Was a good stay, the área is save and convinient, the staff is very nice and helpful. Sadly the breakfast is quite poor, no many options. The room was clean, but the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The mattress wasn’t comfortable and not in good conditions. The cleaning schedule should be suitable for the guest.

The property is good. My only problem was the wifi which in my room was very poor and in other areas very slow.

Money was stolen from my backpack, after reporting to the hotel, nothing done. The incident was reported to the hotel management later by email/message. The hotel did not care, they indicated a safe was located in the room. Is not really about the money ($80) it is about how they treat guests.

The price is elevatend in comparison to the offer of nearby hotels. Breakfast is too simple, the rooms aren't cozy, the stuff is just ok.

I honesty think that they need to change the beds, my doughter and I had bad beds, and as we are in pandemic so we did can not had dinner in the hotel, so we need to buy from out of it in a delivery service

The price was excellent for the amenities provided. It was a very central location and I felt that it was very safe which is important for a woman traveling alone. I have mainly stayed at Lowe’s to Hebel’s which of course is a beautiful hotel but I had no need for a swimming pool or restaurant facilities on this visit

Nice hotel, close to Shopping Mall

The hotel offers the necessary conditions to be comfortable for people not demanding. There is no air conditioning in the hallways and in the room should be turned on every time you enter. That's not good, because the city is very hot. The hotel only offers the breakfast service, which is not very good, but acceptable. For lunch or dinner it is necessary to go to a nearby restaurant. Room service is not good. I called a couple of times and someone never came to help me. The hotel does not have any amenitie.

Decent stay just far from the plaza

This hotel states to be 1.7km away from the city plaza but actually the hotel is 3-4km and a taxi is the only way to get there. In general the hotel is clean and in decent condition. Good stay for the price paid.

Very pleasant 3 night stay

Beds were very hard, yet we all still slept well. Amenities vary by room, ours was basic without hairdryer or tissues, a friend's upgrade had both, another friends jr. suite also had mini shampoo bottles vs dispensers.

Clean Modern Hotel

We have stayed at LP hotels for the past 3 years and would highly recommend them. They have good prices, for what you get. Great for budget conscious people who still want something modern.

New hotel, good experience

Clean and new. Some parts still under construction. Overall very good. I plan to stay here again when I'm in town. The only downside was noise between rooms, but it's nothing that earplugs at night can't fix. Good breakfast with a view. Wifi was good. Check in and check out was fast. Good experience.

You could hear the noise of the rooms upstairs, and beside yours, which is very annoying.

Da uns das Bad am Anfang zu klein war und das Hotel keine Zimmer mit Terrasse oder Balkon sowie keinen Pool hat, wollten wir unseren Aufenthalt abkürzen. Das Hotel bot uns allerdings kostenlos einen Upgrade. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts erhielten wir einen Gutschein über 50%, wenn wir das Hotel wieder besuchen. So geht Service!

Pleasant, with style

The Jandaia has style, in contrast to every other hotel in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The rooms are comfortable and most have a view. Breakfast is basic and the coffee could be better. The options at the restaurant are limited, but the people are pleasant. Jandaia is located in an inner city area which probably was thriving once, but now is pretty dead at night and weekends. You have to organise it pretty well if you want to lunch on a Sunday or dine on a Monday.

Razoavel, Cafe da manhã muito a desejar pelo porte do hotel. Apos a pandemia a qualidade do cafe caiu muito, tiraram muitos itens.

Hotel parece novo, recentemente foi reformado, o quarto é amplo, limpo e moderno. Café da manhã bem servido e com bastante opções. A localização do hotel também é muito boa. Infelizmente o wifi no meu quarto não funcionava direito, sugiro ao hotel q melhore.

Hoje lamento em dar esta nota Razoável, já dei excelente em outras épocas este hotel já foi bem melhor, cortaram boa parte do café da manhã tinha (ovos cozidos, arroz tipo carreteiro), o apartamento que fiquei o 803 são duas camas de solteiro, o colchão já deformado, creio que o proprietário não faça mais questão de atender bem o hospede e não esta mais importando pelo nome da rede LP. as diárias não baixaram por isso

O Hotel é muito bom, camas boas, ótimo chuveiro, internet um pouco a desejar, o café da manha poderia ser melhor. Quanto a limpeza, atendimento é muito bom.

La atencion del personal fue muy buena, personas muy amables, la limpieza de la habitacion excelente, deben mejorar la comididad de las camas y almohadas muy duras. En general para viajes de negocios esta bien por la zona y el costo.

Todo muy bien, excepto porque la ducha no tenía agua caliente llamé a recepción y me indicaron que podrían resolverlo al siguiente día porque ya era de noche y no estaba el personal de mantenimiento.

Creo q si unonpone suntarjeta de credito es el seguro q el cliente va abonat pero bueno solo eso el resto todo bien
