I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, making the whole experience super comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly, the location was good , clean room

No elevators and staff didn’t offer to assist us moving luggage up a flight of stairs. Rooms were so dated. Shower doors were broken and water leaked everywhere. Walls were dirty. Glad we only stayed one night and I slept on top of the bed too.

The only thing to like was the bed; was comfortable. Flooring was peeling off. No ironing facility No life; had to carry my luggage throw a narrow stair case. No drinking water, electric kettle with tea/coffee provided Location was weird and spooky yet few minutes walk to Pigneto metro station.

Close to buses and trains, I just found the area with many alleys to be a little dangerous. Other than that, the accommodation is great and there are places to eat very close by.

Employees were great very helpful friendly.

Great hotel in heart of Pigneto

Great stay at Hotel Geo. Staff was amazing. Someone is at the counter 24/7 and always willing to answer a question or help in any way. Location is in the heart of Pigneto, so very close to many, many great places to eat and drink or just hang out. Highly recommend for any international traveler!

Did not like this place, it's not what it looks like on the hotel website when I make the reservation, the area and neighborhood is very dirty, when I got there to check in I got to my room, the air conditioner was broken, I was told the air conditioner was broken for all the hotel, they want me to stay in the room with a fan, I say no then they give me another room with a portable air conditioner, the elevator is very small and it can only be use for the luggage.

Disappointed

All I can say is that they must have had an exceptional photographer. The room was smaller, darker, and uglier than in the photos. When we arrived the window was open. This might have been ok for most rooms but ours overlooked the nearby rubbish bins! The walk from the tube station was past graffiti covered buildings. Not a great first impression on arriving in Rome. On the plus side, the hotel staff were very pleasant and the hotel is close to the nearby metro station.

It is fine

Staff is very nice and welcoming, the rooms are cleaned every day and the best thing is having the metro station and the bus stop 3 minute walking from the hotel.

The hotel was clean, good service. The area was not attractive but served well for one night stay in Rome

Good location right next to the metro stop which is anout a minute ls walk away, a few cafes and supermarkets on the way there too. Bit far from the center of rome but its no trouble on the metro line. Staff were very helpful when i had an issue one night and they were ready to help!

Very clean and well kept, nice older building. Excelent streat near full of late night pizzarias etc, and market.

Good for a roof over your head.

It serves a purpose. Plumbing didn't work properly so shower time had to be limited. Included breakfast was poor (cheese slices kept cool on a blue ice pack). Owners were friendly.

Ótimo custo benefício.

O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício, e na minha opinião está bem localizado a poucos minutos de estação pigneto e da linha de bonde 14/5. Sem nenhuma dúvida me hospedaria lá outra vez.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência, banheiro com vazamento e ficamos uma noite e uma manhã sem água quente no chuveiro. Hotel antigo e sem preparo para atendimento. Ponto positivo, próximo de acesso a transporte.

In questo albergo non danno gli asciugamani Accessori per il bagno inesistenti La doccia rotta faceva acqua da tutte le parti Sulle mattonelle del bagno era pieno di polvere prodotta dall’uso del trapano

Hotel confortável, a Jenifer da recepcao super atenciosa e gentil. O hotel nao fica proximo ao centro, porem e possivel utilizar a linha C do Metro que da acesso a todas as direções os tickets podem ser comprados nas maquinas no proprio metro, a maioria so aceita o pagamento no cartao.

Me perece un buen hotel, se escucha el trafico alrededor por las noches, pero se honesto, si andas en roma por placer llegas agotado y solo a dormir, y de lo agotado no notas ruidos o etc. baño amplio y comodo. cuarto grande.

禁煙だったけど、たまに部屋が急にたばこくさくなって部屋の窓を全開にしないといけないことが多々あった。エアコンか換気扇が他の部屋と繋がっているからなのか、喘息持ちには辛かった。 あと、ドライヤーが5秒で電源落ちるので髪の毛は洗えなかった。 近くにスーパーと地下鉄、バス、トラムの乗り場があるので生活しやすい立地だったのはとてもありがたかった。

La struttura aveva un buon prezzo. La camera era molto piccola e stretta, aveva giusto l'essenziale. Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene ma non credo che tornerei.

Hotel pulito e discreto, senza stress. Stanze spaziose. Comodo per chi viaggia in auto.

La posizione è buona per gli spostamenti, metropolitana a due passi, parcheggio libero abbastanza facilmente reperibile. Personale alla reception cordiale. Se cerchi tranquillità, però, non è il posto adatto! Situato nel quartiere Pigneto, dove il fine settimana c’è abbondante afflusso di avventori dei locali circostanti. Al mattino ti svegli con il suono delle campane come se fossero in stanza! Inoltre insonorizzazione assente, senti ogni minimo rumore dei vicini, specialmente se irrispettosi degli orari!

Weekend a Roma

Un weekend a Roma , hotel molto pulito , zona piena di locali , a 50 metri c’è la fermata della metro C PIGNETO, si può parcheggiare l’auto e riprenderla per tornare a casa .

Allora il MINIFRIGO non funzionava era guasto, che poi con questo caldo e' l'unica cosa che in camera dovrebbe funzionare SEMPRE, inoltre i vicini stanza, se scrivo come erano hotels non pubblica la recensione, diciamo che il loro habitat naturale e lo ZOO !!! the end

Pessoal do atendimento tenta ajudar, mas não falam inglês, somente italiano ou chinês. Detector de fumaça tão bem protegido, que até uma sacola plástica envolta tinha! Supostamente era um quarto para não fumante, mas tinha muito cheiro de cigarro e suponho que a sacola plástica tinha a intenção de "proteger" o detector da fumaça de cigarro. Acho inadmissível tendo em vista a insegurança e falta de respeito à norma do hotel, que estava estampada sim no quarto.

Mi sono trovato bene, hotel comodo e funzionale. Peccato solo per l’area attorno che mi ha messo in difficoltà per il parcheggio

Comodo, vicinanza mezzi di comunicazione

ho scelto l'albergo anche per la vicinanza del luogo di partecipazione ad un convegno, non conoscevo quella zona di roma.

Has to be renovated

Hotel should be renovated, water pipe's noise was completely in the room when they taking a shower in the next room and was very noisy. In the reservation says my room was looking to garden side but when ı checked in it was at the street side and they changed it 2 days later. This time, window was not properly working but this was not a big deal. Sheets were not clean enough.

Lamentable estado y sucio

Hotel sucio y descuidado. Un autentico error haber realizado la reserva. Las fotos no se corresponden con el verdadero estado de las habitaciones. Teníamos el desayuno incluido y solo desayunamos el 1 día. Lamentable.

Bra hotell för pengarna

Bra hotell i stadsdelen Pigneto. Trevlig personal som genast hjälpte oss med några mindre problem som uppstod på rummet. Frukostbuffén var utmärkt. Några dagar behövde vi äta tidigare än 7:30 och det var inga problem. Vi besökte några restauranger i Pigneto som höll bra klass, dock lika dyrt som inne i centrum. Annars var läget endast bra för att hotellet var billigt. Vi hade valt det utifrån pris, samt att det låg nära en metro-hållplats. Det visade sig sedan att den metron ännu inte är ihopbyggd med övriga linjer in mot centrum, så vi fick åka spårvagn istället (något besvärligare och mer tidsödande).

Lontano dalla posizione richiesta all'operatore

L'operatore expedia mi aveva garantito che era nelle vicinanze dalla Stazione Tiburtina, mentre era a 20 minuti di taxi e non presentava, rispetto a quanto garantito dall'operatore le condizioni di un albergo con recenzioni positve, Privo di ascensore, camera stretta, bagno poco pulito, televisione non funzionante, e colazione fai da te con poca scelta.

Staff gentile, posizione attaccatta alla linea suburbana che tra l'altro porta direttam all'expo... rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono!!!
