Perfect location for my first time in Rome. Walking distance from all major sites I wanted to see. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Right next to amazing restaurants!

The property outlook likes a residential building. The sign of hotel name was hard to spot when we first arrived there. It locates inside a six story residential building, which is shared by other B&B services. Room units are average. Since no doorman is standing at the front door and the building is shared with different hospitality groups, a little bit concern of any outside strangers sneaking into the building. Location is convenient easy access to any transports, attractions, and shops.

Good location to explore

Basic accommodation but clean. It is up a few flights of stairs so not ideal if you have large bags.

We thought being near the bus and train stations would be convenient, but there are many vagrants nearby. There are two Hotel Mosaic; we accidently walked to the wrong one, but the incorrect place located our reservation immediately.. When we went to the correct hotel, the lady at the front desk buzzed us in, but we were unsure of the entrance. She watched us walk by and didn't say anything. Then she made us wait to "locate the reservation". She actually was waiting for her shift to end. We had to wait until the next guy came on shift :( The next night, we asked for help with the air conditioner. Again the same lady said to wait 5 min. but she never came to help. She was rude and lazy. The housekeeping ladies were very, very nice and our rooms were very clean.

I did not like the fact that I was not informed ahead of time that there is construction going on inside the hotel. There was dust everywhere, hallways were dimly lit, and it needed a lot of cleaning. The surrounding areas were great in that everything was walkable and access to dining and shopping were plenty.

* The lift did not work for 2 days. * It was impossible to control the hot water in the shower. * The entrance to the property for the first time was extremely unclear.

A Nice Hotel

The Hotel is ideally situated in the city, everywhere is walkable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay in again.

Parts of this property were under renovation, there was a missing tile that I twisted my ankle on but it was fixed when we went back two weeks later, the elevator didn’t work on the day we were checking out and we had to go down the flights of stairs with our baggage . Other than that, you pretty much get what you pay for, not a terrible place to stay on a budget.

Bed was okay, but the toilet was bad (shower was not working properly and the vase/toilet was not working too).

This hotel was great for our football related stay being simply a place to sleep and wash before heading out for each day/evening. A perfect location and the facilities were fine for our needs.

It's an old apartment building and they turned a single floor into a "hotel". It was clean but not spotless. The location is very convenient. A/C didn't cool and made a ton of noise. We had to turn it off. The electric infrastructure is really bad and charging our phones would trip the breakers. The room itself is just ok but it is definitely not worth the price. This hotel should be between 50 and 80 per night. They overcharge due to the location. We would not stay again.

Not as described in photos, it was an okay stay but was not as nice as in pictures. Hard to locate, sign is small on side if building

Although the staff were super nice and really nice the room was very run down and the bathroom wasn’t clean. We only stayed one night but to be honest pleased that it was only one night, however the staff were really nice and friendly.

Bugs in the bed so dirty

For the price, it's great! It's surprisingly functional, comfortable beds, strong shower pressure and hot water. ( something that has been hit and miss at other places). I would stay there again.

Check in was easy, front desk was able to answer questions about the local area, nice location and a comfortable bed. Can’t ask for more for a one night stay in Rome

The location is close to many historic sites

Nice and simple room for a couple of days. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable but overall good for the price and location. The front desk staff was excellent!

Clean

It was an awesome stay with very friendly and helpful staff. It would have been perfect if there was a kettle to boil hot water. The view from the room we had was good and the room was cleaned daily.

Not clean, no wi-fi, sometimes not even hot water

The hotel’s location is good, the staff is trying to be helpful. Nevertheless, this guest house has serious issues. The room was dirty the first day we checked in. The floors were sticky. The bathroom smelled terrible. It is such a heavy smell, you can hardly feel comfort in the room. The first day, there was no hot water. There is no internet, there is no wi-fi. No matter what we said, it has not been fixed. We had to go to the lobby to be able to read emails and make internet calls.

Принесли в 10 утра к ним чемоданы- они сказали конечно оставляйте- милые люди! Вечером дали нам ключ и показали нашу комнату с видом во внутренний двор, матрас удобный. Завтрак средний: стоит аппарат и каждый себе нажимает кофе,есть ещё чай ,сок и молоко, круассаны, масло мёд нутелла сыр и ветчина! После чек аута тоже разрешили оставить чемодан- спасибо!!!

We reserved the room for 3 adults, but we're given a fold away bed that had broken slats. The second bed was not much better. It should not have been listed as a room for 3 adults.

Hotel is below average, breakfast is very basic. Below standard hotel.

Nice hotel central to all Sites and train station

Centrally located, close to Rome Train terminal. Pretty comfortable and good value. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is close to many major attractions. The only issue was the hot water system tripped on the days of our stay and we had to alert the front desk to that fact. its a pain when you come back to your room tired from all the walking that you do and the front desk is on a different floor!!

Very convenient, clean, not complaints at all. The stuff was amazing and the location it’s 100% if you are traveling alone everything is close and walking distance to the Colliseum.

Place was functional but not what I would call a hotel, more a B and B. Friendly reception but less so the breakfast staff. Breakfast was rather disappointing and you can’t get any tea/coffee other than at breakfast when there is a rather temperamental machine

Great Place for the Money!

This place was great! The only thing that was a bit strange was that the sink made some gurgling noises after flushing the toilet and using the sink faucet. Also, the WiFi didn't work at night, but in the morning it did. It probably just needed to be reset.

Property close to Termini Station and within walking distance to Colosseum and other historic sites. What I did not liked was a bad smell coming all the time from the bathroom that forced me to keep the windows open to get fresh air

Good value. Had a three twin bed room and it was very adequate. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location. Only downside is the challenge of figuring out how to initially get in. Ring the bell both at the outside door and once you get in the lobby. Walk up two flights. Door to your left is the front desk.

Would have been better if there had been tea and coffe facilities in the room as was a nightmare using the lift hding hot tea

Very good stay

Overall a good stay. I would recommend. This hotel has 24 hr service and support, great free breakfast in the morning, excellent location and a decent room. There is a safe and a good HVAC system. There are also stairs to take or an elevator. 2 of the days we only got one fresh towel for 2 people. Room is basic. With the location, cost, free breakfast and always open service it's a very good place to stay.

Family of 4

The location is very good, close to bus and metro stations, many restaurants. The bedrooms was perfect for us and the kids. Bunk bed for the kids. Was comfortable but the first day we arrived the bathroom doesn’t smell as a very cleaned bathroom, had to tell the person in charge so they can fix that and a clogged sink.

Good Central Hotel

The hotel is a great price for the location. You can walk anywhere in the city and there are plenty of restaurants right down the street. The staff is all super friendly and ready to help with any questions you have.

Location is in the midway from the train station and the scenic spots, and thus walkable for the whole trip. The room is clean and tidy.

Very nice staff, very small and basic hotel. Somewhere to sleep while you explore the city during the day. Would recommend if you dont have high standards.

Ok for the price we paid

Room could have used a little facelift. The walls were dirty and room was dark. Walking distance to most things. Wifi did not work in our room, had to go to the lobby.

Bathroom smelled of sewage, safe did not work :(

The room was clean and tidy, and check-in staff was very friendly. However, the bathroom smelled of sewage and the safe did not work (we believe the battery needed replacing). We reported this to staff although they were unhelpful and rectified neither problem. The breakfast was very basic, but sufficient. The location was very close to Termini station and fairly close to the Collosseum. However budget the hotel, the bathroom should not smell so bad and they should be able to replace a battery in a safe.

Mixed bag

The hotel had pluses and minuses. The hotel is well located: pretty close to Termini station, and within walking distance of most of the major sites. The reception is 24 hours, which is helpful if you stay out late. The fridge in the room is useful. The breakfast is pretty basic and continental only, but perfectly serviceable. The staff are also generally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the shower took forever to warm up. The TV in the room didn't work. The room was somewhat cramped, and the two single beds we requested were very close together. Also the staff pushed us into paying by cash rather than by card, even though we'd really have preferred to pay by card. One further issue that will hopefully be resolved soon was the building work that seemed to be occurring on the floor below. The work was very loud during the day and ruined a much needed siesta after a long journey.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was basic but for short city break fine. Would have liked it if there was a full length mirror and if the shower was a little better as it was not a great shower head, the water came out too hard and was not enjoyable. Overall it was a good stay and good location.

Great staff, friendly hotel

Had real problems finding the hotel, vert small sign outside, and even locals seemed unsure of the address. Checking in was easy, and staff couldn't have been more helpful, giving us information on tourist attraction and locations, nothing seemed to much trouble. The continental breakfast was always very fresh and plentiful, and unlimited fresh coffee. On the downside some of the other guests were very noisy talking loudly and banging doors until the early hours of the morning.

A great little place to stay while in Rome. Did not have a single problem with this hotel, the staff where lovely and friendlyrics and really looked after you. Would definitely book again for another weekend in Rome.

Convenient and adequate.

Situated in a six-floor apartment near the opera house, this hotel is within walking distance from Roma Termni in Republica as well as many major tourist attractions. The room has a private bath and a modest continental breakfast (across the street) is included. The staff is on duty 24/7 and the area is very safe. Corner stores are accessible. Not luxurious or fancy by any means, but comfortable and convenient for any travelers.

Exactly what you need for a city break

Great location, 2 minutes walk from restaurants and cafes in every direction. About 10 minutes from the station where the airport shuttle buses drop off. Staff very friendly. Room is just what's needed for a city break, it's not luxury but it's clean and tidy and everything works. The only down fall was the free continental breakfast, this is located in a cafe up the street, filter coffee that's been sat for god knows how long, croissants with sugar icing and 2 cereals but no bowls. It's pretty much a waste of time, they shouldn't even bother offering it. There's plenty of other cafes with reasonable prices to get a good breakfast. I would stay here again.

Hotel is true to its name!

For my use, the hotel was very convenient; easily accessible to many "tourist" sites, and excellent restaurants nearby. It was probably closer to a hostel than a hotel, but all I did was sleep there and for that purpose it was excellent!

Close to Termini and Forum

Great location only a few blocks from Terminj, and about 20 to the Roman Forum. The room was clean and comfortable, and the 24 hour concierge was a great help for us. Continental breakfast is included in a cafe across the street.

Nice experience at this hotel

We stayed in October, 2014 and based on previous reviews we an tell that the rooms were remodel because the rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable, the entire place was clean, the bathroom look nice although the house keeping needs to keep it in better condition so it would look good for a long time. Our room had 2 twin beds facing the back of the hotel. We slept well although you can hear the people from the adjacent room from time to time. The room has A/C and heating so we were comfortable. There is not much counter space in the bathroom so for ladies is a little bit uncomfortable. The TV and Internet worked well. The breakfast is offer in the caffe next door and it's very basic, but it was good for the price paid. The hotel is well located. Close to the train station, bus stops and one of the major roads of the city. We moved really easy around the area. The streets get dark at night with dim lights but we didn't feel unsafe. Front desk people were very courteous and helpful. The front desk has a someone at all times and they helped us get a taxis when we left. The hotel is in a multi-purpose building (private residence, offices and the hotel on the 3rd floor) but our whole experience was positive. Since there building has more than one business, the hotel sign is small, but you can find the place with the address alone.

Good Base to Explore Rome

It was a good stay with reasonable room size and cleaniness. The only downside was that the wifi on the 4th floor was not so good.

Best place for the money and close to everything

Nem a tv nem o secador de cabelo funcionavam. O hotel parece reformado, mas ainda assim é fraquinho. Os elevadores são pequenos e antigos e é preciso fazer baldeação para ir para o nosso quarto. O único ponto razoável é o café da manhã. É um hotel com 1 ou, no máximo, 2 estrelas e foi muito caro para o que não oferece. Não pretendo voltar.

Für den Preis in der Lage ok, wenn man nicht anspruchsvoll ist. Nach einer ersten schlaflosen Nacht auf einer Matratze aus Roms Gründerzeit wurde diese dann am nächsten Tag auf Bitte anstandslos ausgetauscht. Ich mochte den geruhsamen Fahrstuhl. Der entschleunigt😁😇.

A localização é perfeita. Perto da Fontana e do Terminal Termini. Não parece hotel, com isso divemos dificuldades ao chegar pq já era bem tarde mas depois deu tudo certo.

Ha sido genial!! La ubicacion es extraordinaria, las chicas de recepción todas muy simpáticas. Limpieza diaria...El hotel es para dormir y descansar y cumple perfectamente su función. Muy cómoda la cama, silencio por las noches. Lo recomiendo!!!

Todo muy bien , pero si las fotos no se parecen a las instalaciones. El elevador es un poco complicado pero precio- lugar muy bien.

Me gusto la ubicación, la habitación amplia y muy bonita vista desde la ventana. No me gusto que no servía la secadora de pelo, y el internet fallaba un poco. (Pero solo estuve poco tiempo) Igual excelente que tiene recepción 24 hrs, lo que nos permitió hacer un check in ya tarde (11:00 pm) Todo en general excelente. Si repetiría nuevamente mi estancia. Gracias!!!

Excelente ubicación cerca de Termini. Limpio y bonito. Desayuno rico. El único punto débil es la calidad de la conexión wifi que es inestable.

Nå jeg bestilte på hotel.com stod det at vi fikk en flaske vin på rommet. Det fikk vi ikke. Såpe-dispenser fungerte ikke på flere rom. Dusj dårlig på et rom. Frokost bare fine rundstykker.

Propreté ok, chambre non insonorisée avec fenêtre ne fermant pas correctement sans double vitrage: nuits courtes et difficlies... 3 lits et une demie armoire, une chaise: mobilier insuffisant pour 3 personnes alors qu'il y a dupotentiel. Salle d'eau: rien pour poser les produits de toilette, patères insuffisantes: à ameliorer. Petit déjeuner: il manque des fruits. Personnel correct

Hotel au centre de Rome .

Bonne chambre et propreté indiscutable. Par contre , vue sur un mur et au dessus des poubelles . Mais comme nous nous servions de la chambre pour une douche et dormir après des kilomètres de marches , ces détails sont de moindre importance. L'eau de la douche était écossaise le matin , mais étant foncièrement positive , je me suis dit que cela donnait un petit coup de fouet ..... Malgré ces petits inconvénients , je recommanderai cet hôtel bon marché placé au centre de Rome ce qui était nôtre premier objectif...

Posizione comodissima, vicina a stazione Termini e a pochi minuti a piedi da molte attrazioni turistiche. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Colazione buona.

Bars en kväll med varmvatten. Strul med betalningen, fick betala för 4 nätter mär vi var där 3 nätter. Fick tillbaka pengarna på 4:e dagen. Trading toalett sista dagen. Annars OK. Bra frukost läget utmärkt.

Muy buen hotel, perfecta ubicación y calidad

Muy buena ubicación, el desayuno no era de lujo pero todo muy rico y fresco, la limpieza perfecta y la habitación muy bien mantenida.
