It is a lovely hotel in a convenient location. I was a little disappointed at the moment of the check-in due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to charge me extra for the breakfast and the fourth person. Both of which I had already paid for on expedia upon booking the hotel. I have found some staff very professional and welcoming and some others less keen. Overall I am happy with my stay.

We paid ~140€/night. The room we got ,was heavy bad smell smell of cigarates ( noon smoking room) and was not worth it cost by meaning of size and facilities. We good another room that was tighny one. For the cost we paid it was very poor room. Parking was marked as "avaible" but no parking was at all. Breakfast has poor verity. No vegtabels. Poor selection of ...evrrything. place is ok. Not recommend! Not for its rate. Should be half price...!!!

Very very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean, room was comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was great.

Had a wonderful stay. The owners are a very nice couple who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We even had some car issues and the owner practically acted like our personal mechanic, helping us with everything! The room was spacious and very clean. We highly recommend the Hotel Europa and would definitely stay again if visiting Alessandria.

Good hotel close to everything

Good Hotel, close to restaurants and shops. Pleasant helpful staff. Rooms a good size with work station, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Location close to town and restaraunts, private parking available for our motobike, and helpful staff.

Some highs and lows

We were passing by and decided to stop for one night. Small parking garage but staff was friendly so he managed to make space for us for a small fee. Nice clean room. Toilet was the only bad thing as the shower was noisy, sink got you all wet when washing hands, and when flushing toilet the plastic thing was falling off. Good for one night.

Good mid range hotel convenient location

Clean and comfortable hotel conveniently located for restaurants. Private secure parking available at extra charge. Staff were friendly and helpful.Excellent for an overnight stay.

Ok for one-night

Right in the city centre, rooms a bit dated.Nevertheless,clean and practical.Helpful staff. No English tv channels, poor breakfast.

Ideales Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung in Richtung Süden. Das Frühstück ist ok, das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber.

Das Hotel Europa liegt zentrumsnah unweit vom Fluß. Cafés, Restaurants sowie der große Marktplatz sind in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und der Parkplatz ist bewacht. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Bon séjour

Hôtel bien situé proche du centre ville. La chambre est propre, simple et efficace. Le petit déjeuner garni et suffisant. A priori un parking sur place mais qui ne nous a pas été proposé. Bonne Hôtel

Personale gentile e disponibile, posizione comoda vicino al centro ma facilmente raggiungibile. Buona connessione wifi in camera. Parcheggio a pagamento della struttura o in strada con parchimetro. Struttura parzialmente rinnovata ma con mediocre isolamento acustico nelle camere ed alcune finiture ed attrezzature datate. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ótima experiencia. Hotel bem localizado, limpo e com pessoal agradável, sem ser pegajoso. Instalações "vintage", mas bem conservadas.

Saubere, freundlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Gute Betten, gute Dusche. Etwas ringhörig. Wenig und enge Parkplätze. Wir waren auf der Durchreise du eine Nacht dort. Gute Lage für die An-/Abreise und einem Rundgang durch die Stadt.

Petit hôtel très sympa. On s'y arrête chaque année une nuit pour faire une pause sur la route. Petit plus on peut demander le parking en supplément. Bien situé.

SENZA IMFAMIA E SENZA LODE

Hotel a pochi passi dal centro della città. Ristrutturato internamente in stile anni 80. Presenta camere spaziose e pulite. La mia era dotata anche di una scrivania. All'esterno e nelle vicinanze, sono presenti parecchi parcheggi, tutti a pagamento (dalle 8 alle 20). L'unico appunto che mi sento di fare, è la scarsissima insonorizzazione tra le camere. Inconsapevolmente, mi sono trovato ad ascoltare le telefonate di lavoro e private, del cliente a cui era stata assegnata la camera a fianco alla mia. Per onestà, voglio sottolineare che ho soggiornato solamente una volta e per una notte in questa struttura, quindi potrebbe essere possibile che questo problema sia da riferire solamente alla camera del secondo piano che è stata a me assegnata.

Struttura vecchia personale molto freddo colazione tutta di prodotti industriali e caffè di macchina non professionale.

Mucho ruido, se hace dificil el descanso debido a que se escucha mucho lo que pasa en las demas habitaciones, las duchas son muy chicas, el personal muy bueno y el hotel es muy limpio, pero repito, se hace muy dificil el descanso. Muy bueno el wifi.

Carino, ben tenuto, stanza e bagno recenti e puliti, abbastanza spazio e vicino ad un ristorante, per un evento a cui ero stata invitata.
