Easy to get here. Nice lobby and friendly staff.

Great stop on the way to PEI after a long drive. They accommodated a late check in very efficiently and we were setup and happy with the complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy, comfy beds and food and coffee in the morning. Thank you.

Hotel was great, very clean, was comfortable. Staff were very friendly, breakfast included was ok, but cold.

Location perfect with very friendly staff i also loved that it came with a awesome hot breakfast included and the room was clean.

Whenever we go to Moncton if it's for an apt at the hospital, or family trip with our dog, we LOVE the hotel Moncton. For the price, clean, hot breakfast and workers smile is a PLUS... Love it and will be back...

I like having a door in my room that went straight outside!

The rooms were small, the bathroom vanity was nice and big. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very limited.

Its was nice and quiet

The hotel is quite old. That being said, it appears to be fairly well maintained. I found the floor in my room to be uneven. Made me feel a little off balance when first getting out of the bed. The staff were very friendly.

My flight was canceled and i never checked in as a result of my trip was canceled half way to the hotel.

The room was fine getting to the room by the outside upstairs platform was slippery, the plug beside the bathroom sink didn’t work. Other than that it was fine.

Excellent spot considering the lower than average price. It's not super fancy but it's very clean and staff were nice. Free breakfast FAR exceeded my expectations! Very yummy with good selection.

It’s greaty

If you want a time capsule to the 60s...this is your place. We actually left at 4 am instead of 630 for the airport because neither one of us could sleep

Staff were helpful and quick to resolve issue with heat in our room on a very cold day.

we stay there when in Moncton, It wasn't all that quiet when we stayed but i am not one to complain ...

Just dirty

Loved hearing the lions roar from the zoo!! Would suggest larger bath towels.

Place was great for the price. Offered a big fridge and microwave inside the room. Wasnt a fan of the floors creaking so loudly, but hey! It was a well kept older building. :)

We stayed at Hotel Moncton. They have nice decor updates done to the rooms. Breakfast was included in the rate. Food was good for the most part.

Last minute stay

Our stay was short last minute choice for soccer. Both people we delt with over phone and in person were lovely. Answer all my questions. It was a great experience andni would stay again.

This is an old property, but has been well kept. Very good buffet breakfast, and site was quite busy for the time of year.

I give it a 5. The room needs a bit of a touch up especially the beds and pillows. Bathe towels were extremely small and light material. Breakfast was ok but not that great. Staff were ok and somewhat friendly. Location is good with walking distance to KFC, Wendy’s and Macdonald's and a gas station.

Really good customer service. But the only concerns i have is a dirty trace line on the wall black spots in the shower roof and also think we might of had bed bugs but did not notice at the moment noticed bug bites when i got home on the day of check out!

We were greeted with utmost respect and courtesy. I asked when we arrived to have a first floor room due to my mother having lots of mobility issues to go up stairs all the time, so they looked and found one room left available, but they warned me that the temperature control wasn’t working so it would be warmer than usual; if we didn’t mind that the room was ours. I went to check the room with the clerk, and approved that it was more than fine. Fast forward to nighttime when we went to bed…….. it was VERY cold in the room… and I tried to crank up the baseboard heater and nothing was coming out of it… so we didn’t get too warm, we froze our behinds off :( That would be the only issue we ran into, that and the sound proofing needs some work; the tenant in the room beside us let one rip in the night and it basically woke us up 😂😂

There were mice in our room, breakfast was cold and had a very limited selection, and staff were unfriendly and cold. Would not come back

Room floor was littered with pieces of sidewalk salt. Bed was uncomfortable. Stayed here in past with zero issues.

Food

Vey small bath towels. Likely be a hand towels at other hotels. Breakfast was included which was nice but dining area very cold and plates were like ice which made food cold before you even sat down. Price was right though.

This hotel was absolutely freezing. The windows were beautiful but very drafty. We also had to pay an extra 20.00 for our 7 and 2 year old to eat breakfast. They really only ate fruit loops. Even the breakfast staff was wearing jackets. Hotel was freezing.

We stopped in Moncton for a quick night's rest before getting back on the road. Honestly, it was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel recently (although I may have just been REALLY tired.) The room was nice and quiet, the staff were friendly, and it was overall a nice experience.

Overall nice stay

Terrible hotel. We left at qAm and drove an hour and a half home because the walls are so thin we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. We were told when we called a few days later that we shouldve been offered another room but we werent. No refund or compensation offered. Also was very dirty. Big stain on pull out couch and the sink and vanity was in a different room from the bathroom (or tub and toilet) next time we will spend the extra few dollars and stay somewhere else.

staff were pleasant and helpful. however, room was small. bathroom very small. door to bathroom didnt close tight. there is a little step leading up to the bathroom not good. trip hazard. just not a good set up in the room.

Loved our stay. Everything was great. Super clean washroom and tub. Breakfast was nutritious with healthy options prepared by super friendly and helpful staff in a beautiful, sunny, spacious dining area with gorgeous views.

Quiet hotel near casino. Check in was fast and the staff was very attentive to my request. Breakfast was good, toast, bagel, yogurt, sausage, scrambled eggs. The only thing negative would be how uncomfortable the bed was. It was way to soft to my liking. Other then this, everything else was good.

Reasonably priced, rooms renovated recently, good Wi-Fi.
