Very nice place.I really loved it

I spent 6 days at this hotel in Dec. Of the 5 nights, I was unable to sleep for 3 nights because of the heating system. On day 2, the room was freezing so I thought I was sick since the thermostat indicated that the heater was on, so I learned myself with my sweater and socks, and proceeded to think I was falling sick. After realizing, I am not sick, but in fact, the thermostat is wrong and the room is not heating. I alerted the staff, and they let me know they would look into it. Don’t waste your money here.

Good , clean property. Dont expect early check in even on a long overnight international flight. Kinda disappointing. Also temperature in room is unregulated and very humid borderline hot. There was no fans or access to circulation, only a small opening of a.window.

This is very nice hotel by looking at their website and I liked the contemporary design, including the room. We stayed for 3 days. However, a few things which were disappointments. The both bath room and bedroom are spacious but vanity is so small and we were not able to put our wash stuff on the vanity. I booked queen bed and it turned out to be a full bed. Also we planned to have breakfast included and somehow it was not. We have all breakfast’s included for all other hotel. It could be our mistake forgot to pick breakfast. But, at least, the website is not friendly. However, we had a nice stay

Fantastic hotel

Fab hotel in an amazing location. Room was comfortable and spotless. Probably the most incredible shower I’ve ever seen!! I thought it was a bit strange that there was no English TV stations, only Spanish. Also, we booked and paid for breakfast, (€13 pp was not worth it) and they tried to tell us at breakfast that we didn’t have it booked. Then upon check out, the same girl who I paid for breakfast, said I owed for breakfast so attention to detail could have been a bit better. Other than that the staff were all incredible. I might just be picky but I would avoid breakfast :-)

Good clean easy access stay for Madrid City Break

Excellent base for a comfortable stay on a city break to Madrid with easy access to everything. Good clean comfortable stay. Easy check in no out.

The hotel has a very cold vibe. Breakfast selection is very poor and the halls should be uograded.

It was last minute arrangements and I expected nicer more cozy environment for Eurostar- cold atmosphere in rooms also also looked like an hospital

Pros: Location, staff, Cons: For the price, I was expecting so much more. The bed and linens were not high quality. The air conditioning did not work. The window was tiny and opened into a dirty corridor so the room felt very claustrophobic. The towels smelled like vinegar, the shower had no light, and it leaked all over the floor. There was zero insulation so I could hear every person in the hallway opening and closing their doors, playing loud music, talking, etc. Very disappointing for such an expensive, "4-star" hotel.

perfect location and hotel to rest after celebrating liverpools champions league win. the staff were great and the facilities are top quality. especially the shower. i would return to this hotel if i come back to madrid.

Great location for restaurants and shopping

The staff was very friendly. The location is fantastic, very hip area one block away. The room itself was fine but he noise from the neighboring room and hallway is not kept out at all. I stayed on the attic floor so not sure if it is the same on all floors.

It was close to the metro and very close to the center of Madrid night life without all the noise

Very new hotel

It is a very new hotel located in a very cool area. The worst feature is the Gym. There are only four machines very very old and without ventilation

Good hotel, fantastic neighbourhood, bad food.

A good hotel, very well located, easy access from the airport through the metro, clean and professionally staffed. Excellent beds, clean bathroom, good service. However... after a rainy day spent sightseeing, we decided to order food. But we discovered that the menu wasn´t valid anymore, and the meal was to be outsourced. We thought that being in the middle of dozens of excellent restaurants, we couldn´t possibly go wrong ordering a salad, french fries and a club sandwich. How wrong... almost inedible. Too tired, too lazy and too hungry to do anything about it, we let it pass, washed it all with a coke and went to sleep. Eurostars can do better: simply forget this third-party provider of bad food and print a list of restaurants in the vicinity which deliver. Ubereats and Glovo can be alternatives, too. Otherwise, it risks getting bad reviews for something it cannot control or improve.

"Few nights in Madrid "

Stay at Eurostars" May of 2017 and it was a very Great stay. Stayed for several nights in a Deluxe Penthouse Suite on the last floor. Room was very big and spacious with a pretty nice size Balcony and big bathroom. Nice views of the City . This time staying was a little different, I originally booked 2 Beds room for me and a friend and when we checked in there was only Single beds available. Counter staff expected me to pay for an upgrade since they didn't have the room I originally booked. Why should I have to eat up the cost of an upgrade when they failed me . But overall it's an amazing Hotel to stay at with nice size rooms . Very close to everything . Food , bars ,shopping , History , Museums, Night club ! , Subway , buses , . Great location!

Hotel hell.

SLAM! SLAM! SLAM! Is all you will hear all morning and all night as other guests come and go. You will not get much sleep. The bed was hard and the pillow was super soft. To top it all off we had a 7am wake up call we didn't request (but I accept mistakes happen) that made us jump a mile and panic. We have come away exhausted. This is the second hotel from this chain we have stayed in and it will be the last. The convenience of the location is not worth the lack of sleep we experienced on both occasions.

Convenient and easy

The hotel is a bit of a walk from things like the Prado, but that was fine for us. It's also very convenient for getting to and from the airport and Atocha station (just a short trip on the cercanias train). It worked out well for us, though the building it's in and the market across the street are unattractive buildings in an otherwise pretty area. Overall, it was a good, budget-friendly option for us.

Not recommended

This hotel should be 3 star hotel not 4 star hotel. We were told that we had a king size bed. Since they did not allow early check in we went to the room after the city tour. The room had queen size bed - not a king size bed. The windows are very thin - and difficult to sleep in with all the outside noise. The sheets had some stains which wasn't comfortable to sleep in. The room is almost an empty room- no extra pillow or blanket etc. The plugs are not next to the bed - which is inconvenient. Hotel is overpriced for what it is. You can find much better hotels in same price range. Overall, I would not go back to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good vacation.

Very stingy with toilet paper, which was also of low quality. Poor design in the following: closet space was not high enough to hang clothes; no second hand bar in shower in the area of the shower proper and the only other one was too far away if one were about to fall; the place for soap, etc. was impractical, with wide slats so that bottles fell; the tv was small and positioned rather far away for viewing, with a very limited number of channels. The coffee from the coffee machine was execrable. For a four-star hotel, all of this was a bit disconcerting. The staff were great, however. The bed and pillows were comfortable; the lighting, good.

We received a room on the first floor meaning that people outside could look in despite requesting a room high up and away from noise. When we asked to be moved we were told it wasn't possible because we had already checked in, which has never been an issue anywhere else. After a long discussion they eventually said it was because there were no other rooms left. I understand that in some cases it is impossible however it took far too long to reach this conclusion and be offered any compensation, which ended up being breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious but lacking in personality. No kettle is in the room but you can request it. The breakfast is nothing special but has the basics - still I'd suggest going outside to eat instead unless you need the convenience. Good location for walking.

Great location in the centre of Madrid with everything within walking distance even the metro station. Would have liked a kettle in the room but overall would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for money

This hotel is excellent value for money. It’s in a great location by fashionable Chueca and close to Alonso Martinez Metro station. The staff were very helpful and polite. The decor is super and the rooms huge. The only downfall was that the carpets in the halls needed a good hoover. Apart from this the hotel is faultless. It will definitely be my hotel of preference for all my trips to Madrid

Hotel très bien situé proche de tout les lieux touristiques. Gran via juste à côté. Chambre neuve ,parfaite et très propre avec fer et planche à repasser et en plus thé et au chaude compris dans la chambre. Personnel super sympa et en plus certains parlent français. Hall d'accueil grand et salon avec un mini bar gratuit. Bref je recommande

La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Tiene una buena ducha. Si eres andarín tienes los principales museos y centro d Madrid a aproximadamente media hora o menos y si no, tienes metro a 5 minutos. Lo que desmerece un poco es que una silla y el banco a pie de cama necesitaban un nuevo tapizado.

En un principio me dieron una habitación hacia atrás la cual solicité cambiarla porque la ventana era hacia una zona cerrada y amablemente marta la recepcionista nos mudó de habitación a una con vista a la calle ,el hotel está bien ubicado cerca de la gran vía , chueca, la castellana , teatros restaurantes excelentes etc

The room was a little small, the table was small, but the view from the terrace was great.

Very happy about everything! It was not very good sound isolated, so noisy from the hall in the morning. The gym could have had some dumb balls and other equipment. But the location, staff and cleanness were great! I’m very satisfied and would recommend it!

Nearby tribunal metro station for the ones whom doesn't like to stroll to the city center. Always a pleasure when I stay here

Llegamos tarde y no nos recibieron como esperaba , pedimos la habitación romántica para dos noches y el detalle romantico no estaba en la habitación. se rompio el propósito de dicho detalle, no obstante baje a recepción a preguntar y que no sabían. Reclame la habitacion y que claro las fotos de Internet no es lo que te dan realmente que las luces cambian todo. No nos querían limpiar la habitación, que nos tocaba al día siguiente me comento el jefe de limpieza y tuvimos que pedir por favor que nos la limpiaran.la habitación que nos dieron distaba mucho de lo esperado y de las fotos anunciadas.En general muy mal, una experiencia para nada de un hotel de 4 estrellas, ni el mas mínimo gesto de preocupación , disculpa o detalle.mas bien la sensación de estar en una pensión. Muy decepcionante.

Céntrico, en zona tranquila. Personal muy amable y habitación cómoda. Cambiaría eso sí la iluminación, es mucha luz azul, pondría iluminación más cálida para el descanso y sea más confortable la habitación.

Bien, pero con algún pero...

El hotel es céntrico y esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la parada de metro de Tribunal. La habitación era grande y espaciosa. El único inconveniente que encontramos fue que la televisión estaba bloqueada. Limitar el volumen suele ser algo habitual, pero en este caso tampoco se podía conectar ningún dispositivo tipo Fire Stick o Apple TV para poder ver alguna plataforma (Netflix, HBO,...). Pregunte en recepción y me lo confirmaron. La televisión seria de unos 27-32" y tenia los canales básicos.

En general bien, el chec in mucha espera solo habia un apersonas delante, supomgo que habria algun problema. Le oye todo lo q hablan en el pasillo, como si estuvieran dentro de la habitacion. Estaba limpio y amables en recepcion

No andaba el aire acondicionado, no lo solucionaron en toda la noche , hasta que a las 5 am tuve que cambiar de habitación. La temperatura dentro del cuarto era insoportable. Una noche sin dormir!

Bien ubicado y bien comunicado por metro y bus. Personal atento y amable. Habitaciones silenciosas y espaciosas, incluso las individuales. Es mi nuevo hotel de referencia para mis viajes de ocio a Madrid.

Muy buena ubicación

Habitacion amplia.

Habitacion amplia y muy iluminada (luz artificial). Toda la luz que tiene de mas la habitacion falta en la ducha, practicamente a oscuras. La habitacion que da al patio interior, apenas tiene ventana. Hay que avisar en recepcion para que te conecten el aire acondicionado. Hotel bastante centrico y puedes moverte a pie. El tema aparcamiento es dificil, el hotel dispone, pero debes reservar y cerca tienes uno publico que hasta el mediodia hay sitio, por la tarde se pone imposible. El desayuno para el precio que tiene, es espectacular, gran variedad, calidad y son muy rapidos reponiendo.

Great location and staff, noisy partygoeers!

Great hotel with a great location, although keep in mind it's not far from a very popular nightclub which does tend to bring in some noise in the small hours of the night. Constantly hot as there was no real way to manage the airconditioning. Parking was 20 euro a night inside a closed parking on the property. Overall not bad, definitely a winner in terms of location but keep in mind it can get noisy at night.

El hotel se encuentra en buen sitio y la atención del personal es muy buena. El verdadero problema es el diseño arquitectónico, soy arquitecto, y desde luego no es un hotel en el que te sientas cómodo. Es un hotel básico, con lo mínimo, todo es blanco y con luz muy poco cálida. Lo único bueno es la zona, limpieza y su relación precio

O quarto estava extremamente quente. Apesar de ter contactado a receção várias vezes para baixar a temperatura, não foi eficaz. O ar condicionado não funcionava.
