Was good for a base to sleep,everything was near location was fab, staff very helpful, air on was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was breakfast, it wasn’t good

Very convenient and super friendly staff

Overall our stay was great. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was varied and offered the best scrambled eggs we have ever tasted at a hotel buffet. Also comfiest beds ever! Great location, very close to the beach and the strip. Lots of bars and restaurants for all ages and tastes nearby. Spar directly opposite, and the most well stocked convenience store with amazing prices just around the corner...photo attached. Only drawback was no soundproofing..we could hear people sneeze & cough all night in other rooms. Also air conditioning was loud and very squeaky balcony door. For a 3 star hotel, fantastic value for money.

Kettle in the room would be perfect however.

Great location and clean hotel

Its location is superb as it’s close to the shops and buses. The only thing I can say, it is very noisy in the hallways in the mornings

Lovely hotel

We are an English couple and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and an excellent night Porter. Yes it is mainly young German people here but were all polite and no trouble at all. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the bars, restaurants and beach but back from sea front and was quiet.

A cheap hotel for a cheap bed near the beach

I stayed 1 night Sufficient for a night or 2 being on the cheaper end of the scale or for those happy to save money on a longer stay,it's not luxury,but the furniture is newish,beds are comfy,recent refurb in most places and near the beach... Staff were pleasant and efficient Breakfast wasn't anything sparkling or to remember, but sufficient to serve a purpose, The coffee is awful! I should imagine,if you got a room on the road side it could be noisy,allthough mine was to the back and it was sufficiently quiet

Disappointing for its price.

The hotel is in a good location, only 100 metres from the beach and shops around EL ARENAL. It is however, old, rusty and somewhat derelict. The swimming pool was constantly overwhelmed with guests and be prepared for noisy German revellers coming back to sleep after a rowdy night out.

Disappointing. Not 3 star.

Staff were friendly. However, this is not a 3 star hotel in my opinion. Air con didn't cool. Hair dryer in bathroom hanging off weak with exposed live wires. Socket outlets at bed pulling out of head board. Ceiling in shower in poor condition, badly repaired and black(mould?) stains. Shouting and screaming in corridors in middle of night.

Det är ett äldre hotell, det ger mig känslan som jag sökte, som Mallorca såg ut förr, utan stora glasfönster och utseende som du kan se var som helst i världen, allt är ok och genuint, ganska tyst och långt från flygplatsen, Personalen ger ett ärligt och genuint intresse för att man ska vara nöjd och må bra och dom är ärligt vänliga utan påklistrade leenden. Bilden är från solnedgången från stranden 100 meter bort.

Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, Tabak usw. Außerdem gibt es noch viele Cafés und Pubs. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen, da es für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar ist. Die meisten Gäste waren im jungen Alter und wenn es dann etwas lauter wird, muss man sich nicht wundern. Allerdings finde ich, dass es in der Lage zu erwarten ist, da es am El Arenal liegt und ich sowas sogar schön finde, wenn etwas „Leben“ im Hotel ist. Ich konnte trotzdem sehr gut schlafen und fand es nicht störend. Wer so etwas nicht ertragen kann, sollte sich ein Zimmer oben auf einem Berg gönnen :D! Auch zu der Sauberkeit habe ich nichts zu meckern wie einige Rezensenten! Es wurde gut gereinigt und jederzeit ist jemand erreichbar gewesen! Nochmal muchas gracias an das Personal :)

Extrem leckeres Rührei. Pool in unmittelbarer Straßenlage mit gut sortierter Poolbar. Nicht weit zu den HotSpots

Gutes solides Hotel, ca 13 Minuten Fußweg zum Megapark. Frühstück und Zimmer für den Preis völlig in Ordnung, man darf keinen Luxus erwarten, aber den bezahlt man auch nicht. Von daher alles top und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

God service og fine fellesområder

Veldig hyggelig betjening og fine fellesområder. Rommene var slitt og opplevdes ikke så rent. Badene trenger en oppgradering. Passet for oss som trengte overnatting før grytidlig avreise fra flyplassen.

Slitet hotell som skulle behöva en uppfräschning. Otroligt små rum och dessutom var det otroligt lyhört från gatan och från grannar.

Hotel de estilo clásico pero muy cómodo, limpio, excelente desayuno con un personal muy cordial y amable. Muy cercano a las líneas de transporte para la ciudad de Palma y Aeropuerto . También puedes encontrar muy cerca empresas de alquiler de coches, tiendas de souvenirs y bares.

Nos ha encantado la estancia en este hotel, todo súper, súper bien!!! La habitación muy cómoda, el colchón súper cómodo, y el desayuno bufé libre todo buenísimo. Volveremos a repetir seguro

Balcony door/ every door

There was something wrong with every door. To close them , you had to use a force and speed to close it, so if you want to sleep at night, it will wake you up whenever somebody is going or coming. That was overall biggest issue for us. Allso room 204 you couldnt lock balcony door, so that was a bit weird and unsafe(you could open it outside without a problem). But overall location was best i think in yhat are. Sea , beach, lots of restaurants were so close. So i would recommend It to others!

WLAN war schlecht das wir es nicht nutzen könnten und war laut und die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Die Lage war gut

L'hôtel est propre mais délabré. Petit déjeuner pauvre, qui fait penser à du discount. A noter que la personne de la réception m'a fait une frayeur car il a commencé par m'annoncer que je n'avais pas de réservation.

El aire acondicionado por conducto está de pena toda la noche un ruido de chillido que no paraba ni de día ni de noche y el televisor está de lujo porque no al entrar ase como que se enciende y se vuelve a paga y esa era su función fui a decirle y me dio un mando que era lo mismo y fui de nuevo y la solución era darme otro mando que balio lo mismo ha y al penúltimo día llegaron a la habitación de alado a las 7 de la mañana una música bamos

Estancia muy agradable

Hotel sencillo, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable, cerca de la playa, con parquing en la calle de al lado, muy buen desayuno, muy variado. Viajaba por un tema médico imposible encontrarar alojamiento en Palma y este hotel me soluciono el problema està a 15 min en coche de Palma muy bien comunicado y a pesar de ser una zona muy turística y con un perfil de ocio y fiesta, en este hotel hemos descansado estupendamente. De hecho esta semana volvemos a Palma por otra visita mèdica y hemos reservado en el mismo pq cumple con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia, tranquila y agradable. No busques lujo pq no lo tiene pero tampoco lo pagas, pero en relación calidad precio le doy un 10.

Sehr schönes in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat! Jeder ist sehr nett und alles ist sauber. Nur paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Svindyr frokost. Ikke kjøleskap og hotellet var ikke behjelpelig med å legge en vannflaske i et kjøleskap i Resturant etc, det var veldig varmt ute. Kun laken til dyne. Elendig åpningstid på bassenget som det ikke var lov med hverken ball badedyr eller hopping og stuping. Ingen kunne engelsk. Trykt inn 2 ekstra senger på et dobbelt rom så kjempe trangt. Den ene Senga var ikke satt på stopper på så den skle rundt på gulvet. Kun 3 stoler på tarassen enda vi var 4 personer. Ikke noe glass på rommet. Ikke lov å drikke medbrakt alkohol på rommet men helt i orden for de tyske gjestene å være dritings hele dagen i baren og i bassenget og overalt. Masse fest og støy hele døgnet. Surt og lite behjelpelig personalt. Konklusjon: STYR UNNA!
