The hotel was very close to the sites I wanted to see in Fátima. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They had very convenient parking on site for my car. The food at dinner and breakfast was good. I would most definitely stay here again.

This jotel is perfect for visiting Fatima sanctuary. It is right across the entrance. Rooms need upgrade though. The room they first gave us smelled so awful. Fortunately they were able to move us to another room.

My husband and I were visiting Our Lady of Fatima. We both have a hard time walking long distances. We only had to cross the road and we were there. Perfect.

If you visit Fatima, this is the place you will stay. You walk out of the hotel and enter the Fatima premises. We would definitively come back. Good price and better place. Nice room, nice breakfast, friendly staff and very accesible.

Beautiful property, nice room, front desk staff friendly, especially Carla, who was so helpful! She helped me with a broken bag, lent me a plug for my CPAP machine, charged my Apple Watch since I didn’t have the right connection, let us know about the free museum and the list goes on! We highly recommend!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, the shower stall leaked, and the towel rack was about to fall off the wall (RM 126), and the biggy for us is - if you have the bar open, please have it manned! Everytime we went to the bar for a drink, we had to ask at the main desk if it was open and they got someone, but then after serving one drink the person left and we couldn't get another drink.

My family of 5 (3 daughters, husband and I) enjoyed the stay at the Fatima Hotel. Great view of the sanctuary from the balcony, walking distance to the chapel of the apparitions, etc. Great food at the buffet, really nice place, super clean, staff was very friendly. We will stay again and we will recommend this hotel to anyone. What are you waiting for? go and make your reservations right now

Staff are helpful and accommodating. the location is accessible to places we wanted to visit and transportation. We only spent one night, no time to notice our dislike to the property or the staff as they are very professional and attentive.

The hotel is literally across the shrine. It is like 1 minute walking. And it is 1 minute walking to nice restaurants, cafés and souvenirs shops. The staff is very nice and friendly.

A wonderful hotel. This is the closest hotel to the Sancturary at Fatima. But what made this stay fantastic was the people and the service. We felt well-cared for. The breakfast was good every morning. We will stay here again!

An excellent hotel very close to the Sanctuary and with friendly staff who go out of their way to make your experience even more pleasant. The rooms are nice and spacious, the breakfast is delicious and a good spread. Enjoyed the stay and the hospitality.

Great location to Fatima square. So easy to take a rest then head back out to the nightly rosary and candlelight procession. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best breakfasts we had on our two week trip to Portugal and Spain. Huge selection and very yummy!

I felt like I was treated like a queen! Every time I went to enter or exit the hotel lobby, there was a smiling attendant who graciously opened the door for me! Morning breakfast was delicious and served on linens! The location was perfect as we could take a short stroll over to attend evening Mass at the Basilica or join saying the Rosary! Also, very close to shops and restaurants :).

Easy accurate check in, nice room and good price. Helpful front and bar staff. Rooms do not have facial tissues or body lotion but have bidet and refrigerator and a safe. Beds are very firm. Some rooms have balcony. Excellent location to religious sites, directly across the street. Great dinner and lunch restaraunt, adequate breakfast buffet. Worth staying at esp. due to its location.

Hotel Fátima is a standard and cosy hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The most critical features of the hotel is its very close proximity to the Fátima Sanctuary and the excellent attention paid to pilgrims. Everything in this part of town is tuned to the services and processions within the sanctuary. In the environs of Fátima, there are some wonderful restaurants (e.g., Tia Alice) offering typical and delicious Portuguese dishes. In contrast, the breakfast spread offered by the hotel was so-so. Hotel parking was simple and a refreshing change to most inner-city hotels.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good and we had dinner at their restaurant as well. It was a walking distance to the shrine which made it all the more appealing to us.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The room was spacious and the bathroom well laid out. Not so the on site restaurant. The service was molasses slow and the food bland and overpriced.

We were travelling from Toronto and we were looking for a pleasant stay in Fatima, and Hotel Fatima provided exactly what we were looking for. This hotel is very close to the sanctuary, and distance wise, it was giving us a feeling as if we are staying inside the sanctuary. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, big, and convenient. The breakfast was included in our package, and that was very good too. With the grace of GOD, we look forward to visit Fatima again in the future, and if we visit Fatima again, we will definitely try and book Hotel Fatima for our stay.

The location is excellent, the staff friendly. I use to work at this hotel 40 years ago. Good experience staying here. Found the bed mattress a little hard. I think getting news ones and softer will improve the quality of the hotel.

A valuable for money stay!

Helpful and quick response front desk. I was coughing during the visit and got hot water quickly from the bar. The breakfast provided in Buffet style although the variety was limited.

Fabulous but throwback to 80's

Excellent service and very convenient to Fatima. The room was spacious and very clean and modern. Breakfast was billed as Continental but it was much more than that. The place needs an update in its public places: the lobby, hallways, bar area. Very 80s but immaculate.

Nice hotel very close to the sanctuary

This hotel's highlight is its proximity to the entrance to the shrine of our Lady Of Fatima. This was the most important aspect for our stay as we wanted to do the night procession and the early Mass as we only stayed overnight. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and modern. The staff were alright but they didn't give you that welcoming feeling you receive from other hotels when you check in or when you ask questions. And when you're in a vacation, the warmth of the staff matter. Would I revisit this hotel? I'd think twice about it.
