Absolutely stunning property with impeccable attention to detail. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many luxury hotels over the course of many years and this one is certainly near the top. Candidly, I am not sure why this is only designated as a 4 star property. It is a 5 star hotel in my book.

Hotel Jackson was AMAZING! The staff were overly accommodating, every time I needed something they went above & beyond to help. The hotel itself is beautiful & clean and so close to everything. It's definitely has the Jackson Hole charm.

The hotel and location are great. However the dumpsters start getting emptied at about 4am, then our TV didn’t work 90% of the time we were there. But the technician was very polite and was able to help some

The Hotel Jackson met and exceeded our ecxpectations. Located just blocks from the main square, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and comfortable rooms and the friendliest staff. Book a stay, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel. Room was great (though not much of a view).

We were greeted right away outside the hotel after completing the pre check in. All the staff were excellent. It felt like a family run hotel. Issa at the bar had an amazing personality and we missed him on our last night there. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. In addition the restaurant in the hotel had delicious cuisine

A really amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Jackson. Lovely beds and bedding, great service all around. Turn down service even which is few and far between these days. Very enjoyable stay.

Overpriced

The property is lovely and very convenient to everything downtown. The rooms are nice but the price is really high for what you get. I would explore other options for my next trip.

Sutton, our Valet attendant was very friendly and helped with dinner suggestions. Great location, beautiful, clean hotel. Modern, yet Wyoming chic. Loved the turn down chocolates every night. Loved all the attention to detail! Great vacation!

Modern and comfortable but expensive

Hotel Jackson is located right in the center of the little town of Jackson but just off the main road. It’s quiet, comfortable, the rooms are decently sized and everything is very clean. The soundproofing with the corridor isn’t perfect but our room was on the third floor and we were not bothered by any noise at night or very early in the morning. The restaurant at the hotel Figs is decent but the breakfast are a little lackluster. However there are several options nearby for breakfast. The staff was polite and very helpful and the housekeeping service always did a excellent job. There’s honestly little to fault with this hotel, the only real issue is that it’s in my opinion overly pricey. Jackson is by definition a tourist town and things get expensive but the rate with taxes at over 750 USD a night is excessive for what it’s offering.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - I would suggest they review their linens, comforter, blanket situation At this level these should be updated and not worn thin etc.

We loved staying at hotel Jackson. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant at the hotel was excellent. The hotel was walking distance to everything in town.

Need a larger work out center. Other than that it was great.

Restaurant staff is complicated

The property wa spectacular however i room was not in the most silent pf locations. The food at the hotel was pk but very limited due to the fact that it is lebanese faire. I would have prefered more of a variety.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel. We decided to take a quick last minute trip to Jackson and liked the look of the hotel on-line. We were happy with the hotel and location. The people who worked there were fantastic and made us feel so welcome - the front desk, valet, concierge, bartender and waiter! They could not have been nicer nor more helpful. Highly recommend.

The best stay I’ve had this year! Exceptional service from all staff! The room was extremely clean every time during cleaning service (day AND night)! The jacuzzi reservation was a plus! I will recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!

Luxurious Boutique Gem of Jackson

This is one of my lost favorite hotels in the USA I have stayed at. Privately owned and operated, the attention to detail of the design and luxury amenities is 10/10. From the glass bottle of Aqua Panna with ice waiting for me in my room, to the in-room espresso machine, dreamy bedding, and gorgeous lighting fixture on dimmers, my stay was relaxing and I felt fully rejuvenated. The Lebanese restaurant Figs is also A+ I can’t wait to return!

This was our first stay in Jackson Hole and we were here for our Honeymoon. I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Hotel Jackson as it was absolute perfection. From the service, to the room, the entire staff, the quiet, peaceful nature, it was all top notch. We will be back for sure!

Excellent choice - simple yet elegant. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean. Extremely well located. Nice to chill in the library with tea and granola bars in the morning. Everyone is friendly and discreet. Highly recommended.

Loved Hotel Jackson!

The hotel is beautiful! Everywhere you look it’s impeccably designed. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The restaurant Figs ..all meals we ate there were delicious! And we tried them all breakfast lunch and dinner! Can’t wait to come back 😀

Gorgeous Hotel

Beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very clean and user friendly. Excellent location, and relaxing in the Library was great. Restaurant was Lebanese, not our favorite and bar was very small. No outside seating area, only negatives.

Outstanding

Great location and nice staff/service! Room is small but nicely decorated with good quality linens. Its library is very unique and cozy corner with free refreshments. Gym is small but ok. Chicken and beef in FIGS restaurant are good but lamb chop is a disappointment which is suppose to be superb in Lebanese restaurants. Humus is good, best of WY maybe (as claimed) but definitely not best of the States. Our order was delayed for quiet a long time because of “printer issue(?)” as per the manager later. Our waitress was very pleasant but didnot pick up the hiccup. Overall, it is a unique boutique hotel with good service but not worth over $700 a night. It’s a overstretch to say it is better than 5 star hotels as reviewed by some of the customers.

No A/C, they switched our room three times in one week. Can’t use the gym bc they are worried nearby rooms will hear it LOL hot tub was really gross and cheap looking

A rough night of no sleep in a "nice" hotel.

I love the look & feel of this hotel. Our particular stay was a little rough because the AC did not work. We had the fire place on during the day and it got our room quite warm - so at night we wanted to cool the room off and the AC put out zero air. We called the front desk to ask about it and got no help. The heat combined with constant noise from upstairs left me with a terrible night's sleep. I guess the walls are super thin. The bar in the hotel is great and everyone was very friendly. But the essential part of any hotel for me is a good night's sleep - and Hotel Jackson sadly did not deliver.

A great place to stay.

I have stayed at pretty much every hotel in the area. From the Aman to the Anvil. The Jackson really threads the needle perfectly. Great location, large rooms that are comfortable and well done, great service and a moderate price for the area. I will absolutely continue to stay there and highly recommended it.

Fun get away!!!

The hotel was fabulous !!!! The front desk was so helpful in everyway. They gave us suggestion on where to eat, and what to do!

Jackson Hole escape from AZ heat

Enjoyed Grand Teton National Park, the shopping and restaurants. Visit was the first week in August and the weather was hotter than expected. The hotel made booking our reservations for all activities and restaurants very easy. The hotel location was perfect and the service was excellent.

The absolute best. People were nice and friendly. Facilities were spotless and brand new.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, clean and polished rooms. Communal Library room was very cozy.

The staff , concierge, restaurant , and amenities were nicer than any Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. An excellent boutique hotel where you’d like to live if you were going to live at a hotel . I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Jackson Hotel . Excellent staff !!!!

Beautiful hotel in town with limited view of the mountains. Staff didn’t give us a tour so missed seeing gym and library. They are now working on a much needed info sheet to be put in the rooms. Lovely breakfasts and friendly young staff.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jackson. The entire staff- from manager to concierge to bellstaff were superb, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived (and even while we were planning our trip in the weeks prior to arrival) until the moment we left.

The personalized service was outstanding. Because it is a small property, all the great details for a great stay were given to us. Plus, the food is terrific!

Excellent location. Super friendly staff. They had a service car to take you anywhere within 2 miles. Unique restaurant; Figs. Gas fireplace in the rooms. Warm cookies at 4pm.

Great location, center of town but off the main roads. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. One caveat, our room was on the North side of the hotel on the 2 floor and although the window only opens a few inches, every morning it seems, we were treated to the sounds of the garbage getting collected from the parking lot along side us. Early risers here so no biggie, but if you like to sleep late or with the window open....

Nice room and friendly staff. Wasn’t exactly thrilled with the $25 soggy breakfast buffet. Overall I would stay again but not eat or drink there....

The Greatest Spot1

Oh My! this is the place to stay in Hotel Jackson if traveling there. Unbelievable staff, food, and rooms. Loved the library, what a special place to sit and read, have a drink, and enjoy the fireplace. The food in the quaint restaurant is Lebanese and the best we have ever eaten. Do not pass this place up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Town- Great Hotel

Excellent experience!! Fantastic facility, great food, super service and staff.

This is probably the best hotel we’ve stayed ever. Everything from the attentiveness to the modern but cozy feel to the cleanliness is perfect. We stayed here two years in a row and we won’t stay anywhere else when we go to Jackson Hole. The ski shuttle is key and leaves and returns at convenient times. The rooms are on the big side, with comfortable beds. There is a large library room with couches chairs and a fire place where you can hang out and enjoy the fresh free cookies and coffee. The food and the drinks at the restaurant are excellent!

Great location, layout of hotels rooms, close to all town activities

Central location, beautiful property, great friendly staff.

The service is too notch, and the hotel is new and luxurious. The rooftop hot tub provided relaxation and amazing views. My only complaint is that the only parking is valet, which was $20/day. That isn’t the problem. The problem is that we weren’t told that until we checked out and got a $100 charge.

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff is exceptional. The bell/valet team that greeted us and took care of the car and baggage was polite and welcoming. The room care staff was always smiling, pleasant and efficient. The front desk staff (Toma and Annalise -and others but I forgot names...sorry) was extraordinary in their assistance. I made some errors on my booking, and they accommodated and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Even though it was our fault. The restaurant is A++!! Breakfast was one of the best we had! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to recommending you to our friends and family and coming back soon!

Hotel Jackson was terrific! It had a perfect location on a quiet street that was only a one block walk to the downtown Jackson Town Square. The hotel itself was immaculate and spotless clean, with amenities like a fireplace in the room, turn-down service in the evening, knowledgeable and super friendly staff, and nice little touches like a full ice bucket, fresh fruit, and all the bottled water you may need for your day of exploring the mountains. If you go hiking, make sure to ask them for bear spray at the hotel before going to buy it yourself!

Very up to date rooms, clean and the staff was so very friendly and willing to help with recommendations.

20th Anniversary Trip

This is an interesting review to make as on the service the hotel is great. The staff is fantastic, we mainly worked with Collen and Mitch. Collen helped with dinners, activities and Mitch assisted with a hike. However, we had to change rooms once due to loud neighbors above us. We were told they had young children and that the staff had received numerous complaints. That was frustrating to pack everything back up and then to unpack again. The staff was east to work with on this, but it was still frustrating. Come to find out, the new room. Just as noisy. When we checked in my wife thought it was funny they have ear plugs in the bathroom for you to use. I agreed that is odd. Now, I totally understand. The floors are super thing and you can hear any movement above you at any time of the day. If you are looking for a place to rest and relax, this isn’t your hotel. It’s way too noisy. It is something they of course can't do anything about which is why they have ear plugs for you to use. Very frustrating as this hotel is very expensive and this was for our anniversary. They also have an overpriced Mediterranean restaurant that you must have reservations for to eat there. We were rushed through diner and our table was maybe 15 to 20 inches in diameter. I hate not having great reviews for this place because the staff is great, and the hotel looks cool. Unfortunately, its over priced and not a good place to stay.

Hotel Jackson is pricey, but is a great hotel. Within walking distance of many shops & restaurants. Very clean hotel. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! A big shout out to Concierge Mike for all his help planning our day trips. Great stay!
