Very nice property. Loved the balcony in our room.
It’s good overall, very good location
Not good
They must have better windows, to much noise from outside
The best
Nice hotel, great location.
My room first 2 nights had a stinky smell .
We loved the location of the hotel as we were able to walk to all the major attractions which is the perfect way to explore the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and we slept very well in the super comfy bed. We will return again soon. Many thanks.
A fantastic hotel located in a prime location. Easy and convenient access to the metro. Lots of shops and food options nearby. Rooms are very tight but that’s common in Paris. Hotel staff were wonderful.
Excellent.
Perfect location. Great staff!
The location is superb. Honestly, I don’t think there will be much better locations in terms of closeness to the metro line. Was close to the most handy lines, number 4 and 9, and was sufficient for all our site seeing needs.
Lovely hotel, good location and very clean
Wonderful stay!
The staff was wonderful and always so helpful. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet. I would definitely go back. Walking distance to lots of wonderful sites.
Good stay
It was a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Room we got was small but had everything we needed and it was very clean. It is a good location to get to main attractions but also to just get lost on nice streets. Staff spoke English very well and check in/out was easy. They have a sweet bar which was a nice touch. They have some better rooms I believe but I think the one we got was very basic. Considering it was my birthday I wish we were given maybe a nicer one, smth with a view for example, but for 2 nights it was ok. I would remind everyone though that this is 4 star hotel in middle of Paris, you won't get the luxury and attention to detail you would get for 4 stars in other, less famous locations
Helpful staff, clean and up to date room with mini fridge. Wish for a few more usb ports through out room. Everyone was on top of their work and knowledgeable. Area around the property is in gentrification. Not too seedy, but lots of work to do… Enjoyed the real life feel of the area - not too touristy, but reasonably close to a lot of significant attractions of Paris.
Good
The largest challenge was no air conditioning. While we were there it was un seasonally warm (26 C) and air conditioning was not available.
We had a lovely stay, the property was in a great location and only around the corner from the metro! It was clean and the staff were brilliant, exactly what you need for a short city break stay!
The hotel is ok , the rooms are extremely tiny and the area is super congested with traffic , imposible to get an Uber or taxi especially at rush hours , definitely not impressed
The property was beautiful. The room was small, but we knew that going in. Beds were very comfortable and at night it was nice to rest our feet and turn on the large TV. We sprang for the balcony room and it was worth it (even if in February it was too cold to sit and drink coffee). Transportation is right outside and the neighborhood was great with walking distance to shopping, food and of course transport.
Just a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
Very nice room and staff was very kind and helpful
good location and nice property.
Just fabulous
Amazing 3 night stay, our room was on the top floor with a balcony, the bed was so comfortable and lovely sheets and pillows. Great modern bathroom. The staff on the front desk were nothing but polite and I loved the free sweets. Will definitely be returning to this fabulous hotel.
Lovely staff and Room!
.
Great spot!
Very nice spot, simple and quaint. The staff were super friendly and the area clean and pretty
Loved the charm of this hotel. The beds and pillows were super comfy, the towels smelled clean and fresh. There were large windows that you could people watch the showers had good pressure and a rainfall shower head. Loved that you could refill your water bottle each day vs buying bottled water, breakfast was great too. Only two negatives were the noise outside twice during our stay the police visited and broke up fights outside & that the hotel was far from tourist attractions necessitating a long walk or use of the metro. The front desk staff were super helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay there again!
Loved that it was close to the train and not too far from attractions. Excellent customer service, very nice and friendly. Great location. Would recommend it.
Treadmill wasn't working. The gym therefore was a disappointment.
Put in ADA room on 1st floor where the hall and room smelled like a sewer with very noisy street corner right outside the ADA room window. Staff unwilling to change my room when different room was requested due to smell and noise. Said “it’s a big room.” No bar at hotel, staff said “go across the street and get something.” Pillowcase on bed was dirty.
The hotel was nice, the staff specially Fabian was very helpful at all times but the area is full of prostitutes and their pimps. 2 crazy women encounter us also close to the hotel . Sad because the location is excellent!
Lovely staff, good size rooms - great little hotel conveniently near Gare du Nord and shopping and eating.
Wet friendly staff
Great hotel centrally located and professionally staffed
one the staff was not so helpful when I approach for some help. 4 star hotel, but the breakfast spread is not up to the mark.
Good location, good service The room is cleaning and not small
Cheap and cheerful, nice staff, bathrooms need an update
The customer service was great. They people at the reception, Idir, Femory, and Solange were always ready to help.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Smart decor in room with new bathroom. Great shower. Tasty breakfast. Highly recommend. Will use this hotel again
Decent hotel for shortbreak
Went for the balcony room, which is very small, felt like we were staying in a box room. The balcony itself is too narrow for two people to stand beside each other. On the other hand, employees were friendly and helpful.
Prompt check in, staff was amazing - gave us restaurant recommendations for a light snack before dinner. There wasn’t an iron in the room but when we asked for one, we were promptly provided one for the duration of our stay. Area around the Eiffel Tower is quite dusty with the gravel they use and it really did a number on my shoes. The hotel had a cleaner Supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping just outside the hotel.
Comfortable and clean
Pretty good hotel, easy check in and pleasant staff. The room was small but clean and it had all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Good location. Overall good value for money.
I loved that we were around the corner from the Metro - made it so easy to jump on, jump off and see Paris.
Good hotel
Lovely and clean, room a little small but hey, you only need it to get your head down. Quite a decent spot as well . Not too far from all the things You want to see in Paris. All in all a very enjoyable stay
Great location
Good value for the money paid
Very good hotel. Thanks to all the staff for keeping the hotel quiet & tranquil in the middle of the busy Paris. Air-conditioned, which was very important in July. Got a mini-frig.
Fab Times in Paris
Great location with direct route South to the Pompidou Centre, Seine and Notre Dame. A short walk to Le Marais quarter or Les Halles. We used the pay-as-you-go scooters and got to the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre plus everything in between. Hotel staff very friendly and happy to help out. Rooms comfortable, great beds and quiet space even when outside street noise is lively.
Our room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait an extra hour past the check in time with no apologies or offering anything in return. The night before checkout we ordered a Taxi to the airport for the next morning, we reconfirm at breakfast and when we came down to take the taxi they told us they didn't find any taxi for us. They did not let me know nor did they try to get us something different. I called myself a cab without a problem and taxi came in 5 minutes. The hotel is very nice, unfortunately there is a lot of noise in the street with regular constructions and less than a half a block away is a pretty scary avenue with people selling drugs, prostitution and lots of pickpocketing.
Not as excpected
After my arrival my room wasn’t still ready (nearly 2hrs after checking time. I settle for another one as I had meeting to go to. Staff at reception friendly - yet not sure I would return to this property in future.
Great
Our stay was very warm and welcoming. From the first minute we entered the hotel till the minute we checked out. The service was amazing. The service desk with a gentleman by the name of Idir was very pleasant. He was helpful and informative. He also upgraded us to the top floor with a balcony. Would come back here no questions asked.
Good hotel in central area
Good value relative to other Paris hotels I W stayed in. Modern refit and clean. Rooms was pretty small but think standard for Paris. Felt like a safe area (unlike around Gare du Nord!) and about 15-20 min walk down to the Seine and onto St Michel. Will return.
Great Location
Fantastic 3 night break. Reception staff very welcoming. From this hotel it is approx 20 minute walk to Notre Dame and 25-30 minute walk to Louvre. Plenty of Cafe and bars close by. Noise of the constant police, ambulance sirens and car horns does get to you, constant traffic jams every where. Quicker to walk!
We paid extra for a balcony, but were unable to use it because it was only on the 2nd floor and the street and traffic noise was extremely loud.
The whole stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was really clean! Location was great. The room was a little small but overall really nice hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Nice one
Love the hotel and the area. Room was a bit tiny but so are all the hotels in Paris. I would say it is still decent size. Friendly staff, central location, modern furniture, comfy bed, i had a wonderful weekend! Thanks!
Modern, close to the metro. Staff was friendly and pleasant.
Decent
Clean hotel, small rooms to be expected. Noisy area at night.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing with the rain showerhead.
The property is renovated and the rooms are comfy and clean, decent hotel!
Nice on the outside but a little seedy...
The hotel room was fine, but not nearly as nice as the pictures depicted. The breakfast was actually great. The one big issue with this hotel is that I was in Paris for 36 hours and over the course of that 36 hours I only left my hotel room for a little over 3 hours (because of a head cold). During that time, someone managed to access my room and steal about $700 Euro from my room (kind of surprising that they could time it that well). Hotel's response? "That is why we have safes in each room." Oh and I forgot to mention that the corner that this hotel is on is teaming with prostitutes, but that is a different issue.
Such a great hotel! The staff could not possibly be more helpful and were very accommodating when we arrived early.
Great gem close to Gare de l’Est
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and worth the 7 euros. The rooms are typical Parisian hotel rooms, small but functional. WiFi works great. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the metro.
The location of this hotel to me is not very good and it’s not very central for me. The room is actually smaller than the picture shows. No nice restaurants nearby. Disappointing really as I was realllg looking forward to stay there. And it balled as 4 start Hôtel to me, it’s more like a 3-star.
clean, comfortable, practical at a good price
Great location
Room was small but staff and hotel location made up for it.
Unforgettable time in Paris
This hotel was perfect. It was less than 5-minutes walk to the Metro (subway), near restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies (which saved the day when I needed an ankle support). The breakfast was very adequate, more than normal Continental breakfast. Best of all we were near attractions such as the Cathedral of Notre Dame, which was right up our sightseeing ally. It was approximately 25-minutes away. The people were friendly and helpful.
This hotel is close to the Metro, which is great for getting around Paris. Across the street is a cafe and a grocery store - which is very convenient. Although our room faced the boulevard, the room was quiet. Nice room (but tiny, as expected) and bathroom and a great shower. Nice to see the energy saving lighting in this hotel.
Immersed in the City of Lights
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel given some previous experiences I've had with hotels in Europe. This was as advertised, and maybe even better. Rooms were snug, but well decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and with pleasant, tasteful, updated decor. And besides, when in Paris it is best to be out and about all the time that you can anyway. Good Wifi for use for work and to just keep connected to email, while the front desk personnel were always very friendly and helpful, while being conversant in French/English and other Euro languages, too. Perhaps the best feature of this hotel, however, was its location, as it was literally a one minute walk from a major Metro line. At this location you miss none of the bustle that makes cities like Paris so exciting, appealing and fun, but it is also in an area that is far less populated by tourists while being easily walkable to the Seine/Pompidou, Republic, Les Halles, Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc., with some really cool neighborhoods in between on each side with a nice selection of bakeries, cafes, dining options, grocery stores, late-night corner stores. It is also situated on a central bus route which allows for the possibility of more late night excursions, but I also walked back from the the river area several times late at night and didn't ever feel uncomfortable.
Excellent hotel with great location
Great hotel with very pleasant staff.Excellent breakfast.Very clean and up to date.Great location.
Prefect hotel with good location. Metro close by with late night fast food available.
Good stay overall. People working at reception were very accommodating and in particular Idir was kind and willing to help out any way he could. Great area as well.
Weekend trip
The room was lovely and modern but slightly small
Nice hotel close to food and attractions
The staff where excellent, very helpful. They accommodate our early check in and helped us find Gluten free serving restaurants.
loved the bed!!!
Great location. Close to the metro, cafes and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhoood
Wonderfully renovated hotel. Extremely clean and great breakfast. We had a nice corner room with two windows. Very comfortable and great European shower with removable shower head and the 12" shower coming from the ceiling! wonderful. highly recommend!
Nice room Great stay
Nice room, but problem on the shower room. The shower room floor is higher than toilet.
A slice of Paris
This hotel is very well appointed in boutique style. I loved the big windows and all the up to date fixtures. Breakfast was excellent.
Best Best Western
I absolutely loved my stay! The front desk staff were all so helpful and friendly. The area was safe to walk in and conveniently located to the metro. The restaurant across the street was wonderful. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and kept us full until dinner.
Good Location Small Room
Small room; ample bathroom; outdated Hallways and elevators.
good hotel
Very well-positioned hotel (one minute from the metro). Lovely room, comfortable bed, and the staff were delightful.
Close to the metro
This hotel was great! It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and it was close to the metro (which is super easy to take in Paris).
Nice hotel, close to main attractions
First time in Paris and wanted to stay close to main attractions. We could walk to everything and the train station was close by to get everywhere else Wasn’t thrilled about the hotel’s request to leave my key at the front desk every time we left so I didn’t Staff were great and helpful with abweribg questions or providing recommendations.
Central location, close to Gare du Nord
This is a nice hotel in a very central area close to Gare du Nord. The room was lovely although a bit small but that's the case with all hotels in Paris. The only negative is that we had a room on the 6th floor and we could hear the noise from the main a/c system. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
Very helpful personnel and the hotel conveniently located at a walking distance from Gare du Nord and the Louvre.
Location was pretty close to everything. The rooms are extremely small. Had to pay an additional tax upon check out.
Nice hotel close to cafes and restaurants
The staff are very friendly which makes your stay more enjoyable especially when you are in a foreign country. The rooms are clean. For a standard hotel it was very good.
Nice clean hotel
Hotel was modern, clean. Front desk staff friendly and accomodating. Someone got trapped in elevator so I took stairs for rest of stay. Nice bar. Internet and business center did not work to print boarding passes. Neighborhood just beyond typical downtown area and on verge of sketchier neighborhoods but overall is fine, close to transit and several restaurants- some cafes but mostly fast food. Grocery store very close. Great affordable choice!
Overall our stay was ok. As tourists, one member of the front desk seemed to become annoyed with needing he4 assistance— how to get here and there, suggestions on restaurants, etc. - typical tourist advise/questions. One particular front desk clerk voiced this in French to our cab driver... we were celebrating our 30 yr Anniversary, and it would have been nice to recieve a complimentary bottle of wine or champagne as a nice gesture. The room size was a surprise. The photos online are deceptive of room size. Extremely small. Rooms were clean thankfully or we would have checked out. Would not stay here again
Great stay in Paris
We spent nearly a week in Paris, and loved our stay. From the friendly and very helpful staff (kudos to Priscila) to the cute cozy room, we really enjoyed this place. It’s a Parisian boutique hotel, so yes, the room is small. But that being said, the location is unbeatable for those who don’t want to stay in the middle of tourist-land, and the minimilast décor makes you feel at home. We’ll definitey be coming back.
Great staff and location
Walking distance to most attractions. Attentive staff that speak French and English. Balcony is a plus.
Simple hotel
We didn't spend much time in the hotel as we were exploring Paris. But we were able to check in early which was a bonus. Luckily the rooms were soundproof as it was a busy area at night. Located right next to the metro which was handy. Overall decent hotel.
Excellent Hotel
Excellent hotel, in a great location, with friendly and helpful staff
Nice location but bring your own soap
I was prepared for the street noise based on other reviews but the housekeeping services were really lacking. Several times we were left without soap or shampoo and rarely were the instant coffee packets replaced. One day our wet towels were hung up to dry and not replaced. Housekeeping also entered my room 3 times while I was in the room without knocking, just swiped the key and opened the door. The last night there the room was hot and muggy as it was raining. The air conditioning would just not kick on which was strange as it had worked for 12 nights with no issue. When I mentioned it at check out I was told it was turned off since other guests were complaining it was too cold. The hotel is in a good location and the metro stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
TINY ROOM NOT EXCACTLY IN THE MARAIS
Perfect location, modern and comfortable hotel
Since the arrival we felt very welcome by their staff. The hotel is very well located, few meters from the metro and at walk distance for the Le Marais and all the center area. There are plenty of places close to the hotel for lunch or dinner, even at late hours at the night. The room is pretty small, but has all the required comfort for a short stay. Definitely will come back to this hotel in future visits to Paris

Every staff member was very friendly. Property is close to the subway making it easy to get around, although was noisy at night.
