The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They were caring and offered advice regarding our stay. They were friendly and made suggestions when we inquired about the use of local transportation to the City Centre. The food was exquisite and we couldn't have been happier with our room and the beautiful, luxurious bathroom.

We used to have renovated rooms every time we booked at the hotel, this time we had a non-renovated room. It was ok, but of course I prefer the renovated rooms

I cannot recommend this hotel. There was no control over the temperature in the room, which was uncomfortably warm. It was impossible to switch on the air conditioning. The air conditioning was “disabled” I was told because of the season. Yet in every other hotel I have stayed at in Madrid I could make my own choice. I prefer a cool room for sleeping. This was not possible here. If I turned off the heat, the room remained warm. If I set the heat down to 16C, the room became hot. This property should be rated much lower than it is because of this issue alone. Otherwise, the room was adequate and the breakfast was quite average. The airport shuttle service was excellent.

Lovely hotel

It’s a nice hotel with very kind and respectful staff. The only issue we had was the WiFi wasn’t working and I had To cancel the remaining nights because I had Work to do and they couldn’t give me an answer as to when it would work again.

Great choice for a comfortable night before an early flight. Good service, food, room comfort. Easy and free shuttle to and from airport.

The shuttle to and from the airport is a nightmare… we called multiple times- they kept assuring us that it was going to take 10 mins. 30 mins later the driver comes and started arguing with us for no reason-

Maravilloso para hacer una parada en Madrid, tranquilo, seguro, fantástico acceso a la Clínica Universidad Navarra y al Centro. El personal del hotel es estupendo, se siente como estar en casa. Tienes varios parques cerca y siempre hay novedades agradables.

Rooms are very nice. The location is perfect to access the Metro . They have a direct line to El Centro. Only downside is the Shuttle Services start way too late if you arrive early morning.

Amaxing and supper friendly staff.The rooms were really nice and spacious. The bathroom was newly renovated and the water pressure was great. It took us a minute to figure out the light switches but it was all good. The beds were comfortable. Room service was limited and we didn't care much for the breakfast and our dinner.

Great Customer Service

I stayed two nights pre and post trip. Both times the professionals at the hotel were very helpful. I am recuperating from major surgery and have some mobility issues. I found the beds to be very comfortable and in a country that seems to have a pillow shortage they had enough. I am posting pics from my First stay. This was a non accessible room ( did not request) but I had plenty of room to get around. They helped me with my bags and ensured I was able to get around. The adjacent restaurant was good as well as the Breakfast buffet. I tend to stay in Madrid pre international travel, and Maydirt is now on the top of my list for future travel.

Lo mejor de haber perdido el vuelo de retorno a mi país, fue haber conocido el Hotel Maydrit Aeropuerto. Instalaciones lujosas, modernas, limpias y personal amable y servicial, a un precio razonable. Adicionalmente tiene un excelente transporte gratuito hotel-aeropuerto aeropuerto-hotel. La estación de metro Capricho está a tres cuadras, y la parada de autobús está a menos de una cuadra.

The shuttle service was very nice, very convenient location. Metro was few minutes away. Stuff was great! Manager Fernando was amazing, very big help! Room was very nice, big, very comfortable bed, bathroom is very nice too! Clean. Nice breakfast. Would stay again!

Wanted a hotel near the airport tomato an early morning flight the next day. The Maydrift was perfect. Great room and bed. Staff made sure I got the airport shuttle with time to spare.

Excellent Stay as usual

We stay here several times a year as we travel to/from Madrid …into one of our favorite hotels. Always excellent except for one thing…the shuttle service from the airport always takes at least 45 minutes for a pickup. Regardless of which terminal , day of the week etc…and it’s not just a one off…we stay here 2 to 3 times a year …ye as t after year. Other than that we love it and will keep returning

Good option for an overnight stay, clean and comfortable

It was incredibly easy to arrange for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, the taxi service was fast and easy, and the amenities were great.

Nice hotel, wonderful staff, bright and good sized rooms with great bathroom! Nice restaurant with reasonably priced menu. Great value for an airport hotel, and yes, I’d stay again~

It’s a nice hotel for business travelers in general. Great location to the airport and free shuttle to the airport (get to the terminal in 10 min). The room we had was clean and big. With separate bath tub and shin the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is in a residential area so not much to do around it but it’s right next to metro line #5 and can get to the city center easily.

The hotel is some distance from the airport but that seems to be the case in Madrid. We missed the shuttle from the airport but used it to go to the airport and it was a very comfortable ride in a van dedicated to the hotel. The hotel was spotless, the staff was very helpful and the wait staff were outstanding. The room and beds were very comfortable, the dining options were comprehensive and the food was very good. All in all a very lovely experience.

Shuttle to airport. Walk to metro made our last night in Madrid extra special since we could cheaply and easily get to the center of the city.

This is an airport hotel, but it is very nice and clean and has a shuttle service to/from the airport. The hotel exceeded my expectations in how nicely it is maintained. It shows that the hotel is managed well. The staff are friendly. They have an onsite restaurant and room service. It’s a ~20 minute walk to the Pleniluna shopping center and there are a few neighborhood restaurants within a 5-10 walk from the hotel.

Great for an overnight stay ready for a flight. The lightning is very odd as it’s so yellow. There is also a bit of a funny smell in the room. Staff was absolutely exceptional though and it was clean. The free shuttle service was so easy to book and was super helpful.

Hotel was nice and room was clean. Check in staff was very nice. Airport transfer is a great plus. Note: this is not a negative, just informative, the hotel is near the airport, so not easy to get to from center of Madrid, but can be gotten to by taking the green (5) Metro towards Alameda de Osuna to the second to last stop (El Capricho) with relative ease. Deducted one half star as the bar staff seemed put out by us, and charged 5 euro each for a bottle uncork and a bucket of ice (we bought some nice wine in Spain we wanted to enjoy in our room), and one half star for the breakfast buffet. It was “ok” but quality wasn’t too high, and not worth the 16 euro. These are minor quibbles though. Overall though, quite pleased with Hotel Maydrit and would recommend to anyone.

Nice modern hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Had a burger in the restaurant that was good. Trip to the airport was quick.

I really enjoy staying at this property because of its cleanliness, great breakfast, airport, shuttle, and staff. Unfortunately, this last time they did not have shuttle available to the airport and I was given a room where the laminate floors were lifting and shower. Area was also damaged. This happened to be an accessible room. Floor lifting is not a good thing especially in the bathroom.

We had to wait over 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The restaurant was not very good.

Stayed a week here, wanted something close to the airport so I didn’t have to worry about missing my flight back, everyone here was super respectful and we were well taken care of. If there is a language barrier they will do everything to help you understand. My suite room was amazing super nice they come to clean up if you have the sign put up outside your door , the breakfast and restaurant downstairs was amazing

Our stay here was excellent. The airport shuttle bus was on time and efficient. Driver was both helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Pay on arrival. Supermarkets, public transport and a large shopping mall all within walking distance. Ideal for an overnight for the airport and also for sightseeing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Coffee making facilities in the room. If extra coffee pods are needed they charge €2 per pod. I have never been charged for extra coffee in a hotel in my years of travelling. There is a dia supermarket around the corner.

We stayed overnight at the hotel before we caught a long half flight out of Spain. It was clean, spacious and convenient with good breakfast options.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. I loved it and would return. The restaurant was good food excellent staff and friendly. The hotels is beautiful. The staff definitely is a must visit. I would definitely return.

Nice hotel

Nothing special about this hotel. Close to the airport, but not too close. It takes 10 minutes by shuttle to get to/from hotel. We arrived at 9 am at the hotel and the group of about 18 people were leaving. And yet the check in personnel couldn’t give us a room without arguing and saying they could not guarantee the room before 2 pm. And yet in 30 minutes the room was ready and we were asked to pay early check in fee of 22 euros.

Lucia was very nice at check in!!! Room was ready. Shower pressure a little low but everything perfect!
