Super clean and modern property!!

Very good in general, just had a problem with the room being to hot. And the knob to the restroom wouldn't work. Unfortunately, they never came to fix it.

Clean

Well-located, clean, new feeling room. We had a murphy bed which at first I was unsure about, but it worked well. Kitchen supplies were enough for basic cooking. The hotel is not staffed but staff were super responsive on WhatsApp. The parking is a few blocks away so note that if you have a lot of luggage.

Great place to stay

The temperature was unable to regulate at night and it was very hot. The out gases from the bathroom smelled something awful.

A convenient location, close to metro and a small Carrefour express. Nice welcome pack with coffee pods, drinking water and crisps. The studio apartment had everything we needed and was excellent value for money.

Nice apartment, confortable for six people. Price might be a little on the high end for the area/city/size.

This place is unbearably hot and inhabitable for humans. My children cried all night, because they could not sleep and it was difficult to breath. Reached out to customer service via whatsapp chat and the only solution they offered was to provide some fans, which would circulate heat and refund money or move to another hotel - at 1 a.m. - we went there just to spend a night and rest prior to our long flight to the US. No one from management contacted us or apologized. This property is inhabitable for humans and whoever lists it anywhere should be held accountable for criminal negligence and recklessness! They claimed that the AC was not properly working because of the power outage in the area, which was a nonsense. They control the AC from somewhere and there is no way for guests to control it from apartment. Reached out to local electrical company and was advised that there was no outage... Do not go to this place unless you would like to experience what I had experienced with my family. Btw, no one refunded any money. Expedia and all other pertinent sources where this property is listed must remove it from their sources in order not to expose their liability insurance for knowingly listing this property as habitable, whereas it is inhabitable for humans...

The hotel and room where lovely and clean. The only issue we had was there was an outage that caused the air cons to stop working, however, the hotel were really responsive regarding the situation and brought fans up. There are 3 metros within walking distance, loads if food stores and restaurants/bars. Would definitely return.

Horrible Management. Greedy service. New in business. Unprofessional. Booked a big room as shown on Expedia for 8 nights they gave me a tiny small room the bed didn’t fit me and my son and the AC wasn’t working, loud and noisy night club across the street. Second night they locked me out of my room without taking my permission or informing me, moved me to another smaller room supposedly claiming the AC was working the room was freezing cold and the AC doesn’t turn off. Contacted them, till after midnight for someone to come and turn the main electrical switch off. Third night I come back to my room to find it smelly sewage with water all over the floor and on top of my luggage and inside my luggage, the ceiling dripping the AC dripping all over. They ruined my medication and a lot of my clothes. A maintenance guy came and saw everything and took pictures. I immediately left the hotel. I slept somewhere else. Guess what?! They didn’t care. They didn’t refund me my money!!! Customer service doesn’t exist. DO NOT BOOK AT IT!

In one room AC wouldn’t stop, in others it wouldn’t start. Taxi service from airport didn’t show up. Apartment was otherwise ok

We had a great stay at Libere and would definitely recommend it. We went for only one night for a concert and were able to walk back to the hotel. The service was great and communication was exellent.

Heel mooie appartement. Alles is voorhanden, Uitstekende ligging, Metro heel dichtbij. echt een aanrader.

Room was too hot,AC was not working.Breakfast was not in the hotel,it was outside restaurant which opens late,not able to have breakfast.no reception or person in building to help.overall not recommended.

I loved the fact that there's a real person outside of the property upon my arrival, and that he welcomed us and gave us clear and specific information.

Easy check in however everything is virtual so on day 2 we had to wait above an hour for an iron since none was available on our room. This apartment is a little far from the town center, walkable train station close by made it easier once we were familiar with the area. There was a bar beneath us that was quite noisy on the weekend until about 4am but only one affected was my sister because she is a light sleeper.

Good area to stay

Be aware, no parking on site , the parking is nearby or over the street parking.

I will use it in future stays in Madrid area. Very centric and accessible.

The room was extremely and immaculately clean. Not a stain or hair. I was very impressed. The two issues I did have are that the electronic check-in was last minute and cumbersome. I had my whole family exhausted with after travel, and I was in the lobby trying to figure out how to check in. Also, ther is a very bright green emergency light mounted above the bedroom door. It lit up the room all night and I did not sleep well because it was so bright.

Easy to use technology

Do not stay during weekends or holidays because there is a club in the basement and whole building is vibrating and you can hear loud music. I was staying on 6th floor and couldn’t sleep for 3 nights, I can only imagine how bad it must be on lower floors.

Brand new property. Good service from staff when available. Complex / long self check in process.

Excelente lugar para descansar en Madrid

Un hotel perfecto. El check In y Check Out súper práctico y rápido. La aplicación es de mucha ayuda y súper intuitiva y amigable. Está muy bien ubicado y los obsequios súper lindos además de que te permiten guardar tu equipaje antes de tu entrada y después de tu salida lo que te ayuda muchísimo. Quedamos encantados.

Me encantó, todo limpio y es muy céntrico hay un careful cerca y varios restaurantes

No sabiamos que era apartamento, queriamos tener servicios como los que se tienen en un hotel. No había lugar para guardar las maletas. En la noche se nos apago el celular y tardamos mas de una hora en ingresar

Excelente hotel y muy buena ubicación. Superó mis expectativas!!

El piso prácticamente nuevo con decoración actual. Muy confortable y tiene todas las amenidades principales (nevera, cocina, microondas, lavadora/secadora..). Lamentablemente la secadora no funcionó, llamé en varias ocasiones y no me atendieron. El A/A está programado a una temperatura específica que en verano no es sufiente y sientes calor dentro. Dependiendo de los vecinos que te toquen se escucha ruido interno (me tocaron unos que llegaban tarde-noche y tiraban puertas, niños saltando y gritando etc). Muy bien la doble ventana que filtra el ruido externo.

Cómodo y limpio, ubicado y con todo lo necesario. Definitivamente se volverá nuestra opción en Madrid.

La propiedad estaba bien cuidada, solo tuvimos problemas para hacer el check in. Fuera de eso todo bien.

Schönes, ´zentrales Apartment in Madrid

Sehr zentral gelegenes Apartment, dass sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet ist. Einzig das Bett war sehr laut, wenn man sich darin umgedreht hat. Da müsste einmal nachgebessert werden. Kommunikation über die libere-App lief sehr gut.

Olor a deenaje

La habitación huele a drenaje, avise y no respondieron. Afortunadamente no estuve mucho tiempo… pero el olor es insoportable y eso elimina la buena ubicacion y comodidad de la habitación

Cercano al metro, zona segura y tranquila, casi todos los lugares,em lemáticos estaban a 30 minutos a pie, en carro10 min, y en tren 35 min.

Sin servicio de habitacion. Todo muy bien pero hay que tener en cuenta que hay una discoteca en el mismo edificio y se escucha la musica toda la noche.

Me encantó la ubicación y las instalaciones. Perfecto para pasar varios días en Madrid. Todo lo necesario para cocinar, lavar ropa y descansar.
