A wonderful hotel! Clean. Good service. Wonderful breakfast! Simple but includes everything. Located in the from Termini to centre Roma

The location is great, Mario and Saad were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good with lots of selection and friendly staff as well. Only suggestion to people staying is the hair dryers are older and take some getting used to so you may want to take your own. Otherwise absolutely no complaints or issues. Great hotel.

This is a good budget hotel. Very clean in a good location close to transport and many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the shower was comically small! I am a small woman and could barely fit.

Great spot in Rome

Great location and staff. We arranged to be picked up at the Rome airport and got an amazing driver Patrizia that I would highly recommend. Front desk staff was super helpful with navigating the area on foot also.

First of all, anyone who tells you this place is within walking distance of the sights is either a liar or a pro athlete. If walking 15 minutes or more is normal for you, yes, it's within walking distance. Otherwise, no. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was okay. Let's be honest; Europe is not where you go for breakfast. America owns breakfast. Our room was very quiet. It was also small. Just room for a bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. The shower was so small, we kept bumping into the faucet and turning it off. When you sit on the toilet, your leg touches the wall. The building is old. They maintain it well, but it's an old Italian building. The elevator is for three people, tops. The area is good for buying food and little things. I recommend La Cucina Nazionale, two blocks away. If you're staying for more than a couple of days, you might want to get a bigger room farther from the old part of town. You're going to be taking cabs anyway, so the location isn't that important. For a couple of days at a modest price, the Hotel Miami is perfect.

Perfect for exploring Rome. Property is clean, room had a balcony and newly refurbished bathroom, reception staff were very helpful. Would stay again and would recomend

Location, breakfast was good, location of our room wa very quite.only bad thing is shower stall is 30" x 30" if you drop something, you have to get out. If you are 6 ft. Tall, forget it, plan on sponge bath. Ask if there's units with larger shower.

I got one of the single rooms. Very small but extremely clean. Mario at the front desk was super cool and friendly! I would definitely stay here again.

Unassuming building, but good staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good location fairly centered among main attractions. Easily walkable to many sites and restaurants if no mobility issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Its a centre and easy walk to Trevi and other historical place by bus. Walk or take bus from Roma Terminal station in 5 minutes. Staffs are very nice

Awesome location with most tourist attractions are walkable distance. Close to train and metro as well. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Mario at front desk was very helpful and courteous!! Very nice excpet shower was too tiny. Overall very good and nice experience. I would definitely recommend and go again.

Caring staff

Shower booth was too small and dark. Refrigerator was smelly.

Have stayed here two other times over the last 23 years, always above expectations!

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel was in a good location. Clean and comfortable. Was out all day so only went to rest and sleep at night. It didn’t look like a hotel from the outside.

Very personable front desk staff, including Mario. A quiet hotel and a comfortable room.

Franchisco was very kind and helpful. The hotel was in a great location and the room was clean. The breakfast was great too.

The charged me twice for my room and they made the second charge a few dollars different so my credit card would not catch it. Fighting now to get reimbursed for second charge.

Hotel Miami, Roma

Hotel Miami provided a comfortable and (more importantly) cool room during three blazing hot days in Rome. The breakfast service was good, too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located. We asked for a quiet room away from the street ahead of time and it was indeed quiet. This is by no means a luxury hotel, nor does it claim to be but if you want something central, clean and safe in Rome while you visit the sites, it’s a great choice. Lots of good restaurants within a short walking distance too.

We had an excellent two day stay at Hotel Miami. The rooms were clean and the place is close to shops and restaurants. What made this place even more great was the excellent Customer Service we received. I believe his name was Francisco, great guy, so helpful and made our stay stress free. He booked us taxis and helped recommend places. Such a great guy!!

Great location, stored luggage before check in and after check out, helpful with directions and getting a taxi, but the bed was very firm! Great view too!

I recommend to book this hotel

The hotel is close to Roma Termini train station and Repubblica metro station. If you need to use these kind of transportation, it will be easy for you to walk around the city. It is easy to reach to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and other tourist sites. The hotel is clean, the room I stayed in is very cozy and beautiful. Breakfast offers several options of Italian food, fruits, juices and coffee. The staff are friendly and willing to help you during your stay at the hotel. Murielle and Marco were always attentive to the needs and are careful with the guests, which makes the stay even better.

This hotel in excellent location close to train station and 10 - 15 minutes walk to all major locations. Everything was great at this hotel with customer service at front desk, clean rooms and morning breakfast was a good start for the day! I would recommend this hotel to others!

Staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. The neighbourhood is busy, but relatively quiet at night, very convenient location to most of the sites and good restaurants.

Greeted by very friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Daily service. Breakfast was amazing. Very conveniently located to bus, Metro and train stations. Central to many of the sites.

Not the best experience

We stayed for 8 nights and did not get handsope for 5 of them. One day they forgot cleaning articles at the bathroom, two days they didnt empty the trash, one day there was a completely wet pillowcase at our bed. The breakfast was in at tiny very hot room and you sit very close. Absolutely not worth the money. Its close to the train station, but about 20-30 min. Walk away from everything else.

Pros: Great location. Close to train station, hop-on hop-off tour bus, restaurants, and shops. Cons: The elevator can be a bit scary; it’s old.

We appreciated the helpful of all of the employees that we encountered during our stay. The hotel is about a 12 minute walk from the Termini train station and conveniently located in general. The rooms were clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The shower and the room are smaller but what one would expect in a hotel in this price range. We felt that it was a good value and would book here again.

Nice and clean, has two channels of tv news, lady in front desk is helpfu, told what kind of native food in what restaurant, and opera in front of the hotel. She is the best person you can have in a three stars hotel.

Not clean, dirty in my bed, with scooper both side dirty between my pillows, nasty butt sit in my bed. Not good. Hope next time will be better

Fantastic location, so close to everything. We were very thorough when searching and were looking for a low cost hotel with a good location and this is it. Staff are fantastic, very helpful, Mario (I think that’s his name- working on 30th December) was so helpful. Hotel very clean, only thing missing was a kettle!!

Excellent location. We never had to use the public transportation unless to come from and go to the airport. Small room with even a smaller bathroom. A little stingy on breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Everything was great but breakfast was not included and I didn’t like that there’s no power outlet by your nightstand for your phone and alarm to charge but we would definitely come back very clean and front desk are very friendly and helpful

Property was in great location. Staff were great and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was also good. Only issue, the walls were thin and therefore people walking up and down corridor late at night or early morning was v. disturbing.

Stayed M,T in a nice room. Everything was fine. Went to Florence overnight and stayed @Miami Th, F. Our room was fine but the bathroom was designed poorly. Toilet was so close to tub my knees hit the tub ...I’m barely over 5’ tall. I have a knee replacement and bad back and getting in tub to take a shower was difficult as tub height was about 22” high. Mario and Francesco were great. Wish we hadn’t been given that room. Would not have accepted it, but had already unpacked so we’re too tired to try to change it.

The location is great. Bus 64 will bring you everywhere. The only weak point is: pretty hard mattresses - they take getting used to....

Great location. We just slept there. From early morning to late in the evening we were out. It is hard to describe anything since we were way too tired to notice anything :-). Our stay was very pleasant!

Great location near Roma Termini

The location was perfect for walking, the metro and the train. Staff were friendly and helpful, although our room wasn’t cleaned until mid-afternoon each day. The shower is very small but there is good water pressure and adequate hot water. Breakfast is available for 7 Euro per person per day, but we opted to find breakfast in the neighborhood each morning. The building has a small elevator (lift) but the stairs are easy, even to the 4th floor. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d stay at Hotel Miami again.

Loved the feel and interior decor of an old Roman home at a reasonable price. Felt like a step back in time but with good amenities and lovely staff. Great location for walking to Spanish Steps, Metro and shopping close by for wine, food, clothes, gifts etc. Good for exploring little lanes, local piazzas and great old architecture. Hotel also offered transport to and from airport at reasonable cost.

The hotel was like most older European hotels small room but clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The location was good for sightseeing in Rome and I would stay again if I were coming back to Rome.

Good value and location

The room was quite large, even by US standards. Plenty of room to spread out. Great location with shops and restaurants, 10 min walk from Termini station. WiFi worked well for us. Complaints would be quite hard mattress and thin walls.

Brilliant location.. Basic rooms but very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, we arrived late evening and on our arrival they took the time to give us a map and tell us what was near by. Ready for us to explore the next day. If we were to come back to Rome, i would defiantly stay here again.
