Excelente locación

El servicio fue excelente a todo momento, el desayuno muy bueno y fresco todos las mañanas. Los empleados en el restaurante súper atentos todo el tiempo y asegurándose que no nos faltará nada a todo momento. El hotel en buena ubicación también. Muy cerca del Parque Kennedy, restaurantes, shopping y vida nocturna. Disfrutamos mucho el hotel.

My room was facing the street, the nightclub blasted music till 2am . Difficult. Staff and facilities were a good value. Close to shopping and food.

Great location, rude crew and not comfortable room

Park was within two blocks ,lots of nightlife ,bars, restaurants all around. It was very noisy at night though when you tried to go to sleep.

The hotel location is great and safe. You can walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and clubs. The cleaning crew is outstanding, and even though the building is outdated, the place is clean and convenient if you need a place to sleep. Unfortunately, I only give an average review because the amount of noise at night is unbearable. There was a nightclub next to the building, and you could feel the vibration in the room. It was very, very hard to try to sleep. I was lucky we had complete day activities to get to the room exhausted; otherwise, you couldn't sleep at all, and even on a Sunday, you had the club open.

Hotel is next to a nightclub so if you are planning on staying there during a weekend then don’t plan on getting any sleep until 4:45am.

Next to the tourist information and airport express bus stop. Safe walking distance to parks, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

This would have been a fantastic hotel except that for whatever reason, the Internet did not work the two days that we stayed there and the noise from the local pubs was quite loud in the evenings. Otherwise this is a beautiful historic hotel located in a fantastic spot.

Estuvimos hospedados por 7 noches y nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación del hotel nos permitio tener acceso a todos los alrededores de Miraflores, es seguro y el staff super amigable. El desayuno es estilo buffet, basico pero muy completo y te llena. El WIFI es estable. Y aunque el hotel esta ubicado en una zona muy de bares y restaurantes, a nosotros no nos molesto el ruido (aunque si se oye, pero muy leve, al menos en la habitacion que nos toco). Definitivamente si volvemos a Lima, nos hospedaremos allí. Pura Vida!

My room was very noisy at night, till 4:30AM WITH load disco music noise. I asked them to chance my room and my second room was ok.

Although I stayed for one night, the property was clean and close to lots of dining options.

Good selections of food for breakfast. Hotel is near restaurants, clubs, churches, and parks. Highly recommended.

No internet at all in the rooms so Other tourists had to use Wifi along the hall making the stay very uncomfortable to rest. Since the arrival i notified the front desk about the lost of Wifi signal in the room and they just kept telling me that the “ technician” was on the way? 3 days with no internet which is vital for international tourist in order to get uber or get the airplane check in tickets. Stressful stay. Not recommending this place if you are not local.

Great little spot right in Miraflores, location is fantastic while managing to be relatively quiet (you still get the traffic noise). Staff were great, very helpful. Room was basic and could do with some better lighting but everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was basic but not bad for the price.

Great hotel for the price, excellent location, double windows cut out the street noise which is important because of the location, no hotel in this price range has this good of a breakfast. Good parking. Only negative thing (and weird) is that the kitchen only seems to operate for breakfast and they keep on insisting that it's open 24 hours.

The room is very spacious and clean, and the washroom is quite big too.The wifi was quite bad and the elevator broken and we were not informed previously though the issue had been present already.

Mucho ruido no se puede descansar, servicio de recepción la atención de la mujer de lentes horrible. Cero empatía y mala recepción. Le falta detalle para estar en atención al cliente.

Front desk service is poor, speak some English, not feel welcome, arrived at 2pm, unable to check in with luggage until 3pm, nobody wants to stay inside the hotel. Receptionists not willing to assist anything. Breakfast is ok, small bottle water only for the first day in the room, nearby no good restaurant, only fast food and bar, located in a narrow street. Close to tourist information center by Kennedy park, you can join free Lima Walking tours there.

I stayed 11 days at the Las Palmas while on vacation. The staff was wonderful and always helpful, I enjoyed my stay and absolutely fell in love with this wonderful city!

It's in a decent location in Miraflores and has all of the basic amenities that you would need. It's a no-frills situation but a perfect clean place to sleep.

Fully recommend this hotel, especially if you want to stay in Lima. I think it’s in the perfect spot for the Miraflores area. So everywhere was within walking distance for me. It was easy for my tour companies to pick me up for day trips out of Lima. It’s across the road from the Tourist Center, which handy if you need any information. Plus the hotel is across the road from the Lima AirPort Express bus, which is the cheapest way to go to and from the airport . Probably the safest way too, unless you like the adventure of Uber. I was in room 316, I thought it nice and clean, quite too. As this room isn’t facing the road (across the road are two lively bars from the hotel). The Wifi in the room was good too. The only problem i could see was the bed. As I feel the bed was on the smaller size. However it was comfortable. Overall I would recommend this hotel, if you need a place to stay in Lima

Not good experience in Miraflores

Bad reception - at check in gave us a key from a room with people sleeping there already, didn’t provide hot water at first when asked instead gave us cafeteria phone number, the only good thing she ordered early breakfast box for us. The description was wrong - it’s a smaller room maybe 8-9 meters. Smelly cabinets mold or something else. Great location, AC.

The location is great and near many restaurants, bars and parks. AC is great. However, the some of the staff aren't very friendly. Don't expect to check in before 3pm, they won't even ask for your name until that time!

The location is ideal and the room is fine, just basic and quite boring. The main problem was the noise from the bar / disco until 4am every night. Breakfast has nice juices and fruit but no other vegan options.

the hotel is perfectly located in Lima's Miraflores. We got clean, cozy, not to say a bit tiny room. Front desk staff and porter were very helpful and friendly. Tasty breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel at 9am or a 1 night stay as we were flying out the next day. Completely understand and accept that we could not check in early so we left our bags in their storage area. We were leaving at 8am the next morning. As we had just come off a flight, we asked if we could have the breakfast that day instead of the next day. Staff refused. Breakfast was open till 10:30 so it wasn’t like they were about to close. We weren’t asking for a free breakfast, just to swap the day. Left the hotel to explore. Came back at 9pm. Was speaking to the night staff and she was baffled why they didn’t let us have breakfast. We are also Expedia gold members (not that makes a difference) and hadn’t asked for any other benefits. Just found the staff extremely unhelpful. Location is really good - opposite the main strip in Lima so close to restaurants and bars but you can hear the noise (even on a Sunday night the clubs are going) through the window so if you see a light sleeper, not ideal.

The first night was very noisy for a party in a local on the front of the hotel. Last day was no electricity, therefore, elevators and air conditioners stop working. The employees are very friendly, and trying to help as much as they can, under this circumstances. Some elderly people, who couldn’t walk the stair were served with breakfast at their rooms. That was really a great gesture.

The building has cracks in the concrete, you can see it from my room, 216. The crack starts in the window and it goes around to the outside of the wall. The front desk staff and restaurant staff was not very nice, they did not respond to greetings or questions. I would stay there again because the location is great, the AC is strong, and the water gets really hot.

The area of this hotel was wonderful. All kinds of dining options are available as well as a bus to the airport people on staff here very nice and helpful. Something that they should improve on is the English language.

Everyone was very helpful. breakfast for me was great. I speak a little Spanish and every one there helped me learn a little more. Will be going back in February.

This hotel sits at the heart of Miraflores. There are many dining options, two or three major malls, Wong, and around the corner of Airport Transport bus. It may get a little bit noisy due to the bars and crowd near by, but that is the natural trade off for the convenience. Hotel offers luggage storage after check out, and great breakfast options in the morning.
