Hotel provides shuttle bus to JR station frequently and is excellent, but the hotel is quite run down and needs a lot of upkeep

Fantastic room with private outdoor bath. Public baths are also great. The dinner and buffet breakfast is huge and delicious. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Stayed here multiple times and love it more each time.

Excellent hotel, typical Japanese with immaculate cleanliness and condition. Room is fairly large and could fit 3 large men comfortably. Each room has an assigned service attendance, ours spoke 4 languages! Japanese, English, Cantonese and Chinese! Very attentive to details and made our stay very enjoyable.

The location is great, room is spacious enough for 4 people. Great in room and public onsen. Love hotel facilities and room amenities. Delicious dinner.

Excellent Service and Beautiful hotel

Wonderful service, Good environment, Near town and station, Dinner is fantastic, beautiful hot-spring area (it has 28 different types of hot-spring) My daughter was sick and all staffs was very helpful, especial thanks Miss Chan. They help me to find the medicine and very caring.

Hotel too run down. Ventalition for dining was bad. After taking your breakfast your whole body stink. Need to renovate since land is big but facility are really too old.

It has everything that I expected a ryokan should have. A total 4 different onsens for you to try out. Highly recommended.

Beautiful area, hotel was nice, onsen was beautiful, but being out of the normal ski season, not much else was open in the area.

床跟枕頭都超硬，傳統日式，去滑雪全身痠睡這種很痛苦，其他沒有不好的地方

スパルタンレースの際に宿泊しました。 温泉がとても気持ち良いし、いろんなお湯があって楽しめました！ 駅から近くて周辺の飲食店も充実していました。 設備は古いですが、趣があって、海外の方にもとてもお勧めできるんじゃないかとおもいました！

サービスが充実しており、おもてなし、料理のserveも丁寧にされていました。 ご飯のおかわりも快諾され、満腹になりました。 温泉自体も心地よく、またそこからの眺めも素晴らしいものでした。

チェックインの際に朝食券を渡されたので料金の説明もなかったので朝食が無料でついてると思い食べに行ったが、チェックアウトの際に朝食代1人2,200円を徴収された。チェックインの際に説明があれば近くのカフェに行っていたのでなんとも不満な気分でした。2,200円に見合わない朝食だとも思いました。 ホテルの施設や特に温泉はとっても素敵で満足で冬のスキーシーズンにまた来ようと思っていたが、最後に不満な気持ちになりました。

夕食開始時間の個別対応ありがとうございました。 大浴場に沢山の種類のお風呂があり、楽しんで入れました。ただ、ちょっと湯温がぬるいかな？熱めの温泉好きには物足りないかも。

Wonderful hotel

Nice place & nice room. Several staffs can speak Chinese and provide good service. There are in good facilities ,eg: 24 hrs hot spring. The best recommendation is japanese style dinner. It is very delicious.

大満足のホテルでした。

ホテルズドットコムで探して、口コミが良かったので宿泊してみました。 ガーラ湯沢でのスノーボードを楽しむ為に、近くのホテルで探していましたが、とてもいい選択だったと思います。 初日は14時前にチェックインさせて貰い、着替えて準備してから、15〜17時の券で少しスノーボードを楽しみ、その後はまたホテルでゆっくりしました。 食事もとてもいい個室でゆっくり、テレビも見ながら楽しめました。 南魚沼産コシヒカリのご飯がとても美味しくて、米だけでも十分楽しめる食事でした。 朝ごはんのバイキングも十分すぎるほど美味しくて、朝ごはんを沢山食べたので、ガーラでの昼ごはんは無しでも十分でした。 2泊したので、2日目は丸一日スノーボードを楽しんで、またホテルに戻って、温泉、食事をゆっくり楽しめました。 ホテルの方々も皆さんとても温かく、親切に接してくれて、とてもいい印象で、来年度のスノーボードもまたガーラで楽しむ時は、ぜひ宿泊したいと思います。 ガーラの割引券も、1日券で4600円が3900円になるので、どこよりも安く購入できたので、それも満足でした。ブーツと板もガーラで借りるよりかなり安く借りれました。 温泉もとても沢山あって、2泊でも足りないくらい楽しめました。スノーボードが終わってから入り、夜ごはんを食べてからは個室の風呂、朝起きてから朝風呂と、十分すぎるくらい温泉を楽しめました。 息子二人も、とても満足出来たホテルだった様です。

快適！おすすめのホテルです。

夕方遅く駅に到着しましたが、車で迎えに来て下さいました。ホテルは、部屋も廊下も大浴場も、とても広々としているだけでなく、設備・清掃が行き届き、非常に快適でした。夕食用の個室があり、家族でゆっくり食事できました。朝食のバイキングも充実していました。

癒しの温泉宿

お値段がリーズナブルな上、サービスがとても良かったです。2泊しましたが、部屋の掃除や備品補充も行き届いていました。夕食はテレビが完備してあるキレイな個室で、家族でゆっくり出来ました。

温泉が良い食事もとても美味しい

温泉は色々あって良かった。 部屋の内風呂もベランダにかけ流しの浴槽が付いていて、お得感が高いと思った。

good hotel with nice staff near kagura ski resort

a very good hotel near kagura resort. you can use local bus for just 380 yen or you can rent some equipment at boo ski rental for free shuttle. nice staff with warm welcome and very good traditional japanese dinner. very big and beautiful onsen on 6th and 7th floor

整體飯店不錯

整體飯店感覺很不錯，早餐晚餐也很不錯吃得很飽！溫泉方面也提供很多選擇，適合全家大小的飯店！

整體服務及温泉設備皆佳

飯店有越後湯沢車站接送服務，整体服務佳，晚餐在包箱內享用，料理豐盛。6F及7F都有室內外溫泉池，推薦6F的温泉池種類多，可能逢週末假期泡湯人多些，可利用晚餐時段去泡較自在。

子供目線でいい

周辺施設へ行くときに、近くまで送って下さったり、子連れだったのでとても助かりました。 子供目線での夕食ブッフェ、綿あめやクレープなど大喜びでした。

溫泉很享受

雙葉的selling point is 温泉有多個室外露天 室內 的美麗温泉，很是享受，酒店房間大而comfortable 。我book 了private bath 但原來不是房內溫泉，但有一個outdoor 陽台上bath ,不錯體驗。 唯一是早餐和晚餐食物很普通有侍改善。
