Overall ok. Close to Susa metro station (direct from Linate airport). Tiny shower/bathroom. Toilet was immediately outside the shower. AC was not easy to figure out/use.

Ok for sleeping I guess

Hotel itself is very outdated and some drawers were kind of broken. Booked it mainly just to sleep a few hours before my early morning flight. Also beware they don’t take card payments for hotel tax unlike most hotels, you need to pay cash

this place is like an old hotel - i like that breakfast was included - I did not like that my room was freezing. I asked three times and finally insisted that the receptionist look at my thermostat - other guests said they're room was on the warm side, so I guess i just got unlucky with a room with no heat...i fell ill the next day from the cold

Stayed for a couple nights since there was a concert nearby. Room was small but comfortable, great for a short stay. Bed was kinda hard. Staff were very friendly.

2 night city break

2 night stay in Milan, hotel staff very pleasant and attentive. Room was comfortable although air conditioning would have been a nice addition. In the room there’s a fridge/mini bar. TV Chanel’s can be switched to English if you press the AD button on the remote. Breakfast is available at the bar tea/coffee and pastries. A good stay overall, would stay again if in Milan.

I travel a lot and often use quick easy hotels on a range 40-60 euros. I generally take a single room as i just use it to literally sleep and go. This was my first time in Hotel Mayorca. the hotel was literally almost empty and i got put in a room adjacent to another room where two young women were. The wall between the room was so thin that i could literally hear everything, them talking, listening to music till 1 am on their phone. I guess this was originally a room divided in 2 by a very thin separating wall. At 1 am I went down to reception to ask the man in charge to call the room next to mine to make them go to sleep. They did, but I still could not sleep as I was hearing them snore. And I am 50 and my hearing is not as sensitive as it use to be. result? slept 3 hours. Followed by a "continental breakfast" which to say it was cheap would be a compliment. Definitely will erase it from my future choices.

Very quite and nice and nice breakfast For me being out of the country was very nice and they were very helpful and easy to understand and they put me in the right direction right around the room was clean and everything was taken care of I was very happy and very pleased the only thing I wish there was a little bit bigger but I am from America I can understand European

Terrible! Do not Stay Here!

This hotel is very old and in need of renovation. There were old water stains and a crack on the shower door. The shower handle was gross. The desk had multiple scratches. NO HOT WATER! I stayed here for 3 nights. During the first 2 nights, there was also no water pressure. After complaining about both the lack of hot water and the water pressure, they fixed the water pressure problem BUT the water was even colder than before! At least during the first 2 nights, I just dealt with it, but the 3rd night was way too cold to take a shower. I called front desk to complain but they just say sorry, I can't do anything about it right now. Talk to manager tomorrow morning. But I had to check out really early to catch a 7AM train. NO WIFI IN ROOM - I chose this place because of free Wifi. Only on the 3rd night was there finally wifi in the room. Multiple people have complained about this but again the front desk man is like "sorry, nothing we can do about it. we called a technician and we're just going to have to wait til he comes". I had to go to the lobby to use wifi. You can't bring your room key outside the hotel. Every time you leave the hotel, you must leave the key at the front desk. They even attach it to a heavy metal bell to make it inconvenient for you. Only once did the front desk check my name against the room key when I asked for it. It seems sketchy that anyone can enter my room. The credit card machine was also broken here - so make sure you have cash.

The hotel has friendly staff and clean rooms. The beds are a little hard but that’s just personal taste. The location is close to bars and shops and provided a nice continental breakfast. The shower was good and the room suited our needs for the price.

Perfect stay for a weekend

I found everything fine during our stay with my sister. Staff was friendly and helpful,breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. We didn't need more for two nights.

It was a nice experience, the hotel staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel is in an excellent location, just in front of the Atocha train terminal.

Hotel was a little tricky to find because it was off a side street and everything was basically mediocre with the hotel. Also, we had to drop off the hotel key every time we left and pick it up when we returned, which was weird.

Room 1970`s and very cheap old furnature

Its clean and that is good. But let down by very poor room quality. Just cheap stuff in the room, letting down a basically good hotel. If you dont mind that, then this hotel is ok.

The walls were very thin I could here about everything said in the rooms next to me. It's a great place if you need a night to crash at a random place. The price was great for what you got. Jut Remember to take the trolley to get there.

not so good,not so bad!

i was there for 2 nights and i was going to the room just for sleep. The conditions were good enough. The only problems were the breakfast and the wifi!

NO internet

The internet never worked for the entire stay. And they never tried to remedy the situation. Wasn't worth the price.

Nice staff, but old uncomfortable hotel

Old facilities, chubby bed, disgusting bathroom. The only good point was the very nice guys at reception.

Decent hotel, not very modern. The price for Milano is quite OK, and 5 euro breakfast was fine.

Ideal budget hotel

Hotel Mayorca is a budget hotel located an easy bus ride away from the centre. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The nearest restaurant to the hotel, the Mongolfiera, was fantastic.

Hotel a direct 20 minute bus from duomo, 14 minute walk to metro stop to go to other destinations. 100m down a dead end street but seemed a safe enough area. Good air con, allowed us to leave luggage the next day, everything worked. Also they were accommodating of our request for a ground floor room that we put in the booking form. Would stay there again.

Close to Public Transits

The facilities are older and the neighborhood is not opulent as Downtown Milan. Our rooms were always cleaned and our beds were made up without asking. Wi-fi is 5 euros for 24 hours of connectivity time, so you consume as you go. I used only it in the evening, so it was more than enough for my 3 night stay. Overall the neighborhood is friendly but more of a residential area. So once we got an area map and figured out the public transit system, the location was not really an issue. During the days, we would catch a bus to Downtown to sight see and met a tour bus for a day trip to Como. In the evenings, we would take the bus back to our hotel in the evening for dinner and slept.

Hotel Myorca

When I book you (Hotel.com) told me that there is a free WiFi but it was with fee. The hotel was closed around 1 am. Some of the receptionists don't speak English even one has no quality to stand there. He personally increase the price on the next day and I paid lesser when he was changed. However, there are two very nice guys. Generally the hotel is a poor local hotel. Please adjust your rating. I will never suggest to anyone to stay there. Thank you for asking me to fill this form.

dumpy worn out hotel

While clean, a bit dumpy. Went in October, and the central had been switched over to heat, so no AC ... and it was hot while we were there. With windows open, really loud in Milan. While clean, this is an old, worn-out hotel.

Mayorca Milano

Good clean hotel nice service bathroom shower was dirty and screen cracked. Wifi good but not free. Beautiful restaurant around corner Mangolfiera def worth a visit. Easy walk to piazza duomo in 30 min.

Really bad

Terrible! The room stink from tobacco smoking. Two out of 4 beds where in bad shape (slim old mattresses with springs poking). Trash can still had trash from previous guests. Floors have not been swept in months. Blankets with patches over holes. Concierge: Not professional and rude. Location: have to walk 5 minutes to catch the bus or tram. Not too bad but not ideal! I'm sure there are plenty of better places in Milan at the same price!

A walk from the metro

I was under the impression the hotel was much closer to the metro stop, it was a 15/20 minute walk which wasnt terrible but a little annoying with bags. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful tho! Neighborhood was residential which made it safe and quiter at night. The rooms were basic, clean but provided to toiletries for the bathroom. It was a decent place! I may stay again for the cheap rates and safe location.

It is good and cheep

Does what it says on the tin, but €8 for wifi web!

The hotel is decent (for its price), but real kicker is €8 per day for internet! that is a steep charge especially for someone like me who stays for a week (€56!!) that was a cruel extra charge to my expenses for this leg of my journey :( Hope they look at it again and make those charges reasonable. The hotel should be a 2 star hotel . the service was bad and the rooms were horrible At night was scary it was a bad neighborhood.

convenient to Linate

Basic but good value. For business travel and at short notice this made a perfectly adequate hotel. It is very conveniently situated for Linate Airport. The decor is a little tired but the hotel is clean and practical.

Horrible place to stay

Staff made a mistake and insisted that i booked a room for 2 when i booked for 4. Took a long time for them to verify their mistake and they refused to check us in. Room was not made up by the housekeeper. Was told to go for breakfast the next morning by the front desk receptionist during check in. The next morning, the owner of the hotel demanded 5 euros from each of us for having breakfast and blamed me for not checking with them if breakfast was provided. Kicked up a huge fuss as owner was shouting at me at the hotel lobby. The issue was settled only after verifying the hotel confirmation mail and it wasnt stated there that we had to pay for breakfast. Unreasonable hotel and staff.

I had a good stay at Hotel Mayorca. The staff was very service minded and helped me to print out from the computer when I had to make the check in for my my flght.The rooms was clean and the impression is that staf working at Mayorca is proffessional and service minded. I could warmly recomend Mayorca and could also imagine to come back again:)

Perfect budget hotel

fulfilled all my needs regarding location, ease of traveling from hotel around city, free available parking, close to Linate ariport, good, clean, safe neighborhood, good restaurants in area, clean rooms with all needed amenities, helpful and courteous staff, quiet street, no church bells or noisy bars close by.

Note negative: Receptionist sgarbato per non dire maleducato, bagno sporco con capelli di donna, letto durissimo, balcone maleodorante, stanza rumorosissima dovuti ad aria condizionata h24 che non permette di dormire, alla sera all'arrivo dell'ascensore trema tutto, rumore di tv tutta la notte. Note positive: la zona ma la metro era chiusa... Conclusioni: volevo scappare, se fossi dovuto rimanere più di 1 giorno me ne sarei andato a costo di perdere i soldi.

tutto bene

Struttura nel complesso buona, situata in zona centrale e ben collegata con i servizi di trasporto (linea M4 vicina circa 300mt). Molto comoda per raggiungere Aeroporto di Linate e per connettersi alla rete metropolitana della città e quindi raggiungere in pochi minuti qualsiasi angolo di Milano. Il personale è sempre molto cortese e professionale. Consiglio la scelta di questa struttura.

Molto comodo raggiungere il centro città ed ideale per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo l'aeroporto di Linate, l'hotel è ben situato in zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

Hospital feel

Hotel looked and felt like old hospital. I don't know if it was the constant hammering of the water pipes or the bed sliding from the wall, due to the files on the floor or the small elevator jumping up and down but experience was not pleasant.

Bom custo-benefício

O hotel é antigo e isso se reflete na sua decoração. A localização é boa, não muito próxima aos pontos turísticos, mas é possível visitá-los a pé. Há também a possibilidade de transporte publico que é amplamente oferecido nas proximidades do hotel. Fomos bem recebidas. O custo-benefícios compensou.

Décevant

Malgré une bonne situation dans Milan, cet hôtel est décevant : je ne comprends pas qu’il puisse être labellisé 3 étoiles. Vétuste, défraîchi, il souffre aussi d’un manque d’insonorisation. La porte palière desservant 3 chambres fait un boucan de dingue, les cloisons sont si fines qu’il est possible de suivre 2 conversations en même temps, tandis que la fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas. Les traces de moisissures dans la douche ne sont pas franchement le signe d’un bon entretien. Quant à la dimension de la chambre, la pièce est vraiment petite, ne dépassant pas les 12 m2. Le standard de l’hôtel n’est pas de trois étoiles mais de deux (et encore…).

La posizione è buona e ben servita, ma l’hotel è vecchio con minimi servizi. la stanza piccola, si sente moltissimo il rumore dell’ascensore e non solo. Aree comuni molto ridotte. Da usare solo per necessità o per i prezzi bassi delle camere.

La qualità dell'hotel è in linea con il prezzo. Gli arredi sono datati, ma puliti, e il materasso è molto comodo. I sanitari del bagno nuovi, eccetto la doccia. Si sente molto il rumore proveniente dalle camere adiacenti, quindi poca privacy. In una camera adiacente fumavano (contro il regolamento) e arrivava l'odore. La porta della camera ha una chiusura che dà l'impressione di poca sicurezza. Pro: pulizia, materasso comodo, economico. Da migliorare: rumore

Unterkunft ging gar nicht: - laut (man hört jede Toilettenspülung im Haus) - die Zimmer und Ausstattung sind veraltet - teilweise bröckelt der Putz von den Wänden und es war etwas Schimmel in der Dusche - die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet ist unterirdisch: es gibt ein zuckriges Croissant pro Person, einen Kaffee und Kekse (keine Wurst oder Käse!), 7€ Frühstück pro Person von daher total überteuert - die Anfrage eines Zimmerwechsels aufgrund Lautstärke hat die Hotelbesitzerin persönlich genommen und uns mit bösen Blicken den Aufenthalt über abgestraft Kann leider nur von der Unterkunft abraten - der a Besuch war mehr als enttäuschend

Hotel da 3 stelle classico: pulito ordinato senza eccessivi extra. Check in dopo le 14, e per la colazione sono a disposizione solo erogatori automatici anche per il caffè / capuccino. Soddisfatto, buon rapporto q/p.

Esperienza di soggiorno abbastanza deludente.

Hotel a 3 stelle dal rapporto prezzo / qualità abbastanza deludente per la mia esperienza. In rapporto ad altri Hotel a 3 stelle visitati e che ricordo con piacere era tutto un po' sotto tono (pulizia, comfort, arredo, strumenti a disposizione nella camera, illuminazione, disponibilità di prese elettriche ecc...). Non credo lo consiglierei a terzi.

Hotel un pò datato ma con buon rapporto qualità prezzo in zona silenziosa e centrale, letto comodo, pulizia eccellente, colazione adeguata. Dotato di tutti i confort e con buona illuminazione della stanza.

Ho preso questo hotel solamente per vicinanza al posto di mio interesse ma è molto vecchio e maleodorante. Letti molto duri e muri molto fini (si sente tutto)
