The worst service and place

The carpet of the room is very durty,sheets are dirty and old, towels are very old too .

Overall ok, really basic

The hotel is really basic, overall I wasn't impressed by anything. It's more of a quick overnight stay hotel.

The staff is nothing but great. Frontdesk is great, everybody is cordial and helpful. The rooms are not properly clean.

The hotel room needs lots of upgrades done and needs to add more outlets to connect other things like hair appliances when several persons are in a room since it’s very limited and bed to closer to where a mirror is close by. Pillows also need to be changed out since they were very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Inappropriate hotel for business trip

First time using Hotels.com to stay at a hotel, but it was terrible experience. From check-in, required QR check-in even if I was not fluent Spanish, but QR page was in Spanish(It was ok, but even survey required). I complained to the staff about check-in, and he did instead of me. I stayed for business purpose the room floor was dusty and the chair has broken armrest. Even if I booked this hotel knowing that they rent irons, but the staff in the lobby told me they didn't have any irons. When I explained I had checked the website, he finally brought out an iron. Asked iron board as well, but he said they had iron, but not iron board. I annoyed and showed him hotel's website and finally gave me an ironing board. Internet wifi exist, but unable to keep working even open outlook e-mail due to poor connection and speed. Please do not visit this hotel if you need to work in the room.

Muy sucia la recámara las camas incómodas. Paredes sucias en el cuarto. No lo recomiendo.

El hotel está muy descuidado, los pisos de áreas comunes sucios, la alfombra de la habitación está hecha un asco, los muebles dañados y rotos. La verdad pensé que por ser un hotel de la cadena Misión estaría almenos limpio y por el precio que pagas, no vale la pena. Ni siquiera te dan cubiertos y vajilla en el desayuno. Son deshechables de unicel, aunque sea utilicen de cartón.

Property was alright but surrounding area was too dirty

Poor installation Smelly Poor service

The hotel conditions are horrible and unacceptable. This hotel looks more like a hooker's motel than a family hotel. When we entered our room, the carpet was very dirty, stains on the comforter and walls and hair on top of the comforter. It was very depressing to see our hotel room like this and even more so for the price. We always book through Expedia and have never experienced a situation like this before. We had to cancel our reservation and look for another hotel at midnight, which was very stressful. We didn't want to sleep there, because the bed conditions were very questionable. We moved to the NH hotel and the price difference was $50 and much better. The manager did not want to refund our money, not even for the other two nights that we did not use. The receptionist told us all the rooms have carpet, so they will be filthy, meaning that they do not vacuum them. My boyfriend is head of maintenance at a hotel in the US and every day when someone leaves they vacuum and change sheets, the excuse he gave us made no sense. Please don't stay here, horrible experience. If I could I would give them a -5.

Medical trip

The people were very friendly and helpful, but the bed sheets look very old with some spots that I felt uncomfortable to lay down.

The hotel was terrible, dirty

Not friendly staff up front checking area. And the rooms AC didn’t even work right at all! It took a whole day to get cold. The curtain shower in restroom was all torn like they didn’t have money to replace. Literally was very Holie and shower wasn’t even scrubbed right glad I always carry Lysol and Clorox was moldy. Smelled dampness in rooms would NEVER pay $100 a night for room like this again

This hotel was damn dirty . They never cleaned the floor of my room and changed the bed stuffs only 1 for 4 days. I moved to the other hotel by paying abit more.

I stayed for 10 minutes because the room was extremely dirty and I requested a cancellation; but the hotel still charged my card and as of today they have not refund me this money.

Poor quality house keeping

Management has very short staff. I was there for 4 days and the maid didn’t clean or change linens. The first two nights I sleep on the bed without removing comforter and blankets but the third night I removed them and I noticed some huge dark and brownish stains . The next morning I went to ask te manager to please make sure to have blankets, pillow cases, and comforter. How ever she I got back I removed sheets and notice hair under the blankets. So I went back to front desk and the guy gave me a brand new room so I went to the new room and when I walked in the first thing I did was I removed the comforter and to my surprise there they were . More hair under the blankets. So I requested just to give me new sheets and that I would talk to management in the more. So I went back to my room and the next morning I went to talk to the manager and when I tried to explain the situation. She replied to please state everything and as much as I wanted. I Then ask how was that going to benefit me . She replied that there was not much for me to do . That the only thing that could happen was maybe they will talk to the cleaning lady. But that was it . I will never stay at this place again!!!!

Pet friendly hotel with all facilities set. The staff always eager to help. We had a pleasant experience.

Stinky bed sheets

Building room amenities were okay, the main issue was the bed’s strong smell of sweat. I’m not sure how often the sheets are changed, but not often enough. The bed had a strong sweat smell

Poor service, my wife have to leave the hotel after two nights only. When we all ready have pay for 8 nights..... Really insecure place.

We had a great stay with our 2 cats and a dog. Good casual made to order dinner and buffet breakfast. Clean rooms and accommodating staff.

Toilet water pressure too low.

Staff was friendly.. our room was not clean when we arrived, no phone I'm the room which was an issue because there were people drinking and running in the halls at 2am and we couldn't call front desk about it. Location of the hotel was very convenient for us ( close to airport, close to mall )

a decent business stay

a decent stay, business oriented hotel, if you are in the area it's a good option. Prices were high tough, as there was a massive rock concert (palnorte) but it still was a decent option given the super low availability in the city.

The rooms were a little small as well as the bathroom, TV never worked, When the AC was on it kind of had a not to pleasant smell. The best was breakfast in the morning, excellent service.

This hotel was an excellent option. Very closed to my loved ones and to the areas of interest. Great breakfast. The rooms are spacious. My suggestions to the hotel would be to add more outlets, offer wash rags, and keep a notepad in the rooms. Other than the stay was excellent.

I had a really poor check-in experience with this hotel. I booked a room with one bed and got a room with two. I went down to let front desk know, and she really did nothing to help. She said “i could wait an hour for a room with one bed but it will be dirty.” The lady at front desk was just rude about it. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room either.

They say they had free airport transportation and breakfast, but the Shuttle start at 6 AM, and i needed at 5AM. The Breakfast start at 7 AM. And they don't specify any of that

Very convenient and centric Hotel

Hotel had problems with water pressure for two days out of four we stayed there. We had to wait 2 hrs until they fixed it. Second time they offered another room just to take a shower. Hotel is fine, beds and rooms OK and tasty breakfast; overall we had a good time except for the water issue.

We stayed a night at this hotel to catch our early morning flight, the place is in a 10 minute drive to the airport. The staff was really FRIENDLY told us great places to eat or kill time. Theres a shutter to the airport from 8 am to 10 pm ( double check on that) our flight was at 6 am , they call a private driver who tooks us to the airport for 250 pesos. Good price , room was nice and clean i will definitely stay again at this place. 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽

Not so good, there was a terrible smell in the room, hall, and the bathroom. It's a smell I can't describe, and it was too late to go get another hotel, we were very tired

Amazing love the room

Too much noice from the street; mattress and pillows are kind of hard. Personnel is friendly and helpful except the guy in the kitchen at dinner time that he was more interested in his phone than in helping people. Much different the lady cleaning tables during breakfast time, she was very nice.

Checking was fast but soon enough when got to my bedroom the smell of humidity was exesive. I ask to be moved thinking that will solve the problem I was move and the othervroom was a bit better on smell but still smell Like humidity. Towels are so old and harsh and at the time to go to sleep discover sheets were not change from previous guess.

The room is really small and it doesn’t smell good I guess it’s because it has a leak in the air conditioner and the carpet gets wet and also it’s not clean the restroom was not clean there were no towels at all we had to go ask for some. Food was ok

They broke intoy car and stole all my tools. I told security gard and he did not know anything So i think he is not doing his job

They do not have respect for disabled people, even though I had the disability card they required me to move from the disable parking. I explained that I could not walk well and they answered me where the wheelchair was. It was very offensive on the part of the manager who does not understand that IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO BE IN A WHEELCHAIR TO BE DISABLED.

We liked the shuttle service, friendly staff and easy access to the airport and city.

I love that there is a Starbucks right next door. They have a good Mexican full breakfast. They have good WiFi. The rooms look just they do in the picture. They have a free shuttle to the airport and to anywhere you want to go - you just have to schedule it with them. However, this time that I stayed there, the bathroom was not clean. It was like they forgot to clean the toilet - it was urine sprinkling on the toilet bowl, not on the seat.

I loved ever single thing about this hotel. From check in to check out. . . My flight end up being delayed and they were able to hold my luggage there, I was able to walk around the city one more time ♥️

Good Hotel, Recommended

Good hotel, had exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay. Their breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay, would defintely stay again.

Hotel room wasn't properly cleaned, with items from previous guests still in room, there were footprints on the white duvet, and what may have been boogers spread on the wall above one of the beds. In addition, information provided on the website and Expedia page misled us to believe there was two-way shuttle service between the airport and hotel available upon request. When I reached out to request the shuttle from the airport I was told that there is only shuttle service available from the hotel to the airport (It also took 4 days to receive a response). Even so, it wasn't until check-in that we were told that shuttle service from the hotel is limited and not available on Sunday mornings (which is when we needed one). It would have been nice to have been given this information when I had reached out previously about shuttle service. Overall, due to the issues with cleanliness and shuttle service we were disappointed with our stay here.

I have no complaints, staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Bathroom extractor made noise, but nothing to make a big deal about. Everything I needed was near by. I enjoyed my time there.

We arrived at the Misión expressaround 10:30, but waited in the lobby for 45 minutes before the receptionist checked us in. The receptionist was there talking on his phone not attending to any one. Once we were finally checked in, we went to our room, Only to find that there were only two clean towels for four people. We couldn’t contact front desk by phone so we went down to check. There were so many people in the lobby that we just left. This hotel needs more staff who are better trained in hospitality.

After checking in, we went to our room to take a shower,there were no towels so we asked the staff for a couple of towels, it took almost an hour for us to get some clean towels...also the remote control from the a.c. unit was missing from our room so we had to go to the lobby to ask for another one, another thing is that if you need a clothes iron you have to pay a deposit of $200 pesos to use it because the room doesn't have one

Nice hotel

Really nice place to stay and the price is not bad for the night.

Advantages: Nice hotel to stay. It is in highway, hotel fare is moderate, Nearest to Airport. Disdvantages : Cleanliness to be improved lot, Breakfast provided is in mexican style, not in international style. Wi-Fi is always disconnecting.
