Its very quite which i like, but has no restaurant so one has to eat elsewhere.

Strategically located, walking distance to NuSentral and KL Sentral. The room I got was spacious.

Less than 10 TV channels. Thin walls. They put me in a cheaper room than the one I paid for. Don't pay for breakfast if you are only 1 person. Front desk staff mostly unfriendly. Overall Ok, but I would not stay there again, as I did not enjoy my stay and thought it was poor value.

Standard rooms are... Pretty average. Superior or Deluxe are the minimum of what I'd be happy to stay in for more than a night.

the pros is still walkable to the central station, breakfast buffet has to walk 100m to a restaurant but only offer set menu with little choice, shower is not adjustable and can wet the whole toilet floor which maybe slippery

The floor was a bit sticky when we entered the room. The description indicated a room with city-view, but our room was facing the back structure of another building. We have booked 2 rooms with a queen bed as per described. However the hotel did not provide a room with queen bed for 1 of the rooms. If there is no room available, it should be stated at the point of booking, not at check in! Hope the hotel can hold on to what has been promised at the time of booking.

Close to train station and shopping mall. Indian and Chinese food nearby.

The location is very good. Just 5 minutes walk to KL Sentral. Near to Nu Sentral mall, many restaurant around. The room was clean but hotel provide me the room without hair dryer and safety box doesn’t work. I have to ask staffs to resolve this issues for 5 times since I arrived till the next day evening. So wonder how the staffs communicate.

Easy to find food but hard to find car parking lot

Credit Card Information Breach

Air-conditioning didnt work. On informing the housekeeping, they left a pedestal fan and informed that maintenance technician will attend. No one turned up My credit caed details including cvv number was found written on a piece of paper and left for free view by al guests at the front desk. Shocked to see the confidential information shared in your so called secured website is copied by them on a piece of paper and kept on front desk for public view. On enquiry, front desk personnel says, it is their practice and they need to copy the information from website to a piece of paper for charging the guest on daily basis. They charged my card for first day before I checked in and collected second day charge by cash at the counter. I expressed my shock for having put up my credit card details including cvv number on public display. Front office personnel didnt show any remorse for their act and asked me to be rest assured that the information will not be mis-used. I AM SHOCKED..MAY NOT USE YOUR WEBSITE FURTHER IF YOU CANNOT PROTECT CREDIT CARD DATA..

Room was spacious in a 2 single beds room. Location was great, KL Sentral was a mere 10 mins walk. Wifi is exceptionally good.

Facilities are good but need more mantainance to upkeep the place. Note : damaged items and dead plants in pots are to discard and replace .....

The room was damp. Air conditioning kept switching off. The sheets were stained. The walls are paper thin so you can here people in the hallway and the room across the hall. The noise from the start is very loud. Good shower and content location

The location was so convenient. Just 2 minutes from KL Central.

Noisy and no parking.

No parking space, contrary to its ads. Could not sleep at night, the shops has its music loud speaker on. But room is spacious and clean. Not recommend.

Paid for an upgraded to extend my stay but wanted a better room. Hotel took the money and refused to upgrade the room. Very poor customer service

Poor hospitality, good hotel

The staffs of the hotel were not nice because they didn't let me check in till after 2pm althoguh other people could check in. They told me they will tell me when they were ready, but they didn't let me know till i asked them.

Overall is okay, but my room doesn’t have the monibar as stated in the room facilities. And the shower button is not function well.

There are many 3 star hotels around Brickfields and I have stayed in quite a few of them over my 8 years visiting Malaysia and I rate the Metro as the best of them and shall stay there again on my next visit.

Stay was good except staff open my room without knocking. My many years of staying in hotel. This is my first experience. I was naked. Very embarrassing

Hotel near KL Sentral Station

This hotel is coveniently located close to KL Sentral Station. All the metro subway lines are meeting at KL Sentral Station. Thus, we can go to any place from this station. There are many restaurants around the hotel, Sometimes it is quite noisy after midnight.

Worst of the worst don’t stay here

Clean, comfy and spacious.

We had a room for 3 which was very clean, very spacious and came with all the usual amenities. Good size bathroom. View was of next doors wall but couldn’t complain. RM 50 deposit on arrival as well as scanning your passport. Expected from a nicer hotel. Staff were friendly and most even hold the door open for you. Highly reccomend for people travelling on a slight budget, as well as for convince. 2 monorail stations (incl KL Sentral) are within 5-10 mins walk.

Terrible experience, Run down hotel

This hotel was smelling of smoke, and room condition was really bad. Floor has moulds, walls needs painting and l ‘d seen ants in my room. Old bed sheets . Location is good. Unproffessional for the price,! Its just like fish and chips place

Overall, i had a good stay at Metro Hotel. I give points for the following: fast checked in and check out. location -easy to find staffs - helpful room and bathroom - clean and big and deduct point/dislike breakfast - limited choice no parking

Was disappointed. Not like my previous stays.

Location is near to KL Sentral, transportation easily accessible and convenient to go shopping

Wasn't bad, but room was very small. Door had only one lock, no door guard. Bathroom door was pretty dirty but bathroom itself was clean. Other than that it was alright. Staff is friendly. But there are other hotels such as Prescott which is just a stone's throw away which are better. Prescott costs a few ringgit more but is more spacious.

The room was very comfortable, new and clean. The only thing i dislike is the staff, RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY and phone us at 11.30 (CLEARLY NOT EVEN CHECK OUT TIME) to rush us to check out.

Good location but poor room condition

A disaster holiday with family. arrive late so the give us a terrible room. the room was really smelly (paint). Very mistake S.O.P, they paint the whole floor and should never give their guest rooms on that floor. ask for change or any solution but the answer is very disappointing. thinking of moving to other hotel but already pay HOTELS.COM (2 night) so maybe problem in asking for the refund. so have to open the windows for the remaining night. luckily the next morning we been move the another room.

Good location next to Brickfields and KL Sentral. Room good, but some hair found in shower. Several choices for breakfast. Western and Malay. Rooftop restaurant gives nice views of city. Good front desk.

Close to Coffeeshop and local eateries

2nd time staying in a month. A little disappointed as I did not get the room I wanted as wifi was not available. The room they gave me had no windows but wifi was available. Should have been compensated but did not want to kick up a fuss. Overall still ok. Just booked for my next trip to KL.

Smoke scream

Staff were very friendly and helpful. For £20 a night it's a bargain. Located next to massive Sentral shopping centre and airport transit. Room was clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar is scruffy with poor breakfast offering. Woke up at 3am to people screaming and fighting outside the room. On leaving the room in the morning there was a really strong smell of cigarette smoke in the communal areas. Ugh.

Very close to KL sentral (10 Minutes walking distance) Room offered is smaller than the picture shown. A little bit noisy in the morning specially if you stay on the first floor. Wifi working fine all the time.

cheating room

my booking Show me a big room wiet 2 beed. and wat a get is a liel room wiet 1 beed. the ar say to me room is in mentanence. i can Change text day. next day the say me my booking is for 1 beed. 2 days we ar sleep in one beed we ar 2 man. the stay was teribel nights can not sleep 2 big man in 1 beed.

They changed room type to one bedroom. Even I booked twin~bed room. I need to stay over with my friend the same bed. AC was suck. Won't stay there again.

It was very very very bad the food was not good, cleanliness poor, service very bad, only one lift and not working. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient and close to transport

A bit disappointed that I have book a window room but was given a non-window room instead. Hotel management did not provide any compensation. Could have given voucher for a free dinner or upgraded room instead.

The quadruple room is convinient to 4 of us. We like this hotel because of its location and cleanliness. We have an hour early check in. Thanks to the receptionist. We certainly will choose hotel metro again.
