It was a great place to stay

I was sceptical at first but when I got there and checked in the staff at the front counter made me comfortable, great service great location amazing breakfast. Big shoutout to Janet keep up the good work thanks again for everything.

Professional clerk at the front desk

This property was home away from home. I loved the ambiance, it made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely somewhere I would recommend.

You're met with gated security to enter the premises and that was the 1st ✓ The staff is super courteous, professional, and accommodating! ✓ I'm a woman going through certain changes lol and AC is imperative! It took a short while for the unit to kick in but the young ladies at the desk came to check on the room to make sure it was cooling off and I appreciate that so much! Only here for 1 night so I didn't get to indulge in breakfast or dinner. Overall I would stay here any time I'm in Kingston!! Bless Up!

4 Seasons is my home away from home in Kingston. Great Staff, Easy parking, unless there is a major function,. Safe and Convenient. Reasonable prices.

Hotel Four Season Kingston

The staff were pleasantly warm and welcoming. The food and wait staff was impeccable . Definitely going back. Miss Earl and her entire staff were amazing.

Upon arrival the safe was great, for check in to dinning and at breakfast, everyone was pleasant, and greet us with an professional approach. Full of smiles 😃

The hospitality at the hotel was excellent.

Older property, and it's age shows in the decor and furnishings. AC didn't work well at all. Clean and well maintained grounds. Food was good in the restaurant and service a great. Overall, a decent hotel that could be a great hotel if some updates were made.

Hotel Four Seasons is always a great choice for a wonderful stay in Kingston.

The compound is quiet , nicely kept and beautiful..l love the fact that the security routinely checks the property…l think the bathrooms especially the baths need some repair …the staff is very nice

I enjoyed relaxing in the oval pool near my room. Food in the restaurant was excellent, although a few items listed on the menu were unavailable. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too firm and dense for my liking. Landscaping was amazing, especially the large tree near check-in. The porch had been built around it, from the floor and through the porch roof.

We had a great stay at the Four Seasons! The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful! While we found the rooms a bit outdated, everything was kept neat and clean. It was also a bit disappointing that the poolside bar was not actually usable. The food was also very good and would’ve loved the option to have all meals inclusive not just breakfast.

It is an affordable option for a short stay in Kingston.

Some staff are not attentive to guests needs. I would recommend additional customer service training. Facility is dated, updates needed. Room was horrible the AC leaked all the nights we stayed. Bed kept sliding, mattress was uncomfortable. Updates are definitely needed.

I booked this Hotel because their website said breakfast included but was told by the receptionist AFTER check-in that continental breakfast is only toast and eggs and that I have to pay extra for Jamaican breakfast. DECIETFUL practice. The bar by the pool was not open during my stay. They will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. You have to pay extra for a microwave in your room too. The housekeeping staff is very pleasant and kept the room clean. Convient location but it is not worth the price and I WILL NOT book here again.

The main problem was that the complimentary breakfast was very poor with the same thing every day and no provision for a vegetarian diet. There were no laundry machines, and high expense for the laundry that was done. $78.00 US for 12 days.

The property makes no provisions for reporting an accident / incident. If this property has none, as was asked of the Night Manager, or no policies when a guest is injured due to neglect, that may lead to legal actions being lodged when they do occur.

Generally the staff was good, but for the life of me i i just couldn't and i still can't understand why their guest can't leave a ckearly address package at the front desk for someone to collect. Why, why and why?

In the heart of New Kingston that there was this tranquil place with great staff and food. Can’t wait to come back. The food was absolutely amazing. Thank you for making this a memorable experience.

I liked that the property was swept and common areas kept clean throughout the day. Did not get to enjoy the pool and spa facilities because of my hectic schedule. Guest/dining experience was good. Overall I was very pleased with my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. Next time I anticipate my stay to be longer, so I will have more to say

For the price its just right, my family and i stayed here for a week and an half and its safe to say we enjoyed our time there. The staff are very pleasant and mannerable.

Everything overall is good there was nothing bad with this hotel

We pulled our luggage from reception to our room when we could have driven to where our room was... they said nothing. Our room could use a little modernizing. Room service cleaned our room, and we usually clean up after oursleves, there was trash on the night stand...we did not put it there, so, where did it come from? We don't know, but it was there. What really got us was how noisy it was. You could hear everything, from the kids screaming to the service carts being pulled along the cobble stone path, and this was as early as one could think. I thought I was on vacation, but I guess not. The service staff, oh boy, how loud could they be that early in the morning. Breakfast was okay. One day we made the mistake of having something other than a continental breakfast, the difference was enough to buy full course meals from the restaurants off property, and this we did. We are not fussy people, but all we ask is for a little peace and quiet when we pay for service. We should be able to enjoy it. Oh yes, I also had to play plumber... fixing the toilet tank so that it would fill. Yes, I reported it to the front desk and recommended that they change it. Aside from all this, our time on the island was well worth the trip, and we will visit again, just not at this hotel.

This was my first stay at the Hotel Four Seasons. The staff were quite helpful and friendly. Dining was also well executed and the food was tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people on business trips or family just needing a quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday living. My only recommendation is they need to increase the water pressure in the showers and make the beddings more presentable. The bedspreads needs updating and the pillows were too flat.

This was an emergency booking. The staff was very helpful, since bookings done through Expedia take 24 hours, and I made the booking 30 - 60 mins before getting to the hotel. The FDC Andre got that sorted for me, which I appreciate. The room was clean, all the staff were friendly. My room was at poolside, so the foot traffic was louder than expected. I got to hear some rando talk about a million dollar deal whether I wanted to or not. And there has to be a school near by cause all morning I hear children shouting.

I like that they had mango trees on the property.

Bar was closed, no explanation why. Waitress in restaurant quite arrogant, didn't really care. A/C in my friend's didn't work properly; no other room (although available) has veen offered.

Bathroom need upgrade ,beds need to be better make sound when move

I like it's flowers, trees and birds around. It's like being in nature and not just walls. Quiet and peaceful surrounding. The room is spacious, however furniture need updating. The bathroom door was only able to open half way, making it a bit akward to enter without turning sideways! That's because the toilet was too close behind the door.

I LIKED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. IT WAS ANTIQUATED AND POORLY KEPT. PICTURES ON WEBSITE WAS VERY MISLEADING. I REGRETTED STAYING THERE AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.

Our flight with WestJet was canceled for the day that we were to register at our hotel I called and let them know that and it would have been put off for the next day for us to still have our room got to the hotel only to be told that we don't have a room finally they found us a room where the battery was not working to open the door then they found us a different room so I don't understand how they didn't have any empty rooms in the beginning also it took us till 3:00 a.m. to get Wi-Fi the first night the second night no Wi-fi went to inquire about it was met with Attitude at the front desk whereas finally a person who's working on the router what not had said the provider have been giving issues with the service and they're looking after it I think it's more of honesty than trying to cover up and make it look like it's the guest issue

The property was quite peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool was not obvious to find.

Lovely place to stay

Check-in and out easy and simple. Room very clean and comfortable with good facilities. Grounds kept clean and tidy. All staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu plentiful and varied. Only reason for 4 stars is would have liked the option of some of the mains as smaller portions / starter but no complaints about the quality of the food.

The room i had.Awesome clean. The food curry goat was a little salty for me. But very good food and breakfast.i so enjoyed my time there. Looking forward to go back and in the Pool again.

I enjoyed the experience. Just wished the electric kettle that was placed in the room works. Outside of that everything was better than I expected.

Breakfast needs improvement, the iron wasn't working properly. Lights are too dull in all 4 rooms that was booked. Rooms need renovation

An oasis in Kingston Jamaica. Lots of well kept manicured trees and grass all over the property. The rooms are not newly refurbished but they are up to standards, I will most certainly stay there again and the price is very reasonable.

I have stayed at this hotel for years.its very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. These things mean a lot to me.I travel with a wheelchair. A lot of facilities are not friendly to the fact that the extra thought is here at this hotel ,which making traveling more pleasant and relaxing ..You are aware of this at check-in reception. There is a ramp there.I highly recommend this place.

I was a little disappointed this year with the hot water doesn’t work sometimes, I think the bathrooms need some repairs some guests were loud, the music they listened were disturbing…lots of marijuana smoking…sheets outdated…there could be a small microwave in each bedroom…a lot of people l showed the grounds they love it , but they surely won’t share a microwave with some of the guests l saw….and they will not be satisfied with the some of the linens…great location, beautiful outdoors,safety was felt …l want to recommend this place but needs to be little more modern
