This is my 3rd time in HP Park Plaza for 12 days this time ! Perfect as usual, clean, friendly staff, excellent location, great and tasty food. What else can I say ? See you in 2 weeks hopefully ♥️ (I cant add pictures from Hotels.com site, its lovely place)

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Just in the heart of Wroclaw by the river next to famous party island. Stayed there second time in 2 rooms for 4 nights for business and leisure together with my family. Check-in was smooth with a welcome drink in the Bar. Garden bar is nice peaceful and open until late. This time my wife and son ate dinner in the Restaurant and they told me the food was better than many restaurants in the city. Rooms are quite okay in size, clean and my view was just fantastic ! I will be coming for business every 2 weeks, looking forward for next visit already ! I Thanks Park Plaza, enjoy your stay dear guests ..

Very welcoming atmosphere. Staff are very approachable, respectful and kind.

This should be 5 stars hotel. There is always on staff cleaning. The location is out of this world. Quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to all the touristy places. They get out of their way to make the stay fun and place. It doesn’t feel like a hotel but like a home away from home.

Older property but very nice hotel clean and the staff are great the rooms are large compared to some hotels bed was comfortable breakfast was good and had a large selection would definitely stay here again

The hotel is in a perfect location. It’s a walking distance to Old Town, historical places, stores, yet next to the park and river providing more resting atmosphere. Staff are very kind, speaking multiple languages, also English. They were very helpful in assisting in getting me a cab and being able to prepay. I got vouchers to the bar and I tasted most delicious latte. The restaurant on site is beautiful and I had the best duck ever. Rooms are clean and spacious. Each room has a small fridge and a pitcher to heat up water. I was able to adjust temperature in the room. On site is a gym and a spa. I got an amazing massage with shea butter. I got to know people working there and this truly became my home away from home. This is the place I am definitely gonna go back to. Thank you!

Hotel zdominowany przez Niemców, Polak to klient drugiej kategorii! Para impreza dla Niemców w lobby z niemieckim disco irytująca. Przy śniadaniu główna sala dla niemieckich klientów, nam kazano chodzić do jakiejś małej sali konferencyjnej oddalonej od bufetu śniadaniowego! Niestety po posiłku hotel zagwarantował mi 2 dniowe zatrucie pokarmowe!

Nothing to complain, close to the center with underground parking which is a bonus in Wroclaw.

To był najgorszy pobyt w hotelu w moim życiu! Impreza w lobby hotelowym do 3 nad ranem, hałas taki ze własnych myśli nie dało się usłyszeć!

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The property it self was nice looking, the issue I had with it was the service, for 3 days of my stay at the hotel I didn’t have soap, on the second day of waiting I talked to the receptionist which assured me someone will come the next day at 12 and will change it, when I returned it still wasn’t there, I went to reception again to tell her, she was rude but said the security guard will be on his way to bring it, I waited for half an hour and he didn’t come up so I called receptionist and when I asked her when will he come she said he’s been, I asked about the room number again and I said that’s my room but no one has been she said he has and I said he did not come up, then she proceeded to say he might be up in the second and in which a few minutes later he turned up. The situation would have been fine if she wasn’t so rude. The room itself was cleaned however, not properly a lot of the times dirty cups were left. In my opinion the hotel was convenient and the location was really good especially for the price, it was overall clean enough and not as bad as some places I’ve seen but the staff did not make the experience great.

Nice hotel in east walking distance of the centre.

Nice modern hotel, within walking distance of the centre (turn left out of the hotel and use the road bridge (do NOT use the footbridge unless you want to visit cathedral island). Parking is available at the hotel in an underground car park (chargeable, drive into the hotel grounds). Having told you that here is a car park I DO NOT recommend driving in Wrocław. I’m an experienced and confident driver and have driven all over Europe. Wrocław is without doubt the worst city I have ever driven in. The lanes are poorly marked, trams come at you from all directions and pedestrians just walk out into the road as if there are no cars there. Add in bicycles serving about and traffic nights every 100m (which take forever to change) and it’s just about as bad as it gets!

Modern comforts, just steps from the Old town

This was a wonderfully modern hotel, with a great view of the river and the central part of Wroclaw. Staff was excellent with helping us with our accommodations and requests. Our rooms were ready earlier than expected (we were going through town early to head off to site see out near by, and were hoping just to be able to leave the bags in storage before we came back to check-in that night, but they had our rooms ready). Because of my Hotels.com status, was able to get a discount on the parking, as well as a free bottle of prosecco, which was nice. Its also a very easy walk to the Town Hall and central area of Wroclaw, so the location makes it ideal for tourists wanting to explore.

American style, keeping up to service standards

The property is located within a very attractive and convenient part of the city. The hotel is clean and quiet and the staff very helpful. There was only one point to consider by the hotel management for the future. Expedia’s VIP benefits were not offered to me until I asked for them. Since this is a ****, VIP benefits should be offered by staff and not asked for by the guest.

Overall it was a good stay for the night. TV was a little small but it's ok. The only issue I had was... Waiting to be seated at the restaurant, I waited a few min while staff walked by. After a group of white ppl showed up, suddenly someone came but they didn't come to me, they went to the white folks and seated them. After a few more min of waiting and seeing the same person walk by.. I was asked if I wanted to be something. At that point I was just going to take it to the room. The staff member then said they can deliver it to my room (nope, that's 10zt extra).. So I was going to wait. Then she suggested I go to my room and she will call me. I thought it was OK.... But then I started to feel more like it was a way to get me out of the area (since there is an area I can sit and wait). That was my only issue.. Not to make a big deal of it but i wanted to let it be known

A must stay hotel in Wroclaw

I could not find any fault in this hotel. I had the most amazing view of the river, my room is very clean and I had everything I need during my stay. I wished I stayed with this hotel at the beginning of my stay in Wroclaw. The staff in the reception were so helpful and did everything to accommodate your needs. As my flight was late in the evening, I was allowed to stay for another 2 hours without any extra cost. The food I had was good and I had a relaxing time enjoying the amazing view of having my wonderful coffee and cake until it was time for me to catch my flight home.

super hotel - great location with walking distance to all major attractions - great air con which was essential during our stay - staff were really friendly and helpful - a good hotel to recommend

The stay was fine and the location a little bit outside of the very centre but extremely close to the river wonderful. The breakfasts were tasty and the choice was good. Unfortunately, even though I had the impression that we had paid for four guests, we got a room which barely fitted three. There was no proper sitting area and the additional bed in the room not comfortable at all.

Clean rooms/bathrooms and comfortable beds. Hotel lobby/bar area is also very nice. All staff were very pleasant and friendly. Slight annoyance was a lack of plugs around the bed. Would also have liked shampoo provided.

Proper four star hotel, thoroughly recommended

quick efficient friendly check in, room upgrade which was nice but, after switching the A/C on, it started to "rain" in the room!. I was immediately moved which solved the problem. This is a proper four star hotel with appropriate facilities and well managed. The A/C worked well and the food in the restaurant was well pieced and very good. thoroughly recommended

Good reasonably priced place to stay

Comfortable 2 night stay. Breakfast was very good but not outstanding. A modern hotel overlooking a park. A weekend party in the park brought a lot of trash to the area, but was being cleaned up as we left. A quiet hotel on the inside.

Welcoming staff. Nice view from the room, on the river. Large room. Only negative is the complete lack of soundproofing. I could hear the phone in the room next to me vibrate, as if it was in my room!

Night at the Hotel

I rented 2 rooms, each with 2single beds. I didn't know ahead of time that if I rent 2 rooms even when paying with one credit card I need to show ID of two different people, one ID per room. Room was comfortable and clean. It had body wash and hand soap. The room didn't have any other toiletries which I am used to in US, like shampoo, conditioner etc. there was a fridge with items in them for additional price. There was a pitcher to boil water and supplied with small packets of coffee, tea, hot chocolate. For me not enough coffee. I am used to little coffee makers that make at least one solid mug. There was enough for 2 little teacups. Room simply but tastefully decorated. We were able to adjust terhmostat. Beds very comfortable. I wish there were two pillows on each bed. Each bed had one fluffy pillow. Place had good closet space, nice TV, little table and 2 chairs. On the table there were two bottles of water (for additional price) and 2 glasses. Tap water in Poland has to be boiled first before drinking as far as I know it. Breakfast was not included but I knew that ahead of time. Breakfast was 50polish zloty. Hotel was nicely located to downtown and university area where someone could easily buy tasty and fancy meal for half this price. Nearby is a park at the river leading to Ostrow Tumski. Very historical and beautiful part of town. The hotel also has sauna but we have not used it. The hotel has 2 smoking booths for those who smoke as rooms are smoke free.

Great hotel short walk to town centre.

Not close to the inner town noise but close enough to walk. Good value drinks served in the bar. Although we were told you couldn’t order and eat food in the bar that we would need to go into restaurant. Next night found lots of people eating in the bar, strange.

Costs in hotel not inclusive of VAT

Hotel spa treatments you would expect costs to be costs, not have 23% added to final bill, along with extra VAT for milk that's steamed. Bed very bouncy, like a trampoline, disturbed each other. Dining staff particular the manager who was rude could be friendlier. Be careful of all those hidden costs! Should be included in prices.

Got Unlucky

All night disco on river Island which went on till 7-00 am. Not very thoughtful outside of a large hotel. Probably a one off event but not at all appreciate.

This is our 2nd time staying with yourselves. The hotel is in a great spot and very near the centre. The views over the river and city are lovely. Staff always very pleasant and a great selection for breakfast.

Decent hotel not far from Old Town

Rooms are pleasant, hotel is reasonably convenient to main square and for a good price.

Lovely staff, but NO opening windows!

The hotel staff (reception and cleaners) were all absolutely fabulous. The rooms are nicely decorated and daily room servicing was EXCELLENT. Coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, TV and lovely en suite bathroom. However, the architect of the building needs to be tried for crimes against humanity. The hotel has NO opening windows at all - not one. The only thing in this hotel that opens are the room doors and the hotel main door. So no fresh air comes into the rooms at all (it was designed this way). The air conditioning only recirculates air from within the room (heating or cooling). The fact that there are no opening windows was a MAJOR contributing factor to room comfort being disappointing. Nothing whatsoever to do with the decor, bed or anything. The hotel is a glass monstrosity which blights the otherwise lovely city. The architect was wither on drugs, mad or completely wanted to not only ruin a lovely city but add discomfort to paying guests by not having a single opening window in the WHOLE building. There is not even an air brick to get fresh air into the room.
