Very nice staff

The fridge was not cleaned when we first got to the room, and house keeping could not come to clean it until the morning, that was very disappointing. Room was decently clean besides stains and burned parts of the carpet.

The neighborhood isn't very nice ... to many coffee shops where they sell weed....

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff

Easy checkin, very friendly staff. Free luggage storage one piece per person. Clean room and facility. Our room is a standard room on ground floor, no window, could get a bit hot when central heat is on. Not sure why there's constant water flowing sound through the pipe on the ceiling after 18:00 maybe, but that didn't bother us. We found it quite soothing for our sleep. It's located right at heart of china town but not noisy at all. Walking distance to metro, bus, or even just 15 mins to train station.

I just stayed for a night. It is a cheap option and acceptable.

Average hotel

Well located hotel but facilities are average. Some rooms have no windows.

This is honestly a central hotel! Everything is easily walkable from here from attractions, shopping, restaurants! The staff were all very friendly and happy to answer questions, and help. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and great shower. I highly recommend it!

No hot water so unable to shower or wash, charged a different amount to original booking, banging through the night, got an electric shock from the plug socket. Not as described. Looking for somewhere to stay regularly in The Hague but this experience was very bad and I paid a lot and for a stay I did not receive.

Key location and the right price for a busy week in The Hague. Desk staff in the evenings and mornings were difficult to communicate with. That said, it felt like a safe location and I would stay there again for the price and access to this great city.

AC does not work

We chose this hotel for location, price, and AC. It was under 70F / 21C outside and at least 80F / 26C inside. The AC was running. The windows barely opened. The staff told us that it was too hot for the AC to work and brought us a fan. Not great.

Employees were customer friendly. Hotel was clean. Hotel is in town, you can walk to shops and restaurant.

Decent, solid stay.

The mechanism for entry to my room was broken, unfortunately. Other than that, the room was very decent. There were no windows, so the room was VERY dark at night (might be difficult to wake up for some people). Would definitely stay again.

It was a nice stay

Its just a 12 min walk from the Central station and lots of restaurants around. Convenient and comfortable. Tourist attractions are all almost walkable.

Excellent stay

I came to Netherlands first time and booked this hotel online. It was a wonderful stay and the staff was awesome and very helpful. Would like to mention specially Mr Ryan who is very helpful and accommodative.

Good for the price

It's a good place to stay for the price. Not grand but nice and very comfortable. There can be problems with noise at night from naughty guests(?) on the veranda. But I never bothered dealing with it since I was tired and sleep well anyway

It is barely 2 star hotel

dirty walls, dirty towels, smelly carpet, arrogant Administrator with Napoleon syndrome. It is barely 2 stars hotel. But in general, close to lvl of hostel.

Great location, great staff , great wifi

The stay was very good. The rooms are currently being renovated as the hotel is now under new ownership and it appears they are making a serious effort to update. The staff were friendly, helpful and at all times present to help if needed. Highly recommend staying at this very convenient and centrally located boutique hotel. The wifi was top notch!

Hotel rooms look nice in pictures. I had a room without window which, unfortunately, also had poor ventilation and poor lighting. Bed and bathroom are fine, however, it still feels like sleeping in a cupboard. In addition, drains from other rooms ran through my room (above the lowered ceiling), leading to many surprising noises in the middle of the night. I'd avoid this place.

Behalve de locatie is er weinig goeds over dit hotel te zeggen. De kamers zijn erg stoffig en vies - een likje verf zou al veel goed doen. Airco doet het niet en raam kan amper open.

Er zaten grote kieren tussen het kozijn waardoor veel lawaai naar binnen kwam, alsof er een raam op stond. Daarnaast was het pand zelf ook erg gehorig. Als iemand de trap op liep, deur open deed of iets verplaatste kon iedereen meeluisteren.

Geen ramen, maar verder prima, was schoon en netjes

The location is great. Close to the train station, ca. 100 m to de Bijenkorf and the shopping mile. Good asian food all around. The first night, my room smelled of cigarettes, after that it was perfect.

Sehr gute Lage und alles fußläufig erreichbar! Kostenpflichtiger Fahrradverleih. Hygiene und Sauberkeit nicht gut. Handtücher verdreckt und hatten Flecken. Toilettenbrille instabil. Matratzen vom Bett rutschen und sind auch nur bedingt sauber. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ohne Fenster. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal übernachten.
