Clean, quiet and beautiful hotel to stay. Very fast internet, big LED smart TV in your room. The bathroom, toilet were very clean and the room cleaning was excellent. You get a good choice of breakfast. I would go back and recommend.
TravellerVery pleasant place to stay and reasonable. Great breakfast and varied but could provide at least orange juice. Room is nice but as with almost all eastern European hotels bed mattress was way to soft for my taste. Overall it is a very comfortable place with nice restaurant and very attentive staff.

Старые, не комфортные номера с запахом сигарет (в некурящем отеле), постельное белье с пятнами, неприятные запахи в ванной. В номере отходили обои, торчала фурнитура из кровати, пыльный номер - пыль была в том числе и на спинках кровати. Менять не пошли номер только потому что устали с дороги. Размещение было с полупансионом - на ужин выдали салат (с крабовыми палочками), сухие спагетти и резиновую курицу. На второй день на ужин даже не пошли, потому что к качественному питанию эти ужины отношения не имеют. В номере нет чайников, наборов для чая (но есть в холле). ВСЯ посуда в отеле - Имеет СКОЛЫ! Из плюсов - на удивление неплохие завтраки, и бесплатная стирка одежды. Обслуживание - ниже среднего. Персонал элементарно не здоровается с постояльцами. Про дизайн номеров "вырви глаз" деликатно промолчу. Второй раз здесь останавливаться точно не буду.

Большой, 290 номеров, с сотней портретов звезд, бывавших тут, очень далеко от центра. Уютно, просторно, вид жуткий на заброшенную помойку. Халаты, сейф, 4 полотенца, холодильник, большой и исправный телевизор с хорошим приемом, бутылочка воды, ковровое покрытие, неплохие расходники. На сайте все корректно, кроме отсутствующего чайника/кофеварки. В чем то современный, в чем-то ужасно совдеповский. Например, написано, что номер надо сдавать менеджеру для осмотра, вызвав его по телефону - последний раз такое было в советской Альфе в Москве. Или кондиционер с висящим в полутора местах над полом шнуром - как его подключить, если до ближайшей розетки метр? Удлинитель из дома возить? Нет одеяла, я понимаю, начало мая, но впервые в жизни не вижу заправленного одеяла. В шкафу теплое, пришлось покрывало использовать. Расположение точно не пешком бегать, а с такси связываться, дешевле выбрать более дорогой ч центре и сэкономить пару тысяч. Теперь самое кошмарное: в отеле на 290 номеров НЕТ комнаты для багажа. Я не шучу. Впервые в жизни такое вижи. В микро отелях, в больших сетевых, везде есть хоть небольшие кладовки, но закрытые помещения. Предлагают бросить сумку или чемодан в общем холле, именно там где все гости отеля на 290 номеров и их посетители проходят. Не за шторку, не за ширмы, просто так, всем видно. Сказать без мата как я удивился, нельзя.

Отель расположен недалеко от самой длинной улицы города - Северной, и в то же время до него не достигает шум транспорта. Кому по нраву общественный транспорт, с Северной ул. можно доехать практически до всех примечательных уголков кубанской столицы. Любителям пеших прогулок рекомендую пройтись по улицам, параллельным Северной, они почти свободны от транспорта, преимущественно представлены частными домами с двориками и цветниками вдоль тротуаров, обустроенных каждым хозяином на свой лад. До центральной - Красной ул. дойти можно за 20-25 минут. Номер мой тщательно убирали. Правда отель ещё в развитии, и из окна отеля (на первом этаже)открывался вид на типичную незавершёнку строительства. Но стройки обычно заканчиваются. Персонал улыбчив и отзывчив, решал малейшие проблемы немедленно. В целом, отель вполне подходящ как для путешественников, предпочитающих активный отдых, так и для ценящих время как инструмент решения деловых вопросов.

Для краснодара очень хорошая цена и отличное качество. Редко встретишь отель , где инет оптоволокно.Очень удобно для работы. В номере и чисто и все есть, понравился смарт тв. Если в Краснодар, то только в Уют.
