The Loft is an amazing room with a great terrace and view! Don’t hesitate get it!

There’s no smart tv, the rooms were nice and clean but the walls are too thing, you can hear everything that is going on around outside the room

Everything was neat and organized and it was nice to have a mini refrigertor in the room. Mia and the staff were fantastic and helpful with several issues. Room was a little tight for an extended stay. Very little room on sude of Queen Bed. The "Queen" bed was two beds put together but it worked with one fitted sheet tieing the beds together. Suggestions... Directions on heating use - also note somwhere that AC turned off for "winter" Lastly...more counter space in the bathroom

Great Hotel in Zurich

Good location to get to Main Station and the tram system to access the city of Zurich. Breakfast was very good. We were allowed to book in very early having travelled by Nightjet from Hamburg which was VERY VERY much appreciated. Very happy to recommend this hotel'

The hotel was in a good location near the main train station. You could also walk to many restaurants nearby.

My 2-night stay at Hotel Felix was lovely. Service was top notch, I loved the breakfast and lobby/lounge space. I especially appreciated the serve yourself fresh water (with or without gas). I had a mini room and it was bigger than I thought. It was a perfect size for a single traveler. Yes, I had to crack the window for some fresh and cooler air but nothing too concerning in late Sep temps. I love the location too — walkable to so many places, Zurich HB, good places to eat, etc. I’d definitely stay here again!

Good value/Great location

conveniently located in the heart of Zurich, this property is good value for a clean, basic no frills hotel. Every staff member encountered was friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious enough and bathrooms updated,

Smaller rooms which are typical for Europe, but tidy and sufficient. Street below was loud with people coming home from the nearby bars on a Friday night. Parking is in nearby garage across the river for 25 euro/night. Otherwise convenient location with beautiful old town nearby walking distance.

Great, modern, good condition, clean, comfortable bed. Only issue is that there is no air conditioning in the room, this was manageable with opening window and using provided free standing fan. For some of possible hotter summer weeks this could become a problem.

Comfortable room, clean and quiet. An excellent stay in the heart of Zurich. Exceeded my expectations after reading a few recent reviews. Would. House this hotel again and will recommend it to others.

We were disappointed in the shuttle services. They forgot our airport pickup and we had to wait over an hour. Then the trip to Basel was a surprise. We stopped at the Lindt Chocolate Factory at their suggestion and then they proceeded to charge us for their wait time without telling us. Both rides were very expensive!

Don’t be fooled by the picture like we were. Also Expedia mentions great views, it was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel BUT you only get to go up on the rooftop and see the views if you book the loft suite. Very misleading Expedia. Other than that the hotel was nice and great location.

The hotel is located close to the central train station. Walkable to sights/attractions, dining, shops and entertainment. A few minutes walk to the tram stations. The hotel staff are polite and professional in dealing with guests. The room is spacious, clean with comfortable bed. They also provide a variety of options in the breakfast buffet. Our recent stay at the Felix was an outstanding experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, very near the train station and close to multiple dining and shopping options. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were extremely helpful in providing local restaurant, transportation, and navigation tips. Our room was also immaculate and well-maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast options were also broad and very satisfying. We will absolutely return.

Hotel Felix was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We booked the Loft and had our own private balcony so it was quiet and the view was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definately stay there again!!

Small but efficient, comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfast with good variety of choices. Close to many restaurants, shopping and sites along the river.

Hotel is pretty solid. You get just about what you expect. Our AC was broken and was not fixed when we were there. Our shower also did not drain properly so it would overflow if we showered too long.

Pretty and modern hotel

This hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The bed is a bit hard, but the room was otherwise quiet and well appointed. There is a tap for sparkling water in the lobby as well which is so nice!

The loft room

The hotel is 5 min to the Central train station. In the area, there are several dining options. The room is small but clean. It's perfect for one night. The thermostat was the only thing that didn't work (or I couldn't figure it out). I decided to turn off the thermostat and opened the window. I hope the hotel place better instructions to adjust the temperature.

Staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was clean. And even though we chose not to have breakfast at the property, it looked and smelled delicious. Will definitely stay here again if in Zurich.

Had a lovely stay at Felix, the hotel is modern and clean. All of the staffs are awesome especially the front desks! Although there is no aircon, they provide a fan in the room that cools well. Walkable to most distance.

Convenient location, easy walk to center, room was small, but i was only one traveling, so didn't bother me Lynn at reception was very helpful. Would recommend, if someone wants a no fuss, reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast looked good, although i didn't partake.

Clean and modern. Great rainfall shower heads. Loved the fair trade sugar cane soaps and lotion. Front desk was friendly, helpful, and nice. Great location and easy to walk to everything. Great breakfast!

Very small room, overlooked by other buildings. Towels replaced when hung up, not eco friendly, shocking WiFi. Sorry not value for money.

Great location in Old Town Zurich! Clean and comfortable beds. Clean towels and cleaning daily, cold drinking water in lobby to refill bottles. A lot of cute shops and restaurants around. Zurich HB Station just about 5-7 minute walk. Highly recommend!

We only stayed one night but the room was good. We didn’t have the breakfast as there are so many alternatives. Hotel is well situated and easy to find. Dwayne (I hope I spelled his name right) was extremely friendly and helpfully.

Awesome location, spacious room. Just hoped gor a double bed instead of two twins put together. Staff was super friendly.

The staff was great. Especially Fatima at the front desk. She was very helpful, patient and accommodating. Our room, however, was disappointing. It was so small there was barely enough space to walk / move around the beds, the TV service was terrible (almost all channels did not work), one of the coffee cups was dirty, and on the morning we checked out the electric circuit breaker blew and we had to pack in the dark using our phones as flashlights.

Everything was great except I booked this hotel specifically because they said they had onsite parking. I messaged them on more than one occasion to confirm that I was booked in for the parking but no one got back to me. When I arrived and asked about the parking, they said “oh I’m sorry we’re fully booked up”. So I was very upset about that - but what can you do? I ended up driving around for two hours until I finally found a parking lot with space, it cost me a fortune and I had to hike across a bridge and down a ways in the freezing rain and cold back to the hotel. So that put a damper on things (no pun intended). But if you don’t need parking, the hotel is fantastic! And if you do need parking on site - make sure you get confirmation about your booking before you confirm your stay, especially if you’re paying a non refundable rate. All part of the adventure I suppose!

Best hotel in Zurich

Our family had a great stay at Hotel Felix. The location was ideal, and the room provided us a clean, restful room to relax between outings. The reception staff was excellent and went out of their way to help. She made a great recommendation for a local restaurant and called to ask a few questions about the menu on our behalf.

Hotel Felix loft saw us through

We traveled to Switzerland for a vacation but received some bad news back home while we were staying in the loft space in Hotel Felix. Though the personal circumstances were unfortunate, the room was comfortable and homey which allowed us to grieve and recover. The city view from the roof was particularly nice to go out at night and view. At the end of our stay we felt more comfortable to continue with our trip. If we'd been at a less peaceful property we might have just changed our flights to come home.
