Wonderful stay at Hotel Loy! The staff made us feel welcome and always had a cold drink available after a walk around town. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, making our stay even better than we’d imagine. We ordered in food one night via Grab and the staff kindly brought it to our room with hotel cutlery and bowls for us to enjoy in our room. Most evenings, Zen kindly greeted us with welcome back drinks and snacks! Even got a present on our last evening! Breakfast was good! Different to your usual breakfast buffet, you get to choose two dishes from their menu. We loved their mango sticky rice, the fruit platter, and wonton noodle soup! The room was just as it looks in the pics! Although I wish the shower and bathtub pressure was stronger, and the towels were more plush.

Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. The staff went above and beyond and even sang me happy birthday. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are clean and spacious. Beautiful hotel. One block away is a strip of restaurants.

Awesome staff and chill spot

Housekeeping hard to get room cleaned they prioritize check outs in stead of staying guest. I left from 6:30am to 4pm and the room still not cleaned. I had to call front desk just to get new towels

Fantastic friendly & helpful staff. Lovely modern accomodation in the heart of the old town. Avocado on toast and sweet thai tea make for a great start to rhe day!

The atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing. Hotel staff is extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and ready to assist you at any time. Breakfast menu is delicious and its very close to the night bazar. The only draw back is that the pool water was cold but if you can over pass that. The place its a great value for your money!

Incredible stay

Great location. Truly the kindest staff I have ever encountered at any hotel. They went above and beyond to make our time in Chiang Mai spectacular. The breakfast is outstanding, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. 10000/10 would stay here again.

Hotel Loy Chiangmai was a feast to the eye, a chic, thoughtful minimalist design with a touch of the local aesthetics. The guestroom was comfortable and clean, as were the bedding and furniture. A few hooks on the walls would have helped travelers air out their used clothes. Diverse and inclusive staff was helpful and cordial. The restaurant downstairs offered good breakfasts; guests order two items from the menu, and the kitchen cooked them to order for you. The food was delicious and well presented, a nice break from buffet-style breakfasts that other hotels offer.

We had the bathtub room. Water was hot but flow rates were slow. Breakfast was from a set menu but tlcooked to order and very tasty, the staff at breakfast were great. Shower was hard to get the right temperature. Tv had no smart features. Air con wasn't great. There was a lot of light in the room and we had to block the blind to the room as people could see into the room otherwise. Location was very good for the old city and night markets.7/11 was close too. Swimming pool was cold but very nice to swim in.

Great stay and beautiful property

Great stay at Loy, small but beautifully designed property, staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to a busy tourist area but property was quiet. Also close to the city center and Tae Phae night market.

A hidden gem in Chiang Mai. Close to gates and Night Markets. Breakfast was amazing. We will definitely come back.

We will stay here again

We are a group of 5 good friends who stayed at the Loy Chiang Mai hotel for 5 nights. We loved everything that the hotel offered to us. The breakfast, the room, the hospitality and the staffs there. Just to mention Zen ,Tar and many of them we encountered, sorry that i forgot about the names. The morning breakfast serving staffs. They are all so warm and sweet . Always love the welcome drinks. Excellent location in the old city with many amenities within walking distance. Recommend everyone to stay here in Chiang Mai.

Very clean hotel located in a quiet soi, 5-min walk from Night Bazaar. Friendly staff and great breakfast menu, made to order each morning. Rooms are spacious, although a wider table/desk for work would have made it even better. Solid 9/10.

Fantastic hotel — highly recommend. The rooms were spacious and spotless, swimming pool refreshing, and breakfast delicious. Great location. Best part was the amazing staff, who treated us like family. They welcomed us with juice whenever we returned to the hotel, offered excellent recommendations, and even surprised our daughter with a cake for her birthday! They gave us a beautiful krathong when we left on the day of a national celebration and we carried it onboard our flight and floated it in our new hotel’s pool in Phuket! Highly recommend this hotel — we’d love to return! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Excellent hospitality especially Tony, Matty, Kate, Tar and Zen. They went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing time on our honeymoon. Every suggestion that was provided exceeded expectations and added to the trip!

Hotel Loy's location is very convenient, and everything is within walking distance. The hotel is also in a quiet street, making it quiet and peaceful. The staff are amazing! Very friendly and looked after us really well. We highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Chang Mai.

The hotel itself is refreshing but the area it is surrounded by is seedy/unsavoury.

The hotel is gorgeous and is in a prime location, close to the markets and other renowned street food stalls. We loved the staff's attentiveness and willingness to help us find a driver, etc. We will definitely book this hotel when we return to Chiang Mai.

とてもフレンドリーなスタッフがいる一方で、出入り口であいさつをしても帰ってこないときもある。人それぞれか。泊まった1階のお部屋は、水回りの音が結構大きく響くが、シャワーの勢いは弱弱。デポジットとしての「現金1,000バーツ」は、最終旅行地をチェンマイとした私にとって、とっても痛かった。評価もそれぞれか。

Very luckily that we safely checked in after its temporary closure due to severe flood. Very warm staff including reception, bar and restaurant… their team members at the reception are proficient in English and Mandarin. I would never forget the “come-back drinks” offered by one of their members wearing mini windmill headband! By the way, don’t miss their breakfast and many choices are available! Thank you Hotel Loy Chiangmai!

직원들 너무 친절하고 침대도 편안하고 좋았어요.조식은 그냥그냥... 수영장 물이 너무 차가워서 아쉬웠어요.

Hotels like a home and so convenient location

I stayed two types of run this trip and I love both of them!! The first one with a huge bathtub like villa, I enjoyed my bath with Thai food there!! Super nice!! The second types of room is also a very good like a home. I do have a very good sleep quality in this hotel. All the staff there are so much like friends to clients and so understanding! Variety option for breakfast and tastes so gooood as well!! They also selling their card holder on the front desk, don’t miss it!! (At least I got one). I will definitely return to this hotel next time!!!!

Hadde rom rett ut til poolen, og en deilig liten privats pool i bakgården. - Sengene var meget gode - Frokosten ga mulighet for 2 alternativer fra en rikholdig meny. - Staben av ansatte var tilgjengelige og meget service minded hele tiden, med gode råd og personlig omsorg for sine gjester. - God aircon og flittig rengjøring på rom og i fellesområdene. - Hotellet ligger sentralt like ved gamlebyen og hovedgatene men i en stille soi som gir god nattesøvn. Et slikt lite hotel med sine 36 rom blir mere personlig og mindre stressende enn de store hotellkjedene med flere hundre rom. Kan trygt anbefales hvis du ønsker å bruke litt ekstra penger på komfort og kvalitet.

完全不回再住的酒店

這是我全世界住過的的酒店裡最差的一間，看了很多人的評論覺得很安靜才來住，我總共定了三個晚上，共兩個房間，我每天都沒辦法睡覺，早上五點小鳥開始叫，六點公雞開始叫，八點30分對面的建築物開始施工，整個早上都充滿著各式各樣的噪音，而我對面一整排的房間所，有客人都拿他們的衣服出來掛在走廊曬，真的讓我覺得非常不可思議！ 以這樣的價錢做到這樣子品質的飯店，我從來都沒有渡假的感覺，唯一令我感到安慰的只有飯店的員工Zen跟Hark 他們態度非常和藹可親，試圖讓我的感覺好一點點，但飯店的經理跟老闆完全沒有出來面對跟解決問題，我們一而再再而三的反應，一個中年的女子的告訴我們，這都不是她可以解決的問題，我們想換到別的房間，他也說完全不可能！生平第一次我連房間不住就提早離開，因為這是我住過最沒有品質的酒店！處理顧客的反應也非常的慢，而且非常的沒有誠意！如果你不介意酒店安靜跟不舒服，為了飯店的員工的親切，你可以來住，但我此生不會推薦任何人來！

房間很乾淨舒適，跟照片上ㄧ樣，在市區的巷弄裡交通方便，飯店人員每個都很親切友善，早餐也很豐富美味。

綺麗で清潔なホテルでした。中心地からも歩ける距離で立地も良く。周辺環境は静かで落ち着きます。スタッフもとても親切でフレンドリーでとても良いホテルだと思います。またチェンマイに行く際は利用したいと思います。

이용후기가 한개도 없어서 걱정하고 갔는데 그럴 필요가 전혀 없었습니다. 위치만 제외하고 모든게 좋았어요! (환락가? 같은 곳에 후미진 골목임) 새로 생긴 곳이어서 굉장히 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 인테리어도 올드시티에 맞게 오리엔탈 분위기구요. 층고가 높아서 좋더라구요. TV화질도 깨끗! 숙박객은 동.서양 적절한데 홀리데이시즌이라 현지태국인 가족들도 많더라구요. 한국인은 저희뿐이었어요. 무엇보다 직원분들 모두 친절해요! 택시나 필요한 것들 잘챙겨줬구요. 조식은 주문식이었는데 오히려 부페식보다 나아요~ 다른 호텔 레스토랑 브런치보다도! 전 메뉴 맛있었습니다. 여기도 체크인 시 디파짓 현금으로만 받아요 (1000바트) 타패게이트에서는 걸어서 10분정도? 위치 때문에 별하나뺐는데 구글 지도도 잘안잡히고 호텔 돌아갈 때 다들 위치를 몰라서 헤매더라구요ㅠ 그랩타고 다니니 상관없다하는 분들에게는 추천드려요! 아! 동네자체가 조용해서 큰 문제는 없지만 외부 방음은 잘 안되는 건 있어요. 오전에 닭소리가.... 옆골목에서 닭을 수십마리키우고 있다는거
