Realmente a mis papas le a gustado su estancia en este hotel muy bien hubicado, sus cuartos estan muy limpios, el personal muy amable y siempre ayudante con el servicio
Near places to eat
If you don’t mind old hotels, this is the place for you, it was convenient for us, because we got a 2 single and 1 double bed for 4 people, besides is only 10 minutes from the US/MEX border, 10 minutes from the Bus Station, you have restaurants and convenient stores all around, walking distance. They advertise free WIFI but is doesn’t work, like I said it is an old hotel.
This place sucks, it’s terrible. The staff is horrible, they act like you work there. There were no bed sheets on the beds. The lady comes 30 minutes later and just hands them to me, as if I work there. One container of “soap” is the soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, lol. This place is a joke. I would rather sleep on the street next time. It’s probably more sanitized and softer than that rock they call a “bed”. Este lugar es una basura. Sin duda, es el PEOR, “hotel” donde me eh hospedado. Prefiero dormir el la calle que volver a quedarme ahí. De segura la calle está más limpia, y más suave que esa piedra a la que le llaman “cama”.
Upon trying to check in I am told that there are no rooms available and that the reservation that si made is not valid because they where fully booked.
THE HOTEL IS IN REPAIR AND ALLMOST EVERYWHERE YOULL FIND WALLS IN BAD CONDITIONS, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE ROOMS. LADIES IN FRONT DESK, BAD ATTITUDE. LADIES CLEANING, GREAT ATTITUDE.
Comodo y economico
Muy amables todos. Dormimos super bien. Necesitan mejores toallas no tan delgadas. El area es ruidosa Pero no se oyen los carros.
Nice people, understanding
The gentleman at the desk was incredibly accommodating, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The lady receptionist was no so friendly, so I mostly avoided her. Due to my medical conditions (why I was there), I had to insist that the AC was left on in the room, as they shut it off once you leave the room. The gentleman made sure that this happened, and I am grateful. The floor of my room was dirty, and I cleaned it, but the bathroom was very clean and very well maintained. This is Mexico - and a border town at that - so although noisy, and difficult to clean and manage, the staff do all they can to ensure their is a safe, monitored element. It is a safe stay in a somewhat rough neighborhood. They did an excellent job, and it was greatly appreciated.
Clean and safe and plenty of eateries local
Bed sheets were stained and they did not have blankets available. Room was very cold and I had to call the front desk because they had to come personally to the room to set the AC temperature with a control remote they kept. I had to asked them to change the temperature twice in the middle of the night. It was too noisy all night we could hear staff walking and talking in the hallways.
