One star hotel

Dirty room. Carpet need to be removed. Very uncomfortable bed with old sheets.

Since we traveled during low season we got the best room with a view in the house.

We stayed mid-Nov. 2024 (low season) and the location of the hotel was perfect. Loved to see the river from our window that opened up to a small balcony.

Average hotel, not bad

Not bad, the breakfast is average, AC in the room didn’t work (luckily we had big windows, but that created a lot of street noise when we tried to sleep). Also, the listing says they have parking - they don’t, unless you want to pay 3 Euros per hour for street parking. Which would have been fine if they had not said they had parking (all about expectations).

Great local overlooking the river within a convenient, 3-block walking distance to the pilgrimage site. The room was clean and spacious, and had a balcony overlooking the river. And the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The property is clean and close to the church and restaurants .

It was in a lovely location. Very very convenient for the sanctuary. Staff were great. The room was comfortable. Only problem was the carpet was filthy and that was a shame.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The lady and man from Georgia treated me like family. They are some of the kindest human beings. I really appreciate them. I fell very sick and they took care of me . They ordered me taxis, food , room service anything I needed 24 /7. Thank you

Very good stay, but....

Staff let us check in early and upgraded us to a deluxe room with our choice of which room. Very grateful for that. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We had a good night sleep. Having A/C was a plus. The continental breakfast was very nice and we were satisfied with the food selection. Only issues with had is the bathroom sink wasn't draining, so we had to use the shower to brush our teeth. We told the staff about it, but it was in the evening and they didn't have a handyperson available. The next day we took a shower and it also had draining issues and the bathroom floor got flooded. Had to use our used towels to dry up the floor. We hope the hotel administration address these issues ASAP. But overall, we had a very good stay and the customer service was great!

Room was clean and had enough space. The bathroom was nice and new. The mattress was very comfortable as were the pillows. We had a restful sleep. The reading light next to the night table was flashing on and off and it was unclear how to stop it. The sliding door to the outside balcony area did not lock. And I wish they had normal separate shampoo, conditioner and body gel instead of the hair and body combination they offered. Breakfast was good, the first day we had amazing fresh French bread. Unfortunately they did not have it the second day. Instead the bread was stale. The attendants were very nice, friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!

One night in Lourdes

Myself and my daughter stayed here for only one night but wish we had booked a longer stay! Hotel was spotless and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back !!!

Our short stay in Lourdes

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. It was close walking distance to the Grotto. They also served a very good breakfast buffet for a surcharge. The room was perfect with a view of river and mountains and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff - Location was right on the river and it was walking distance to the grotto - we stayed in winter so most shops and restaurants in the area were closed but I can imagine it is a great place to be in summer - only complaint was that the carpet in the room Is very old and stained

Except for one lady, the language barrier was brutal... the rest of them did not speak in English which made it extremely annoying to communicate.. will never go back or refer it to anyone

It is located across the river , the view is really nice, but you need to ignore the carpet of the rooms because that needs to be replaced asap. They offer european breakfast so you can make a sándwich or have good cofee and bread, cereal. The personnel is efficient and friendly helping. It is located at a waking distance from the sanctuary. Perfect.

Nice hotel close to the Sanctuary

We stayed at this middle of September but rainy and in the 60’s outside. The room was pretty cold. Otherwise the staff was excellent and the continental breakfast was good. The location is also very good, close the the Sanctuary. I rate this hotel 3 stars with a 5 star service.

2 Star Value

The hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel but the standards were equivalent to a 2 star hotel. The amenities and AC were horrendous and the quality of the room was suboptimal. We had to check out early at no compensation. I will definitely never stay there again. Our shower towel had a piece of tangled hair, the bathroom drop ceiling was water stained. The front desk would not help turn down the AC, the bench in front of the bed had exposed corners causing a tear in a pair of jeans…again front desk did not offer any assistance. As a Marriott Platinum member I was shocked with their response to the situation.

Great location and hospitality!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good- the baked goods were excellent! We had 5 rooms total in our party and everyone was pleased with their accommodations. Our only complaint was , we had a lot of water stains in our bathroom ceiling and the beige carpet was stained. The spa was next door to us and we could hear constant flowing of water. They said the rooms were soundproof? We would still use this hotel again. We had a lovely stay.

Upon arrival we couldnt acually locate the hotel. No signage other than vague graphic on the window. Receptionist wwas friendly and helpful re parking our car. Our room was bright & spacious. Very clean. Kitchen was also great. It had every thing we needed. Next morning the evelator was out of service which meant we had to carry our luggage down 2 flights off stairs. It looked as if the litt wasnt actually broken but switched off to allow for cleaners use. Wifi was non existent. Overall it was good value and clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay despite the lift & wifi issues.

Staff at this hotel were so lovely! The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean which was a relief. The hotel is close to the grotto and all the tourist shops and restaurant. It’s a ream boutique gem that’s value for money. Really glad I booked this after an extensive research.

We had a wonderful stay. Free parking was in a public lot close to the hotel. It was a very close walk to the Basilica and Grotto. There was shopping and food nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay when I wander this way again.

This was very modern and clean,The staff were very nice and friendly, the room was very comfortable, the spa was lovely and the buffet breakfast had everything anyone could wish for. I would return here in the future and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Lourdes. The location was perfect and we had a lovely view of the river, 10 out of 10, perfect stay.

The room is much smaller than in the picture. Most staff only speak French, definitely encounter language barrier in communication. The hotel is right across from one of the restaurants and bars. That bar plays very loud music until 2 to 3 am. Overall it was alright but not recommend it if you prefer a quiet place.

Great place and amazing People

Lovely, lovely staff, great comfortable room. Only reservation was the leaky ceiling or air conditioning at breakfast; the hotel is lovely but in need of a bit of maintenance. No hot breakfast or sliced fruit, but the offering was ok and set us up for the day.

We never saw anyone at the lobby. We had breakfast included but was never told were to go for breakfast or parking because the lobby was closed the whole time we were there.

The property was near the grotto.I want to comment on one front desk agent-the older man,who was so nasty when I was inquiring about the buffet breakfast.Manu,the front desk agent who checked us in was very polite and accommodating.The two other front desk agents were also polite.The room was too warm-the room should have been colder(we could not control the temperature)All in all though I was satisfied and will stay in this property again when I visit Lourdes.

Great location and great staff

Last year we stayed for one night and this time we stayed for 3 nights. It is a walking distance to the sanctuaries.. Parking wasn't a problem but then it wasn't a peak season so we don't know how the parking will be that time. Their staff was helpful and friendly to name Cynthia, Joseph, Jack and the guy who we had a quick chat on our last night..

Excellent hotel very near to the Sanctuary, restaurants and a lovely position on the river. The staff at reception and housekeeping could not be more helpful and were welcoming and friendly.

Wonderful stay in Loudres

The hotel is very pleasant and the receptionist at the front desk is excellent. She is very helpful specially arriving at the airport and there is no taxis to get to the hotel she was helpful in calling a taxi for us. The view has excellent and my stay was great. The hotel is clean and very comfortable highly recommended the hotel.

The property in general is good. Staff very friendly, but the internet is horrible. Our room has no coverage and the staff weren’t helpful with that.

Overall excellent. However, when we had to leave and return our key there was no one at the desk, to get our final bill. We were ringing the reception to get their attention and we stayed there for at least 30mins but no one was turning up, so at the end I had to leave a note with the key and told them we had already checked out. This was at around 5am, to catch our train to Toulouse.

Updated and decent size room with efficient silent A/C. View of the river, good windows, quiet and centrally located. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Modern bathroom with good shower.

Overall it was great for a short stay! The shower stall needs a door that will stop the water splashing to the rest of the bathroom. Also some coffee creamer in the room will be greatly appreciated!

A great place, would recommend

This was a most fantastic place to stay. From every member of staff, who were welcoming throughout, very accomodating and I was never short of coffee or water in my room. If I was to give any feedback it would be the breakfasts would have been better if there was fresh crusty French baguette and the egg machine worked, and the ceiling above our bed had stains and watermarks. But, it was not a major issue. I would absolutely go back there and for Lourdes, it was so central and easy. It was also convenient for airport run. The massage was excellent too.

Staff were friendly. Walking proximity to the Church. The shower glass is not very practical. The water splashes out and could be a slipping hazard.

Great help from the staff! Our pre-booked taxi never showed, and the staff was able to hire a cab for us after we checked out. Clean, quiet, has everything you need.

It's my second time staying in this hotel. The staff are lovely, very friendly & professional. The location of the hotel. Is very central & I had been allocated a room with a terrace, which was lovely. I would highly recommend & would stay again.

Recent trip to Lourdes

In our opinon the Hotel was more in keeping with a three star rating than a four, clean enough. The girls on reception were very friendly and helpful. It was covenient enough to Grotto and we were lucky enough to get a room with a nice view.

Had a nice stay at the hotel but was charged extra money at checkout and the money was not refunded.

It was not as it looked at the photos. The bedroom was not professionally cleaned. The bathroom and toilets had loads of moulds Wound not say it’s 4 stars. Max 2. Too much noise from outside. Breakfast was terrible.

Short stay

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The bathroom was a nice big size for a wheelchair user. The bedroom was a bit small to manage with a wheelchair but we made do. Only herbal tea in room and no milk. Selection of television channels was very poor.

Absolutely loved my stay here! So quiet and relaxing. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Very close to the Sanctuary of Notre dame de Lourdes. Everything is new and clean. Spent 6 wonderful days in a very comfortable room

Was a lovely hotel but unfortunately the spay was closed and had no English station on television had breakfast which was ok no hot breakfast was disappointed in that feel the hotel been advertised on your site gives a totally different set up overall was disappointed

Beautiful hotel located within walking distance of the main church. Thank you Manu, Roger and Maverick for making our stay perfect. We booked a Superior room and was allocated room 103 with a walk-in shower. The room is located next to the SPA, other than the odd door slamming we had no issues. The room is on the first floor and has a long balcony with beautiful views, we were lucky enough to have views with snow covered mountains. Manu was were attentive and provided us local advice and even called the local attraction to checked if they were opened. We did not have a phone converter and Roger kindly let us a spare one for the duration of our stay. He also recommended some local restaurants and we were not disappointed. We got caught up when the UK changed covid rule for mandatory covid testing, Roger got this organised for us too. Maverick provided us tips on our next visit and got the taxi sorted for the airport. We did have one issue, where there were some stains on the duvet, however this was flagged to the hotel and the duvet was changed. It would be nice if they could serve hot breakfast or have a restaurant. Will surely be retuning back again. Thank you everyone for an amazing service.

Very Enjoyable Stay

We had lovely 3 night stay. Our room had all necessary amenities except for safe which was non functional even though we informed reception. Breakfast was plentiful.

Nice but inflexible.

This hotel is nice and comfortable and we had a very good stay. The only complaint was total inflexibility in moving our 4 nights booking forward one day because we needed to change our plans. So we had to pay for 5 nights.

The staff were pleasant but we're very misleading regarding transport options to the airport. They were happy to book a taxi transfer which cost €35 but did not tell us that it was possible to get a local bus to the airport for €2. The wifi was dreadful and the hotel advertised they had a spa, the sauna was not available and the hot tub had to be booked at a cost of €50 per session

We enjoyed staying at this hotel because it is centrally located. The staff are very friendly, especially the staff member who checked us in. Our stay included reakfast so that was helpful. We plan on using this hotel again when we go back to Paris.

Great staff and great place!!! Walking distance to the shrine and grotto.

The room overall was clean, the carpet had several stains, we arrived after 5:00 pm and the room wasn’t ready.
