Rude staff overpriced Good location.

Very nice staff nd location. But there was some smell in the room. Though room was clean still there was some smell.

Location was excellent and convenient. The view from the room was beautiful. And the area at night was quiet and relaxing. The room itself could have used some minor touch ups. Paint was chipping and peeling on some Parts. And the blow dryer in room did not work.

Not much to rant or rave about.

Budget hotel, friendly staff, room is basic, bathroom could use a makeover. We booked a double bed, it was two single beds together, bed was hard. We stayed in room 18, could hear city traffic noise during the night. Remote control for the tv never worked. Great location, close to Termini Train Station, lots of restaurants close by, and you get housekeeping and slippers.

Great stay close to night life

Very friendly staff and the room set up was extremely nice! Great location next to the train station!

The bedroom and bathroom were both clean. It had a potent damp smell, but I just assumed it was the drain from the bathroom. I had to self check in as there in no security or reception person from 11. On arrival I had no TV remote so I was unable to relax the next day I was provided with a remote but a button did not work. The breakfast was cold and limited. The communal room was dingy and dark. The surrounding area directly around the hotel felt very unsafe so I made sure I was back before dark which was about 8:30-9:00pm, shame as it would have been nice to go out feeling safe. It was at the very back of a main train station. On a plus side there was a small shop just down stairs. You are woke up extremely early by staff in the morning collecting bedding almost sounds like a building site around 7am. I was woken up by a man in the hall way at 2am screaming for the reception or any one for help. I came out of my room and informed them they would arrive in the morning. The door of the room turns both ways and clicks both ways so the door tomy room didn't feel so safe.

All the staff are very nice

The hotel and room are clean. The bedding and pillows are comfortable. However, the internet is only working on certain parts of the room. It is highly dependent on where you situate yourself, not stable connection. For the price and location, it is a decent stay for a couple of nights.

Good until checkout

There was no one at the desk when we were leaving at 7am and no way to contact staff. Had to manually open the door to the office, leave the keys on the desk with a note before going or we’d have missed our transport waiting for someone

Great spot. All you need in Rome. Great AC, clean and friendly staff.

Its a dump, looks nothong like the pica in website, broken radiators hanging off the wall, room not painted in years, full of marks and scuffs. Same for the breakfast room. Bath room quite modern thpugh shower cubicle tiny.

Great location

The hotel is close to the train station and in a quieter neighborhood. The room had the usual amenities, but some things could use some repairs or replacement. The hairdryer was broken and there were rusty metal bolts and a stool in the bathroom.

Air conditioner did not drop temperature lower than 22'C. TV/ radio did not work until I asked for help. They had two remote controls and they were very old, it was difficult to use it. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.

Never again.

The first night we stayed in this hotel my wife was bitten by bedbugs over 20 times on her neck, chest, arms and shoulders. It completely ruined our trip in Rome and she has been driven crazy by itchiness. Two male staff helped us by changing the bedding and mattress, and finally the room but that doesn't really help her sleep properly or enjoy the trip. I understand these things might be beyond a hotels ability to control but I was infuriated when we finally got to see a manager and she denied all responsibility and suggest my wife was allergic to something she ate. We spoke to two pharmacists and both confirmed it was bed bugs. The manager also threatened "legal action" for writing untruths on the net, so it's lucky that everything I'm writing is true. Basically this hotel is one to skip.

Close to Termini station and bus stop

Here are my pros and cons: Pros: - close to train station - right behind a bus stop (bus 492) - room is clean - hotel staff is friendly Cons: - teeny tiny shower stall - bathroom sink was clogged - a/c was cooling but not enough - for the price, wifi and breakfast were not included.. Had to pay 3 euros for 1 hr of wifi If you're looking for comfort, I would not recommend it.. If all you want is a place to crash at night, then I would recommend it

Good choice

Good position, close to centre and Termini station. Neighborhood feels safe. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room on the street, but not noisy at night. Only remark, the room was not very big - yet, definitely worth the money.

Near Termini

Room was a bit smaller than advertised. The bathroom facilities very limited. I've had better value for the price at hotels in the Termini area.

Beautiful Pictures but Ugly People

The site for Hotel Gabriella is misleading only in this, the people are horribly RUDE! There was only one man working there that was actually polite to us. They treat you like a prisoner where every action is monitored. The women who manage the place are sisters and completely unprofessional. The one has her children running around the place and the other is no less than a tyrant. Having paid good money to stay in the hotel, I deserve to be treated like a human being. Again, the room was nicely designed and clean. The breakfast room was quaint, however not worth paying for so I suggest not adding it to your room package. There is a great restaurant across the street called TRossi that has a great breakfast menu and very affordable. I had friends staying in another hotel that came over to meet me before we went out. They were not even allowed to step foot in my room while I was getting ready! Our room was the first one near the desk! It is not like they were going to stay the night. I think the lack of good common sense and judgment on the part of the staff makes this hotel not worth staying in. You cannot put a price tag on being treated nicely.

unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The room had an unpleasant odor that was noticeable upon entering, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. Additionally, the shower did not function properly, making it inconvenient to use during my stay. The quality of the mattress and pillows was also disappointing, as they were uncomfortable and did not provide adequate support for a good night’s rest. While the staff might have been helpful or the location convenient, the issues with the room itself made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped. I recommend the management address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

La experiencia buena, sin mas, un hotel normal para pasar la noche, el olor en el baño era desagradable, pero esta reformado, es comodo y relativamente bien ubicado y comunicado.

Ótima opção custo x benefício!

Gostamos da experiência, no geral. O quarto era confortável, com frigobar, chaleira elétrica, bom ar condicionado, wifi bom, café e chás sempre disponíveis, porém era mal iluminado e tinha um mal cheiro, as vezes, que vinha da estrutura do prédio. O banheiro, apesar de pequeno, funcionou bem, mas tinha um mal cheiro constante vindo da estrutura do prédio. Podia também haver um suporte para shampoos e sabonetes junto ao chuveiro. A equipe de atendimento foi nota 10, sempre com sorriso no rosto e muito prestativos. A localização é excelente! Indico a estadia para um casal que deseja passar alguns dias em Roma.

Bon séjour

Hôtel qui est bien placé et bien desservi par les transports en commun. L'accueil est bon et le personnel est flexible et autorise les arrivées tardives. Chambre agréable malgré quelques travaux qui pourraient être réalisés.

Ottima posizione, camera molto pulita, staff gentilissimo

駅から歩いて10分以内なのでとても良かった。周辺も静かで窓を閉めれば快適に睡眠できた。ただ、テーブルが少し狭かったのと、シャワーの水が少なかった。

stanza molto piccola, triste e soprattutto sporca. La cosa più deludente è la colazione, nelle foto si può vedere che offrirebbero una colazione continentale a buffet, mentre arrivati alla struttura ci hanno indicato il bar dove il giorno seguente avremmo potuto fare colazione. Quindi pagare 10 euro in più a persona per un semplice caffè e cornetto al bar non mi sembra corretto. Ho fatto notare questo disagio alla reception e la loro reazione è stata quella di cacciarmi dalla struttura dicendomi che potevo lasciare l'hotel se non mi stava bene. PESSIMI

Meno peggio di quanto letto nelle ultime recensioni. Senza infamia e senza lode.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Man ist gleich am Bahnhof Termini, von wo aus man mit Metro oder Bus überall hinfahren kann. Auch die Sightseeing und Shuttle Busse halten in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft. Leider ist die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für einen Städtetrip ok, da man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Bei uns kam in der Dusche nur kaltes Wasser, bzw. warmes Wasser nur für ein paar Minuten, wenn man abends nicht allzu spät duscht. Das war wirklich ärgerlich. Bei Reklamation hieß es, dass der Boiler wohl kaputt sei. Ich hoffe, dass dieser repariert wird...
