Excellent stay in great location. Will return.

My experience at this establishment was truly remarkable, primarily due to its outstanding location. I found the staff to be exceptionally accommodating and friendly, creating an atmosphere that felt almost familial. The breakfast offerings were delightful, and the quality of the room exceeded my expectations. The warmth and kindness of everyone I encountered made my stay feel like a gathering with close friends and relatives, which significantly enhanced my overall experience. The convenience of the location cannot be overstated, as it is easily accessible via bus 72, which conveniently stops right outside both the railway station and the hotel. This service is not only efficient but also economical, with a ticket costing just €2. For those who prefer a more direct route, taxis are readily available at a reasonable fare of €15, making transportation to and from the Torino Porta Susa railway station seamless and hassle-free. Additionally, the bar within the hotel was a delightful spot to unwind, further contributing to the overall positive ambiance of my stay. The combination of excellent service, a prime location, and a welcoming environment makes this hotel a standout choice. I am already looking forward to my next visit, as I believe it will be just as enjoyable as this one.

Road trip taking in Juventus stadium tour

Great location for Juventus stadium tour as just across the road. Stadium acces through large shopping centre with several restaurants in and nearby. Breakfast was continental buffet with a few hot items. Free Parking on site.

Very close to the Juventus Stadium and mall. Convenience was the best part of this hotel and the rest was still quite good.

Juventus Match Trip

One of very few Hotels near Allianz Stadium. Nice tourist class hotel across the street from the stadium with a very good breakfast. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance from the Juventus Allianz stadium, which includes the J store and the museum, and a shopping mall with lots of food options. The hotel was clean and the room was cleaned and the towels replaced everyday. The crew was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but enough to get me going in the morning.

Bed, shower, and location to Allianz..,,can’t think of another reason to stay here if not coming to a Juve game.

It was a bit difficult to find the Hotel late at night the signage is not Very clear especially when you arrive late at night after driving for a long time. The inside of the hotel was clean so was the room and the breakfast was more than adequate.

A very pleasant stay for one night. The reception was manned by a very helpful and courteous staff member. Breakfast was really good too.

We thought this hotel was terrific value for money. Our room was spacious and clean with a large balcony and view of Juventus stadium which was across the road. On first sight we were a bit dubious as it is between a car mechanics and small supermarket, but we're very pleasantly surprised as soon as we stepped into the hotels marble flooring The staff were excellent. The breakfast room was well organised, calm and comfortable. Nice selection of food. Bus routes into centre and elsewhere. Remember to purchase tickets from tobacconist first. We bought a daily ticket for 4 euros each which was excellent value if you are planning on more than 2 bus journeys, as each bus ride is €1.70. Added bonus is plenty of free parking. A few pizza places nearby but we came across an excellent restaurant - Ristorante del Alpi - about 20 minutes walk from hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel Master

An old-fashioned hotel in good football location

We chose the hotel because of its location and proximity to the football stadium. In that sense, it was excellent, although at the same budget it was possible to get a far higher-class hotel in a farther location.The hotel is basic. The rooms are outdated. The towels smelled unpleasan and the blankets are wool-free without a cover that doesn't give you a clean feeling. However, the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

Front desk was very friendly and spoke English. Our room had a great view of the Allianz Stadium.

Very Comfortable

My stay was only for one night, however it was a great comfy night. The morning after i had a tasty breakfast; however, a small variety was present. To sum up it was a very peaceful, restful and great stay

Too far from Turin centre for tourists - too expensive to get taxis every day so reliant on bus. Very difficult to find from airport, took us 3hours from landing at Turin to get to Hotel Master. Couldn't face bus again in the evening so had to eat locally nearby, and there wasn't much. This hotel only suitable for Juventus fans or people on business nearby, for one night. Certainly not for tourists wanting to spend their time in Turin centre.

Staff is amazing. They let us check in early and lets us check out late. Our travel plans did not go as we hoped so they accommodated us as much as they were able to.

We booked from the car. Were intrigued by the good reviews, especially because of the low price. Well, that was exactly what we found, clean hotel, comfortable room, and buffet breakfast with a decent variety of choices, all at an economical price. What more can I say?

Great value hotel.

Great value Hotel, perfectly located for visiting Juventus stadium, even had a perfect view of the stadium and Alps from our balcony. Reasonable bus journey into the centre (30min) but fairly straight forward. Not a five star hotel by any means but clean, tidy and really enjoyed my stay here.

We just came from our holiday staying in Master Hotel which was great.Our first aim in Turin was to watch my favorite Juventus which is only just crossing the road from the hotel to the J stadium.I visited Veneria Reale also near and could catch the bus easily to the center and frequently.We enjoyed our stay also in the Master Hotel cause room was comfortable,staff very friendly and breakfast excellent.Thanks alot i'm sure in near future we will visit again.

For Juventus Fans

Good value for the price but the main reason (probably only) is that it is right across the street from Juventus Stadium. The neighborhood is not that great and public transportation seems to be only by bus. The room was standard but it did look a little run down. It does look to be cleaned but carpets might need to be replaced and walls repainted. Overall, if you're staying for one night because you will be going to a game or touring Juventus Stadium, you can't go wrong.

Large rooms, but far away from the center of Turin

If you are going to Turin with Juventus as your primary objective, then this is the hotel for you. It is very close to the stadium (about a 30 second walk) and the rooms are massive. They also do a great job of cleaning the rooms. Breakfast is respectable. It would be better if they included more protein. Overall, great experience, but it is quite far from the city center (more than 1 hour on foot, but there is public transportation so don't fret)

Could not find this hotel

We were unable to find this hotel despite having the assistance of a GPS and driving around the area for more than an hour.

Five stars for a three star hotel!

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Cost was almost half that of other hotels in the area. I stayed for two nights. The hotel and my room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast (continental) was generous and available from an early hour in the morning. The staff were friendly, helpful and well- organised- even to the point of having photocopied maps of the local area with all the restaurants identified on the map. They could summarise the qualities/ drawbacks of each restaurant for me. All facilities- eg card door lock, lifts, worked apprpriately. Supermarket next door. Only drawback was that the hotel is some way from the city centre. You will need to use some form of transport if you need/ want to go into town. I can completely reccommend this hotel.

Séjours court mais très agréable, le service du Check in au checkout était super ,le personnel est très souriant et sympathique, petit déjeuner royale dans une salle spacieuse,parking gratuit , vu sur l ensemble du stade de la Juventus, très agréablement surpris par la qualité du personnel et des chambres très spacieuse, je recommande fortement 🙏🙏

Si vous cherchez un hotel froid, pas beau, au-dessus d'un Norauto, cet hotel est fait pour vous.

Il televisore non funzionava, cosa che per chi soffre di insonnia come me rappresenta un grosso problema. Quando sono sceso per la colazione, in orario, erano finiti tutti i cornetti.

Poca illuminazione

Personale gentile, camera grande, possibilità di parcheggio.

Personale gentilissimo, situato di fronte all'allianz arena ha poco intrattenimento eccetto quello nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio comodo ed ottima la pulizia.

Pas mal

Hôtel bien placé surprenant quand on arrive mais après dès qu'on passe le hall c'est sympa. Le personnel est vraiment sympa. Le petit déjeuner est inclus même si c'est basique c'est cool. Seul point négatif les murs sont fins donc on entend les gens dans le couloir Pas loin du centre de Turin bus 72 pour y aller.

Hotel vicino allo stadio Allianz, molto comodo per chi vuole vedere la partita. Un po' distante dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici ( fermata a 200 mt). Camere pulite e buona colazione. Unico difetto, il materasso matrimoniale che purtroppo era fatto da 2 singoli, un po' scomodo.

Slitna sängar

Fick ett rum med dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar med utsikt mot stadium. Såg dock bara taket av det, då det var ett stort tak i vägen, och långt bort till vänster. Dubbelsängen var som en hängmatta, jag klamrade fast mig i kanten för att inte rulla ner i mitten. Sängbenen spretade åt båda hållen (utan att någon låg i sängen). Barnens sängar var dock uppskattade, så jag ångrar att vi inte tog 4 enkelbäddar. Vaknade många gånger av lutningen och sov till sist förbi frukosten, vilken vi verkligen sett fram emot. Kraftfull AC! Bra med parkering och garage (många duvor sitter dock i taket) framför hotellet.

La struttura è un pochino datata, avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione. Io ho trascorso solo una notte, non sono stata male, ma la posizione non è comoda con mezzi di trasporto pubblici. La colazione mi ha stupito positivamente per scelta, qualità e quantità.

Ambiente accogliente, confortevole e pulito. Personale disponibile e gentile. Colazione buona, varia e abbondante. Ve lo consiglio.

La nostra esperienza e' stata più che positiva, hotel ben posizionato e vicino al centro, personale cortese,pulizia non proprio perfetta (abbiamo trovato delle formiche in camera) colazione buona ma un po' misera.

Purtroppo non è andato a buon fine....abbiamo prenotato...il coomputer ci ha cambiato le date automaticamente, perché nelle date da noi richieste era tutto occupato,non c'è ne siamo accorti e abbiamo perso tutto quello che abbiamo versato

Ho fatto la prenotazione , confermatami via mail ( ho portato anche la conferma cartacea) all’ hotel Master di Torino, mi dicono che non avevano nessuna prenotazione a mio nome, e che l’hotel era al completo e perciò non c’era nessuna camera libera.Su mia insistenza mi hanno trovato una camera, ma era non praticabile!! MAI PIU perciò alle 22 ho dovuto provvedere a trovarmi un altro hotel 😡

Pulizia non eccezionale (tende sporche e qualche pelo in bagno) Assenza di tendina in camera (solo quella coprente per la notte, quindi dando sulla strada necessità di luci accese anche in pieno giorno) Mi hanno dato una camera con 3 letti singoli (?) quando ero da sola Parcheggio esterno antistante pieno anche al rientro a mezzanotte Frigobar vuoto Colazione scarsa (cappuccino terribile) direttamente sui tavolini di legno senza nemmeno una tovaglietta Alla richiesta di alcune semplici informazioni all'arrivo, la risposta è stata "deve chiedere domani mattina alla mia titolare".

La habitación es cómoda y salvo frigorífico, tiene lo necesario. A unos 20 minutos en coche del centro junto al estadio de la Juventus y un centro comercial grande Area12. Situado encima de un taller de autos Norauto y un supermercado. Desayuno buffet y parking subterráneo incluido.

Personnel très aimable La chambre très spacieuse mais mal insonorisée,on entend beaucoup le bruit de la circulation. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est généreux

Hotel leggermente decentrato ma con comodo bus a 100 metri che in 25 minuti porta in centro città, camera accogliente, pulita,insonorizzata,neasun rumore dall'esterno,un ringraziamento speciale al sig.Giuseppe,della reception, persona squisita,professionale,ho avuto un piccolo problema con la tv e lui me lo ha subito risolto.da ritornare. Mi ha an he consigliato un ristorante pizzeria li vicino,il Portico,ottima farinata,pizza e dolce con prezzi super onesti.

Tres belle situation géographiques. Tres grand parking facile d'accès. Pas besoin de voiture sur place tout peut se faire a pied. Un grand centre commerciale juste a coter et le stade de la juventus juste a côté aussi. Personnel très chaleureux

Frühstück fiel etwas sparsam aus,hätte bißchen mehr Auswahl sein können(Obst und Joghurt), aber im großen und ganzen war es in Ordnung.

Ottimo hotel, silenzioso, moderno. Buona colazione, non molto vicino al centro. Peccato che tornati dalla colazione abbiamo trovato le ragazze che pulivano la camera, e non era l'ora del check out.

Prenotato per lo Juventus Stadium, praticamente difronte. Personale gentilissimo, colazione nella norma. Da migliorare a mio avviso L’insonorizzazione con l’esterno (sia per la parte climatica che rumorosità). Ci tornerò a presto.

Séjour à Turin avec mes parents

Les points positifs: chambre propre, personnel serviable, petit déjeuner correct, hotel situé à 20 min env du centre ville en voiture ou 35 min en bus, grand écran TV dans la chambre (ça change des tous petits qu'on voit habituellement). Points negatifs: - hôtel situé au dessus d'un garage Norauto: réveil brutal vers 7h30 lorsqu'ils ont ouvert - parking souterain sale, non illuminé pour les piétons et sans indications visibles pour rejoindre l'hôtel (on a fini par aller dans une partie désaffectée et un peu en ruines du bâtiment)...en plus sur le parking il n'y avait que 3-4 voitures dont une avec un pneu crevé et qui semblait être là depuis longtemps. Dans tous les cas le parking n'inspirait pas confiance et faisait peur...nous avons préféré laisser la voiture sur le parking devant l'hôtel. - Literie pas très confortable pour les lit single, le matelas étaient un peu "rebondissant", à chaque fois que je me tournais j'avais l'impression d'être sur un matelas gonflé. En revanche le lit double était bien confortable selon les dires de mes parents, donc point positif pour le lit double.

Camera grande e pulita, tv grande frigobar vuoto, prodotti per il bagno scarsi. Purtroppo il materasso un po' scomodo sarebbe da cambiare perché consumato si creava un buco.Ottimo e veloce il check in. Colazione sia dolce che salata possibilità di parcheggiare anche al coperto sotto la struttura. In caso di necessità c e il penny da parte. Se dovessi tornare a torino probabilmente lo sceglierei di nuovo.

Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble. Juste le parking gratuit qui est souterrain mais pas rassurant compte tenu de la population qui rôde dans ce quartier. J'ai préféré me garer sur le parking extérieur du centre commercial à côté.

La chambre que nous avons eu était spacieuse et très bien pour 2 adultes, 1 enfant et un bébé. Spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle, mini frigo dans la chambre et salle de bain très commode. On avait accès à une terrasse commune avec le restaurant c'était très agreable. Le petit déjeuner est varié. L'emplacement juste en face du stade est cool pour les sportifs, pour nous bof sans plus.

Posizione ottimale, vicino a tram ed a metro, Camera pulita, scala di accesso alle camere scomoda. Manca ascensore.
