Is nice facility with good customer service. Good area to walk around and go sight seeing, overall very clean room, just the wall paper seems like they need to be done up again but nothing too serious

時代の流れで全面禁煙になったのはまぁいいのだが、入口の喫煙室が狭すぎる。 泊まった日時のタイミング悪く、朝の工事音がとてもうるさかった。

飲屋街の中心地、清潔感もありコスパ良かったです

初めての金沢旅行でゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。教育が行き届いてるホテルだと思いました！ 掃除の方に声を掛けたのですが丁寧に対応して下さいました。ありがとうございました。

ホテルはよかったです！ バスを使わないと金沢駅に行けなかったところが個人的には大変でした。 良いドライヤーを貸していただき、ありがとうございました、

Nice location and easy to access for where you should visit staying in Kanazawa‼️

工事中だったので朝がうるさかった。でも環境などは良かった。

Poor service & unhelpful

Check-in experience is very do so, 4 staff at counter, but very inefficient, confusing in handling luggage drop off. 4 of us checked out at 7:30 am on 10 Nov Sun morning, we tried to catch taxi in the streets, but very quiet. As we rushed for the train, we asked for assistance from counter staff to call taxi but being rejected even though 3 staff there with no customers. They insisted that we should go outside to catch taxi by ourselves, not until we complained. A lady staff volunteered to help us and called the taxi within 5 mins. Grateful to the lady but didn’t understand why the other two guys refused to help, especially the young guy who handled my check-out was really non-sense. Didn’t understand why they cannot help even for basic service, not extraordinary. Worst is they were unable to explain why they cannot help with such simple request.

綺麗なホテルです

綺麗なホテルで、ビジネスホテルですが、家族向けの部屋もあります。今回はクイーンサイズベット1つと、2段ベッド1つが設置してある部屋に泊まりました。それぞれに枕元のライトやコンセント・USBポートもあり、Wi-Fiも繋がりやすくとても便利でした。 朝食付きの場合、ビュッフェではなく、メニューが6種類で、持ち帰りパックに入ったお弁当タイプでした。味は美味しかったです。 駐車場は時間帯にもよりますが、ホテルが提携しているところより、自分で探した方が、比較的近い場所で安いところもあるので、調べるのが面倒で無い方は比較検討をお勧めします。 ホテルとしては過ごしやすい場所で、また金沢に行くことがあれば、利用したいと思いました。

少し下町で、夜中遅くまで外で騒いでる声がしてました 空調の調節が強弱でしか出来なくて、少し寒かったのと、充電ケーブルがあるけど接続しても使えなかった点が不満です 朝食メニューは、もう少し朝に食べやすい軽いものがあると嬉しいです

エントランスが良い匂いでスタッフの方が親切でした。

近隣スポットへのアクセスが良かった

Hôtel situé au pied de l'arrêt de bus Katama-Chi. Accessible en 15min de bus depuis la Kanazawa Station. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé par rapport au quartier des Samouraïs et des Geishas. Juste à côté du Kanazawa Castle, et pres de Oyama-Jinja Shrine. Juste en bas de l'hôtel se trouvent 3 konbinis : Lawson, FamilyMart et 7/eleven. Parfait pour depanner si besoin ! La chambre avec des lits jumeaux était tres bien. Assez propre hormis quelques taches sur les draps, et sur la moquette au sol. La salle de bain est spacieuse et tous les équipements sont mis à disposition. Le personnel était très agréable et parle anglais. Check-in et check-out rapides et efficaces. On a pu disposer de la chambre un peu avant le check-in. Seul petit bémol : l'hôtel était en travaux et nous n'avions donc pas acces au restaurant, distributeurs de boissons/glaçons, et surtout à la laverie. Les hôtes nous ont indiqué 2 adresses de laverie à proximité mais la 1ere fermait à 19h, pas pratique, et la 2nde qui était ouverte H24 n'inspire pas trop confiance. Dommage pour ce point, il aurait été agréable qu'une solution soit proposée par l'hôtel. Autrement, le rapport qualité/prix est très bien !

片町がすぐなので、飲食後のアクセスが良い。

2度目の宿泊。お世話になりました。

カーテンがあると尚良い

戦隊的に綺麗なホテルです 。受付にアメニティ もたっぷりあって お部屋でもゆっくり過ごせます 。ただ 車で行く人は駐車料金が高いのがネックです。。

片町という夜の繁華街にあります 駅から徒歩は３０分以上かかるのでバスかタクシーが無難です 近江市場には歩いて１０分で行けました
