Clean and excellent location

We booked a room for 4, but the hotel did not have it. However, they solved the problem giving us two rooms that were perfect for us. Excellent service, clean, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles. Location is near to good restaurants, and must-see attractions in Wall Street. We would stay there again.

We had a smaller room not too high up (15th floor) with a view of the city. Everyone there was friendly and the room, albeit small, was comfy. You can even pay for breakfast in advance.

The young woman at the front desk, as we arrived to drop off our bags, way before check out was extremely nice and bubbly. Also sent just to a great deli down the street for lunch. Upon returning late in the evening, our bags were ready for us and we were checked into our rooms by Noah who again was just wonderful. The next morning we had breakfast in the restaurant and the server was again absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, very efficient and really took great care of us. I must say the eggs Benedict and the breakfast potatoes were the best I think I’ve ever had! And we love to eat Upon check out both gentlemen behind the desk were very very nice as well. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we will definitely stay there again. Oh, I forgot prior to our arrival I had actually called and got a human being. Spoke to a human being and they helped me with the parking garage situation.

Hotel is not comprehensive. We booked from Expedia a nice employee was trying to help us out because me and my fiancée just got into a bad accident to the point he went to the hospital (mind you we come from Montreal), the hotel did not want to reimburse the full stay despite the situation. The Expedia employee was very sorry about the situation, he did everything he could on his side.

I loved how modern, clean and quiet theotel and room was. The restaurant/bar has delicious breakfast, fast service and friendly staff. The check-in and out was easy and problem free. I will definitely be staying here again!

Good location

The room was dirty and not stocked with cups or bath towels and wash cloths. I sent my minor son to the front desk to ask for cups and they told him to walk across the street and buy some!

The hotel was in a good location relative to the 2/3 train. Checking was a mess in the evening though, barely able to hear the front desk over the vacuum behind me. In the end got a 9th floor room, which 9th out of 25 isnt exactly a "Premium High Floor" room in my opinion. Shower door awouldnt shut all the way, repairs on the bathroom frame were shoddy, and the TV chromecast didnt work. Fine business hotel, not a great relaxation hotel. I will say the bartending staff were very friendly, though.

Small hotel near Wall Street

Visiting family in the area. Neighborhood is good for walking and exploring NY history. Hotel was small, but, nicely decorated. Quiet floor. Quick check in, too.

I had a very unpleasant stay. The housekeeping was subpar—dust and hairs were left on the floor, a towel had an old blood stain, and a personal item went missing. The room had no soundproofing, making it difficult to rest and feel secure due to constant noise from the elevator, corridor, and neighboring rooms, as well as a housekeeping staff member talking loudly on the phone in the hallway. When I raised these concerns at checkout, the reception staff was rude, and showed no concern. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Great Location

The location was great. Service was good. There is a restaurant on the roof. I did not get a chance to see it due to a private event. I must say. if you are going to the airport use the Hotel car recommendation. An $85 ride as per the receptionist cost us a $120 to JFK. Lyft standard ride when we checked to compare prices was $72. No where on the receipt was a $72 instead it was a total of $120

It is convenient for being downtown. Check in was easy. Room kind of small but okay. Bathroom needs better vanity. Regular rooms should include handheld shower option not just accessible rooms.

The room was clean and well equipped with very comfortable beds and a bolster that was great for stretching that read: money never sleeps. 🥰 It was modern and cool with a Wallstreet Game vibe. I especially appreciated the welcoming “Ralph” who made my visit extra special. He spoke to me in French, stapled my pant hems, was non judgemental and went out of his way to be accommodating. People like Ralph are exactly who you should have as the face and management for the culture of your hotel. I believe he should be promoted as soon as possible. Also, upstairs in your cocktail lounge, the bar servers (2 women and a guy) had such a great energy with a Latin EDM flare and played the most amazing music. The espresso martinis were equally fabulous. This was my best stay by far in New York and I will be back. Thank you for the beautiful and enriching experience! 5⭐️ impression Jen

Wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel! We stayed only one night but it was perfect. Front desk staff were so kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and bed was oh so comfy! Will definitely stay again!!

Ralph at check in was extremely kind and helpful! And the bartenders were great! A wonderful, quick overnight stay as we head home from a European vacation. I love NYC, and this stay only solidifies that love for me!! Thank you!

Great Staff and Bartender

The staff at this hotel was fantastic! So helpful and happy. The bartender was friendly and didn’t mind us hanging out in the bar area until we left for our late night flight..

Very convenient and friendly staff

It was good with the exception of not being able to get my final bill. I was told by the front desk person it would be sent to me by the 3rd party hotel booking firm. I also did not like a $125 security deposit on my card. I was informed it would be removed. Obviously I have no way of knowing since I don’t have my final bill.

Limited amenities and space

The staff was very attentive in answering any questions I had. The hotel is in a great location for a reasonable price compared to others in the area. Service was timely and the room was very clean.

I had a quick over night trip for work. It was easy to check in and get settled. The staff at check in was very polite and efficient. They helped me find a nearby coffee shop. Overall good experience!

A tiny room near Wall Street with "big boy" rates. You literally could not find a place to set down your "carry on suitcase" in the opened position. Difficult to enter the bathroom Kind of becoming a ballerina to move around the room. Keurig coffee maker did not work It had a very good safe

Good location if need lower Manhattan. Staff at the desk was very friendly and professional. Small room but comfortable and clean. Some street pipe construction but not a problem on a Saturday.

Hotel Indigo Wall Street is a mixed hotel review for us. The hotel was very clean and modern, but the rooms were very small. We were hoping for a city view like the photo on the listing, but the view was unremarkable. Some of the staff was very kind and welcoming, some of the staff not so kind. There was a discrepancy on the reservation that caused a lot of distress on our first day. Not the way anyone wants to begin a vacation. People go on vacation to get relax and get away not trouble shoot their booking.

frond desk management is in mess and few staff services at lower efficient. breakfast options are limited and served in different way by different servants. baggage deposit has very small space and recorded in mess that costs long time to be collected even a Uber car is waiting outside of the door of the hotel....

Very compact room but the space is used well. My event got cancelled I made good use of the included chromecast and mini fridge. The staff I encountered were all great and I loved the look of the hotel.

We had a great weekend stay at Hotel Indigo - NYC Downtown - Wall Street. Nice dinner at top floor restaurant and daily breakfast just off the lobby. Friendly staff. Clean and stylish.

It great place the only thing we never haved the opportunity to hang out in the top rop because there’s was the private party all the time. Front dest reception was amazing and happy faces.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and Simone the bartender was outstanding

Super cute place with fun rooftop bar!

Super cute place that is cozy. We booked a balcony room that ended up being unavailable due to circumstances out of their control, so we got a king premium room instead. The views from the rooftop bar more than made up for it. They held our luggage both before check in and after so we could explore NYC. Upon leaving they offered a car service to LaGuardia for a $75 flat rate. He charged us $83 + tip to get there instead but it was a nice vehicle and probably still cheaper than a taxi or Uber. The only other negative was a strong paint smell coming through the vents with the AC. Luckily, you can crack a window. Service was amazing by the staff

I wanted a nice place simple place to come back to for sleep only and got it. It was very near where my daughter lives.

Its was in a great area coffee , shops sites all near by . The consoles where extra nice. I will be back to this spot in the future

Overall a small bug cute place. Our room didn't have any towels and had to ask twice for different sizes. Also the room was really small but in general an ok place to stay at the price point.

Great location, amazing service at the front desk and super clean rooms. The rooms are small but very efficiently designed and well insulated from the noise outside. Shout out to the GM James for a warm welcome and tips about the neighbourhood. We will definitely look to stay here again.
