The rooms were very small and you could hear the next doors TV even at 2am Regret staying here
It looked new and clean inside. The outside seemed a little sketch but still safe
Hotel Giolitti great stay
Had Amazing 5 day stay Great customer service very polite chinese lady speaks perfect italiano and inglese at front desk. 30 minute walk to Coliseum Restaus everywhere definitely recommend
.
The welcoming was horrible, and the gentleman at the desk was rude.
The property is modern and nearly of the bus, train and busta i stations
Very small room with limited features. Helpful staff though
Not the cleanist neighborhood. If you own a business in the area then you should demand the city mayor clean it up.
Everything was good except the fact that there was not change of the towels.
We stayed here for 5 nights, our second time in Rome. The hotel is not far from Termini and a tube station. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We left behind my iPad and they sent us a message so we returned to collect it, I really appreciate this! The hotel overall was very clean and we had a pleasant stay. The nearby restaurant Taverna dei migliori is excellent.
Very small undecorated room. No coffee maker, micro, phone or iron. Fridge way too small Quiet, nice view of cortyard, decent location. Expected a three star accomodation, but 2- star closer to the truth. Not the room advertised in the photo, with balcony spacious. TV erratic, barely functioned.
Good
We were greeted with kindness and professionalism. All staff did s great job of making us feel well cared for.
Loud trains outside of room. Bathroom was somewhat dirty, and paint was flaking off the wall.
I have to say the service was wonderful the room itself was fine. The location does fall on the train line and is noise would sometimes shake/vibrate the building making it difficult to fall asleep, and annoying when you wake up.
Great value hotel for a budget stay in Rome. Access to all transport and plenty of street parking and a reasonable overnight garage parking. Super value breakfast.
A nice place, but it's a little out of the way. Amazing staff who are very accommodating!
It’s convenient, clean and air conditioned that’s good! But the bed is awful! It’s tiny, uncomfortable, and the mattress OMG it will give you a backache!
I love this property! The outdoor patio is probably the best feature, room was clean and a decent size for Europe. Staff very friendly and helpful with exception of the young man that works overnight. He could use a few lessons in customer service. Please and thank you go away very long way young man.
I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times as a budget traveler and I highly recommend! The staff are the kindest, it’s a convenient location, and overall an excellent experience!
Very good for the cost benefit relation. The breaksfast is good enough, but far from excellent. Some foods, like eggs, are cold and the juice is diluted with water.
Clean bedroom and bath.
This was a great property close to the central station in Rome and Monsanto Metro station. The property is walkable, the staff are friendly, and most rooms come with an outdoor area.
Staff very kind. The place is so clean and nice. Easy to find and arrive even walking from the train station.
It is fairly close to termini station and thereare a couple of restaurants nearby that are pretty good. Short walk to Metro connection. A little off the beaten path, but a nice place to stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful with providing directions. We enjoyed our stay with this hotel. Rooms are a little small, but we've seen that a lot in Europe.
Staff were helpful and polite. Continental breakfast was excellent value. Very handy for its location too Rome central station but the downside to that was the area was dirty. Excellent restaurant within 200m of hotel. We would stay again but ask for a larger bathroom on next visit. Excellent value for the price.
Owners were extremely accommodating despite the room we were staying in having no working air conditioning, hospitable family and a decent breakfast. Not too far of a walk from Termini, 9 minute walk to Manzoni Metro Station. Area around the property is okay, bit of a rough walk from Termini.
Canny Hotel
Stayed for 2 night's hotel is fine about 15 minute walk from train station which is great only problem i had was no air conditioning apart from that it was OK
Great service near Roma termini station
This was a pleasant stay. Cheap one. We had early morning flight, and this is ideal spot to wait for that. Staff was super friendly. There was problem with air condition that was being handled - we were informed in advance and offered cancelation. So really great experience.
The air cops asnd the internet did not work in my room.
Property was nice. Staff great. Area had a lot of tagging a little rough...but had no issues
The air conditioning was broken. And had been broken for weeks. The hotel had notified Expedia, and advised they would provide free refunds to travellers. So kudos to the hotel for being proactive and customer oriented. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for Expedia. The hotel status was never relayed to me by Expedia. Since it was over 90 degrees in Rome a hotel without air conditioning was not acceptable and I had to find a new hotel after arriving, a time consuming and expensive exercise. I completely blame Expedia for this inconvenience, and for the extra hundreds of dollars it cost me to find a room at the last minute. When I arrived at the hotel at least 3 other parties were going through the same thing as me, so Expedia did nothing to advise any of its customers.
small, clean, walkable hotel. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. The only negative point is about wi-fi service. It works at reception area but it did not work in the room.
THIS HOTEL WAS FURTHER FROM TERMINI THAN I EXPECTED, THE ROAD GETTING THERE WITH 2 SUITCASES WAS NOT SMOOTH. THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL BARELY FIT AND OPEN 2 SUITCASES. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXTRA AS I DID NOT NOTICE WHEN I RESERVED. THE SAFE WAS NOT WORKING. THE PERSONNEL WAS FINE.
The room was clean, but I could not sleep because the noise of the traffic and train. So I was awake, but I could not play some online game or watch youtube, because the wifi was not working or horribly slow.
According to the price everything was great starting from the comfort to breakfast and receptionists , the bathrooms were small but nothing they can do because after all it’s a small hotel at a convenient spot to too many things.
The property was what we needed for our stay in Rome, and conveniently near to Rome Termini.
The elevator was broken, it claimed no elevator so... I guess we weren't out anything there. A piece fell off of the bathroom flush mechanism a few times. We just left it on the floor in the bathroom in the end. Couldn't quite figure out how to turn the air conditioning on well enough. Staff was helpful and kind. Some communication issues, but very nice and helpful. Neighborhood didn't feel great... but I got that feeling around most of Rome.
I was here at a conference, and my friends and I were comparing notes about costs/room layout, and amenities - I still think I had the best choice, esp with the 5 Euro breakfast option. I loved it here. Don't think it is perfect, it is right beside a train line and the room vibrates every now and then, but it isn't loud.
Hotel sujo, sem nenhuma estrutura . Péssimo
Struttura logisticamente comoda per spostarsi. Consigliatissima per chi, come me, era per lavoro a Roma.
Buen lugar, cómodo acceso.
Mycket bra
Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Nice room and nice service. Good value for the money. The bed is hard.
It's a good place to rest after waking all day long, I must say that the room is cold at night and no one told me if the room has o hasn't calefaction. The first night I went to the reception desk to buy a bottle of water and the person in charge was so serious. When you're tourist you need to feel warm, I mean to treat with friendly people.
