This property was in a very quiet area. It was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. We stayed on a busy weekend but it wasn't loud or chaotic. We were close to our venue, close to freeway and just a few minutes drive to food and a wonderful mall.

This hotel is lovely and very quiet. The staff is very helpful and kind. It is clean and conveniently located.

The hotel was super clean and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, the shower was huge and had nice toiletries.

Beautiful Stay

Pleasant and sweet staff. From the exterior of the Hotel to the interior beautiful. Very comfortable bed, room was very clean and sanitized. On my top 10 fav list of stays:)

The hotel was super cute and clean. Very convenient to the Woodlands and easy to find. It was perfect for just the one night we stayed. The staff was very friendly as well.

Property was great except for one night when a couple was a bit “loud”. Would recommend it to everyone. Staff, especially the restaurant, were very friendly.

Best hotel in the area

This is one of the best hotels in the area. Always great service, clean rooms, very good food etc…. And Keith, thank you for your amazing bartending.

Great hotel

The hotel was good and everything was nice and clean the only negative is the pillows are super uncomfortable but no big deal for me as I took my own pillows but it’s a great hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It's out of the way a bit, so it's really quiet. There;s a very nice lobby, bar, and restaurant. The hotel was very clean throughout. I'll be staying here again...

The property was clean and the staff, the front desk and bartender, were very pleasant and helpful. The ability to receive housekeeping daily was a big plus. The only negative I encountered was that the shower, was cold in the room and could not be tempered higher. I had to request to two different staff for assistance. However, I was moved to a different room late night.

The hotel is very clean and the food in the restaurant is good! The night bartender is excellent. But kind of in a new area so not much around without driving to it. But I was looking to be near The Woodlands so it was convenient to that and well priced. Overall it worked for me!

My wife and I went to spend the weekend together, as a little get away. The property was Clean and Beautiful, the staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. We will Definitely be coming back soon! Also - the bartender, Keith, was friendly, and gave us Outstanding service for our drinks and meals.

Service did not meet minimum requirements.

We will not be staying there again. Asked them if I could get a cup of coffee. The told me I would have to pay for a breakfast to get a cup of coffee.

Overall everything was good. Only issues wa thay the housekeeping didnt visit on our 2nd day. Room need new towles and other amenities.

Really great hotel with modern design, friendly staff, nice pool and restaurant/bar area. We ate breakfast there and really enjoyed our meal and service was excellent. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. Will stay here again for sure.

Everything was so good, don’t miss the breakfast at the restaurant, it was the best I ever had! Delicious and a lot of food!

This property had a bad smell the entire stay . After 3days I had to ask for my room to be cleaned after seeing 2 roaches !! Very disappointed.

Up and coming

The hotel and atmosphere was awesome. It is in a new up and coming area so some of the scenery was just tilled dirt but you could still get the vibe of what is to come. It is close to plenty of things to do so you are minutes away from restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful hotel inside and out literally. Exactly as pictured. Would stay here again, extremely comfortable beds loved it. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants, very good area in town.

The pool was nice but on the weekend the bar and snack bar should be open when the pool is open. Hotel was really nice.

Floors are LVP so you can hear every step in the room above. Also can hear all toilets and showers in surrounding rooms. Difficult to sleep.

The Bar and Kitchen staff were amazing. Some of the best food I have ever had at a motel/hotel.

I can always depend on a good stay here when my husband and I need to go to Houston to visit family. I hope they keep the property up and the rooms clean.

Disappointed

1- Room was advertising as with a bathtub. Only walk in shower. 2- Bathroom was not clean when we arrived with dirty towels on the floor and used unflushed toilet. 3- we were offered a new room, but no upgrade.

First time at the hotel all was wonderful! I will stay there more often when I come for work.

All was good

Property met expectations. We made a reservation for restaurant went down only to be told that the waitress left so apparently there was no dinner that night. Made no sense. Front desk didn’t speak good English( I couldn’t understand her) so I just left for dinner.

Love this hotel

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we just absolutely love it. The only thing we don’t love is just two blocks over are a bunch of junkies. We literally saw them shooting up. But there was none near the hotel. The inside is very posh clean and the rooms and bed are comfy.

Nice hotel in a quiet location. Room was standard and nice enough. Most staff was friendly, however needed help with a luggage cart and was ignored by front desk employee, which unfortunately added a negative vibe to the end of our stay.

The hotel was nice

Not bad. Would prefer to stay somewhere with dining and entertainment within walking distance.

Everything was great! Friendly staff, very clean and rooms were nice. The lady at the front desk was very polite and understanding when we asked to change rooms because the people above us had kids running around in the room which was very noisy. Only thing I would suggest is getting a coffee bar. We had to ask for cup of coffee and the only option for creamer is half and half. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Pros- Beautiful hotel ambiance gorgeous artwork on the walls -The pool area is gorgeous with a warm pool and light show at night. We really enjoyed our stay. -staff was very pleasant and helpful -nice view of the lake -free late check out -close to stores food but you need a car to get around. Cons-Excessive noises that came from above us. We were on the 3rd floor and whoever was above us made extremely loud banging noises all afternoon and middle of the night. -No one answers the phone for housekeeping or front desk from the room phone so we had to actually call from our cell phones to get an answer from the front desk. -at the gym they didn't have any cleaning supplies to clean the equipment
