Friendly staff, good breakfast, convenient location. Bedrooms are ok, but could do with an uplifting. Many thanks
Hotel in need of renovation. Barely dared touching the lamp switches and sockets that looked like they were from the 60’s. Hard to tell if it was clean as the surfaces were so tarnished.
👍
Nice reception staff Comfy bed Clean enough Convenient
Comfortable beds, clean. Helpfull staff. Very good food for a 3 star hotel.
It's a 3 star hotel and a bit outdated decor but totally adequate. It's clean, rooms are spacious, aircon works. Beds are very comfortable. You can pay £5/ day to have a fridge in the room to cool your drinks from near-by shops. Food was very tasty. Staff is lovely and very courteous and helpful.
Bra hotell för det man betalar, okej frukost och middag. Däremot hårda och dåliga kuddar i sängarna
It can be improved.
love the receptionist's
Amazing stay, lovely staff!
Is a good hotel for a couple of days, we didnt have any cash and was an inconvenience since we need to leave a deposit for the parking entrance key. Clean, safe and close to the airport.
Honest review
We stayed for 3 nights in July. The location of the hotel is great, lots of public transport links nearby and conveniently close to the airport. It’s a 3 star hotel so amenities are a little old and worn, it doesn’t feel luxurious in any way but the space was very clean and staff were very helpful. For any additional services there is a charge e.g for the car park, using the safe or to have a fridge in the room. Breakfast was surprising good with lots of options to chose from. If you are looking to stay in Palma on a budget it’s a great option, but if you’re looking for something reasonable price but upmarket this is not the place to be
No title
Towels on the first night were not quite clean, everything seems very old and some staff needs to be repaired
Everything was great. Only (small) complaint was that the wifi didn't allow for my daughter to watch her cartoons on Google Chromecast.
The hotel was flooded from a storm event. Not their fault. We were relocated
Our stay at Linda’s Hotel was great! It was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the area had different attractions and spots you could walk to.
Nice old school hotel.. staff very helpful and friendly... Close to beach and restaurants. A little noisy ( but that was the guest's not the hotel)
Good hotel
Very good service all round, breakfast buffett excellent, all you could wish for, rooms cleaned every day, hotel pool good, if a bit small , but plenty if sun loungers if thats your thing, a short walk to the beach Cean Pastilla, where there are plenty of cafes , restaurants etc overall a good stay
Not our usual place of choice, only booked for 1 night as we didn’t arrive till midnight.
Très moyen
Hôtel proche de l’aéroport, un des rares avantages. Vieillot avec un confort minimal. Mal insonorisé. Nous ne recommandons pas pour le tarif.
Incredibly clean. No frills. Very basic, but comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. 5 minutes from the airport so very convenient for a late night arrival or early departure.
Loved the peace and quiet of the property and area. Poolside not busy and such a gem with great transport and food options nearby.
Cheap and wonderful
We were only there for three nights but ive never slept so well on holiday. We didn't get a chane to use the pool as we spent our time sightseeing but seen people using it and it look great. Didn't eat there either so can't comment on it. Great location. Theres a bell to ring on the right hand side of the main entrance if you get there late after a night out. We didn't know about this so was a bit worried when the doors didn't open. The man at reception seen us and opened the doors for us. The next night someone got to the hotel at the same time as us and pressed the bell and the doors were opened 🙃 whould definitely stay here again. Beautiful area to stay in. Can pistella is a beautiful place
No hairdryer
Check in processo was spoiled after staff member was very rude because I asked to change my room to an higher floor. I will not return to this hotel again.
Close to airport very convenient for early morning flights with A2 bus connection. But need to have cash only for taking that bus.
Palma stay
Handy location for me, near the airport. Close to the beach with many restaurant options
Cannot fault location.
Cannot fault the location of this hotel. Central to everything zndcrvrnbthe bus to Palms is available outside the main hotel. Service and public rooms fine and food outstanding. Only issue is bedrooms are looking very tired. Needs a re furb but beds were very comfy.
Ideal location for the airport and bus stop right outside for Palma town or airport.
A good place to stay.
We spent 4 nights in Hotel Linda last week. there is a lot of rejuvenation going on around the local area..good to see. First thoughts of our bedroom were mixed. The walls freshly painted, bed linen immaculate and beds very comfortable . unfortunately the bathroom, while being very clean, needed a bit more refurbishing, especially the old flooring. reception area staffed with excellent, pleasant, helpful staff. the dining room was large, bright and airy, the buffet menu varied, both breakfast and dinner with freshly cooked items always available I did think a jug of water should be supplied, free, at each table. the pool area ws good with ongoing work on the surrounds. it would make a big difference if the outside area was renovated especially the crazy golf. overall, I would say a very homely place rather than glitzy. I heard quite a few comment it was comfortable and very convenient to everything, including airport and Cruise port.
Excelent
Great location with public transport to palma almost outside the door. Good breakfast and evening meals. Small pool area which was never too busy
I thought that the rooms seemed tired and in need of sprucing up. Buffet food was never hot - cold to tepid was the norm - pity because the qualtiy and choice was good Staff were very friendly and welcoming
Close to the airport but expensive Uber.
Uber drivers were wanting €24 for a midnight drive to the hotel Linda. €16 for a daytime Uber drive to the airport, which is a rip off. I actually walked from the airport to the hotel in about 30 mins, but it would be a long walk with a suitcase. The guy at reception upon arrival was nice and friendly, providing a very easy check in. Breakfast was nice. Its a bit rough around the edges, needing a bit of a makeover... Would i stay again? Yes.
Very poor value breakfast
Paided for 2 early (0515 hours) gluten free breakfasts. We confirmed on the evening with reception and was assured the kitchen had been informed and there was no problem. Was left a baguette that needed to be cooked in an oven and some mini muffins. There was a coffee machine but no sugar, milk or water nevermind tea. No cheese or meat or butter. 7 Euro each is a lot for an apple and a pear! The night reception Man was as helpful as can be but had no access to anything.
very good value for money hotel about 150 metres from the beach. staff excellent and the food quality is a good reflection on the 59 GBP i paid for halfboard. Great for cyclists as road bikes can be stored in your room. i extended my cycling holiday by 5 days and did not bother looking at other hotels nearby. great for people on a budget and cyclists. could do with a bit of modernisation but that is part of its charm. i would return based on price and nice staff.
Great staff, clean and within easy access to beach and centre. Most of all really good value for money 3 star hotel.
The check in staff was great. The A/C was n o t cooling the room the answer was. We have no maintenance after 5 and no manager that's all.
The room on the first floor next to the street was very noisy and you hear voices from the corridor and other rooms too well.
Mycket trevlig personal
Hotellet ligger bra, nära till allt. Börjar bli lite slitet. Maten är OK.
Really enjoyable stay. Clean, comfortable and lovely staff. Nice breakfast and good near to everything. The rooms could do with updating, looking tired and the area around is a bit of a tip but overall really good value and enjoyable stay
Nice hotel, good service. Somewhat noisy as very close to airport.
The receptionist who greeted us was rude and unhelpful. I specifically booked this hotel as the website said there was parking as my husband is unwell so cannot walk far. However we were told all the parking places were ‘sold’. This is misrepresentation. There were several empty spaces when we arrived which were still empty in the evening and the next morning. I therefore had to drive around trying to find somewhere to park. The room was clean but there were no tea making facilities and the decoration was shabby. The breakfast was plentiful and the dining room staff were helpful.
Good hotel and good service
We stayed at the hotel for a night after arriving in Mallorca. Alberto at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped with everything we needed. Appreciated the elevator, air conditioning, and balcony. Walkable to beach and restaurants - perfect for our short stay.
We paid less than £190 for 2 adults 2 nights with breakfast, cheap and cheerful. Location was 5 mins from airport, few mins walk to shops and bars. Rooms need more sockets and a lick of paint, but air con worked in the heat and breakfast was ok. But for the price it was great and I would definitely stay again if the price was right.
Good budget hotel
This hotel is quite dated. The fixtures & fittings seemed old. The first room had water dripping from the ceiling so I had to move to another room. It had air conditioning and a flat screen television. The restaurant is nice with lots of choices but I thought the food was average. It's opposite the bus stop for the airport and Palma and a few minutes walk from the beach.
Very convenient by the airport and excellent breakfast, but the water was brown when it came out of the sink and when we flushed the toilet. It went away after a few seconds so probably due to old pipes, but it freaked us out so we didn’t feel comfortable showering there
Very clean and the staff were great.
콘센트가 거의없어서 핸드폰등 충전에 문제
Meget dårlig eller sket ingen service i hverken reception eller i restauranten God placering
Hotel is close to shops bars an restaurants. The promenade an beach only a, short walk away. Local supermarket only a few yds. Away. Breakfast is excellent catering for most tastes.with hot an cold options. Overall a quiet relaxing pleasant stay. The summer time obviously will be a lot busier more family orintated.
Perfect for early flight out. Bus station is literally across the hotel.
Property was closed on arrival, and they had transferred the booking to another hotel, fortunately only 800m away
Muy buena estadia
Muy buen trato por parte Del personal
Convenient for airport. Helpful staff. Hotel has tired old decor and bathroom fittings etc. Air con in room barely worked. No Wifi outside of Reception area. Only one electric socket in room (for TV), so charging devices only possible with TV off or at shaver point in bathroom with risk of electric devices by water.
Stayed at the Hotel Linda for one night after our flights were changed. I wouldn't choose to holiday here, but was fine for an overnight. Breakfast was very good.
Basic
Our flight plans changed and we wanted a single night near the airport so we could return easily. The hotel provided the basics in a rather dated, Spartan fashion. The breakfast was good but any longer stay would have been awful.
THE UNIQUE PART WAS THAT THE HOTEL HAS BEEN SHUT FOR YEARS SINCE THE PANDEMIC HIT AND THAT DID NOT PREVEN EXPEDIA TO ADVERTISE IT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND CHARGE US £250 TO STAY IN A HOTEL THAT DOES NOT EVEN EXIST WHICH WE FOUND OUT IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY OF SHOWING UP LATE AT NIGHT IN FRONT OF IT ONLY TO FIND IT'S DOORS BARRED WITH NOONE TO CONTACT AND WITH NOWHERE TO GO.
Good.
Went for a family holiday a couple of months ago. Rooms are not very modern, but clean. Had a lovely view from our balcony room. Food was amazing and the staff was helpful. Bus station is just in front of the hotel. Close to local shops, beach is also close.
You can catch a bus to the airport from a bus stop about 500 yards away from the front entrance Number 21 5 Euro
10 minutes by taxi from airport. Staff are dismissive and hotel needs a refit.
t was ok
I stayed at Roc Linda about 6 years ago and felt it was tired and dated then, it doesn’t seem to have changed. For over £100 per night it seems overpriced. They even no now charge extra to have a fridge and use the safe. There are no complementary water or tea and coffee in the room. On the positive side, staff are friendly, rooms spotlessly clean. The hotel is convenient to catch bus into Palma and pool is lovely.
Good choice, pleasant hotel
The hotel was very well located - 10-15 min to airport, 1 min to bus station, 5 min to beach. A lot of shops and restaurants around, but the neighborhood is still quiet enough to allow people to get a good night's rest. The rooms could use arenovation, the sunbeds around the (small) pool even more so. That being said, everything is kept sparkling clean and good use is made from a small space. Staff was always very kind, helpful and efficient - a special mention for the people in the restaurant, they ensure that the place never feels crowded. Also the people in reception were always very kind and ready to assist us with suggestions, day trips, bus schedules, etc. Food was always good, varied, a lot to choose from. Overall a very nice and honest hotel. 3 stars plus, no frills but many perks, thanks for the most part to the people who work there. It provides basically everything you need for a great holiday in Can Pastilla.
Hotel staff very accomadating with a request i submitted before arriving at the hotel. Food was well prepared and a very good variety.
Nice hotel and nice staff. Ive stayed in ROC hotels before, the ROC Flamingo in Torremolinos and we always got free drinks with the evening meal, with this hotel you dont, which is disappointing, drinks werent cheap for a 3 star hotel. However, we still enjoyed.
Friendly staff. Bus stop to & from the airport just across the road.
Needs a refurb.
Very very basic. Only stayed one night and was relieved that we hadn’t booked for longer. Room was very tired and basic. Everything was worn out. We had a corner room which did mean a larger balcony, not that it was used as we wanted to leave as soon as possible. The only upside was the breakfast. Plenty of choice and clean eating area.
Clean hotel in convenient position close to airport and beach
Very basic but clean and a fantastic breakfast on offer for the price. Would definitely use this hotel again for a cheap but clean stay very near to the airport.
Staff couldn't do enough for you Facilities good food was also very fresh with good choices
Good stay
Basic but clean and just what we needed for our break. Food in the hotel is very good and plentiful. We would definitely go back.
Lovely standard no frills hotel
based on the very cheap price it’s better than what I was expecting. It’s not luxurious in any way and the decor is extremely dated but never the less is had everything we needed. Very very comfy beds, very clean and plenty of storage space. It’s location is amazing! 5 minutes down a street to the beach, 2 minutes to a supermarket and bank and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Breakfast isn’t great but as it’s included in the price you can’t complain. The pool is of a decent size with plenty of sun beds. Staff were quite friendly and helpful but not always around when needed. My main cons would be the fact it’s a key lock door which is a pain every time you leave and enter the room. There are only sockets on one side of the bed, there is no main light only small wall lamps. It would be nice for all of the dark wood to be updated as it makes the room quite dinghy. Also there is no full length mirror and the mirror in the bedroom is quite high so it was difficult to see in. It was a shame there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room as you can’t take them up from breakfast and there is also no fridge you have to pay €5 a day. We resorted to ice in the sink for our beer and wine. Over all our stay at Roc Linda was very pleasant and I would definitely stay again if I was looking for a cheap place to stay.
Basic
Very basic but handy for the airport and nice staff
Staff at dining room were complaining about other customers in front of the rest of customer Breakfast and dinner was the worst place we ever ate we stay because we paid for it Restaurant they offer you regular water or battle water you have a choice but at this hotel you have to buy the battle water at 2.10 euros
Good location to shops bars and beach.
Excellent value for the cost. Always try to stay here as my 1st choice, other hotels are fine but for me not as good as the breakfast is very good and the evening meal that I always book, also has a very good choice. Been staying here regularly over the last ten years now!!
Terrible beds
Relly old matresses, very bad sleep, otherwise fine
good
We only stayed one night for travel purposes. The hotel is a little tired and old fashioned but represents excellent value for money. The problem with being cheap is that there were at least two stag parties in the hotel which may make it a bit rowdy for families.
Excellent for a short stay. Handy for beach and bars and nly 10 ins from airport on 21 bus
Lovely hotel with really helpful staff & great food. Plenty of sunbeds & close to the beach and everything else you could possibly need.
Value for money
The rooms are dated. We had twin beds which you couldn’t even sit up in as the bases are thin metal that move whenever you do. Rooms were clean, towels changed daily and beds made. Tv that we listened to the radio on. Dinner was edible although we stick mainly to a large salad. Breakfasts were decent. Great spot to catch the buses!
Excellent value
Really good value. We weren’t expecting much but the value for money was outstandingly. We were half board. Breakfast was good. Evening meal was okay. Service was very good. Easy to roam the city on the number 15 bus, close to the airport but ,weirdly, the planes were rarely seen or heard.
April 2018
Great service as usual but did notice a drop in the standard of food which was just okay. Looking forward to visiting after renovations have been carried out, it is long overdue. Hopefully the same staff will be there, they are the reason I return time after time.
Roc Linda
It was ok but the breakfast was poor
Nice hotel Needs updating
Good customer service Hotel needs updating I believe it's being renovated this winter
Cheap and cheerful - Great for a budget break
Hotel Linda does exactly what is says in other reviews - Great budget hotel for a sunshine break in this lovely part of Mallorca. Hotel is typical of the ones you see. For the price paid I cannot fault the services and facilities offered. Great pool area with open bar, fantastic breakfast, bike hire, daily housekeeping. Was exactly what we wanted. I would go back here if returning. Hotel is first stop on Bus 21 making it also very convenient for to and from the airport and just 10 minutes walk from the lovely beaches. Buses to Palma stop right outside the hotel. We stayed on the top floor overlooking Palma and the bay in the distance, great views of planes landing and taking off - The aircraft noise was not a issue.
aviation weekend
went on a aviation enthusiast weekend break and the hotel was very accommodating and a good few days
Fantastic food and staff and great location!
The hotel is in need of decorating but is due for a refit soon... however it's clean and tidy... the food is brilliant with a great choice for both breakfast and evening meal... and the staff very friendly and helpful For the money you cannot beat it and with lots of sunbeds around the pool and only a short walk from the beach it's brilliant!
Friendliest hotel in Spain.
This was our 5th or 6th visit over a few years and, incredibly, all of the reception, bar and restaurant staff are the same, which I think tells you a lot about the hotel. The rooms are clean but quite basic, the food is excellent, the bar is ok but not enough eve evening entertainment. We would definitely recommend.
Week stay 1/8th may 2017
Good hotel for price paid, food very good and plenty of choice, room was good , only complaint was the very unwelcoming manner of one of the Managers at front desk. I would say it's a good hotel for anyone on a tight budget
excellent food, very good service, small beds....
5 night break
Stayed here for 5 nights just what it says on the tin . Staff great .location great and very clean . Food for breakfast was fine . Plenty of choice and fresh . Will return here soon
Cheap hotel in playa
The hotel is very old look aged. It lacks cleanliness. If it rains in Palma, then there will not be any water in the hotel . If there are more guests , then breakfast menu will be cut down. It's cheap one and worth what you are paying for. Dont really recommend for families
God pleasant stay.
Good hotel.value for money.good full buffet breakfast lnc Airport bus outside hotel 5 euro single bus number 21.all other fares only 1:50 euro single into Palma bus 15.tip take your own tea bags.
Near to the airport
I always stay at the Roc Leo but this has now closed for refurbishment so the Roc Linda stayed open in its place and most of the regular staff from the Leo were there which made our stay home from home. The food was superb and plenty of it.All in all nothing to moan about about anything.
7-8 years been visting and staying here
Always love staying here as friendly , clean, and an excellent location for me. Been staying here for the last 7-8 years and really good excellent value. Breakfast always good - bacon on every morning !!, and there is always something to eat on the evening meal menu and I'm a bit of a fussy eater (don't eat fish)
Dated hotel.
Very dated rooms and bathrooms although clean. Noise from the road outside and aircraft in the early hours. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice, hot and cold.
