Everything is Ok. Reasonable price and very close to Termini Station and super accessible. But don’t expect for fancy stay. Staff is great very friendly.

The room was 2 times smaller than on a picture, but stuff was nice, the location is few minutes away from termini metro station. Also you can hear bells of Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore from the room, so it was great over all.

Hotel Gabrielle

This room was the worst that I have ever stayed in ever. The Service was horrible.Actually there was NO service. You were lucky if the lift was working to take you up to the hotel which is on the fourth floor! The free breakfast consist of one half cup coffee and one crossiant. If you try to get two they make you take them off your plate and put back...... Rude and inconsiderate people that work there. Also the room was terrible very uncomfortable beds, broken toilet seat. You get one towel every three days. No face towel or hand towels. I asked for one extra towel to share with my husband and they said no. The lines are faded and old. They give you one small lousy pillow, I asked if they had an extra and they said no. The view from the window was and old grungy roof tops, very dirty and noisy. I would never recommend this place to any one even if it were for one night. No photos to show because everything was ugly and dirty looking.

Hotel Gabrielle

Horrible, I would not recommend anyone staying here. If your wanting the free breakfast dont count on to much. You will be lucky if you get one roll and one cup of coffee. And don't ask for an extra pillow or towel or they give you a bad attitude and bad looks. Plus you don't get them anyway. If the lift door gets left open the lift does not work and you have to walk up four flights of stairs. Very trashy area and hotel.

Excellent location very friendly staff

Convenient, low cost, stopover.

Chose this hotel because of convenience to train station and the location was central to most places we wanted to see. But the hotel is on 4th floor with only 2person lift, which meant a wait for 2 of our family or use of the stairs. We're a fit family so didn't mind this, but would be more disappointing for a less fit family or family with small children. I think this would suit someone who wanted a low cost, convenient stopover for a couple of nights, perhaps a young couple or single travelling around. Nice staff and none of this spoilt our enjoyment of this beautiful, wonderful city.

Nightmare!

When I turned up at the hotel, the manager had "forgotten" my booking. He took me to a hotel around the corner which had a shower in the room but the toilet was shared and located on the landing. The managers there were arguing and shouting with a female guest in the corridor outside my room until 1am. Not an environment I wanted to venture into as a lone female traveller in my nightie in order to access the loo. I was so tired, having been up since 3.30am, but sleep was impossible. It eventually subsided when the police were called. Pretty much the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The BEST service we've ever gotten in any hotel. Really affordable although quite small, and not the cleanliest place. Good location.

Near Roma Termini

Bed had a stale smell upon check-in but was rectified. Hsekeeping wasn't done after night 1. Staff were friendly & helpful. Conceded to my request for 2 twin beds.

Great location & clean budget hotel

Hotel location is very convenient, only 3 mins walk from the Termini station with restaurants & fast food around. Staffs are very friendly and nice. Room is clean & basic.

Just to stay several hours before the trip.

The location is very suitable, close to the Termini station, the stuff is friendly, but facilities are shabby and there are problems with water pressure in the shower cabin. No cups, no electric kettle.

Very close to the train station

The train station was only a couple of blocks from the Hotel. The staff was very helpful and let us know how to get around the city.

A good option if you stay for a couple days

The best thing about this hotel is a good location. It is just a stone throw from Termini station.

Overpriced for the room conditions. The area is very noisy and dirty. Will not recommend any of my friends to stay here.

One time stay kind of place

This is the kind of hotel that, once you've been there, you would never go back. The owners of this kind of place obviously don't care about getting repeat bookings as there is such a constant stream of tourists. The staff were nice but there was really nothing in the hotel of any appeal. The room was a very odd shape and cramped with cheap, oversized furniture. The bathroom was basic and outdated. It all needed to be redecorated. It was a cheap stay but not cheap enough to justify putting up with such a spartan place. Aside from the staff, the only redeeming feature is it's proximity to Termini.

Average Hotel

Shower kept flooding, burn marks above bed lights, cracking paint, poorly sound proofed windows. Beds surprisingly comfy for being almost cots. Not all staff members speak English. Small elevator or a lot of steps. Entrance combined with other hotel entrances (hard to spot on the street). Very close to Termini train station ( and metro hub). Not so nice at night with several hawkers on the streets. We got what we expected. We would not discourage staying here, nor encourage it.

bad ending to good trip

WE wanted to be near the train station for our last night in Italy so we could get to the airport for our early morning flight. The hotel turned out to be scary and depressing. We woke up in the night to the smell of smoke outside our room which turned out to be the night desk man, a crazy old man. There was a misunderstanding about our bill and he went ballistic, yelling and menacing. I told him to call the day desk clerk at home to clarify it, which he should have thought of in the first place. It was a bad ending to our otherwise good trip to Italy.

Besvikelse!

Då vi anlände till hotellet blev vi placerade på ett annat boende på en bakgata i närheten. Inte alls lika mysig gata som den det riktiga hotellet låg på, besvikelse! Hotellägaren började också krångla kring vår betalning och hävdade att denna inte genomfört på rätt sätt, trots att kontoutdrag kunde uppvisas. Badrummet vi blev tilldelade låg utanför rummet, vilket skapade ”vandrarhemskänsla” snarare än hotell. Dessutom var det fullt av mögel i badrummet. Ingen minibar, ingen ”kuddmeny”... mannen som serverade frukosten var mycket trevlig.

Muffa a due passi da Termini

Arrivati alla sede dell’hotel Gabriele ci è stato comunicato che saremmo stati spostati in un altro stabile per mancanza di spazio. Io e il mio compagno siamo finiti al quinto piano di un edificio apparentemente normale. La stanza sembrava invece uno stanzino (con cartello PRIVATO affisso) riadattato a camera. Il bagno (pulito) emanava un odore di muffa non indifferente. È stata una soluzione comoda per quanto riguarda i mezzi (accanto a Termini), ma inaccettabile. La colazione con brioches, succo e bevanda calda andava bene. E il signore che la portava, gentile. Il resto invece delusione data dall’illusione delle immagini viste sul sito.

Einfachste Unterkunft nahe Termini

Besuch der ewigen Stadt zwecks Sightseeing. Hierzu ist die Lage am Hauptbahnhof Termini ideal wegen der Nähe des Haltepunkts der Flughafen-Shuttle und der beiden U-Bahn-Linien. In der Nähe sind auch viele Restaurants diverser Ausrichtung: Das Alessio ist wirklich zu empfehlen und das Geld wert.

Pessimo

Hotel sconsigliatissimo. Camera pessima. Asciugami al posto delle federe sui cuscini, presa nel bagno ricoperta di scotch e staccata dal muro. Doccia piena di muffa negli angoli e con ripiano nero che emanava puzza. Sapone in bagno per la cucina. Buchi nelle porte e nei muri.

まず通された部屋は別のホテルです。部屋ダブルブッキングでもしたのかな、そのホテルが最悪でした、通常通り泊まれてる人の評価は悪くないですね。 Stadlerというホテルにつれて行かれたら要注意です。最初の部屋とんでもなく狭い、そして汚い、便座がない、アメニティなどもちろんない、　さすがに文句言いました、予約内容とまったく違うので、もめた挙句渋々ダブルの部屋に替えてくれました。しかしこの部屋やたら酒臭くて、排水もやばい臭いがしました。さらにお湯が出ません、もう呆れて文句言う気も失せました。早朝に出るので全て我慢して寝ましたが、案の定翌日、二日酔いのような頭痛でした。オーナーロシア人みたいでウォッカですね、たぶん。 帰国したらEXPEDIAに電話してクレームしますが、これ詐欺みたいなもんですよね？？ 予約した内容と違う（ランクあがるならまだしも）ホテルって、、、 返金してほしいです、こんなんでいいんですか？ちゃんとしてくださいよ！！！

部屋は「まぁOK」という感じです。 私が利用した時の難点を言えば、 ・ルームキーピングでタオルを交換してくれなかった。（別途、頼めば替えてくれたのかも） ・セーフティーボックスが壊れていた。 ・調理セットはなかった。電子レンジはありました。 ・シャンプーなどアメニティは・・・持参するか近所で買い求めた方が良いと思いました。 ただ、フロントのお兄さん、サイトの写真では仏頂面ですが、とても気さくで明るくて親切な方でした。それからロケーションが便利です。Teruminaからとても近いので市内のどこに足を延ばすのにも楽でした。ホテル内への滞在に重きをおかず、手頃な価格で泊まりたいということであれば便利に利用できると思います。

Hôtel proche de la gare

Quartier pas terrible, hôtel propre mais la douche laisse à désirer question équipements. Le lit double était confortable contrairement au lit simple. Le gérant était très gentil, serviable, ouvert, extravertie, prends bien soin de ses clients. Après un hôtel sert juste à dormir, mais pas plus d'une semaine. On tient vraiment à remercier le gérant pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance :-D

wi-fi無料、エアコン、冷蔵庫、テレビ、金庫、デスク、シャワー、トイレがついてます！スタッフは気さくで英語も堪能。朝食が無かったのが残念…

ci aspettavamo peggio..

dovevamo dormire solo per una notte.posizione ottima, ma il resto lascia molto a desiderare anche se in verità ci aspettavamo peggio. Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile, ma la camera e il bagno non sono il massimo.

CUIDADO INTENTAN ESTAFARTE!!

Intentaron estafarnos. Habíamos pagado al hacer la reserva en la página web a través de tarjeta. Al día siguiente nos dicen que la tarjeta ha sido denegada (siendo imposible ya que el dinero ya estaba retenido) y nos piden el dinero en efectivo. Y nos muestran para su justificación un mail de hotelaria.com, el cual nos damos cuenta que está falsificado. Además el hotel de 1 estrella en realidad era un hostal, sin agua caliente, olor a humedad.. Las condiciones no eran las adecuadas para su anuncio de hotel de 1 estrella. Aconsejaría no anunciar este sitio.

駅近の便利なホテルです。 地下鉄・空港バス停が見えるくらい、 騒音もなく、ただただ便利でした。 タオル等日本人的には、 不向きだと思います。 ローマの宿は高いので、 こんなものでしょうか・・・・ 夕食は隣のレストランで、 シャンペン・ビール・サラダ付きピザセット 10ユーロ。 朝食は近所の店で、 クロワッサン・コーヒー2.5ユーロ で食べられます。

テルミニ駅から近くわかりやすい場所にありました. 周りには手ごろなレストランもあって便利でした.　部屋は少し古く狭いかったですがそれなりに清潔, シャワーもあって普通に過ごせました.

Bem localizado, conforto básico por preço acessíve

O pessoal do hotel é prestativo, simpáticos e agradáveis. Bem localizado para quem quer ficar perto do Termini, dando para ir à pé. Muitas comodidades à volta. Fica no quinto andar e possui um elevado pequeno.

Las camas están muy incomodas, toso muy viejo, el cuarto demasiado pequeño, en general creo que se puede conseguir un mejor a un mejor precio.

Basic hotel met schone kamers

Voor mijn vrouw en mijzelf was dit een prima hotel om te verblijven. Basic kamers die erg schoon waren. Ook de locatie is uitstekend. Binnen 5 minuten ben je te voet bij Termini. Als je graag luxe wil, moet je dit hotel niet boeken. Maar daar is de prijs dan ook naar.

Por iuma eventualidade minha esposa fraturou a fíbula da perna direita e nessa condição não conseguimos ter acessibilidade favorável neste hotel. Tinhamos outra reserva para o dia 13-14/ 10/2013, mas não foi possível cumprí-la, conforme informado ao responsável por nossahospedagem em 08-09/10/2013.

Fint hotel til prisen

Hotellet lå rigtig godt; tæt på metro og i nogenlunde gåafstand til Colloseum, Forum Romanum og andre seværdigheder. Værelset var ikke noget at prale af, men det var rent og sengen var behagelig. Der var lidt larm/høj snak fra receptionen (værelset lå lige bagved skranken) og fra gaden, men det hører vel med til charmen i Italien og hotellet har trods alt kun én stjerne :-)

ikke renslig på rommet. senget var ikke komfort, veldig veldig enkel. det finnes bare en speil på rommet. dårlig med bad men bruktbar. kaldt vann på badet av og til. man skal ha tilgang på alle kjente steder. ligger på sentral. 5 min til sentral togstasjon . ikke forventet for det som ble btalt men sån er det i roma. 24 timer resepsjon. det kan passe hvis man sakl bare sove noen timer i hotellet.
