Great hotel in a nice area!

The Hotel is located in a nice area close to restaurants, coffe shops, parks and malls. The personnel is always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is always good! Rooms are clean.

An above average place in an upscale Quito neighborhood. It provides a great breakfast, polite and helpful staff. Several of my friends have stayed there. They all like it. I prefer boutique type smaller hotels.

Perfectly placed premises in the financial district. Have been there 4 times for both businesses and pleasure.

In the heart of the northern entertainment/ business district And it even included breakfast at the restaurant downstairs!

La habitación no tenia aire acondicionado, no tenia plancha y mesa de planchar, el internet muy muy lento, el baño necesita ser remodelado, el colchón muy duro y las almohadas muy incomodas. Unica nota positiva la hubicacion.

Desde el día que me hospedé les notifique que el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba, por lo que si necesitaba algo tenía que bajar al front desk para solicitarlo. Estuve tres días y nunca me dieron solución.

Good location and comfortable

Very nice hotel in good location. Wasnt too loud of an area and plenty of restaurants within walkig distance. The free breakfast was minimal , noticed the ones for the pay restaurant looked better. Other then that nice hotel and.would stay again if ever in Quito

The only thing I didn’t like about Filandia is the TV. Very few channels were in English, and no subtitles were available. Moreover it was not possible to access streaming services like Netflix on the TV. With better TV services, this could be a world class hotel.

Hotel Finlandia is a good safe place to stay

Hotel Finlandia is in the middle of New Quito which makes it easily accessible for business. The room was large and had everything one needs for a trip. The service was very good. I was underwhelmed with the breakfast options but it wasn't a bad buffet. Just missing some items for people who need to eat low carb. Loved having the elevator.

Can’t fault it

We expected so much more from this hotel situated in a nice location but left disappointed. And the surroundings were not nice either after dark.

I stay here every time I'm in Quito, it is a great location next to Carolina Park, is comfortable, good breakfast.

Very convenience location, extremely clean bath & bedroom. Terrible breakfast options please offer as Continental or complementary and staff with no experience. Something call Gym but so far to that.

We have stayed here each time we come to Ecuador. It is consistently well maintained, a pleasant experience and always delivers. We recommend this hotel.

Properly located within the business district and in walking distance to La Carolina park where you can work out, grab a tour bus and enjoy a local lunch at one of the many restaurants located in the area.

Me and my wife stayed three nights this hotel. It is really very good hotel to stay in Quito.. all staff are well behaved. Very clean. Location is excellent. All type of restaurants close by. Breakfast also reasonable as per room price. We enjoyed and loved this hotel ..

Great location for the business community as well as for the family oriented just looking to get a glimpse of this fabulous colonial city.

This was my 2nd stay at the Hotel Finlandia and I love the location. Very easy walk to numerous restaurants, shopping and to the park where one can catch the hop on, hop off bus.... U wish they would upgrade the cable, as the only English speaking channel was CNN, which I refuse to watch. I don't know if I got the Expedia upgrade or not, as it was never brought up. Twice, I had to ask for another towel, as they only provided one bath towel for the two of us, but they were quick to supply a second towel.

Nice, clean and convenient

Everything was good apart from the parking. I chose to park my car myself but I had a big car and the underground parking was difficult. Otherwise a good hotel in a good and safe area. Adequate security present. Front desk spoke English. All info from the booking was available to them. Check-in and checkout very easy. Breakfast was good. Only there for one night

Buena ubicación y excelente coordinación del servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Sin embargo, creo que nos ubicaron en la peor habitación del hotel. Nuestra ventana daba al vestíbulo del primer piso, por lo que no hay privacidad alguna. Con las cortinas abiertas, cualquiera en el vestíbulo del primer piso o de los pisos superiores puede ver perfectamente dentro de la habitación. Con las cortinas cerradas, las conversaciones que ocurran en ese vestíbulo se escuchan sin problema. Si se cierra la ventana que da hacia el vestíbulo, se pierde la única ventilación en la habitación, porque no hay aire acondicionado. En fin, muy mala relación calidad/precio.

Great location and wonderful staff. Good breakfast too. I would stay here again. It can be slightly noisy from other guests in the main areas, but traffic noise and noise from other rooms was really minimal. I'm a light sleeper and slept fine.

Hotel Filandia is a great hotel. Our room was spacious and nice. The breakfast was tasty with many delicious options. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The location is great. It is one block away from parque La Carolina which is beautiful. There are many restaurants and cafes close by. It was a great stay and I fully recommend this hotel!

I always stay here when I'm in Quito, they have a great breakfast, and the location is great, next to the large park, and lots of restaurants nearby.

Enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located. The staff are wonderful, they provide an exceptional experience. Sitting in the outdoor dining area for breakfast, was a wonderful way to start each day.

The cafe and bakery is amazing. However the bed was uncomfortable and there was too much noise.

Excellent hotel!! Would return for sure! Loved the environment, great restaurants, staff is very nice, room was very neat and pretty. The only thing that was missing was that they didn’t have an ironing set in the room but they do have laundry and ironing service for a small fee. Also, didn’t see any air conditioner or heater, but thankfully the weather was great and I didn’t need it.

Check in was swift and pleasant. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms are modern and clean. Wifi is blazing fast and it was very important during my stay. Would stay again!

Very new and clean hotel, helpful staff. Location is fantastic. Food at the hotel is also good. What could be improved is the available TV channels which are not too many and the image quality is rather poor. Also an in-room electric tea pot could be useful to make your own coffee or tea.
