Nice and comfortable hotel for the budget, however I could hear the elevator from my room (which was not next to it by the way). So the soundproof is poor even though they announce that rooms are soundproof.

The room was tiny. No hairdryer. No tissues. Walls chipped. Not a great location. The breakfast was fine and 6 euros parking onsite very convenient.

A nice, modern, clean hotel, good location.

We were only there one night and had to leave early the next day, but service was very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, made us feel at home. Also close to restaurants and the 2 old bridges. We walked around for dinner and sightseeing. Paid Parking is in a lot right next to the hotel. Very nice lobby and the rooms were nice and modern.

A good choice for Toulouse

I selected this hotel because of it’s proximity to my business. It was perfect. I had a late arrival because of the drive from Paris but they were very accommodating. The hotel is of moderate size but well-kept. Breakfasts are great and the staff warm. I would stay here again.

Perfect for us

We we there for only that night and the staff was extremely friendly. They have parking sos Es and there’s cafe nearby. The hotel was greasy to us

Fantastic staff... not so great room.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. However the mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows are awfully thin. We also had no window handle on the bathroom window and cigarette burn holes on the curtains. The room was also very small. So this would be a good place to stay for a stop over stay, but not long term. There isn’t much to do locally.

Walking distance to Toulouse, perhaps one mile to the town center. Small park nearby with drunks who bothered me each night. Staff was friendly!

tidy, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good base for seeing Toulouse, handy for the tram stop to the airport. Also just 15 minute walk to the city centre. Basic breakfast choice but ok. Would stay again.

Basic hotel clean room friendly staff

Basic and clean. Friendly staff. Close to city center with wifi and free parking. But old not comfy mattress though. No fridge.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the center and 2 minutes from the metro. Its a bit run down and could use an update but ok for a one night stay. the free parking is the real bonus.

The hotel is basic bed and continental breakfast. About five minutes walk to the Pont Neuf and then another ten to the old town. It's an excellent place to stay if you've places to go during the day and only need a place to sleep. It's clean, comfortable and friendly with free, safe parking.

late arrival at Toulouse airport

I arrived at this hotel at 4 AM and the front desk staff was super efficient and understood I was exhausted. He made my check-in really fast and easy.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel during Euro 2016. The staff were friendly, the room / bathroom was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the in-hotel bar was very convenient for post-match drinks when the police had shut down all the other bars in Toulouse. I would highly recommend this hotel based on service. Its location is excellent too - within easy walking distance of Pont Neuf. Would stay again.

One Night in Toulouse

The hotel is in a great location, the room was very clean but a little on the small size. Bed was good slept well.

We stayed here for the night on our way to Spain from Paris and the hotel was so accommodating when we arrived late. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts were congenial. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great for a stop over

We were on a city break, so this hotel was in a good location for us to easily walk into the main shopping area. With free parking, it was a good deal. Quite a basic hotel, but comfy bed and clean shower, so we were happy.

Ear plugs advisable.

Staff service excellent. Location great. Rooms very noisy, no sound insulation, water pipes run through closet and very annoying when another room uses showers.

All the staff at this hotel were excellent - very friendly and helpful, they went beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions with non-standard requests (of ours).

Great value with free parking and helpful service

This hotel is a little bit of a walk from the main centre and pedestrian areas of Toulouse, but offers free parking (undercover & outside), very comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful service. We didn't take the breakfast so can't comment on that but there is a little cafe a short walk away with a breakfast deal. The room at the front of the building was well decorated, the bed very comfy and clean. A great shower in the bathroom with hot water at all times. There's a park by the river located across the road and through a residential area (approx 5-10 min walk) and to get into the centre is approx 15-20 mins walk via Pont Neuf.

The quality of service was very good. Very nice hotel. The only thing is that the room was above the access to the parking and the gate made noise during every passage of cars.

Good hotel especially for business.

A basic hotel, but by no means is this a criticism. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. I can understand people's issue with the dreaded shower curtain, but they were clean and the shower itself was great. Room size wasn't an issue for me as I was travelling alone, my room was at the rear and very quiet during the night. The buffet breakfast was basic and could have been improved by warm food, but this may have impacted on the price. The staff were all efficient and friendly - top marks for them. WiFi is free and signal was good in my room, but tethered speed to 0.3mb, so only expect basic surfing - no Skype etc. The location of the hotel is 5 mins walk to a metro stop, then 3 mins ride to the centre. Walking there takes 15 minutes and is very pleasant over the bridges of the Garonne. Free parking at the hotel is a real positive as parking on the street is bumper to bumper. If you don't have to drive, then I would caution against it - not an easy city to navigate!

Nice little hotel, friendly staff

Breakfast was too expensive but the room price is very competitive and the location is good. Very close to the Metro and within walking distance of the town centre. Overall a very nice little hotel with comfy beds!

Hotel très bien situé pour un weekend de découverte de la ville. Personnel très accueillant. Parking à un tarif correct. Bon buffet pour le petit-déjeuner. La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement, et ne disposait pas d'un sèche-cheveux.

Bonne adresse pour une nuit à Toulouse

Super Acceuil et d'une manière générale personnel d'accueil parfait ! petit déjeuner très correct. situation et parking sont des bons points. Soirée Sardou au Zénith , un coup de tram et on y était. Bémol : Notre chambre la 100, la fenêtre laisse passer le froid et le bruit surtout, donc la balayeuse, le camion poubelle et les pompiers sont passés dans la chambre, nuit très courte.

Hôtel bien situé, avec un confort agréable et un calme suffisant. L’accueil et les services sont parfaits, les échanges verbaux et téléphoniques sont très cordiaux.

Hôtel bien situé proche du métro, dans le quartier Saint-Cyprien. Proche de la halle et de ses bistrots, restaurants place intérieure, un quartier à découvrir. Le parking est un bon atout. Le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné.

Très bon accueil. Les chambres sont basiques, mais propres et confortables. Il manque éventuellement une petite table plus grande que celle présente en chambre, pour pouvoir y poser son ordinateur (ou autre). Il manque aussi un coffre fort. Mais j'ai l'impression que l'hôtel est suffisamment sûr pour ne pas en avoir besoin. Hôtel plutôt bien placé, avec des restos sympas autour et la possibilité de se promener le long de la Garonne. Stations métro et tramway à proximité.

Séjour très agréable

Notre séjour a été très agréable. A notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et les informations fournies sur la ville de Toulouse (sites à visiter et conseills sur les restaurants) grâce à une application pour téléphone développée par l'hôtel. Bien que plutôt petite, notre chambre et notre salle de bain étaient très fonctionnelles et d'une propreté impeccable. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bon.

Agréablement surpris

Cet hotel est une très agréable surprise. Nous avons pris possession d’une chambre qui correspondait à notre demande spécifique mais qui s’est avérée avoir un défaut. Le service était au RDV puisqu’ils nous ont immédiatement proposé une autre chambre. Bien que ce ne soit qu’un deux étoiles, le service H24 est de qualité avec un personnel très aimable. Le parking (dommage qu’il soit payant en plus de la chambre) est un vrai plus. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct avec possibilité de tranches de pain sans gluten. Un peu plus de salé serait bienvenu. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais sont bien agencées donc c’est suffisant.

The people from the reception were very nice. The room was not very nice and the cleaning was done and not to much, the towels and the sheets were never changed during 4 days of my stay because from their point of view is to early. Not really for a business trip, but acceptable if you stay no more then 2 days.

Apres un demarrage difficile (chambre aixigue avec mauvaise odeur) le personel, accueillant et réactif m'a gentillement relogé dans une chambre de même standard mais conforme aux attentes. Sejour positif donc

Un très bon ensemble à tout point de vue : situation, accueil agréable, calme, literie excellente...mais avec un bémol important pour l’exiguïté de la douche et le manque total de rangements dans la chambre. Heureusement nous n’avions pas de grosses valises !

La ubicación del hotel es buena, se puede ir caminando a los lugares más importantes de la ciudad. Las instalaciones están un poco venidas a menos pero es una buena relación precio calidad. El hotel tiene un buen estacionamiento y el desayuno está bien. Lo recomiendo.

une arrivée tres tardive, et une personne à l'accueil tres sympatique. Une chambre de taille raisonnable, salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle (attention le carrelage glisse lorsqu'il est mouillé). Un hôtel calme (chambre coté parking, ce n'etait pas ma premiere nuit ici et je reviendrai. Je n'ai pas tester le petit dej.

Isolation phonique inexistante

Pour un déplacement professionnel, j'ai passé une nuit dans cette hôtel. L'accueil n'a pas été très enthousiaste, mais j'ai pensé que ça n'allait pas m'empêcher de dormir. Le problème dans cet hôtel c'est isolation phonique !!! On entend tout. Si vous voulez passer une bonne nuit de sommeil après une longue journée de travail, évitez cet endroit.

Notre séjour c'est plutôt bien passé, le personnel est vraiment très agréable, et un parking est disponible gratuitement.Ce sont les 2 points forts. Le quartier est proche du centre mais n'est pas très rassurant.. le petit déjeuner buffet est de bonne facture. Notre chambre avait été refaite et était confortable, le lit avec matelas à mémoire de forme, n'est pas idéal pour qui n'a pas l'habitude. Mais ce qui est vraiment gênant c'est la mauvaise odeur qu'il y avait dans cette chambre. Cependant cela reste un bon hôtel 2 étoiles.
