Very simple and straightforward. Nice rooms and nice bathrooms but no food available after 10 and can only order out.

Perfect for a overnight stay. The shuttle is very helpful and on time. It’s a little expensive.

Nice and clean property. We used uber to get to town and didn’t explore public transportation. Hotel did send a free shuttle from the airport which was nice.

We flew n from Porto and wanted a hotel close to the airport for our return flight back home. This was perfect, close to the airport, and had a restaurant and transport to the airport. Good stay.

It's a fancy hotel with a reasonable price. It needs to have microwaves in the rooms, and add the ability to their TV systems to change the language to the original language or to keep it in Spanish. This was available at a hotel in Las Palmas, Canaries, so the technology is available. Nearby park was great for a walk

Extremely poor & rude shuttle service!! Whoever cleaned the shower prior to us checking in, put the shower head upside down on the hook so when I turned on the shower, water squirted up, over the top of the shower & all over bathroom floor, clothes & towels. Whoever designed the light switches in rooms should be fired! Very limited food selection. What was available was very expensive. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is about 5 minutes from the Madrid airport. The metro station is across the road, about 30 mins and you will be at Plaza Mayor. The rooms are very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the airport. One thing to note, the toilet and shower rooms are just separated from the hotel room by frosted glass. It might be a concern if you prefer complete privacy in the bathroom. I would definitely stay again when flying from MAD.

Superb Hotel in every way

I love this hotel. It’s so convenient with the pick-up / drop-off for the airport, the staff at reception are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and immaculate. Lovely comfy bed, great shower, coffee machine, mini bar, lovely bathroom. Literally cannot fault and great value for money. €20 to central Madrid or a Metro station very nearby. Also a mini supermarket for groceries should you wish.

The location is perfect as it has a direct metro line to the center very close. There is a very convenient airport shuttle service. The restaurant has very good service and the food is very good.

Place is close to airport, clean, ans in good shape; but rooms are not spund proof and elevator is loud.

Airport collection ??!!

The collection from the airport was not made clear as I told them the flight and arrival time but they expected us to be at their bust stop !!! You cannot estimate the time that baggage arrives at Madrid airport!!! So we had to get a taxi to the hotel at €27.50 !!!

Una excelente propiedad,cerca del aeropuerto, un restaurante delicioso, habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias y una atención inigualable,el personal del front desk te hace sentir como si llegaras a casa, todo el personal es súper amable y también su servicio de transporte al aeropuerto termina de completar. Tiene una parada de metro súper cerca, el centro comercial Plenilunio a pocos minutos,un laundry a 100 metros, farmacia y supermercado a 50 metros, que más se puede pedir?

One night stay between flights. Airport shuttle worked well. Hotel restaurant was great for dinner. Room was quiet and comfortable (bed and temperature). The gym was a little small but enjoyed the walking paths just out back of the hotel that connects you to a larger green space/park. Great walk in the morning.

Hotel was fine. Rooms comfortable if a bit run down. Big issue for us was that the airport shuttle did not start till 6 am. We had a 6 am flight which is why we stayed at airport hotel. Had to take an uber. Also nice that it was a block from subway.

I loved everything about our stay except for one thing that we just couldn't get over. The bathrooms in the room were very uncomfortable. They were spacious and had all the amenities one could ask for but . . . going to the toilet is a very personal function and we just couldn't get passed the glass doors for the toilet. Any time we needed to use the restroom one of us would have to leave to use the toilet. On our first day my husband went to use the lobby restrooms only to find it over crowded with other guest who also felt uncomfortable using the bathrooms in the room. We've been married 38 years and we just couldn't get passed it. Other than that, the staff, the rooms, the hotel staff, the metro being a 3 minute walk away, the airport being an easy drive to get to, all were great.

Best place to stay if you have an early flight the next day. It’s 8 minutes from the airport. Very clean. And a good breakfast. Would stay again.

Great location near airport but with easy access to metro station to go to Madrid Centro. Plus good restaurant in premises and some around. Rooms are ample and noiseless, and free shuttle to airport is really very convenient.

The hotel is convenient for an early morning flight out of Madrid, but there’s no good dining within walking distance and the hotel restaurant is bland with limited options.

The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They were caring and offered advice regarding our stay. They were friendly and made suggestions when we inquired about the use of local transportation to the City Centre. The food was exquisite and we couldn't have been happier with our room and the beautiful, luxurious bathroom.

Exceptional care for guest. One ample: I left a brief case on their shuttle service to airport. With speed and efficiency, they brought it back to me before I left the airport. Also appreciated their advice for where to walk near hotel.

We used to have renovated rooms every time we booked at the hotel, this time we had a non-renovated room. It was ok, but of course I prefer the renovated rooms

I cannot recommend this hotel. There was no control over the temperature in the room, which was uncomfortably warm. It was impossible to switch on the air conditioning. The air conditioning was “disabled” I was told because of the season. Yet in every other hotel I have stayed at in Madrid I could make my own choice. I prefer a cool room for sleeping. This was not possible here. If I turned off the heat, the room remained warm. If I set the heat down to 16C, the room became hot. This property should be rated much lower than it is because of this issue alone. Otherwise, the room was adequate and the breakfast was quite average. The airport shuttle service was excellent.

Lovely hotel

It’s a nice hotel with very kind and respectful staff. The only issue we had was the WiFi wasn’t working and I had To cancel the remaining nights because I had Work to do and they couldn’t give me an answer as to when it would work again.

The shuttle to and from the airport is a nightmare… we called multiple times- they kept assuring us that it was going to take 10 mins. 30 mins later the driver comes and started arguing with us for no reason-

Maravilloso para hacer una parada en Madrid, tranquilo, seguro, fantástico acceso a la Clínica Universidad Navarra y al Centro. El personal del hotel es estupendo, se siente como estar en casa. Tienes varios parques cerca y siempre hay novedades agradables.

Rooms are very nice. The location is perfect to access the Metro . They have a direct line to El Centro. Only downside is the Shuttle Services start way too late if you arrive early morning.

Amaxing and supper friendly staff.The rooms were really nice and spacious. The bathroom was newly renovated and the water pressure was great. It took us a minute to figure out the light switches but it was all good. The beds were comfortable. Room service was limited and we didn't care much for the breakfast and our dinner.

Great Customer Service

I stayed two nights pre and post trip. Both times the professionals at the hotel were very helpful. I am recuperating from major surgery and have some mobility issues. I found the beds to be very comfortable and in a country that seems to have a pillow shortage they had enough. I am posting pics from my First stay. This was a non accessible room ( did not request) but I had plenty of room to get around. They helped me with my bags and ensured I was able to get around. The adjacent restaurant was good as well as the Breakfast buffet. I tend to stay in Madrid pre international travel, and Maydirt is now on the top of my list for future travel.

Lo mejor de haber perdido el vuelo de retorno a mi país, fue haber conocido el Hotel Maydrit Aeropuerto. Instalaciones lujosas, modernas, limpias y personal amable y servicial, a un precio razonable. Adicionalmente tiene un excelente transporte gratuito hotel-aeropuerto aeropuerto-hotel. La estación de metro Capricho está a tres cuadras, y la parada de autobús está a menos de una cuadra.

The shuttle service was very nice, very convenient location. Metro was few minutes away. Stuff was great! Manager Fernando was amazing, very big help! Room was very nice, big, very comfortable bed, bathroom is very nice too! Clean. Nice breakfast. Would stay again!

Wanted a hotel near the airport tomato an early morning flight the next day. The Maydrift was perfect. Great room and bed. Staff made sure I got the airport shuttle with time to spare.

A VERY nicely appointed room, modern and with all needed amenities provided. In the USA, this would be a 4-star hotel at 3Xs the price we paid in Madrid. The complimentary airport shuttle was a plus!

Excellent Stay as usual

We stay here several times a year as we travel to/from Madrid …into one of our favorite hotels. Always excellent except for one thing…the shuttle service from the airport always takes at least 45 minutes for a pickup. Regardless of which terminal , day of the week etc…and it’s not just a one off…we stay here 2 to 3 times a year …ye as t after year. Other than that we love it and will keep returning

Good option for an overnight stay, clean and comfortable

It was incredibly easy to arrange for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, the taxi service was fast and easy, and the amenities were great.
