way location street and no karaoke.

Upon checked in, I found an acrylic long nail on the room floor, dirty toilet tissue on the vanity and dirty toilet bowl. I asked them to give me a different room and I would be back in a couple hours when ready. They did. The room is somewhat cleaner, but the condition of the room itself is poor. Scratches all over the wall, dented and chipped furniture. The room itself is big with huge bathroom, but the room and the entire hotel smells funny. They do not use antiseptic cleaner to clean. It stinks. The hotel itself is very cheap, only $15 a day. So, if you are tight on the budget, go for it, the bed and pillows are comfortable, hotel room is spacious. But do know that this hotel has hygiene issues and you will shock to see how low standard they are to keep your room clean. Also, I stayed there for 6 nights and one night I came back to find out that the door room was not locked / opened. People can come and take my belongings if they notice it was open. I told the receptionist and they knew about it. Horrible place to stay. I moved to a different hotel since my trip will take couple weeks to stay in Surabaya.

Decent room to stay in. Clean, Convenient and advanced.

The room is spacious and the hotel is centrally located. This hotel will be my choice for the next visit.

Comfortable Stay

I am a regular guest at this small hotel due to location (short walk to the Gubeng Train Station), price and amenities. More than adequate clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast (as well as good room service). Never been disappointed - always a comfortable stay. Great for an overnight transition between arriving in Surabaya via the airport and then catching a train to other regions of Java or for several days stay to explore Surabaya.

Strategic hotel at the center of Surabaya

A nice cozy hotel located near the city center. All the hotel staffs were very polite and friendly. Check in and check out process were smooth. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

Nice hotel close to city center

Had an enjoyable one-night stay at Neo Gubeng Surabaya. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite spacious for the price. Linens and towels were also clean. The hotel is also situated very close to city center.

Amazing stay! Definitely recommended.

I had an amazing stay! Everything was great with the price i paid for. Breakfast was awesome, they keep the food warm all the time (i always have late breakfast so i often got cold food in other hotels). The staffs are great and friendly! The room was perfectly tidy, clean and basically you have everything you need, the room just a lil bit too small. The location was perfect!

Surabaya Stay

A few restful days in Surabaya an easy 10 minute walk from Gubeng Train station. Small but adequate room. Good breakfast.

Noisy - staff start preparing breakfast (open restaurant) at 3am, 3 days the same

Noisy ... staff made a lot of noises when preparing breakfast (rooms surround the testaurant) from 3AM on all my 3 nights stay

A good hotel at reasonable price

Good points: Taxis waiting beside the hotel at all time , location near main train station (Gubeng Surabaya). Breakfast not lavish but acceptable. Friendly staff, good clean hotel like other Neo hotels elsewhere. Not so good point: quite far from eating places . Overall: Okay

hotel room is good and clean. please make sure your reception staff is well trained and don't let the trainee to answer guest question unless they know about it.

Room is clean, food is not so good

Is just 15 minutes walk from the city center. And just 30 minutes ride from airport to the hotel.

This is a decent hotel if you want to stay for some days in Surabaya.

Personnel très accueillant. Alarme en pleine nuit, accidentelle certes mais branle bas de combat. Nettoyage des chambres correct mais le sol colle encore après le passage de la serpillière. .

Clean and cozy room

Freindly staff cozy and clean room. But I orderd lunch, it took about 30 minutes. I didn’t have enough time to get on the train.

スラバヤ駅からは少し離れているが、とてもよいホテルだった。 スタッフは全ての人が親切で優しかった。 受け付けのスタッフはウィッグだったのか、銀色の髪の毛で驚いた^_^ そしてとても美人だった。 ワイファイが本当に速くて快適だった。部屋も清潔、枕も気持ちよかった 日本人はあまり来ないらしいが是非行って欲しいおすすめのホテルです

Приятный отель.

Отель понравился. Номер удобный, чистый, все нормально функционирует. Персонал доброжелательный и внимательный. В стоимость бронирования входит вполне приличный завтрак. Отель расположен удобно просмотру достопримечательностей города. Рекомендую этот отель.

Lovely staff who will remain in the mind.

I went to Surabaya to watch the volleyball Asian Games.But the venue was Petrokimia ,not Surabaya.The front people listened to my poor English patiently. And everyday, I arranged a taxi to a distant Petrokimia.Taxi drivers also gave me a one-way trip. When I came back late at night,I had a warm welcome and it seemed came home.Thank you very much.

地點稍偏，床單看起來稍髒，螞蟻過多，即便是在四樓的房間，早餐相當普通！除了上述的缺點，這家飯店的價錢還是值得再來住，但我應該不會考慮了…

good service and location, rooms good and clean, staff are helpful. Also always taxi's waiting just outside of the hotel, which is very convenient. All in all good price for this hotel.
