Limpio, cómodo y muy bien localizado, en una gran casa clasica, convertida en hotel. Escelente y variado desayuno. Cama muy cómoda y naño amplio y limpio. Muy recomenfado.

The property was just steps away from Plaza De Armas and the breakfast was good. Room was clean and staff was helpful. The wifi was very unpredicable

The property is 1 minute away from Plaza De Armas, which is the main square in cusco. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. Our only complain is that we were placed in a room without windows but maybe because of the low price we paid. Overall I would recommend it since it is really really close to the main square.

Great spot right in the heart of the city.

This is a great hotel. Located 20 ft from the plaza de armas. My room was clean and spacious. Service was great with friendly people and ready to help. Breakfast was great with even costume orders without charge.

Convenient Location, Lovely Hotel!

Hotel Katari was the perfect in between spot on our journey to/from Machu Picchu. The location was convenient to everything and located on the beautiful plaza of Cusco. We walked to dinners, shops and even the Saqsaywaman ruins. The hotel itself is a beautiful boutique hotel that felt very cozy and unique. The breakfast spread in the morning was perfect to start our day. Would definitely recommend this hotel and come back on our next visit to Peru!

Great boutique hotel at a great price in a great location. The front desk staff were fantastic. The breakfast was really good as well. With respect to noise. Yes, it can be noisy at times. But after 10pm it is quiet. Room 207 is exceptionally quiet all day.

Cute hotel steps from the Plaza. Clean room, comfy bed. Staff SUPER nice and helpful. Yummy breakfast. All the comments about the noise are true, however, very quiet after 10pm until 8am.

Property was appropriate value for money given the very central location, all the amenities worked. I would add black out curtains for the window above the door, some more toiletries - bath wash, shampoo, lotion. The only draw back was the rhythmic noise from the disco which although far away across the square is not controlled and went up to 4am.

The hotel was excellent. I want to recognize, Edwin he was exemplary in helping my wife and I out. We are truly happy with our stay.

Historical location with great service

This hotel is located in one of the few Inka buildings relatively intact. The staff were helpful with sending out laundry and arranging rides. There is a very good breakfast included. There was a lot of noise from the plaza, but that will be the same for any other hotel on the Plaza in June. If I need to stay in this area again I would come back.

Excellent service and professionalism

Great location, little noisy

Hotel Katari was in an excellent location for the Plaza de Armas. You could easily walk to anything you wanted or easy to catch a cab. Our room was sufficient and clean. Our room was the first room that everyone passes by after the front desk and by the restroom, so we heard everyone coming in, doorbells at night and tapping on glass at when the door was locked. I think if we had been in a different part of the hotel, it would have been fine. We were only there for 2 nights and they stored our luggage for us for free till we returned from Machu Picchu.

Probably the best location, can’t be any better, literally at the Plaza de Armas Room had no table and bathroom window facing the hallway. Breakfast was pretty good, nice atmosphere and views of the church

It is right off Plaza de Armas but it is quiet at night. Everything is close by. The rooms are spacious, clean and have heaters. They serve breakfast and everyone is so friendly and ready to help. Highly recommend!

Excelent place. Near everything

Staff is amazing but unfortunately the property had a lot of issues with water, we had to spend a night in another hotel because they didn’t have water. Depending where your room is it can be very noisy. It’s steps from the main plaza which is a huge plus. Breakfast is okay…. Staff always amazing. Hopefully they will improve with time.

¡The staff was superb! Guido Cortez especially, went that extra mile taking care of our needs. The next day our breakfast to go was ready and the cab we requested was also in time to take us to the airport.

Na primeira estada correu tudo normal. Bom café da manhã, staff cordiais, quarto excelente, com boas camas, travesseiros e espaço. Localização a melhor de Cusco. Porém, no retorno de Machu Picchu, chegamos cansados e o hotel estava sem água. Não foi resolvido. Precisei entrar em contato com a Hotéis.com que, prontamente, ligou para o Hotel e providenciaram a mudança para um hotel da mesma rede. Excelente serviço da Hotéis.com. O hotel tb forneceu todas as comodidas para minorar o ocorrido.

Excelente localização, literalmente na Plaza de Armas. Um bom café da manhã. Excelente quarto, espaçoso e amplo. Staff cordiais.

アルマス広場のすぐ裏という最高のロケーション。 そしてスタッフの方達の連携が素晴らしく、お願いしたことがきちんと他のスタッフに伝わっていました。さらに気を利かせて、荷物を部屋に運び込んでおいてくれました。 お部屋は清潔で広く、とても素敵でした。 WIFIも問題なくつながりました。 朝食も美味しかったです。 1つだけ残念なところを挙げるとしたら、今回はゆっくり滞在だったのですが、部屋が暗く日中でも電気をつけていないといけなかったことです。 でもそれ以外は満点です。また泊まりたいです。

Localização Fantástica!

Hotel incrível, na praça de Armas de Cusco. Localização fantástica! Quarto grande, camas muito confortáveis. Café da manhã bem servido com várias opções mas qdo chegamos não tinha mesa o suficiente, espaço pequeno.

Hotel pitoresco, sem muito luxo mas adequado, principalmente pela localização. O que facilitou muito o deslocamento nos passeios e a proximidade dos melhores restaurantes. As paredes são finas e conseguimos escutar as conversas nos quartos ao lado. Esse fato pode atrapalhar para as pessoas que não saem às 4h para os passeios. Café da manhã muito bom e o kit que fazem para os passeios ajuda bastante.

Arrivée tardive. La chambre demandee initialement n a pas ete respectee. Cheveux dans les drzps. Pas de serviettes ; il a fallu les demander a la réception. Pas de seche cheveux. Gros piunts positifs : la situation et le petit déjeuner

Le falta un poco de iluminación natural pero entiendo que no puedan modificar esto por estar en el centro histórico, además se ecucha mucho el ruido de los demás huéspedes, pero la verdad son detalles, en general está muy bien y el servicio es excelente, en especial de Maribel en la cocina para el desayuno. ¡Muchas gracias!

Hotel MUITO bem localizado, bem limpinho, cheiroso, serviço de quarto! Destaco a simpatia dos funcionários, todos muito solícitos. Em especial: Mari e Maribel (café da manhã), Nohely e Erwin (recepção) e Rosita do serviço de quarto, que o deixava perfeito qnd voltávamos dos passeios. Super recomendo!

Katari at Plaza: Excelente!

Ficamos em um quarto família para 5 pessoas. Muito confortável, espaçoso e limpo. No café da manhã dá para pedir omelete feito na hora. Para os passeios que saem de madrugada, o hotel faz um box com um pequeno lanchinho. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Citamos a Maribel e a Nohely. A Nohely respondeu a várias perguntas antes da hospedagem e deu ótimas dicas. Na Calle Loretto não entra carro, mas em frente na praça tem um ponto de táxi. Os guias dos passeios buscam você na portaria do hotel e caminham até a van ou você caminha até um ponto de encontro na Plaza das Armas. A localização é excelente, com muitos restaurantes ótimos na região da praça.

Muito bom, pessoal simpático e atenciosos, principalmente a garota do café e da recepção. De ruim foi a falta de água por 2 dias após as 22:00
