El hotel tiene un mal olor se escucha todo de afuera y las Abitaciones del lado super chiquito las cama no son cómodas

This properly needed more attention. The way to the room smell really bad . The noise from the bar next to it did not let you sleep. The room sleep like something died. The breakfast was limited. No scramble eggs . No good coffee and the boiled eggs look like they were reheated from from the day before.

Room was very small, bathroom very small, no amenities included, paper thin walls, noise from other rooms, we were on the 4th floor and noise from pubs on the street required earplugs, and noise continued until 7am. No refrigerator. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly but not proactive.

Room was basic - internet connection was pretty bad. The staff at reception except the Filipino guy was actually friendly. The breakfast staff need new jobs or stay away from watching you eat and what you put on your plate. Would I come back? No thanks.

Great location and great price.

Hotel Madrisol is moderately priced and in an excellent location for access to all the major sites in Central Madrid. There are many local restaurants close by within 5 minutes walking from the hotel as well as small markets for quick groceries / snacks if needed. A/C works well. There is a nightclub across the street so there is some party noise at night but not excessive.

It is a very basic hotel, no frills whatsoever in the lobby, hallways, room etc. I felt like the room was clean, the shower had good water pressure and hot water. It was actually a bigger room than I had in many other European cities. I also had a door that opened onto a tiny little balcony, didnt expect that, it was a nice surprise. The desk staff asked me to leave my key with them when I went out, I said no thank you, they said ok. They were nice overall. The free breakfast was totally serviceable and the women who work there are great. Fresh squeezed OJ and coffee is included. The exact street the hotel is on has a lot of nightclubs and pushy people that try to usher you in, but you can just ignore them. Other than that, the location is great, super close to Plaza del Sol, a million restaurants near the hotel, many open very late. If you are not looking for any frills in your hotel room and care more about location and a great price, Id recommend this hotel.

No A/C small bathroom but good localization

It has a great localization but rooms are super small and the shower is small too even for only one person. No A/C and it’s to loud outside to leave the window open. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good

Noisy

Very noisy both inside and outside. Don’t expect to sleep. This was on a Tuesday !!

We had three nights above the night club with terrible noise from 10 pm till 6 am morning.

Great location, however is near a lot of parties that make a lot of noise in the night

Not the best

The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location, in the heart of touristic madrid, otherwise not that good, the front desk not friendly, the room floor wasn’t cleaned. The breakfast was really poor. There is a club opposite the hotel where people were loud till 5 am. If we ever returned to Madrid we will not be staying there again.

A nice surprise

Great location. Room had a balcony overlooking parts of the city. Was expecting the usual pokey city rooms but was very (and greatly) surprised.

Great, but noise was a problem

This hotel is very centrally located, and we could walk to most of the main attractions. The metro and Renfe stations are 4 minutes away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air con was excellent, which was a relief during the heat wave. Breakfast was good, with a machine to freshly squeeze your orange juice. No diluted concentrated juice here! The only issue we had was noise insulation. We could clearly hear other people in nearby bedrooms, and even their alarms in the morning. Also, due to its central location, the noise outside from people passing by at all hours, till 4am, was very loud. I would still choose the Madrisol for my next trip to Madrid, but I will make sure to bring ear plugs with me.

In a great location but bring your ear plugs or you’ll be up all night from the paper thin walls or the clubs below!

Great location to visit all Madrid! My only concern was the hygiene and rudeness on the kitchen area. The girl there did not wear gloves, switched breads left by customers to other baskets, which she warmed and reused. Put back water pitchers half empty to be used by other customers, and food (ham/cheese/yogurt/milk) was not properly store (with ice or in a fridge). The girl was rude and got angry when someone asked her for an extra cup or plate.

Good location - but right in middle of “party town”. From 10pm-4/5am it was loud constantly, nightclubs, bars, people around the streets - doors and windows did not block out sounds - we heard it through ear plugs!! Breakfast basic and lady running it was fairly blunt and rude but for a basic continental it was OK - we only had it 1 day and preferred to go somewhere else for the rest of our time

Comfortable and clean, close to centre

Not as pretty as the pictures. Clean but very basic.

The front desk staff were very nice and kind. They provided us with a map around the city and showed us our way around the city. Hotel is in a great location! Everything is pretty much within walking distance. Only con is that we arrived at the hotel around 11am they told us the room wouldn’t be ready till 1pm so we left to eat and explore the city. We came back to the hotel around 3pm we were given our room key and when we got to our room the room wasn’t ready it was still being cleaned even though it was way past 1pm and we were told it would be ready by 1. I’m assuming the front desk lady was not aware of this because when we got there she told us the rooms were ready. Since they were rushed to clean the rooms I’m assuming they didn’t even change the bed sheets or clean the shower because the sheets smelled dirty and looked dirty. We had to ask for new bed sheets. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The shower head was also broken and sitting on the shower floor it wouldn’t stand up or stick on the wall also very disappointing. If your planning on staying here for a short trip I would recommend as it’s a nice small affordable hotel and has everything you need and close to the City. If your planning a long trip in Madrid I wouldn’t recommend as the shower head was broken and it was difficult to shower. I’m not sure if it was just our room that had a broken shower head. Also another thing to consider before staying here is SUPER thin walls. Heater was also broken.

Muy bueno

Hotel muy cerca de la plaza del sol

La atención en general fue muy buena, tanto al entrar como al salir nos trataron súper bien y nos recomendaron muchos sitios. Pedimos si podíamos dejar las maletas en el hotel mientras terminábamos de hacer turismo, y a pesar de haber hecho el check-out nos las guardaron sin ningún problema en un armario de la recepción. Repetiremos la próxima vez que regresemos a Madrid

Excelente ubicación. Está rodeada de bares y por lo tanto mucho ruido por las madrugadas. En cuanto al servicio y limpieza muy bueno

Terrible, un viejo hotel donde sus fotos engañan y sobre todo, ruido constante un martes hasta las 6am, imposible dormir, música super alta de alguna disco al lado, mucha gente en la calle gritando, la verdad muy desagradable. La peor elección en años, muy poco recomendable.

Excelente atención y amabilidad. Habitación agradable muy bien aislada de los sonidos de las calles llenas de vida. Ubicación inmejorable en el barrio lleno de restaurantes y a un paso de la Plaza del Sol. Muy agradable restaurante con buen desayuno incluido.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado. El desayuno es bastante abundante y de buena calidad. Las camas no son muy confortables. Nos tocó un primer piso por lo que era un poco ruidoso. En general todo bien.

La atención es suprema

Parfait pour faire la fête car nombreux bars, restaurants...donc bruyant. Perites odeurs dans l'hôtel, chambre petite et vétuste. Petit déjeuner très simpliste. Mais un des moins cher en 3 étoiles donc qualité prix correct

La struttura vanta di un ottima posizione vicino a piedi a tutto il cuore di Madrid , pieno ristoranti . La notte un po' rumoroso per via dei locali. La camera Buona, letto comodo darei un imbiancata muri sporchi. Bagno ok. Colazione buona. Prezzo qualità buono Ci ritornerò. Grazie

Semplice ma comodo ed in posizione ottima

No pierdas el tiempo en ir allí a desayunar ya que no vale la pena muy pero que muy poca variedad y calidad pésima de la comida probamos prácticamente todo lo que había (tuvimos que desayunar en otro sitio) Ya había visto comentarios de que está en una calle ruidosa, lo confirmo y también confirmo el ruido que se escucha que proviene del hotel Cuando sales te hacen dejar la tarjeta de la habitación, nosotros no lo hicimos por falta de confianza y menos mal ya que al llegar nos estaban dando otra tarjeta de otra habitación, Menosmal que somos buenas personas y no la cogimos Un aspecto bueno: la cama
