Hotel Itto Condesa

I will recommend Hotel Itto.

The stay was very good, very simple and clean room. Check in was great, very friendly staff and good instructions. Probably rooms need AC pero eso seria un extra.

Bare bones place - bad traffic noise at least for room next to the street - dingy gross towels that weren’t changed my whole 3 day stay - cheapest H&M home stuff in room…save yourself the time & spend a bit more. Technically in Condesa but a poor representation of the area.

Pamela met us and we got early check in. Very nice and efficient. Room over road was a bit noisy but Pamela changed immediately.

El mejor hotel, central, limpio , moderno, me encanto.

Management was very helpful. We arrived late at night and we coordinated entry and payment before arrival. It can be warm without AC. We bought a fan that we used to keep the room comfortable.

The hotel was located in the perfect location for our needs. the breakfast included was definitely a perk. We appreciated how responsive Pamela was with our WhatsApp questions. Highly recommend!

The room was small but it was a cute, dainty living space. I wish that the bathroom has a sink in it rather than having them separate. The breakfast was amazing at Clara y Ema. The papaya bowl was scrumptious (a must try but not included in the breakfast). It was very close to parque chapultepec. It was a nice walk to Roma Sur, Roma Norte, parque Rio de janiero, parque España, parque Mexico, etc. Overall I would recommend Hotel Itto Condesa to travellers.

Great location, super clean

A very nice vegan restaurant is right around the corner. A supermarket around the other corner and easy walk to the heart of Condesa. A communal area at the hotel was quiet for writing in my travel journal.

Overall, this hotel is in need of hospitality improvements. The room was very a clean and decorated simple but stylish. If you are in the street, you better have earplugs. My check-in was awkward and my Tv wasn’t working. When I mentioned it to the property, I got no reply. Mentioned it again the following day and the reply was simply “staff is gone” The host and or owner don’t really seem to care if you enjoy your stay.

Like always when you arrive pictures depicted something different. Good location, rooms are on the smaller side (although had everything that we needed). No elevator (we stayed on the third floor) No A/C (luckily weather was nice)

I loved this quiet sheik lil spot. When I come back I will def stay here again. It’s in La Condesa in a good neighborhood to walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. It’s very clean and quiet with secure entrance. The free Breakfast at the cafe attached is awesome too! & The taco spot on the corner, Naco Taco I think it’s called, AMAZING!!

The place is nice...there is no reception and no staff they just provide a code to enter and keys..the location is convenient..the only complain I have is the noise from the street. The windows are definetly not sound proof and there were noises all night long. If you stay here make sure they don't give you a room on the street

Very cute decore! All the basics you need if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city. The breakfast place that is included is superb, we ate there everyday! It is a little close to the highway which can be noisy but we slept with the window closed in November which was fine.

It’s a nice place to stay in. But it can get a little loud at night.

SUPER UBICACION!

No esperaba que la habitación no contara con aire acondicionado y que fuera tan pequeñita. Fuera de eso, mi prioridad que era la limpieza fue impecable, la ubicación (para mis necesidades) fue inmejorable. El desayuno de cortesia DELICIOSO. Asi que me quedo con la experiencia de “unas cosas por otras”. Creo que volveria pero pediria alguna opcion de habitacion mas amplia.

Muy buena atención, muy lindo lugar. Zona muy tranquila y con muchas opciones gastronómicas.

The room we were initially given had no air circulation and the bed was tiny. We were given a different room that was a lot better. The water pressure is terrible - basically like being under a sprinkle to take a shower.

I enjoyed the quiet, private environment.

Really cool hotel. Staff was very friendly and available on What’s App. The room was big, nice shower, the bed was a little firm but not an issue. Pamela was very helpful and allowed me in early because my flight came in super early in the morning. Complimentary water, beer and soda in my mini fridge every day. Also HOT complimentary breakfast and coffee from the restaurant next door- really good breakfast sandwiches and lattes. Netflix on the TV. Great price for a great room. Pretty inside and walkable to a lot of cool places, restaurants and bars. Solo female travelers, felt safe there and in the neighborhood.

Nice hotel in a good safe area. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is provided from the coffee shop next door. Very good breakfast sandwich with your choice of coffee and orange juice. Also great service and good food. I would recommend this place for sure.

Every time I came back to my room, it was always clean, which made me confortable. I found it unique because we were offered breakfast at the cafe. I like it. I was a little bit disaappointed because there was no hair conditionner.

The news was not the most comfortable but was okay, I wish I had a least a fan because the weather was very hot and opening windows was not an option due to mosquitos. I like the fact that they will give you water and beverages everyday and breakfast was very delicious!

Great location uncomfy beds

Great location. Biggest downside is the bed was hard as a rock. Didn’t really get a good nights sleep due to this. Room gets stuffy as well due to no fan/ac. I felt the room could have been a bit cleaner, I saw several hair from strands around the bathroom from previous guests. I enjoyed the breakfast.

There was no name on the building. It was hard to find. There is no reception/front desk.

The room was clean and comfortable however, it was very loud and what was conceding is that there is no type of ventilation in the rooms. No AC, fan or windows to create circulation. It was very stuffy, hot, and not very comfortable to sleep therefore had many restless nights. I don’t think I will stay there again.

Una estancia muy agradable en este hotel, todos muy amables, la habitación limpia, amplia y con una decoración muy linda. Lo mejor fue la ubicación (aunque se escuchaba mucho ruido ya que daba en la calle, fuera de eso todo bien) y el desayuno delicioso. Muy recomendable

The property is alright, clean and centrally located. Staff is average.

The hotel is very clean, quiet and has simple, elegant feel to it. Our room was quiet, facing the interior courtyard which is enclosed - and the room was very comfortable with a separate kitchen area supplied generously with water, drinks and beer plus a coffee machine. We were able to get netflix but never figured out how to get the TV going!! Our included breakfast was provided by a tiny cafe adjacent to the hotel - delicious sandwiches and coffee and very generous and friendly.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay here, the location is great because it’s central to so much! The management was very understanding with our late checking in because of our flights and were accommodating. Definitely would stay here again when in cdmx!

It was a very nice place to stay. So comfortable. It was difficult getting our suitcases upstairs though. 41 stairs. Fortunately only had to do that once. Coming down was much easier!

Mycket rent och fint ställe. Precis som beskrivningen. Frukosten på Clara y Ema var fantastisk och höjer boendet från 4 till 5.

Lugar agradable y limpio pero la habitación daba a la calle y se escucha bastante el ruido. Buen desayuno.

Es excelente el precio. Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos y estamos demasiado satisfechos con la ubicación, el precio y lo que ofrecen. Los únicos detalles malos que tiene es que en las noches pasan muchos trailers y suenan demasiado aunque cierres la ventana; y el otro detalle es que el agua caliente de la regadera dura poco, aunque ayuda a que te bañes rápido y desperdicias menos. El desayuno que ofrecen de Clara y Ema es lo mejor de lo mejor. Café delicioso, jugo refrescante y la variedad que ofrecen de sandwiches es increíblemente deliciosa. Además, te dejan en tu habitación botellitas de agua, cápsulas de café y una barra de cereal, diariamente. Es excelente para las noches que ya no quieres salir a comprar algo al OXXO. Que por cierto, hay uno a cuadra y media, súper conveniente. Volveré a quedarme en Hotel Itto la próxima vez que vaya a la CDMX.

Me encantó todo! Súper cómodo, accesible de llegar, tranquilo y cerca de todas las zonas turísticas, tiene muchos puntos de interés cercanos y Pamela me ayudó en todo momento, sin duda me volveré a hospedar ahí la próxima vez!
