This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. The breakfast was complete and there was excellent service there. There was also excellent service at reception.
Our stay in Krakow was made truly unforgettable thanks to this incredible hotel. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The combination of warm hospitality and superb amenities makes this hotel a perfect choice for anyone visiting Krakow. Highly recommended!
Fast check in and out. Great room and bathroom.
Night time party every night till 3am during the week otherwise wonderful
Great stay
Really lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable and was in a great location. Breakfast was ok but could have been more on offer but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.
This was our 4th time staying at this hotel and we were more than happy with our stay and definitely will be booking again in the near future Expedia was good to book with as usual the hotel is in the lovely Jewish area and very pretty but walking distance to main square and Schindlers lovely room and outside area which was a bonus as weather was beautiful can’t wait to go again
The breakfast was decent. The wifi signal was problematic in some rooms. The place was very noisy, with little sound proofing so you will need ear plugs.
A perfect base to explore Krakow
Lots of space for a couple...Large bathroom with fabulous bath.Great location for bars and restaurants... All amenities close by...Very helpful English speaking reception staff on hand 24 hours...No complaints whatsoever
J
The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a tram station and convenient store nearby. The area is quite and nice. The bedroom itself is clean and cozy. Overall it’s a nice hotel!
The room and hotel in general was very clean. The staff were kind and helpful.
We had a apartment so could have prepared food if we had wanted to. Ample size for 4 people. Only downside of ours there was one only mug and 1 glass.
Great location for the Jewish quarter, 12 minute walk to main square.
The room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast was simple and restaurant location was not the most comfortable. However, personnel was kind, professional and helpful. The hotel location was not the most attractive one.
In a superb location for all attractions and extremely helpful when booking trips
Excellent location. Polite cheerful and helpful staff who are always willing to help. Clean and tidy. Quiet rooms with air conditioning which was very welcome. Breakfast is fresh and enough to start your day off. Only snag for us was the two single beds made into a double, although I wouldn’t under rate the hotel for this. It wasn’t anything major and did not hinder our trip. Hotel is great location for exploring Krakow. Tram line at the end of the road and Jewish quarter just across the road. Easy walk into The Old Town. I would definitely stay here again.
At the old Jewish district within walking distance to the synagogues. Reception staff has been really helpful. Like the modern kitchen and WC. Overall clean, we had cleaners daily except the day before we left which the reception apologised. The toiletries are only provided during check-in and not refill and cleaners do not change the towels. Reception staff kindly did this for us. Breakfast has lots of varieties, very good selection. Stayed for 5 nights, 3 days with watermelon in the breakfast selection but the remaining days without.
Avoid Room 405
The room 405 is located at the corner of the build directly facing a busy railroad and right above the roof of a restaurant and bar. The noises woke us up until passed 2 am. Even conversations were clearly heard. The room is located at a corner The shower drain was almost blocked. We had to turn the water flow very low. So avoid room 405 (or maybe 305 and 505) if possible. Other rooms seem to be in the court yard or facing the streets.
The room was very nice and the bed was comfy. Location was good. Sadly, there were no curtains or blind at the window so found it very hard to sleep.
Great service, location and place. Very attentive and hospital
Krakau is wonderful
Very nice and helpful staff, hotel in a very good area - walking distance to many places Very good breakfast Kitchen in the room (apartment) Nice and big bathroom
Great location
המלון במיקום מעולה אבל לא מפנק ארוחת בוקר סבירה חדר מרווח
Aparthotel Miodowa
The location of this hotel is fabulous. The staff are extremely helpful. The rooms and lobby are always clean. They have a decent complimentary breakfast.
A gem in Krakow
The staff in this hotel are all excellent and very helpful and responsive. The facility is always very clean and well kept. The rooms are comfortable. And the location is great.
Great location for bars / restaurants in Jewish quarter . Clean hotel with pleasant staff
This place was easy to find close to trams within walking distance the Main Square Staff were fantastic very helpful made bookings for tours without fuss well done to all Would recommend this place to anyone also good value for money
Location and service were excellent. Front desk was very helpful.
Excellent value in an excellent location
Excellent location - Jewish quarter on the doorstep, 20 mins to old town and Schindlers Factory. Large room with sofa, then a kitchen area with seating as well. Large bathroom. All nicely decorated. Extremely helpful staff on reception and helped us book trips. Breakfast was in the basement so no windows but the food on offer was good quality and varied enough to suit all tastes. Negatives were that they didn't provide any tea/coffee/milk in the room and the quality of the bathroom toiletries let it down (bright yellow shampoo in a cheap looking plastic bottle). Having said that, we will come back to Krakow and would stay here again.
Very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Easy Check in, lovely spotless apartment, the staff were so helpful.
The best 3* I’ve stayed in. Guy at reception was so happy to help us, and there was a lot of choice at breakfast too. Room was really nice and I’ve never used a better shower. A short walk from the square too! Can’t fault it.
Property is doing a refurbishment which nobody advise me of. Dust everywhere. Room ok. Location about 20 mins walk from old town
Clean hotel. Friendly staff, Good choice at breakfast.
Spacious-roomy and everything provided if you wanted to cook or just relax. Comfortable beds and brill shower. Very clean. View at back not brill, but wasn't there for the view. Staff really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast mainly continental but plenty of choice. The hotel is in the Kazimerez District by the Jewish Cemetery. Really lovely places to eat in the Jewish quarter across the main road which were very reasonably priced and offer a variety of meals-my favourite being Bigos (stew in a bread bun). They will also adapt a meal if you ask. Music is also provided at intervals. Great area away from the hustle and bustle of the main square. There is also a great pub next door (not for those wanting a quiet drink though). It is about a 15 min walk to the main square and a short tram ride to the Galleria shopping mall. Have stayed here twice and will be going back again next year.
Great bathtub and location. Breakfast is not the best. Loved the free mineral water. One hotel staffer was really great. The other- just okay. Doors hard to open with key. Could use an upgrade. Definitely more expensive compared to similar hotels around.
Good service and good breakfeast! Very good and easy help!
Very modern and well located for see all the popular attractions .
Modern, clean and friendly
Lovely modern room. Disappointed about the building works opposite, no balcony, no oven or microwave, no toaster so self catering was limited. Well positioned near Jewish Quarter, mid way from Schindler's museum to Old Town Main Square. Good shops and restaurants close by.
Great location in Jewish quarter; great value
We enjoyed the Jewish neighborhood right around the corner; it took about 15-20 walk into old town. Shower pressure was great, room set up was nice with kitchen separate, clean. It had two twin beds next to each other sleeping with my boyfriend wasn’t so comfortable/easy with the space in middle of beds and the bed wasn’t very firm. There was construction going on outside all day until the sun went down so if you need to take a daytime nap or work in the room...good luck. Also there is a bar downstairs next door and people were quite loud. Breakfast was good with good variety but not fancy, nice bonus especially considering the great price.
Aparthotel in very near Jewish quarter
Good size room with sofa and tv small kitchen area with dining table, all you need for a few days visit. great location minutes to Jewish area and not much more than 10 min walk to Old square - which is big and beautiful. Would return
Perfect location, very enjoyable Jewish Quarter one block away with restaurants, people eating outside and enjoying cool music. Our room was a bit noisy, almost recommend ear plugs Sat. night. Would still highly recommend, great value!
comfy, spacious flat with basic cooking facilities
our first stay in an aparthotel and would definitely do it again, very helpful staff, good breakfast included, close to tram and bus stops, an easy walk to the old town and very close to the old Jewish quarter
Nice spacious apartments - value for money
Staff were really great & extremely helpful. Only downside was the breakfast - very basic.
The hotel was very clean and convent to explore in Kraków. The staff was extremely curtious and helpful in assisting with transportation. Very nice hotel!
A hidden gem!
This was a wonderful hotel in the middle of Kazimierz. Great location! A wonderful staff, breakfast, etc.
Spacious, comfortable rooms. Convenient location. Great people!
Great location and value
Great location. Advertised as having vegan breakfast but this was not evident. Basic room cleaning during our stay, coffee etc not replenished, always had to ask. Same with air con, had to ask for the remote to use it. Staff were very helpful though
Ideal location would highly recommend!
Lovely spacious room with kitchen , large ensuite ( with a lovely deep bath )and air conditioning, and breakfast included . No external noise , ideally located for walking every where, very close to the Jewish quarter . With lots of different eateries to suit all budgets and tastes .
Location was excellent in good area , apartment was very spacious , modern and clean , good buffet breakfast, staff was very kind and helpful booking our tours . We stayed in hotel for three nights in July 5 , 2018 , I will give it five stars .
Windows without curtain
Took train from Warsaw to Krakow and then Uber directly to hotel. Reserved a room with kitchenette ended up not. Very disappointed. Offered a room on top floor instead where windows had NO curtain!! Staff was unable to help and seemed not care. We found solution on our own with available materials. Other than the problems the room is in good condition overall except weak showering water. The Jewesh Square is just one street across where there are many restaurants. It's in between old town and Schindlers Factory with walkable distance about 15-20 min respectively. Also small supermarket nearby. Buffet breakfast provides scrambled eggs sausages cereals breads juices.
Verey nice
The room we got was on 6th floor with roof and floor level windows. Not what we saw on your booking information
Had a wonderful time staying at these apartments. Good location only minutes from the the Jewish Quarters. Staff helpful and friendly, no problems arranging trips or taxis or helping with early check-ins. No complaints with the buffet style breakfast which was fine, plenty of choices as well. Room was basic but spacious and comfortable. One minor gripe was the condition of our bedroom carpet which really needs replacing. But beds were comfortable enough and made up every day. Room was cleaned every day and there was no problem in obtaining clean towels. There was a nice pub right next door which was ideal for a nightcap. Krakow is a brilliant city, plenty to do and see with friendly, welcoming people. Even the sun shone for us which topped our holiday off perfectly.
Excellent Hotel For 4 Night City Break
Stayed at this apartment hotel for w/c 15 April 2018 for 4 nights Excellent accommodation. Very spacious apartment Very clean. Helpful staff at reception Well located and easy 15-20 min walk to old town Be aware a new building is going up directly across the road from the front of the hotel and they start at 6.30am and stay till 7pm This is not a problem if you are early risers but don't expect a peaceful lie in
Lovely hotel
Great little hotel. Clean, lovely breakfast, helpful staff 😃 15 min walk to main square but Jewish quarter has lots to offer too. Good transport links and local spar 2 mins away
Nice location, not too far from the old town. Apartment was spacious, beautifully done and nice only minus from 2x1 beds, no double. Our sofa also had a small brown stain on it otherwise nothing to complain about! Definitely would go again and recommend this.
Excellent stay, breakfast lovey, staff helpful.
12 minutes walk to old square, it had everything you need for a brilliant stay. Really enjoyed breakfast too.
Lovely hotel, convenient location.
This is a great hotel, we can't fault any aspect if it. It's conveniently located on the edge of the Jewish district, which has lots of brilliant places to eat. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was was of good quality and choice. We wouldn't hesitate to return here when we plan another visit to lovely Krakow.
Great location and lovely rooms
Great location close enough to the main square but far enough away from the hussle and bussle. Staff were great and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. They organised all our trips and airport transfers and gave us suggestions on places to go. Would highly recommend.
We had a lovely apartment. Immaculately clean. Breakfast was included and was very good, a varied selection, hot and cold buffet. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Great Place to Stay.
Loved this place. Great rooms, price and staff. The rooms are spacious, modern ,and well equiped. My only complaint is that the mattress on the bed was quite uncomfortable....unless you like a very firm mattress. Despite my preference for a softer bed, the hotel met and exceeded my expectations. The staff was the best I have encountered in my travels. They were helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to treat you like an honored guest. e staff was gracious enough to make us complementary bag lunches when we missed breakfast. The location is perfect as well, especially if you don't mind being a few blocks away from city commotion. The hotel is only a ten minute walk to Old Town, Schindlers Factory, magnificent churches and other notable sites. There are restaurants right next door and a grocery and liquor store within a block. Breakfast was also an appreciated bonus filled with a variety of meat and cheese selections, fresh vegetables, scrambled and boiled eggs, crepes, bagels, cakes and sausages. Internet worked great with an additional option of connecting via wifi or directly.
Really nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Trips booked without any hassle. Excellent!!
3 nights with the kids
Great location to discover the charm of the Jewish quarter. Friendly staff and comfortable, but noisy inside facing room. The noise from the bar next door and the train lines goes on until after midnight. Nice breakfast and a small cellar bar. If you plan to make meals in the apartment, then take washing up liquid and dish cloths etc, as none are provided.
Good location for sightseeing, nice quiet rooms
We had a lovely stay . Room very clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful.
Nice hotel, convenient location
Rooms were nice & spacious with modern decor. Great location with convenient parking across the street.
The rooms are ok. But no toaster and microwave. No mirror outside the bathroom.
Cosy and comfortable in a great location.
This was a very cosy and comfortable apartment. It's in a perfect location: near the historic Jewish quarter which has all types of restaurants, lounges, bars and clubs....And a 10 minute walk to the historic old town and city center. The service was a excellent as they provided all the comforts of an apartment and tourist information you would need.
Wonderful hotel
Fabulous location, terrific staff, large rooms. Great breakfast for Europe. Would staff there again if we were ever in Krakow again.
Great place!!!!
Hotel was great.... lots of room! Amazing breakfast and hotel staff. Can be Loud at night with people on street and train. Air conditioner wasn't the best but worked most of the time. I think staying on top floor would be great.
Close to the heart of Kazimierz
We found ourselves a few steps away from the heart of Kazimierz, once the Jewish quarter of Krakow and now a lively neighbourhood of restaurants etc. AWAY from the main streets. Ask for directions to Szeroka; we did not find it on our first day.
There is not a microwave. They don't provide any soap for cleaning the dishes or any cleaning supplies. There are very few dishes, cups and glasses, and there wasn't any can opener. The bathroom could be cleaner. They did not change the towels in 3 days of our stay and we have to ask twice for more toilet paper.
Great place despite!
Everything was grey except the construction that began at 8am! Not sure what it was for but woke us up.
Nice hotel, great location in jewish quarter.
Krakow is a lovely city and this hotel is ideal for discovering all areas.
Clean Hotel. Excellent, friendly staff.
The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff, English speaking, friendly and helpful.
Extremely enjoyable also a great breakfast!
Just Great!
Super location, spacious, modern rooms, cheerful, helpful staff, great breakfast. Couldn't be better!
Brilliant hotel and perfectly placed!
The hotel was much better than I expected. It was a 10 minute walk from the town centre and right next to the Jewish District which had various restaurants and bars. The staff there were amazing and helpful. I had a problem with a booking with another company regarding a tour and the staff member at the reception phoned them up and sorted it out within minutes. I had seen a few reviews complaining about noise from other guests but we had no problem with this. My only complaint would be we found a couple of sweet wrappers tucked into the sofa but other than that the hotel room was clean. I would reccommend this hotel and would stay here again if I were to visit Kraków in the future.
Nice hotel
Lovely hotel, pleasant staff in great central location.
Good stay and value.
If traveling by car a reasonable priced secure parking lot across the street. It fills up so make sure the hotel reserves a place for you.
Jewish Cracow
We came for a tour of Cracow's Jewish quarter. The hotel is right there. The location was perfect. It is a new hotel. Each room also has a kitchen. Breakfast (included) was excellent, diverse, and typically Polish (including several types of herring. We will definitely be back.
One of my best stays
The best for front desk the only problem was the coffee was not great
Great hotel - But come on with the AC!
This hotel was really nice, clean and spacious. Unfortunately when I booked, I was not able to book a room with air conditioning. Upon check in, we were given a room with AC, but had to switch rooms the last night because someone booked a room with AC. How can you reserve a room with AC if the hotel doesn't allow you to book a room with AC? Our last night was hot and miserable :( Opening the windows would have been nice but the bar patrons rom next door were so very loud and a train runs right next door.
Comfortable accomodation in delightful Kazimierz
We had Apart 503 which is on the 5th floor with views over rooftops to the nearby busy railway line and Jewish Cemetery. It has an Austrian double bedroom, a single bed and sofa bed in the sitting area. It was v roomy, inc in the bathroom which had a great large shower with seat in. We were v happy with the apartment. Both the bedroom and kitchen area have large doors which open fully; air con units are situated in both and were needed as we had hot weather. The noise from trains is significant but not a noise I'm overly bothered by. Pigeons (which seem to be prolific in Kraków and well fed!) cooing on window ledges were more bothersome to me. There was plenty of choice at breakfast inc gluten free which also seems to be well catered for generally in Kraków. There is limited space in the breakfast/bar area which isn't an issue until a bus tour load descend for breakfast simultaneously! But staff work their socks off to accommodate everybody and are helpful and polite. (Nb. Transport - trams and buses are free for over 70's, you just need id in case challenged. Tickets have to be validated in the orange ticket machines on the buses/trams. It is v easy to get public transport into the city from the airport, just ask at the airport info. desk and get a ticket from the machine before boarding, though sometimes there seemed to be a machine to buy from on the tram.)
Great hotel
Convenient location in Jewish Quarter with easy access to public transport (tram), and only 15 minute walk to the town square. Be aware that there is a railway line nearby, so some train noise could be heard from our apartment. Good choice for breakfast and plenty of restaurants nearby, with a Spar supermarket only 20 metres from the hotel door. Only minor downsides are light coming through the curtains as no blackout lining, and only a hob in the kitchenette if you are planning on catering for yourself.
Spacious Rooms & Good Breakfast
Comfortable, spacious rooms with a fantastic bathroom and kitchenette. Good breakfasts and a handy Spar shop across the road. Very close to the Jewish Quarter where there are some very good restaurants and bars. It is a good 10-15 minute walk into the main square. We all agreed that we would stay there again.
Excelent
4 Nights in january 2016
Good location.
Good location. Nice spacious room. Friendly staff. Breakfast basic and crowded
Fabulous stay!
Absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. Apartment was spotless and so much more modern then expected. Could not thank the staff enough for being so helpful to organise trips & taxi services. Definitely be going again!
Spacious apartment
We stayed in a 2 bed roomed apartment and the rooms were huge! Everything appears newly decorated, and excellent level of cleanliness throughout. Large bathroom, with substantial bath and separate shower. The hotel arranged transportation to and from the airport, as well as trips to Auschwitz and the Saltmines.
Good location ten mins walk to the Old Town
Just mins from the Old Jewish Quarter good choice of Polish & Jewish restaurants also just 7 mins from the famous Schindler's factory good roomy rooms clean & tidy
Good quality aparthotel
Modern, spacious, clean, quiet, good location, 10 mins walk to old square, lots of restaurants and bars near by, excellent value and price included very good, hot and cold buffet breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Photos are BS. Huge but ultra lame otherwise
We were very disappointed. Hotel is 5 blocks away from the start of civilization. OK if u hold tight to your purse & have steel nerves. IKEA furnishings head to toe. Nice style. Until time passes & it all brakes down. Short term, problems are still serious. For example: the bedroom doors have a large band of etched glass. If the kitchen light is on, there is light in the bedrooms. crazy i know. Much worse: there is a high intensity security light in the hall that is triggered by a motion sensor. So going to the WC in the night w/o waking up everyone was like trying to defeat the super-shiny laser system to steal a diamond in the movies!! I kid you not. The place is HUGE. You can sleep 30 kids here in sleeping bags on the floor. However, creature comforts are scarce. The website photos are very misleading. Furniture is the same but the many props that make the place shine like a cozy ikea-catalog treasure were gone with the talented photo-stager. In person, it has the feeling a commercial space after someone just moved out. Cold. empty. stuffy. No microwave. 4 plates, cups, knives. four. not one extra one. We opened the free STILL water from the fridge & we all found bubbles. Label says still...Error at the water plant? Did the hotel refill them? Not a big issue if it wasn't because they were small bottles so you drink straigth from them. Yes, Ewww! I emptied my glass & drank warmish water from the tap. 'Nuf said.
Fab apartment
Very clean modern apartments within the jewish quarter which is about a ten minute walk to the main square. If your a light sleeper ask for apartment at the back as there is noise from trains as early as 4am. Friendly reception staff who booked a few tours for us also. Will definately book these apartments again
Excellent hotel and friendly staff
The room was very well equipped and spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful with information on sights, transport and tours.
Awesome!!!
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in Europe! I'm I've traveled over 12 countries so far. I rated 4 stars due to surroundings appearance. However, the inside amenities are new and modern. Conveniently located close to everything you need; tram, restaurants, groceries stores, and lots more. Spacious room with a well equipped kitchenette. Staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous! It doesn't have a parking, but there's one across the street with reasonable prices.
CONFORTABLE.
VERY GOOD!!!!!!
Favourite City in Europe so Far
Our experience was outstanding. I loved the neighbourhood, service was fantastic and the front desk people were great. It was our favourite cityon our European Trip.
Great place to stay with good nearby restaurants
This was about a 15 minute walk to the main square but very close to a lovely square with lots of restaurants with great atmosphere which I preferred to the main square. The only negative point was that it was very hot during our stay but there was no air conditioning in our apartment.
Very Satisfied Excellent service.
Hotel Miodowa | Hotel in Kraków | Travala.com
Located in the Jewish quarter which is the best part of krakow for restaurants and is a great place to explore. Has air con which is great as you can’t really open the windows at night as the trams can be a bit noisy and so can the groups of stag and hen groups singing down the street.
