Excellent breakfast

The rooms are big and clean. Staffs are helpful and courteous. It's near all kinds of transportation. Value for the price.

駅から10分。コンビニもすぐそばです。ビジネスホテルなので部屋はシンプルですが朝食のビュッフェが多彩なメニューで感激しました。大浴場もあり身体が温まります。スタッフの方々も丁寧で親切でした。荷物を出発まで預かって頂き助かりました。

Enjoyable stay

Beautiful, comfortable, well located, friendly staff and good value for my money.

I was satisfied with everything about this hotel. The public bath and its facilities were excellent and the morning buffet was great. I could start my day with an amazing breakfast and end it with a nice hot spring.

The property itself is quite dated and the rooms are very small, which is standard in Japan. There is, however, an onsite onsen which was really nice. The location is also very convenient- close to canal city and Hakata. The hotel is also generous with clean towels and bottled water, which was not the case with some of the hotels we stayed at in Japan. The front desk staff were also very helpful and kind.

Room a little small, but comfortable and in a wonderful location. Close to Hakata station and Canal City…walkable. Staff was superb and the public bath and outdoor hot spring was so relaxing after walking a lot daily.

Clean, close to the Hakata station. Small room but we expected it. Hot spa was nice. I enjoyed it every night.

We used Landry and just 25 minutes late to pick up, someone took and we pick up at the frontdesk Our clothes still wet and wrinkled I need ironing all clothes They should notice some memo to guest I never have a this kind issue in Japan hotel stayed

Clean, good location, friendly personnel. Check in is only after 3 pm, extremely small room for two with hardly any space for luggage, raised bathroom, water not provided despite note indicating that it is, no view from annex room.

A 12 minute walk from Hakata Station. Shinto shrine behind hotel was beautiful. Close walk to Canal City Mall. Staff are courteous and excellent.

직원들 친절하시고 룸안은 작지만 청결합니다. 하카타역도 가깝고 텐진 캐널시티도 조금 멀지만 걸어가기 괜찮아요. 지하에 작지만 공용 목욕탕이 있어 온탕에 들어가 피로도 풀고 아주 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 홋케 클럽 호텔에 숙박하고 싶어요.

A good business hotel

Fantastic hotel. Small property but room size was good, and shower was awesome. Great location and very walkable and safe!

Close to Hakata station, excellent breakfast, decent size of hotel room and the spa is an added bonus.

Good space and bed size for 3 pax

It's a little far from the hustle area so dragging the luggage there was a pain. Besides that, it's good. They had free water fountain so you can refill your bottle if needed. Also they gave us free breakfast, which was nice.

The staff probably language barrier, is unable to connect with foreign customer effectively but they did try their best. Also it would be better if the management could empower them slight discretion to allow early check in (or as soon as the room is available) when foreign customer arrive to hotel early before the usual 3pm local time as it is common some foreign customer carry many luggage and travelong hours and highly likely need a rest or freshen up. This is merely our opinion. Tq

Adequate but dated

The room was clean and adequate, however, the bathroom was a little dated and maintained a stale odor unless the fan ran constantly. The bed and pillows were a little too firm as well.

Clean and helpful staff. Walkable Distance from Hakata station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Quiet and calm at night.

My room was big and clean, all employees were so kind, amenities (public tub, coin laundry) were great, breakfast was excellent, and hotel location was perfect between Hakata Station and Canal City. This will be my go-to hotel when I come back to Fukuoka.

Good location

My husband has tattoos and was not allowed to use the onsen because of it. This was the main reason we picked this property was to use the onsen. I didn’t use it either because I felt bad that he was being discriminated against because of his tattoos. In America, having a tattoo doesn’t mean you are a criminal.

A very comfortable business hotel. Clean and room of good size. Onsen at basement a real plus.

Close to JR Hakata City where you could try famous Hakata ramen restaurant called Kanetora in Dietos or try a single person hot pot at Motsunabe KITTE Hakata. Right across the street is a 7-Eleven. Breakfast provides a wide range of variety including Japanese and Western style dishes. My favorite is that they serve natto. Laundry is well priced compared to hotels in Tokyo.

The room smells like mold and it's too noisy because it's not soundproof.

Good location. Walking distance to shopping areas. Public bus to airport around the corner outside hotel. Nice onsen. Good breakfast. Value for money. Will definitely come again.

Friendly and professional front desk staff made my worries go away.

Excellent location, just 6-7 minutes from the Hakata Station. A lot of shopping and food options within the walking distance. Public transportation is within minutes from the Hotel. Room was surprisingly spacious in comparison to other Japanese hotels.

Situé à une dizaine de minutes de l gare JR de Hakata, l'hôtel est à côté d'un grand axe de circulation. Petit parc avec sanctuaire avoisinant. Bon petit déjeuner buffet .

完成度が高い

全体に新しさは感じませんし温泉はあるものの地下で窓もありませんが、静かで落ち着いていて朝食は抜群に満足度が高くて、総じてよいホテルでした。忘れ物のご対応も完璧でした。お世話になりました。

之前住本館都還不錯，但這次住到別館清潔就不太好...冷氣打開都是灰塵，廁所洗手台有黴菌...這幾天在日本鼻子大過敏

乾淨，整潔，早餐很不錯，房間比其他市區酒店偏大，但距離車站約10分鐘距離，拎著戰利品回酒店比較不方便;p，非常不過可免費寄存行李（大讚），此價錢有浴場性價比高，如果能提供支裝水更完美！感謝招待🙏

福岡は何度も行ってます。今回全てのホテルが値上がりしていていつも利用しているところは3倍になってしまっていましたので、こちらは駅より少し歩きますが初めて利用しました。朝食がおいしいとのレビューが多かったので朝食付きプランにしました。大変メニューが多く美味しかったです。 大浴場もこぢんまりしていますがあったのでゆっくり出来ました。 ありがとうございました。また是非利用させて頂きたいホテルです。

Ich hab das Hokke Club Hotel in Fukuoko extra gebucht weil mir das Hokke Club Hotel in Osaka vom März 2024 gut in Erinnerung geblieben ist. Das Hokke Club Hotel in Fukuoka hat wie das Hokke Club Hotel in Osaka ein sehr gutes und günstiges Frühstück . Das Onsen war auch sehr gut und von der Hakata Station braucht ihr mit Gebäck ca.10 min zu Fuss bis zum Hotel Das einzige was ein Minus Punkt gibt, sind die etwas alten Zimmer. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört.

快適に泊まることができました。 朝食は美味しかったです。 お風呂のお湯はもうちょっときれいだと良いと感じました。

因行程變動臨時決定再住一晚，第一晚是雙人房2間，第二晚訂一間三人房，原本想說要先check-out 等到下午再chech-in，等下樓後飯店人員已經幫我們把續住的房間準備好了，讓我們可以先把行李放到新的房間，等到下午三點回來就可以直接到新房間，真的方便很多，家人們大讚飯店人員很貼心也很感動，家人們也很開心。

房間不會很小，離博多車站也不會很遠，走路到博多運河城大概10分鐘，早餐很豐富，很滿意。

風呂場に短い髪の毛が４〜５本も浴槽上の壁に張り付いていたので洗い流してから風呂に浸かった。それ以外は何も言うことない非常に良い施設だと思った。今回車で利用したので駅からの距離は把握出来ていないが治安も良さそうな環境だった。是非また利用したい。

施設の古さは致し方ないとして、朝食の種類が豊富で大変美味しく頂きました。そして従業員の接客は本当に素晴らしく、殊に朝食会場のスタッフさんは朝早く大変なのににこやかに対応頂きとても感動致しました。良き旅になりました。

ホテルは立地もよく、建物内も室内も清潔で、過ごしやすかった。足を伸ばしてゆっくりお湯に浸かれる大浴場があることも、このホテルを選んで良かったと思える点です。

他の地域で法華クラブさんに宿泊したことがあり、その時の朝食の種類の多さと美味しさが忘れられずに、博多でも利用しました。 大浴場もありとても良かったですが、駅からもう少し近いとさらに良いのにと思いました。 でもまた利用したいと思います。

お部屋は広く朝食バイキングのスタッフは、朝からとても気持ちの良い対応でした お部屋にお茶のサービスはありましたが、コーヒーはありませんでした 最近、宿泊したホテルはどこもフロント近くにコーヒーマシンがあったりお部屋にインスタントではありますがコーヒーがおいてあります 朝食の時以外、コーヒーを飲むことができず残念でした

大浴場もあり、またとにかく朝食ビュッフェが相当素晴らしい。 この2点で他のホテルより圧倒的に利用したくなるホテル

朝ごはんが評判が良いので予約しましたが、評判通り良かったです。

駅から少し歩きますが、苦痛となる距離ではなく近くにコンビニもあり便利でした。 また、お風呂も大浴場があり旅気分を存分に味わえる感じでした。 朝食も品数が豊富で、とても美味しかったです。

통로가 좁아 캐리어를 열고닫는데 조금불편하였으나 전반적으로 청결하고 깨끗하였음

清潔でコンパクトなホテルでした。 大浴場もあるので、旅の疲れを癒すことができました。シャワーカーテンのにおいが少し気になりました。全体的にはとても良いホテルでした。

This is a very nice hotel with hot spring, the staff is very politely & helpful, breakfast has many choice and delicious. The location is just 10 mins walked from Hakata station. There have several convenience stores around the hotel. I enjoyed so much to stay in this hotel for 7 nights.

생각보다는 역에서 멉니다. 택시 타도 하카타 역 주변에서 교통 체증이 심해서 오래 걸려요. 그 외에는 완벽한 것 같아요.
