Convenient location

Kanda hotel Tokyo

Cannot fault the hotel for the type it is. Room, albeit small, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Don't recommend booking breakfast unless you want a rice bowl box with a piece of fish, some vegetable and small egg roll to eat in the room washed down with a bottle of green tea. Nothing wrong with it, except having to collect and eat in the room. No coffee. :(

The breakfast is exactly the same rice ball bento box every day. It is ok, but any amount of variety would have been appreciated. Kanda does not appear to be a very fashionable part of Tokyo, but it was easy for us to get to where we wanted to go. I would stay here again.

Nice place to stay, in overall is good just wishing the room is a little bit bigger or have a space for luggage (4) of them.

It’s a nice hotel with a nice area. Its convenient to being nearby kanda station, restaurants, family mart and some pharmacy's. The view was decent enough to see the sun shine, the room was a bit small but wasn’t a big issue for my trip.

Central location without being super busy

1. The front desk does not speak English at all, unless if you can wait after 3pm. 2. Room is so tiny, there is no room for moving around if you have a suite case open.

First let me start off with we stayed at 3 hotels during our stay in Japan. This was by far our worse choice we made but was the most expensive? We are a family of 8 and super budget conscious. We chose hotels near a train station and this is why i give it 2 stars instead of 1. The train station is a major one located near this hotel. It connects to several main stations and was very convenient. Now lets talk about the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean. I have nothing negative to speak on this as all the rooms in Japan are extremely small. Going into this you should plan ahead and book accordingly to your family size. We did not cut costs and booked three rooms ( 2 adults and 2 children one room, 2 adults second, 2 adults third). My biggest complaint is the lobby if you would call it that and the customer service. The lobby size was about 20x20 sized room it had zero space for a family checking yet alone luggage storage. As you know many families travel and arrive early and leave behind their luggage. If you're planning to do this DO NOT STAY at this hotel. They can NOT accommodate you for this in fact when discussing with the front desk depending on who you spoke to they were in fact very rude. That was WHEN you could actually find front desk staff. Most of the day they had no one in the front and actually hiding or asleep (visible) in the back forcing you to check in on a computer or wait on answers you needed. Over all just not worth the money look elsewhere.

The property is ok, the rooms are old fashion, some what dark and really small. Is locate it very close to the Kanda station, so it is easy to come and go. Is not very friendly to not japanese speakers as the majority of institutions are just in japanese. Overall, it is ok.

Great location, about a 5-8 min walk from Kanda station. The hotel is situated in an area where there are lots of food options and coffee shops. Our stay was comfortable and happy to report that out stay was good. The hotel has no frills with just enough amenities to have a good nights sleep.

The room was clean and only met one staff while we were checking in. He was pleasant and nice to deal with. The room was very small and tight for a family of four. Very close to the railway station and 7 elevens.

Clerk not attentive, no smile and very unprofessional. Facility was filthy so disgusting. Never this hotel again!

Front office was problems! Very small and most of time, no one there! Never said “welcome or konnichiwa” Room was very small. Only good things was they have microwave oven in room.

Dreadful hotel

Unmanned reception, electronic check-in was not easy, room smelly, tiny and scruffy. They wanted you to pay more to have your room serviced when the hovel was already £500 for 3 nights truly a dreadful experience

Good location and room is big, but there are limited food options and it is not so easy to find from the Kanda station. I only staff at reception once, when i checked in and that was it

Small, clean and quiet

Room was clean and well stocked. It is compact but slept all 4 of us comfortably Pillows were amazing It is quiet too! Check in was a bit confusing but that was mostly us and the language and not them

Great Location.

Staff was friendly. Hotel does feel cramped but this is Tokyo, I believe most hotels are the same way.

It was very affordable. But the room was very small, and the view outside the window was non-existent. Check-in and check out were done through an automated kiosk which was a bit less convenient.

施設は値段なりですが出張で使う分には特に問題ありません。駅近で周辺環境は便利です。

Nice location and experience

Very close to the train station. Satisfying.Clean and cozy. Nice bathroom. Providing Japanese meal box with rice balls and some appetizers which made us contented. Warm and friendly staff.

God beliggenhed, hård seng.

Rigtig fint hotel med god beliggenhed tæt på offentlig transport. Værelset var småt, reception var rigtig lille. Men god betjening og dejligt med mikrobølgeovn og køleskab. Hård seng og lille badeværelse.

掃除してるはずなのに、見えるところに使ったコンドームの袋があった。 非常に不快だった。

部屋が狭い割には高い。下水の臭いがした。ベッドの近くに物を置く場所がなく、不便だった。

Facil acceso , cerca de la estacion de metro, muy padre la zona, buenas instalaciones.

駅近くで便利でした。部屋が狭いのは立地考えると仕方なしかと。

ベッドの上に（おそらくエアコンから吐き出された）黒い煤のようなゴミがあり、少し不衛生でした。エアコンの掃除は適宜した方が良いかと思います。

シャワー掛け金具が取れている、デスクは突板が所々剥離しているなど、設備面での不満は大きい。

急な対応に感謝

台風の影響で急な宿泊でした。 予約からチェックイン、チェックアウト全て スムーズに進みました。

布団が泥の様なもので汚れてた。 排水が詰まり部屋まで水が漏れてきた、詰まりの対応は良かったけど、その後の対応は⁇ 申し送りせれてない、床はチェックアウトするまでビチャビチャ　バスタオルだらけだった カーテンを開けたら窓がホコリだらけだった。 こんな部屋が通常18,000円は高い

リモコンに汚れがついたままでした

部屋に蚊がいた。部屋も狭い。あの狭さ、サービスの割には高すぎる。

お値段の割にアメニティが充実してたり、部屋に電子レンジがあったり(私のとこだけかもですが。)、清潔感があったりとすごいなと感じました。また高くにコンビニやスーパー、外食チェーン店も充実してるのでご飯には困らないでしょう。 さらに、無人のチェックインやチェッアウト時にカードを返却するだけというのも好感が持てました。予算があまりなくて駅チカが条件のであればここは必要十分だと思います。
