Luxury service, even if the front desk doesn't understand English, they will do translation chat with you to make sure everything is properly communicated. Very clean hotel next to a high end mall and easy access to the metro. Highly recommended.

Loved the hotel, near to LuDanChun Mtr and Grand Threatre Mtr. I enjoyed very much with my friend and during my birthday, they provided me with a complimentary plate of fruits and thats very nice of them. Overall, very good 2 night stay..

A lovely boutique hotel

Enjoyed our stay at Mumian and loved how it’s conveniently located in a quiet part of Luohu. Bellboys were polite and helpful but front desk could work on communicating problems more effectively. Gym was beautiful and well-equipped. Light switches in the room were slightly confusing and water temperature wasn’t consistent. For example, the water in my parents’ shower was really hot whereas mine was mostly cold. The book cafe in the lobby could consider expanding the menu to include more non-alcoholic drinks and light savoury bites. All good otherwise.

Adjacent to MTR line 9, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the station! Massive mall within 8 minutes walking distance with lots of restaurant options. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room is clean and spacious. Over-all a 5 star rating residence.

Pleasant surprise. Hotel room is spacious and clean and with state of the art facilities in the room. Although quiet surroundings, but the nearest train station is right next to the hotel. Five mins walk to the nearest shopping mall and about 15-20mins walk to the old street and Dongmen Pedestrian Str. Highly recommended.

Not worth the price

The bookstore with the cafe as the lobby entrance was really cool. It was what attracted us to the place, along with the good reviews. The location was good near two metro. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff barely spoke English. The breakfast was below average. The area is quite ugly and all of the construction around there did not help. We should have stayed at the Grand Hyatt next door for the same price.

Location, designb, quality of hotel fittings, restaurant

Overall and affordable hotel with spacious rooms, very comfortable bathrooms and excellent in-room amenities (safe, fridge, big tv, video game options). A decent breakfast with international and local options; however the breakfast staff was not too friendly. The gym is awkwardly placed in a glass room area on the 3rd floor. It needs more free weights, and a full circuit system with more exercise options. Overall, the staff was friendly and willing to help. Downsides: A major gripe is that the hotel has no ATM machine / cash point. The WiFi was very intermittent and lacking in streaming capability and stability. A WiFi upgrade is sorely needed for today’s traveler. There was No 24 hour or late night room service options. For an international hotel with guests arriving from different time zones and late into the evening, there needs to be a 24 hour in-room dining option. In closing, a much more affordable option to Western brands in the same area. With some simple upgrades and a deeper bench of English speaking staff and this hotel would be perfect. Either way I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to travelers to Shenzhen.

Clean undercarriage

Nice hotel, interesting style and a great room with some nice gimmicks - a gun, talking mirror, decent wine glasses, and perhaps the best fully automatic toilet ever (perhaps worthy of a review itself!). I would describe the décor as modern and slick with a hint of corporate hipster, so the infra-red-fully-automatic-grenade-launching-pump-action-everything-assault rifle that was covertly stashed in a draw was a bit incongruous but a welcome diversion nonetheless. One small fault is that the hotel is lacking an strong international outlook, so communication was not always easy - otherwise the service would be top tier. Hotel is conveniently located in a quieter area but near to the down town hustle and bustle and near a MTR station. Quick turn of the main drag and ample street food can be found.

酒店早餐強差人意

早餐食品沒有選擇，沒有人收拾桌子，服務員服務態度不積極，廚師也是這樣，非常失望。最後一天我倆付了錢也沒有去食了。

用作旅遊深圳最佳選擇的落腳點

整體上是一間不錯的酒店，鄰近有大型商場-萬象城（步行大約5分鐘），酒店右手邊就是地鐵站（鹿丹村C出口) 的入口，用來作深圳旅遊的落腳點是一個不錯的選擇，唯獨是早餐款式較少選擇。

Foi incrível a estada neste hotel num bairro tão bom (Luohu) depois de uma exaustiva viagem. Próximo do hotel encontramos bons restaurantes e um shopping center também cheio de alternativas. O ambiente é calmo e seguro, perto da fronteira com Hong Kong. Ah, tem uma livraria no térreo, próxima à recepção com um barzinho simpático.

Room is spacious and clean. Hotel is close to MTR and shopping mall.

Facilities shown having swimming pool on Expedia but turned out having swimming pool nearby is the fact but that was totally misleading. Claimed to be 5 star hotel but no swimming pool is not acceptable. The 1st room check out was smelly and requested to change but same issue. Will never pick this hotel again

Hôtel calme, des mall à quelques minutes à pied avec beaucoup de choix de restauration. Environnement de qualité, en face de Park Lane Manor et des boutiques de luxe. Chambre propre et calme. Réseau parfois lent et pas de choix de restauration dans l'hôtel.
