A very good value for money hotel

Very upset that the hotel doesn't provide with a free water. And no coffer and tea in the room. A bit cheap for 4 stars hotel

Lovely hotel, great staff. We didn’t book dinner but had an evening meal in the restaurant the first night and ended up booking it for the rest of our trip. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

It was generally fine BUT lacked faciliies for tea or coffee making in the room. And why oh why was there a complete shortage of spoons in the restaurant every evening? Surely not beyond the wit of man to buy more?

The Staff were very friendly in the restaurant as was the wonderful housing keeping team. The poor WIFI service in the room and around the property made it very difficult to communicate with friends and family.

Dislikes: Poor quality of food. Inadequate lift system - two tiny lifts which terminate on first floor (so you have to carry suitcases up steep stairs from ground floor reception). Paying 15 euros per hour to use the tennis courts. Inadequate bar - it’s huge, but little used because it serves no food, has no atmosphere, no happy hour. Likes: Friendly and efficient staff. Good location quite near to excellent small beach

The place is lush with greenery, which sets it apart from other hotels that usually have a couple of manicured gardens for decoration purposes. It makes you feel surrounded by mediterranean nature

It was overall a great stay. Beach within walkable distance, clean room. However, the air conditioner didnt work well and made it rather hot in the room during our stay.

Great Hotel great location

Hotel was extremely clean and very friendly. The sports centre was a great place to relax and not busy! Always able to get somewhere to sit in the shade or in the sun even in the height of season. Coco and Gordo are a must to meet, two resident Parakeet’s. The only down side was the food quality in main restaurant although acceptable it could have been so much better. But as we wanted to eat out most nights this was not a problem.

Tolles und umfangreiches Sportangebot, sehr freundliche Angestellte und leckeres Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rundum ein tolles Hotel. Zimmer waren sauber, die Frau am Empfang ( besonders Franziska ) war sehr nett. Wir kamen kurz nach Schließung des Abendbuffets an und uns wurde noch ein kleines Buffets angeboten. Die Auswahl an Buffet ( morgens und abends ) war groß, das Essen okay. Die Bucht ist fußläufig in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Einziger Punkt war die Bedienung an der Bar. Wir mussten sehr lange auf Bedienung warten , obwohl nicht viel los war. Würden wieder kommen.

Super hôtel

Für den Preis ein sehr gutes Hotel , hat alles was es braucht. Das Essen war wirklich ausreichend gut und hat geschmeckt. Leider ist das Personal nicht immer freundlich gewesen im Restaurant. Teilweise wurde man pünktlich eine Minute nach der Essenszeit aus dem Restaurant geworfen, was nicht wirklich gästeorientiert ist. Aber in allen eine 7/10!

Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de Wi-Fi dans ma chambre d’hôtel. Sinon tout était bien.

Es gibt in der Umgebung einige gute Buchten, die man gut mit einem Auto anfahren kann.

Staff were very friendly and room with Balcony was great. Those who doesn’t have car/motorcycle rented, full pension booking is highly suggested.

Beautiful location, easy parking, walking distance to small beach/bay. Hotel also has sports complex with great swimming pool, peaceful surroundings. Drinks snacks in hotel bar & sports complex is very good quality & price.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist schön und für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Man sollte beachten, dass es etwas wenige Parkplätze gibt wenn man erst spät abends zum Hotel zurückkommt.

Rundum sehr zufrieden.

Dieses Mal waren wir enttäuscht, erst nach 4 Tagen war es möglich, die Klimaanlage von heizen auf kühlen umzustellen. Wir haben ein Erwachsenenhotel gebucht und trotzdem sind wieder Kinder da . Der Hammer war aber eine Kakerlake im Bad

Estuvimos 2 noches y no vinieron a cambiar toallas y cómo hacía algo de frío en la habitación, no funcionaba el aire caliente estaban empapadas al día siguiente por lo demás todo correcto.

Très déçus par la chambre

Très bel hôtel,bon accueil en revanche notre chambre une horreur de l humidité partout impossible de mettre nos vêtements ds les placards,chambre très sombre ,ménage mal fait des poils ds la douche et sur le sèche cheveux,de la poussière installée depuis un moment,un miroir rebouché grossièrement,vétuste….une chambre avec comme seul extérieur une terrasse donnant sur….les tables du restaurant autant dire aucune intimité et impossible de laisser la lumière entrer….

Both good and bad

This is the stuff we really liked: Great gym across the road by the racket courts and a nice place to hang out in the evening belongs to hotel. Nice pool at the hotel. Good AC in the rooms Good beds Good shower Easy walk to the beach for 7 min *These are things we think were not that good: You could here your neighbor room when they were talking in normal voice and we are glad they did not like sitting up at night. Thin walls. The food is a basic cantina and the staff seem a bit tired. This was low season and we had 3 meals every day for a week and not even the last day they seemed to recognise you (Not that that is important but says volumes i think) TIPS for travelers here and the hotel: Do not take the shuttle the hotel recommend if you dont want to sit 3-4 hours in a buss to get there...it stops a lot of places before this place. The hotel SHOULD inform on this....many were pissed of. IT takes 1 hour and 15 min with taxi. I would recommend the the breakfast over other eating times when that was better than dinner and lunch. If you are having dinner go for the chief that is doing basic stuff while you wait to get freshly cooked stuff. I guess the food in the buffet is prepared a long time before serving and that is noticable. There is very few options for dinner close by so be aware of that. Overall I would come back and change a few things as mentioned above.

Dejligt roligt hotel med god pool

Dejligt roligt hotel med få børn. Skøn pool. Lækker udsigt fra balkon. Værelser lidt små. Morgenmadsbuffet og aftenbuffet ok, men ikke fantastisk. Fin værdi for pengene. Personale søde. Især stor tak til Maitre Ana for særlig god service. Ligger lidt afsides, men fint med bil. Kan anbefale gåture ved standen og køretur til Rajada med hyggelig promenade med masser af steming og restauranter. Brugte ikke sportsfaciliteterne. OBS: Vær opmærksom på, at hund ikke må komme med i restaurant og skal efterlades alene på værelset. Ingen mulighed for at spise andre steder end restaurant.

Wir sind mit allem super zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und bietet mit ein Pool und einer Dachterrasse ein wirklich tolles gemütliches Erlebnis. Das Frühstück ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt Tipps 👌 Um das Hotel gibt es sehr gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Wer Abwechslung möchte ist in kurzer Entfernung schnell am Ziel. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 👍😁

Preis Leistung gut, Parkmöglichkeiten schrecklich

Everything was almost perfect and good except the quality concerning the wi fii quality ( internet connection was not so good)

Ruhiges, schönes etwas älteres Hotel, kein Neubau.Strand in 400m erreichbar.Wer Erholung und Ruhe vom Tourismus sucht, ist hier richtig.Rajada 5km entfernt.

Bel hôtel dans un cadre reposant, à 5 minutes en voiture de toutes les commodités et de nombreux restaurants de qualité. Très beaux équipements (tennis, piscine, salle sport, beach volley… mais le dirving range est HS)

Albergo buono ma lontano dalle spiagge più belle

La struttura in sè non è male, il problema è che sta vicino a spiagge piccole e molte volte piene di alghe, e bisogna andare a largo per fare il bagno. Fuori dall'albergo la strada. Se non si ha un'auto o un mezzo per spostarsi non lo consigliamo.

Très Bien…très propre…personnel à l écoute….

Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold på hotellet. Ligger veldig idyllisk og skjermet fra alt av støy/kaos som man finner i Palma og Alcudia. Vennlig personale, dyktige instruktører. Satte stor pris på både yoga og sport games.

Super accueil de paco

The staff was very welcoming at the arrival. The bedroom was nice and the balcony was pleasant. The meals were very good and with a lot of diversity. However, the room had no Wifi reception whatsoever, and the air conditioning was non-existent. The parking lot is very reduced but it is easy to park the car along the street.

Hemos pasado con mi pareja maravilloso tiempo allí, nos recibido Sábela en la reciepcion con sonrisa y copa de cava de bienvenida, hemos estado en habitación 417 con maravillosa vista al mar, todo reformado limpio y la atención de equipo del hotel era un 10. Comida nos gustado en pensión completa disfrutándola en terraza con vistas al mar y el café del bar inmejorable servido por simpática Lili. Zona muy tranquila, que anima a paseos al orilla del mar, lo que buscábamos. Esperemos volver muy pronto.

Es war wieder sehr schön, das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit . Nach einem Upgrade hatten wir im 5. Stock ein tolles Zimmer. Auf dem Balkon fehlen leider immer noch bequemere Stühle und im Bad wären Kosmetik Tücher toll. Das Frühstück hatte alles was man braucht Wir kommen sicher wieder

Ein schönes ruhiges Hotel, nettes Personal,die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Sonst ist es sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück Genug Parkplätze. Bequemere Stühle auf dem Balkon wären toll

Struttura molto bella, materiali moderni e tutto super curato e gradevole Il personale merita una nota di ECCELLENZA in quanto sono sempre stati super disponibili( sia nel pre partenza che durante il soggiorno)!! La palestra è un po’ spostata rispetto all’hotel ed è un po’ una pecca! Non ho visto la SPA in quanto a pagamento! Colazione a buffet che merita 6 stelle! Unica pecca la posizione, poco collegata a Capdepera dove si trovano negozi e ristoranti.. la strada è buia e il bus passa di rado.

Die Zimmer waren super, sowie auch die Liegeplätze am Pool. Leider hat uns gar nicht überzeugt, dass wir All-Inclusive gebucht hatten, aber nur Vollpension Plus bekommen haben. Auch wurde beim Strandhandtuchwechsel je eine Gebühr von 1€ genommen, für mich gehört dies zum Service des Hotels. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es nichts zu meckern. Anfangs waren wir nicht überzeugt vom Mittag- und Abendessen, aber das hat sich im Laufe des Urlaubs ins Positive verändert.
