Historical hotel, central location. Excellent stay.

I liked everything except the fact that people smoke literally everywhere, and even if it is a non-smoking area, it is not properly isolated. But it is not just the Hotel’s issue, it’s in Belgrade in general. In the hotel the elevators’ doors close way too fast, and I got hit on the shoulder a couple of times.

Loved the decor and service.

Well appointed with Classic Furniture and design. Rare to find two story suite with high windows and one and a half bath. Beautiful dining area.

Fantastic! I loved staying in such a historic property, and the staff was amazing at every opportunity.

Kitchen staff not willing to prep coffee for early departure. Actually yelling back making you regret asking for a cup of coffee. Booked a room for two people even though i travelled alone, to have a bit more room. So paid premium to have tilted bed, rolling to one side all night. I usually have decent stay at Moskva but this time was terrible. Hope it’s not a trend.

We faced a big problem the first night while showering All water went out bathroom…

Old hotel. Small rooms. Even they don’t drop sleepers room. You need to call receptionist and get. No compliments water. No iron and no irin table. You need to use hotel iron service. No body lotions. Very small soap. Breakfast not reach. Still hotel using location advantage. If they didn’t improve such small things will lose new generation clients. Old fashion.

This was such a great stay and I don’t usually leave reviews. The highlight for sure was the restaurant and cafe.. you must try a piece of the famous cake there! Also it was great that this hotel was right off of the main pedestrian shopping road in Belgrade “Knyaz Mikaela” which made for a lovely stroll.

Hotel Moscow is number one!

A beautiful hotel with wonderful common areas and a great location. But my room was tiny.

The accommodations were very elegant and we felt appreciated.

A hotel in the Art Deco/Balkans Baroque style with magnificent architecture and decor. Friendly and efficient staff. Out of this world rooms, especially the ones with a split level lounge and bedroom. A memorable stay. Will definitely return.

Great historic hotel, excellent service!

Amazing hotel

This is a beautiful old world hotel. It reminds me of the old Hotel Pierre in NYC. The staff was so attentive to our needs. The bed was comfortable and linens very clean. The Tchaikovsky

Wonderful historical hotel in the heart, walkable to almost everywhere you need to go as a tourist. During my walking tour, it was pointed out as one of the sites. There are probably newer and more luxurious hotels, but this gives a really authentic experience and location. And has a wonderful restaurant with a sidewalk Café and dining.

An iconic hotel in the centre of it all in Belgrade. A wonderful place to stay. Impeccable staff. Afternoon tea on the terrace is not to be missed. Excellent dining in the restaurant. Just love it.

The lobby/cafe/restaurant area of the Moskva Hotel is absolutely outstanding, brimming with old world charm and ambience. A pianist was playing beautiful classics and old standards every time I was in the hotel. It was such a wonderful experience just to be in the area.

We had an excellent stay. Hotel and staff was amazing.

Room was clean and comfortable. Supposedly hot breakfast buffet items were always cold. Restaurant food and service was excellent.

I heard so much about this hotel and its history. Supposedly this used to be one of the best places to stay in Belgrade. Time for a change. I stayed in 3,4,and few times 5 star hotels. This one at best just a 3 star. No one greeted us with our begs. Just one receptions working the front with five people waiting in line. We carried our own luggage, which is fine, but this is a five star hotel and you have some expectations. I asked for a corkscrew, they wanted to charge me 5 euros. I asked for extra bottle of water, 5 euros just to bring it up. We got ourselves two story room. VERY, very uncomfortable shower. Who ever designed that bath and shower needs their hands cut off.basically you need to be a gymnast to wash your head. Place is rundown, needs lots of work. Our breakfast was included, but when we tried to take an apple with us after breakfast, they told us we not allowed and they could bring it for us, but will cost you 5 euros. If you like to feel good about yourself and have a coffee, or tea with cake outside in the restaurant. That’s fine, but food go somewhere else. I am not high maintenance, but some things you just expect from a place that rates itself as one of best in Belgrade. THREE STAR HOTEL AND THATS PUSHING IT. Just my opinion. Thank you

Hotel Moskva thank you for great stay!

On a positive side the hotel has a great history of guests and close to pedestrian street with shoppings and restaurants. Hotel is old but kept neat. Sometimes we had a tense impression from the stuff … For example , we were at room- bar open for public it seems making some pictures there, suddenly we were told we can’t be here or even make pictures… another situation was at check in when we arrived earlier at 7 am , we were told to wait till 12 , no options were offered until 10 am when suddenly they decided to charge us 60 euros for earlier check in … stuff missing on class relative to the hotel environment.

Thank you for making our visit to Belgrade even more fulfilling.

Great stay! Safe, clean and luxurius

Loved the place

the staff was very nice and the hotel has a lot of history with a lot of famous ppl staying here however the hotel does need to be updated. The staff was very loud in the morning so we got woken up every day around 7:30 or 8:00AM.

A Royal Stay

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Moskva! It's a historic hotel that is Extremely well kept. The people were very helpful and friendly. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the food was very good. It was very clean and comfortable. I felt very special staying there and I would definitely stay there again.

Elegant hotels except for no AC and dark corridors. Breakfast is delicious, and there is a vast selection. Valet parking is costly.

Historic very nice property

No decaf coffee or tea. No fresh orange juice. Hard to get turkish coffee. Glum service in café. Good hammam. Rooms with high ceilings. Good dressing gowns, pillows, slippers.

The hotel is very authentic and located in a great spot. Great service! Everything you need to see is a walking distance away.

Place was beautiful!!! Very royal, service great, breakfast was great. Dinner menu could have some simple things like a burger but the traditional dish (forgot the name) was delicious my wife salad wasn’t it didn’t have any dressing just few drops of virgin olive oil.

A great hotel in a great location

Incredible hotel with gorgeous accommodations. We were unfortunately only there for one night, and our night was trimmed down by airline delays, but we greatly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again when possible.

The staff is amazing, the rooms are small; but lovely and well appointed. Comfy beds, too. Be sure to check out the spa and the restaurant, too.

Pretty friendly team, I asked for some documents to be printed and taxi to be ordered and they did it for me and gave me fair price. Very central location and easy to spot from far away. Many locals know where it is.

Like the place a lot, classic and old time vibe. Very friendly services. Live piano at breakfast time. This is a place with characters.

Terribly small rooms and not as advertised.

We booked a double room with street view explicitly advertised. When we arrived, we were given a single room with an extremely small window that looked at the air conditioners inside the hotel. After complaining with reception, we were told there was no other rooms. So i said i have to leave cause i cant stay in this clostrophobic room. Only then they gave us another room. This time it was partially looking at the street on the side, butat least it got some light. It was still a single room as evident from the 140cm bed, and no space in the room other than the bed. The barhroom was incredibly small, where the toilet seat would get wet as you take a shower. Impossible for a large person to move in the room. Pictures of both bathroom and small room with only space for a small bed attavhed. In short, dont stay here if you dont have to. And if you have to, make sure they give you whats advertised. I didnt argue more as i hate confrontation, but this is one of the hotels that wont give you anything unless you make a scene. Do not believe the pictures advertised.

Everything is good: great restaurant, nice reception but the tobacco smoke everywhere is disgusting. Even in the rooms the smell is very strong. Please get rid of this or I will never stop at your hotel again although I am from Moskva.

Great stay

Great stay, the hotel is in an amazing location in the centre of town and the staff were great, very quick check in and check out and they even put in an extra bed for 3 adults to share a room.

I was lured to this hotel by very good reviews. However, I did lot enjoy it much. The bathroom is very small, you have to sit on the toilet bowl sideways. The shower cabin is very small, like 65 by 65 cm. I barely fit in. The smoke in the lobby is terrible. The receptionist gave me the coupon for 10 percent discount at the restaurant. But only after the fact the guests realise that there is a cafe (No discount applicable) and the restaurant. And there is no line between them, no distinction. There is no free parking for your car. It’s 30 dol per day.

It's important to note that drinking water is only available in the minibar, so guests should bring their own. The breakfast is truly luxurious.

Such a beautiful historic hotel in Belgrade that has been popular with celebrities and politicians. My stay and the service provided by hotel staff were beyond excellent! I could literally sit in the coffee lounge/dining area and stare at the breathtaking architecture all day. It also is perfectly located with many restaurants, bars and shopping centers nearby. I would absolutely recommend anyone who visits Belgrade to stay at this wonderful boutique hotel.

The hotel is historical, classy, the food is excellent, and service outstanding. All the personnel are very friendly, proactive and helpful, informative, and go out of their way to give you a memorable experience. Excellent!! The hotel is located in the city center. Great location. The front desk (Reception area) associates are extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about their job. They have provided a great service, helped me finding new places and provided very caring service. Overall I have enjoyed my stay at Hotel Moskva and I will stay again next time when I visit Belgrade. Very neat and clean hotel, well decorated, and awesome house cleaning.

It’s an old and famous establishment however the room was not really up to a super high level we expected. The ac goes off whenever you leave with your key card so it takes a while to cool down when you return during the hot summer days

This is our second stay in Hotel Moskva, and we are even more impressed this time with the efforts that the staff are putting into making our stay more comfortable. The breakfast buffet is out of this world with all Serbian staple dishes on display. Coming back for sure.

Hotel is centrally located and it’s a landmark. Clise to multiple restaurants, shopping, Money Exchanges and historical sites. It gives you the real Belgrade experience. Happy I chose Hotel Moskva

Hotel Moskva, is a very special and unique hotel in Belgrade with a long history of hosting recognized artists, diplomats, musicians and politicians. The hotel has a first class restaurant with many international dishes, a very nice and comfortable cafe to relax or socialize, a great spa and masseuse center and lovely and helpful staff in reception. It is always a pleasure staying at hotel Moskva. Thank you for letting me stay in the larger room. I really appreciate all your kindness.

The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. Other than that, there is nothing worth of four stars. The bellman did not help with luggage. There is no concierge with your information. The reception did not greet guests. The room has poor AC and was hot. The floor was tired. The elevators were cramped and slow

Historic building with a lot of personality, vintage deco. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Bathtub in bathroom not very comfortable to get in and out but fine.

Has the potential to be a five star property but that requires being proactive about maintenance. Great location. Great ambience. Awesome king size bed. Great breakfast buffet, with some negatives: Water not hot enough for tea. Hot chocolate dispenser has only hot water, but no chocolate. In bathroom, water hot enough for shower, but not hot enough for bath. In jacuzzi in spa, water not hot. Room key was not working. Required maintenance to replace old batteries. Wonder how prior occupants dealt with it. Front desk insisted on giving us just one room card key, even though I asked for two. Next day was given a second key when I explained that i wanted to exit room while key was needed in slot inside for partner not to be in the dark. Lovely hotel. Lots of potential.
