It was awesome stay.
We got an authentic feel of Rome. This hotel also has apartments that are a 4 min walk from the hotel. We enjoyed it, wasn’t sure at first but it turned out great for the 2 of us.
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Via del Corso. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast and rooftop restaurant.
This hotel is in the posh, shopping area of Rome, by the Spanish steps. The rooms were nicely decorated with a thermostat that controls heat and cooling which we found unusual on our trip and rooftop bar festive although a bit expensive. The staff was efficient although not warm. The breakfast was excellent!
Great location - slightly tired room
Great location. Friendly staff. Pleasant rooftop bar and lounge area. Room in annex building somewhat tired
Very friendly, helpful, accommodating. Clean and comfortable
Annual rugby stay
Always our first choice hotel in Rome. Great location near Spanish Steps with lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were great.
Location Location! A close walk to shopping, dining and beautiful sites like Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. My daughter and I loved the hotel breakfast and rooftop restaurant. Staff was so kind and ensured we had a beautiful last 3 days in Rome. Room also came with complimentary water every day in fridge, coffee, tea and fresh towels and linens. Would definitely stay here again!
Hotel Mozart is close to Rome's main attractions like the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, the Villa Borghese and Vittorio Emmanuele. Trastevere, Campo di Fiori and even the shopping center. Convenient for the hotel guests. And the hotel staff (reception, restaurant servers and the concierge are all very nice and helpful). The food in the restaurant is also really good!
Great hotel, and great location very easy to walk to restaurants and shopping
A great staff and location
Came here with friends and to celebrate my New Year’s Eve birthday. We attended the very well put together dinner party with LIVE music and then went upstairs to attend the NYE Party watching fireworks in 360 degree direction. We partied until 3am with a DJ and it likely went 1.5 hours later than they planned but they kept it going since everyone was having the best time. Alexandra was the best manager that I’ve come across in many years. You can tell she runs a tight ship and everything was perfect. We even got her to dance for a few minutes. She’s always working behind the scenes to make the guests happy and wanting to come back again. This hotel is located centrally to everything you’re going to want to do or see to include food and drinks. Can’t wait to come back again when I come to Rome. Oh and need to mention that they communicate promptly with answering questions; special thanks to Roxanna and Rosella.
Superb
Everything was really perfect , we enjoyed our stay tremendously . The hotel offered us a room with balcony with no extra charge although we booked a standard room ! Breakfast was very rich , hotel super clean and the room overlooked Via del Corso in the heart of city close to all attractions. Will definitely come back . Thank you Hotel Mozart.
Property is nice
great stay. highly recommended
Nice location, great breakfast
Very nice room, very nice bathroom. Room did not have a balcony, which we thought it would as it was a superior room. Room was directly below the restaurant, so unfortunately, we heard tables and chairs throughout the evening until they closed. Great location, easy to get to everything from where we were. Very nice hotel.
Perfect location
Hair dryers did not work. One smelled like butnong. The breakers tripped wvery time I used my hair dryer. Breakfast was good. Shower was tiny tiny and leaked bc it dod not drain properly.
Great boutique Hotel in the middle of Rome...Excellent!
this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever booked in my entire life. We walked with all our luggage to the hotel check-in only to find out we had been placed in an apartment that was two blocks away from the actual hotel and not advertised at all in the photos of the hotel. We then were proceeded to be escorted to the apartment that was two blocks away by a staff member of the hotel, who was running ahead of us while three ladies struggled to push their checked in luggage down the street in the pouring Rain. There were times that he would look back only to realize that he had left us all the way at the end of the street still struggling. It was almost a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the apartment through crowded streets, they didn’t even offer luggage transportation, considering the inconvenience. The apartment complex looked like a crack house, to the point we thought we were being sex trafficked. if we needed any of the amenities that were advertised in the hotel that we booked, we had to walk two blocks to get to them. One of the nights our apartment key was not working, and we had to walk two blocks to the hotel to get a staff member to reluctantly help us and berate us and threaten that if he couldn’t open the door, we would have to sleep on the terrace of the hotel we were not even staying in. Overall a horrible experience, read the fine print, I would not recommend this to anyone. They couldn’t even call us a taxi the next morning for checkout.
dinner on the roof was great
Nice friendly staff always helpful. Location is walkable to most main attractions. Very close to the Spanish steps
Great stay
Great location, easy to get to Rome monuments but a little farther out of avoid the large crowds.
Property was great. Didnt like standing there for 4 minutes to be told go see the other waitress down stairs where no one was sitting ,when all i wanted was a wine . 1st world problem. Check in and room was great.
Very pleasant staff and good central location but our room was fairly loud at night, the breakfast buffet was predominantly sweets with little in the way of healthy choices and there was limited space for sitting outside of the room.
Such a nice boutique style hotel. Very nice staff at the front desk. Close to amenities.
It was a very cute boutique hotel
Our first night was in the annex…. I would not recommend it. Room was big enough but not what we expected. You have to go up a flight of stairs to access the elevator. The air conditioner sounded like a tractor and was barely sending out any cool air. We asked for a change and got a room in the main hotel which was more updated. The service was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast and ate our dinner at the roof top restaurant all three nights we stayed there. Very special thanks to Federie, our special waiter in the roof top restaurant and Roxana at the front desk who accommodated our request to change our room.
Nice location and the restaurant Jupiter had a rooftop area which was pleasant. Conveniently located to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and lots of shopping.
Perfectly situated with wonderful staff
Had a wonderful stay, great breakfast, conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Staff was very nice. Overall great stay
Solid location. Close to the spanish steps, right next to a lot of food and shopping. The staff was friendly. The room was small. The shower was tiny. Had trouble getting on the WiFi. They have a rooftop terrace that my wife and I loved. Our server was lovely. Overall pretty solid spot. I'd say its adequate for a couple nights. If you stay here there's a restaurant just down the street called Brillo that my wife and I loved that the man working at the front desk recommended.
Great location in walking distance of everything. Great breakfast, although for the price of the hotel it should be included at no charge. Will be staying there again on our next trip back to Rome.
Rooms were confusing to get around
Our room was great, nice and clean.
My feeling on this hotel is that it has to be taken for its pros and cons. It is very reasonably priced when compared to other Rome hotels who charge a lot more. You are likely considering this hotel due to price or recommendation, so, is it nice? Yes, it’s nice. It is in a fantastic location with bustling shops and restaurants literally seconds away. It is old, however, and the hotel and rooms are small. That said, many Italian hotel rooms are the same - do not expect large rooms like in some other countries. I liked the breakfast which was nice, I would say Continental style, and the staff are all kind. However, it is literally opposite a large building being renovated and the early morning drilling on weekdays is extremely loud. This is in addition to noise from other rooms, as the hotel walls and ceilings are not thick. Bring ear plugs if you are noise sensitive. Air con was good and powerful (too cold even maybe!) but that is helpful when it’s 35-39C outside. Only issues encountered were the wrong room type allocated on arrival, with check in saying they were not aware of my room preference (twin vs double). This was not correct, I had email confirmation from the hotel that the twin would be allocated, from a named employee, they just did not add this to our booking. It was quickly sorted. Finally, I also found something unusual in the window frame when I opened the bathroom window to ventilate it after showering. The item, from a previous guest, was removed.
This was a fabulous hotel close to everything. We were easily able to walk to shopping, sidewalk cafes and local attractions.. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
I don’t usually get time to write the reviews after our trips but I had to take time out to write this review because well deserved!!! Amazing location! Centered to everything. The staff is amazing as well. Especially the morning kitchen staff. Ali, EJ & Christina were super amazing and made sure we were taken care of. Room service was super clean as well. Not sure who was assigned to our room but we had room 415 & whoever did the housekeeping was 10/10 as well. The front desk staff was very helpful and made sure to answer all the questions we had. If you are looking for super convenient & stress free stay, this is it! Hotel Mozart won’t disappoint you at all.
Hot water is always off.
Great staff, excellent location, good value!
Loved the breakfast! Staff was great! Location great! Room was just ok, inconvenient to get to. TheT.V. did not work, fridge in room did not work and we had ants in the bathroom. However when I mentioned these items, they were fixed quickly. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Highly recommend
Amazing, inspiring and great location ♥️ loved it!
Lovely hotel with fantastic staff and super food options including lovely dining areas, inside and roof top. Nice rooms, well serviced. Brilliant location - right in the centre of everything near the Via della Croce and the Spanish Steps, reachable to all major sites from the Spagna metro which is an easy 7 mins walk. Would highly recommend.
Hotel Mozart is a boutique hotel on an excellent location. You can go to most places of interest, shopping and restaurants and cafes on foot. The hotel is pretty and all the rooms are different. We asked our rooms to be changed from the start because they were too small. The next ones were larger but still small. One of the bathrooms was also small. Overall they were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had our little dig with us who was made very comfortable. Overall if you’re looking for an excellent location and a good price this cute looking hotel is good.
Great service, nice location near taxi and a most beautiful basicila.
We stayed at the sister property Vivaldi. Our room was beautiful with a nice rooftop balcony beds were very comfortable Property location was perfect and we walked or took the subway to all areas. Meca shopping and restaurants! Staff was super awesome and friendly.
Room was very clean a great convenient location. We were definitely stay there again.
Stayed in one of their apartments. No elevator and steep stairs Apartment was well equipped
Family trip to Rome
Stayed on the 4th floor of the main hotel. Room was very dated and basic and shower was from the 80’s. My main criticism would be the noise. Every night you will hear noise from the terrace bar/mini restaurant when they are clearing away the bottles etc for a good 20mins and it will wake you up! There is also a lot of noise from the Servers taking the food up the stairs/lift. There is also noise from the, Terrace, DJ music plus the people singing, great if you are partying, but, not so great when you have small children. Also had two days where housekeeping left the room door “open” until early evening when we got back and noticed. The room door would not automatically close. Another negative was that the room safe was totally knackered and unusable but still left in the room and there was also extremely little in the way of space to unpack and store your clothes. Positive - the location is good. Would I stay here again? Unfortunately, No.
Hotel Mozart is conveniently located within walking distance to many top Rome attractions. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. The breakfast service at the hotel was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.
Everything
Staff were very great and helpful. We were hoping for a little bit of view, but there was none.
Good location
Good staff; good location
Great location
Not your average hotel
Overall great stay loved the surprise of a nice sized patio although not cleaned (swept). Fridge did not work told reception and called and was told someone would check never happened over 3 days.,Hotel did not make clear rooms are in a separate building and restaurant is awful all around from food to service. But wonderful location and worth it!
Had a great stay at the hotel Mozart. The location is excellent and really central for exploring Rome. The room was great, good breakfast and the rooftop bar and restaurant is excellent with great views of Rome. Can’t wait to go back!
Excellent location for shopping. Right in the middle of all the good stores and main shopping street. We stayed in the annex building, room was clean with comfy beds and a good shower. Our fridge was not working when we arrived but the staff was quick to fix it. Hotel breakfast was excellent with plenty high quality options. Very little natural light in the room with only 1 window with wooden slats. Main street can also be quite loud at night.
Great hotel in a fantastic spot.
Great hotel in a fantastic location, would defo stay again.
My sister and I stayed here for four days and it was excellent. First day we were greeted by handsome gentleman and very attentive. It was about 10am so we had to wait for our room but he offered us a drink and pastry(cappuccino and amazing sweets) by a lady( can’t remember her name) anyways our room was perfect for two people, two twin beds, so comfortable and the view was great: the rooftop has a restaurant and the view there is wonderful. I really enjoyed this hotel and we will be coming back from Now on and will recommend it to friends nd family. Thank you again, great location and walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Vatican and Colosseum is a 35 min walk, I didn’t mid , we love to walk. Again you will not be dissapointed this hotel to me is perfect.
i loved the property. very clean and i felt safe and secure. staff was super friendly just beautiful
The free breakfast was fantastic and the staff excellent! Hotel Mozart will be our destination when in Rome.
For the most part, our stay was enjoyable. I would like to return. But I would not want to stay in the annex again—too noisy as it’s right by the wonderful rooftop restaurant. Excellent breakfast, too.
Hotel Mozart - Excellent
Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Staff very helpful and attentive. The rooftop bar is a real added bonus. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.
We stayed in Vivaldi luxury suits it has nice street view and walkable distance to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain Perfect for vacation.
I had a pretty decent stay at the Hotel Mozart or Vivaldi I guess. It was located to all the major attractions. My biggest issue with this place was how hot it got. All the places I’ve travelled mainly in the colder months have had air conditioning, but when I talked to them they said it’s winter so no air conditioning, but to open windows. Which I thought was pretty odd. Also if y’all are getting the breakfast just know they start later than most breakfasts at 7:15. Finally some of the staff were nice and others not so much.
Loved Hotel Mozart!
My husband and I stayed for a week and everything was perfect. The room was fresh and clean with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and kind. I normally have a hard time sleeping in hotel beds, but this one was exceptionally comfortable! The location of Hotel Mozart was perfect for us to walk everywhere or easily take the metro.
Marvelous experience. Picked this hotel out of the dozens listed on hotels.com and really got lucky. Clean, convenient, great service. We were directly over via dell corso, so it did get pretty noisy in the evening until 9 or so. Maybe get a room off the main drag. Breakfast was AMAZING, definitely worth the surcharge. It was really our main meal of the day. Truly recommend this property, folks. It's hard to einie meinie miney mo on these sites. This is a winner.
Internet was quite slow
It was so convenient ..in a nice area ..staff friendly and very clean room
The location was great. Lots of shopping. A bit loud and the bathroom in our room was tiny. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but understaffed. Ran out of dishes coffee cutlery
Lovely hotel with lots of dining options and roof top cafe was delightful. Very please with our stay
Thumbs up
Great location. Nice room!
Great hotel
Great location. Good value for the quality of hotel. Rooms very nice and clean Would recommend
The reception staff at Hotel Mozart were kind and attentive from the minute I arrived. Mercifully, they spoke perfect English, so am afraid I gave up on my Duolingo Italian as soon as I was through the door! Mozart is very close to Via Del Corso, so am not sure whether there would be noise in some of the other bedrooms if they overlook the main street, but I was lucky to be allocated a large room at the rear on the 4th floor with a great bathroom (separate bath and shower) and a proper terrace, which was peaceful and sunny. Breakfast in the first floor restaurant was included, but for an additional fee you could order a similarly generous breakfast on their pretty roof terrace, which I would thoroughly recommend (you won't need lunch). My friends and I met for drinks there on my second night and decided to stay on for dinner. The restaurant staff were as kind and helpful as those on the concierge desk and looked after our party of seven until very late in the evening, which we all greatly appreciated. All in all, a great place to stay - I'll be back!
First time in Rome
Super quaint hotel with friendly staff and amazing breakfast! Great location as well!
Great location, staff was outstanding. Would recommend this hotel to others.
Disappointing for the price
The front desk staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. For this price I expect a working hair dryer, a lighted hallway to my apartment, and assistance with transportation to the train station when I requested. I was a solo female traveler and my apartment entrance was in a sketch area and at night I would have to find the light switch in the hallway. The apartment itself was great except for the cheap hair dryer.
Excellent , very friendly and wanting to help and please
Terrible big scam
It was not clean at all the room doesn’t looks like any of the pictures we had room number 304, couldn’t sleep at night because of the noise outside the window in the room very old and thin that u can hear everything outside, safe box easily can be stolen it’s not attached to a wall. I told them not to enter the room and I had a sign they ignored me they entered turned off the AC and lights roomed around the room. The food was bad a glass coffee cup fell on the floor the waiter picked it and filled it with coffee, a spoon fell on the ground the waiter also picked it and placed it on the buffet for one of the plates.. the front desk lady had an attitude. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photo I was very shocked this is not a hotel I call this 1 star pension stay it’s a big scam I didn’t had the time to call and complain about the room I was there tor 2 nights. I wish I can get my money back not with a penny.
Tiny room
Location.
This is a lovely hotel with nice rooms and excellent service. The breakfast is sumptuous and the terrace restaurant is beautiful and quite good. You are in the heart of the shopping district and not too far from main tourist attractions, 30 minute walk or taxi ride. Highly recommended.
Good location , room was extremely small as was the bathroom - clean, good AC, no full length mirror in room- hotel staff very friendly Roof top restaurant was nice, food okay and staff just okay
Very nice hotel a little noise outside but was not a problem
Not so great
Very beautiful property and staff is great
Excelente ubicación, limpio y seguro. Justo en Via del Corso y a pocos pasos de la plaza del popolo. Recomendado!
This hotel is located in a great area close to everything. Just walk out and you are in the middle of all shops. A walking distance to all things you need to see in Rome.
Slightly noisy. Limited comfort facilities. Plastic glasses in the room. No bathrobe.
We liked the hotel probably will book it again if we come back to Rome
Absolutely love this hotel from the friendly staff always willing to assist with your requests to the delicious full daily buffet breakfast, good sized rooms that are comfortable and clean and spacious. Hotel Mozart is centrally located to all the sights Rome has to offer the nearby Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi just a few minutes walk away, and nearby restaurants, and just a short stroll to the Metro. Simply a great place to stay when in Rome!
Excellent Location
A great choice for a quiet oasis in the midst of a buzzing tourist area. Loved it.
Hotel Mozart was a great place to stay. Close to everything. Staff was great. Nice and clean.
The rooftop bar and restaurant - great views and reasonably priced.
Beautiful building, and excellent location. Thank you
Grear location, great service
Great
We stayed for 2 nights before a cruise leaving from Civitavecchia. We wanted to explore Rome before the cruise and the photos of the rooftop bar and airport pickup were the main draws along with the lower price point and free breakfast. Despite issues with the driver locating us at the airport, the hotel was helpful and able to arrange taxis to pick us up directly for a tour and to the train station upon leaving. Breakfast buffet was clean and simple but plentiful with fresh fruit, pastries, etc. Rooftop bar was nice and peaceful but there are many bees. Room was small but we expected that since we were only planning to sleep. The walls of the shower did leak water all over the bathroom floor which was our only major issue. It wasn’t as close to attractions as I thought but they can arrange taxis or you can walk. Trevi was walkable.
